This is a great place to take the kids to. The food is delicious, and the vibe is fun. Some games are out of order, and it can get a bit busy.
I don't remember ever that the games were so much credits . My son finished his 135 credits within 10 minutes barely played any games at all. Food quality has gone down over the years with many of the things served taste highly artificial and/or very stale. If you want to have fun at a cheaper you're better off going to Chuck E. Cheese. I unfortunately have spent $300 to have a very mediocre and boring day. those cars are 14, the big claw machine is 16, and the small claw machine is 6.
I've been hitting up John?s Incredible off and on for years? it's like my go-to playground when I need a little chaos and carbs. Feels like a mini Vegas for overgrown kids like me. The food?s not exactly five-star, but hey, it keeps me humble?(and my jeans in check) One minute I'm channeling Steph Curry draining jump shots, then next crushing it at air hockey. Now, I've been loyal, but not once have I been invited to a party there. One day, someone?s gonna send me that golden invite. Maybe even John himself
I have never been to this location or should I say ever been to a Johns incredible pizza for that matter. It was a way better experience than Chuck E. Cheese. I wanted to try a new place to take my kids to celebrate their birthday. They loved it. The endless pizza, ice cream, and slushes was the win for them. I loved the salad bar, I would have liked the lettuce to be either less chunky or bigger plates it was hard keeping the toppings on the salad I had to grab another plate just for the toppings, if not I
Went here for a kids birthday party. It was nice to have a separate party room, and the included buffet and game play for all. However, I wouldn't come back with my family not on a party package... The prices looked very high, and most of the food was just very average with not much worth going back for seconds of.
This was our first time at John's Incredible Pizza. I was taken aback by the prices at first, but when it was made clear that it's a buffet-style dining it made more sense. We spent a little under $150 for a family of 4 and that's including the 130 point tap cards needed to play, plus 3 rides. It took my kids about an hour to go through the points. The buffet was okay, the pizzas were tasty, the salad bar has a good variety and there's a dessert station + ice cream machine. Please keep in mind the majority
It was my daughter's 5th birthday. She wanted to eat pizza, have ice cream, and play games at home. So, we decided to take her to this place. It was much better than sitting on a sofa all day. The price of entry is very reasonable. The play/tap card for the arcade games is also reasonably priced. It was our first time here, and the staff was quick to help us at the kiosk to get set up. One staff member even gave my daughter a big happy birthday sticker. I don't think birthdays get anything special here, bu
I had high hopes on account of a family referral to visit here. Upon arrival I noticed how large it is and that it stands alone. As we enter we are met with the shock that there is an admission for all. We only wanted to brings kids to play we were not hungry . It is a plus that with entrance there is the buffet arrangement. The selection was minimal. The icee machine was the highlight. Food was picked over, not refilled in a timely manner, and just gas and poop medicine. So basically for 40$ for two adults
Close to the corner of Central and Arrow Hwy in Montclair. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the food. It's certainly not fancy but the food and dinning areas are better than you might expect for a kid's pizza place. There 4 or 5 dinning areas. Look for the one with fireplace if you want some quieter peace away from the obnoxious TV'S. The are some games that are suitable for older kids and adults. We got a great deal on a Groupon that gave us unlimited food and then games for 2 hou
This place is OK at best. The food sections were sus and low budget. Although I will say the pizza and desserts were good. For the Groupon special we got 80 game credits which weren't enough and 2 hours of rides time. Its so unnecessary to have two hours of ?rides? when there are only two rides which is the twister and bumper cars. The arcade games are old and just okay. I would not recommend for kids over 9.
I was in walking distance since I was getting my car worked on not too far away. So I decided to go in. One of the real decisions I've made. For a buffet it wasn't really set up. It didn't have many items available and the things they had available only had a few of them in there. Couldn't get a piece of chicken to save my life. I asked for a vegetarian pizza and it took so long for it to come out. I had to keep reminding them about it. I wanted to try the chili but it didn't seem to be up to temperature no
2nd time to this location. 1st time it was a party and we were inside the party room, no problem. Yesterday I decided to return and it was disgusting. All rooms were full of plates on the tables. We finally found an empty table to sit and eat. The whole entire time of being there (about an hr), not a single employee was seen. No tables were cleaned. What irritates me the most is that when you pay, it recommended me to leave a tip. Absolutely not! Why would I tip prior, I need to get the service to tip. Not
The highlight of the day was my family togetherness!! Omg, we had fun. The only thing was the bumper cars were not available otherwise we had lots of fun. The golf place was my favourite. I didn't want to leave that area. The food was okay. But if you can make me and salad that's a place to go. Lots of toppings. I love that ?? oh there are weirdo Pizza combinations like peanut butter pizza with the peanut on top, but you know I had to try it. That's me. I try everything once. If I like it I'll do it again N
My son received an award from his Kindergarten teacher. I took him there to celebrate his accomplishments and to reward him with a great time. The young lady at the entrance was polite and helpful enjoyed that very much. The broccoli cedar soup was all watered down, reheated from the day before I'm sure. Ice cream was not ready to be served. My older son went to serve himself ice cream and he pulled the lever. The ice cream came out to quick as it was not frozen and got all over his hand and clothes. The
Great they are open for full service here . Came to Celebrate my Grand daughter graduating to Kinder. So proud of Scarlett. Great food and Service ' staff friendly and masked up. Cleaned the tables every time someone left. Arcade side is open also. Rides and most all games n rides I seen were available n on.. pizza Great n donuts a bit burned but over all a Great time. Thank you to John's great Service and Food.
The food was good and had enough options for everyone. The pizza and chicken wings were good and their is soda as well. They also regularly put out new food. The service was good nothing bad to say. The atmosphere is interesting. For the buffet area their are room with their own themes. A Hawaii style, a lodge, sports fan, and a normal looking one. One qualm I have is that some arcade games are expensive and I have never seen every game work. The tickets you earn aren't much and the prizes are meh at bes
We went for Superbowl night since my teenager wanted to watch the game. It was 4 of us and I paid over $100 and it's hard to say that It was worth it. My biggest issue was the food: Not a single Piece of meat, no chicken and most of the salad bar containers were empty, Very few pizzas and Ice cream machine was down. The place was not even busy for all those things to be missing. They had lots of people walking around making sure everything was clean, but I think they need to focused more in helping the Food
Went on a weekend around 7 pm. It was packed food was good. Now it's two months later to try beat the rush so I come early, I feel like there are less food options. Not the same. Food was ok not great but just ok.And also I don't know but it's always a hassle when u first come in and have to use the kiosk. Especially difficult when using Groupon. Check Groupon always has some way to to save money for this place. Other than that service is good, the staff at the arcade is good, some rides work some don't. I
They have to have better quality of food over all fun my kids had a blast
Went with my kids and we had a good time. Food was average but what else to expect. The place was full on a weekend afternoon. The buffet was packed, hardly a clean place to sit down. Although i must say although it was crowded I noticed the staff working hard to keep everything flowing and they did.
This place used to be the place. Now it's run down. The furniture is torn ,stained, worn out. The floors were dirty and sticky and this was after an hour of being open. The staff were just unhappy workers. The food was as good as heating a microwave pizza and pasta cold. No love in anyone the food. Now the games were broken or missing supplies to play. It's sad to say all these places just run down and no care put back into them. $20 adult and $25 game card for an 30-45 min use. On Sunday afternoon. The pr
Can not think of the words for this place. We came for lunch. 3 adults and 2 kids. We had gift cards. Had we not had gift cards I would not pay the outrageous amount they charge, even for kids. They don't fully stock their buffet with anything. They put out like 2 pizzas at a time and you have to wait 20 min for the next pizza to be done. Literally everything was pretty much empty! And we went on a Wednesday for lunch! Not super busy! The dinning areas are dirty. Trash on the floor and the employees don't b
Just go, kids will love it & food has improved much over the years, my 3 kids (including a teenager) loved it
Unfortunately, my chicken nuggets were raw/undercooked. You can tell by the color and texture that something was off. My brother bit into one & thankfully nothing happened. I let one of the staff members know & she did not take accountability for it & blamed the company that distributes the product & no one came to check up on us after that. Just want them to make sure they're more careful with the food handling especially since you get children eat this product.
John's incredible pizza is a great place to bring the kids for food and fun. I love the different games and rides for kids of all ages. The food is delicious and the staff will make it fresh upon request. Very nice staff. The manager LeAndra was able to help me with an issue that I had with a piano I redeemed with my tickets. I really appreciated how she quickly solved the problem and made us feel like valued guests. This location is the best one I have been to and I have been to 3.
Took my family to this establishment and we were there from 1130am to about 630pm. The games for my children were great and they had a blast. The only problem that I had with our visit is that the tables weren't cleaned. For the amount of time I was there my tables were never cleaned once. I approached the kitchen staff and asked them to clean the tables and they never cleaned them. I was very upset about that particular situation. I've cream machines were not refilled and broke down during my visit. I was
Usual food, not the best. Shelves were empty all day. Games are always the best
I had my babies party here this year. This place really went downhill. The bathrooms are dirty. The food is never stocked up. We spent a lot of money for my kids 6th and 9th Birthday and they were so rude and rushed us thru the whole thing. Horrible
I spent so much money for 7 people for my daughters 7th birthday. We arrived and the food wasn't fresh and was almost empty. I had to wait around while they made the food only when I asked for it. When should be an open buffet. No one would come and pick up any plates from the table. My self and my husband picked up the plates and took them to a little side room for the dirty dishes. And the worst part was the games were not all in operation. I spoke to an employee that got bothered when I asked her for he
The pizzas especially the thin crust pepperoni pizzas were amazing. Great selection of comfort foods for parents and kids, with an arcade to pass your time and build up an appetite to continue eating all you can.... unlimited....
A very good place for your children well the hole family. All you can eat and drink. I have a good time every time i go. Well it have changed they dont server chicken anymore because they got 2 batches of bad chicken supposedly, now they are serving chicken nuggets that sucks. They barely had any pizza and when the brought it out it was half of a pizza, the people behind the counter said u had to order the pizza so they can make more. It was disappointing to me. Well it's really for kids now. Yeah I used
I love the location here! There are so many options to eat! And there are like 3 roller coasters in here! And there are many places to eat! Where ever you'd like to go! I enjoyed being here with my family! I always come here and it's always been great! ??
Great overall experience. Pizza was actually pretty good. I expected less. Kids had a great time. It was first time going. Will definitely go again. We'll suggested #frewil
Went to this location today for my daughter's birthday. It was a bit crowded, as to be expected for a Saturday; but one of the host LeAandra was so helpful and sweet and made the whole experience worth it. Will definitely be returning when she's on shift ??
our group of 6 people came in for New Years Day lunch. Everything was well-stocked and clean. Most arcade/game machines and rides were working properly. It was a better experience compared to the Buena Park location a year ago.
I went to John Incredibles pizza today with the kids was very unsatisfied Harley any food was out and what was out was horrible. This used to be a great place to go to. It's really went downhill a few of the games. Also we're out of service.
We're glad there are now better options in the area that offer the same games?that actually work?without the frustrating requirement of purchasing low-quality food just to enter. The overall experience here always falls short. That said, we do appreciate the efforts of the staff, who do their best despite the circumstances. This will be the end of JIP for our family.
Great food and the employees are wonderful!! Eddie was super nice and very helpful!! My grandkids ate and played for over 6 hours and had a blast!!!! Will definitely go again!!!!
I was so excite to celebrate my sons birthday here but it was a disaster since the beginning. I had been trying to book for two weeks online and we couldn't, so then we saw they had a walk in option and we decided to go with that since it was just our family joining us. When we got there they tell me their system are down and they don't have that package available and we will have to pay everything individually ??.I understand things happen but how can they be down for 2 weeks!! And not make accommodations
There was not enough food choices The food they did have would run out very fast, the dessert area was dirty. People were walking out with their sweaters in one hand a and a handful of cookies they just grabbed on their way out. It was very unsanitary.
Every time we come my kids have a great time we went about 15 deep were able to sit together and enjoyed all the games
It's a great place to spend some good family time. Purchase your tickets on Groupon to save. The buffet is subpar, mostly paste, pizza and some fried chicken. There are also a salad and dessert bar. Since we purchased a package deals, a 2 hours of unlimited gaming cards are included with few exceptions. Parking is free and plenty. Staffs are friendly.
Poor customer service! Tried to use coupon from school for both kids, the male supervisor and female worker told me I have to have another adult to use school coupon offer for both kids. Single parent here, so that's impossible! Drove 30min to this location all for nothing, don't waste your time here.
This place is crazy fun! We attended a 3 year old's birthday party. Fun for all ages. Food was good and the party festivities were well planned out.
We arrived early on a Saturday morning and the food I really can't comment. It's too hard to say, you can't expect much. Most of the games didn't work, they wouldn't refund the money. Pretty dirty and they would not clean the tables and would take really long to put more food out. Is definitely not worth what me and my sister paid.
For the money you cant beat it, way better than Chuck E Cheese. (UPDATE) 4/22 Was there a few . Months ago and the place was very dirty! I had to complain to the manager some things were so bad. This time I see people cleaning things and an actual manager on the floor ??. The place is still old and dated, but a very good value for the money.
It's not even 10 and everything is in the trash ???????? it was our first time here and our last . My kids wanted slushy and ice cream and they had them turn off . Before 10 and I asked one of the employees if they had egg for my salad and they said no and it was 7:12 pm and no gravy for the mash potatoe . I mean it was not the greatest. All employees look liked they didn't want to work .
My sons and I have a lot of fun here. As both my sons say, "How can you go wrong with video games and all you can eat buffet?"
Pizza and fun. Just like old Chuck E. Cheese. Place perfect for bday party for the kiddies. Pizza is greasy and buffet is meh. If you under 10 years old. This is your jam.
This place was a disappointment. The bathrooms were disgusting. 3 out of the 6 stalls were clogged and the whole floor was wet. The food was okay, nothing spectacular. All the good games either didn't work or were turned off. People not watching their kids touch all the food and leave it there. The 2 stars are for the bumper cars and twister ride. Went on both twice and was super fun. Other than that, don't waste your time.
This place is awesome, give big ups to an employee Jordan my little one ran off from the eating area, she kept him in safe zone until we found him. A relief to our worry?s. Thank you very much Jordan ????
2.5 stars. All of the cost but half of the fun. A ridiculous amount of machines and games were broke down. The signs blame supply shortages, but none of that is disclosed when you pay full price for "admission." My wife can not eat anything at the buffet due to dietary restrictions. She is still required to pay because "you pay for admission, and the buffet is included." Except admission doesn't grant you anything because once inside, everything costs credits. You can still have fun but it is very expensive
The name describes this place the best. The pizza is incredible with lots of options. You can even request a gluten free pizza if you want. There are different themed party rooms to choose from to eat in. The games are a lot of fun and the prizes for ticket giving games are usually pretty good for all ages.
Great place for young kids to have a fun time with friends. Many different pizzas to choose from, an endless amount food and sweets so you get your money worth. The twister ride is fun they also have bumper cars and a black light golf course and many games to play for all age groups. It seemed like they need more workers on the game floor. My family and I will return here again we always have a really good time.
Food was bad, there was mold in the ice cream bowls. Great way to get people sick huh be careful yall this is serious
Great food! Although the salad bar was closed and a tad bit pricey . I think it was worth it, buffet and games for the kiddos!
Had a great time with my son and Angelina was such a delight. She really upped the experience for us and we will definitely be back!! Thank you so much Angelina !!!!
First time here i got there at at 8pm no food selection. And I was charged $20 i wish I had a better experience.let customers know food selection is minimal at 8pm sincerely Joe Lovato
W place I went here for an end of the year school trip and I had a really good time the bathrooms were not that trashed up and the food is good and they have good games. The one problem though is they don't have a lot of rides
I can't believe I have to give them one star Had to come here with the party and I can't eat this because I had weight loss surgery and I can't eat anything that they serve. All I could do is like drink water and I would buy a drink right but they're going to charge me $20 they said the buffet is free and you just have to walk and pay to walk-in. This is a crap place that does not accommodate people who have disabilities
Games are great for the kids but I truly wish this establishment would care for the cleanliness. All the seats were dirty all the tables were dirty and the table next to us hadn't been cleaned the whole 45 mins we were eating. The staff seemed more concerned about after work activities than their jobs. This place has potential if the staff would be more on top of things. Cleanliness around the buffet is not up to par, understandably the amount of customers coming through it can get messy but the forks aren?
We went when there was alot of people and we asked one of the employees for help and we stood there for about 5-10 mins waiting until LeAndra helped us. She found us 2 tables it was about 10 of us. She had one of the girls clean the table! So grateful that she saw us standing there and approached us! Great person! Keep doing a good job LeAndra!!
It was horrible. The pizza and breadsticks were not cooked all the way at all. i got food poisoning from there. was sick for 4 days. Ice cream machines were out of order and barely any noodles were being cooked.
Lack of clear communication . Updating my review The owner is a saint called me to see what can be done to better his establishment. Was so kind and respectful. I will be trying this place out again
Lots of fun for my kids, up to teens. Food is not great and limited, but we're really there for the kids, and ICEE was great on the all you can eat buffeet.
Half of the games don't work, attendants never came to help us, employees seem to have an attitude when you ask questions, won't be coming back here. This is not a knock on all J.I.P. because I have been pretty good ones, like Riverside. This location however needs work.
Super exciting, needs before toys for the credit because the games and rides are so awesome but when it comes to purchase a toy at the end of the day they are that exciting.
Came for a party.. kinda sucks you have to pay to enter even if your there as a guest and not playing games or eating. Food is changed often , pretty much hometown buffet quality. The bumper cars the spinning ride and the mini drop and the neon mini golf are the main attractions for the kids and the mini rollercoaster for the younger children. It's a decent place to have fun just dont like that they have a cover charge.
We had an amazing time. Celebrated my baby's 2nd birthday! Staff was amazing! Food was delicious, working ice cream machine!!! And didn't have to make a reservation. Enough seating for everyone! Will definitely be coming back!!!
The buffet is pretty big. They had many many pizza options; some pizza toppings were honestly a little bit weird but since there was enough variety, you could pick and choose what you liked best. They have some super of ?build your own pasta?, with was pretty interesting and had a decent amount of options as well! There was a salad bar and baked potatoes too but I didn't get to try it out since I was too distracted by the pizza. Most of their desserts were not overly sweet and their cookies were so soft and
A nice home town donut & sandwich shop with that nice home town feeling and food. Ran by 2 very friendly owners. I've never been disappointed with this place.
We were there celebrating one of our granddaughter's birthday. Our granddaughters had a great time playing there. The atmosphere is great. There are so many rooms you can sit at. There are some with TVs and some without, it just depends on your like. We sat at the Cabin room. You can bring your cake to celebrate
Great service! Rides and games were all working and in great condition. Food was good and they had a good variety of choices. Kids loved the big game/ride area. I didn't realize how big it actually was inside. My 8 year olds birthday went perfectly and staff worked with me to make that happen! Thank you again!! 10/10 will be back again!
This place has so gone down hill. Food is OK and good for one star (the bathrooms are all that earned the other), but the games were absolute trash. EVERY game we played (or wanted to play) was either broken or glitched. Mini golf was even closed and blocked off by broken machine storage. Never going back until they fix and update the games.
Place was a little dirty. Food was good. They need to watch the exit doors because people were sneaking in for free food.
This was the best field trip so far for my eighth grade end of the year avid field trip, my friend and I did mini golf and the twister, there was so much to do. I gave it a four star rating because it has everything except for a little rollercoaster, for me personally it would be a great addition to the building.
Mathew in the arcade area was the best!! He was so helpful, and very sweet with our children.(:
Met up with a friend who had her grandchild for the day. Thought this would be good for adult food and conversation plus games and fun for the kid. It was Great!! Food variety was awesome. It all tasted good. Salad was fresh with plenty of variety. Pasta bar had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, baked potato bar, spaghetti ??, steamed vegies ??. Pizza bar had so many choices and the pizza's kept coming- I preferred the thin crusts. Had many of them. Never did make it to Dessert bar but right across from th
omg reading the reviews is shocking.. the pizza was horrible the chicken on the Alfredo pizza was so bad I had to spit it out.. the chicken tasted like freezer burn and it was just really bad.. the only ok pizza was the pepperoni. the ice cream machine looked so dirty and old, everything looked super old and dirty , I honestly don't know how it's getting these great reviews, only good thing was the friendly staff, won't be returning.
Pros:Fun for the kids. They loved it. Pizza was great. All you can eat. Cons: Lots of the game out of service. Bathroom needs repairs. Some games reseted out of the blue.
I just had my son's birthday party here and spent over $700. I was extremely disappointed in the staff, the food, and entertainment. I will never come back here. The buffet was empty. No food besides slices of old pizza and bare minimum salad options. The food that was available was not tasteful at all. There was absolutely no dessert and the ice cream machine was broken. There were no cups available for drinks. The party hosts were children and I had to host the party myself. The party schedule was disorga
Avoid this place. Half the games are busted and broken. There was no ventilation in eating area, it was hot and stuffy. We went a little before 7pm and they had already stopped restocking the buffet. The only items available were old burnt fried chicken and the pizzas. The drink stations were a mess. No cups for soda. No one wiping down tables only picking up plates and cups. The carpet was sticky sticky. Not even close to getting my money's worth for the experience. The place just felt dirty.
Games need to be updated and functioning. Food is okay but on weekdays the buffet was bare.
First time, it was great! The pizzas are really good, and they have an excellent variety, just not too sure about the pizza with peanuts. The salad bar was SO fresh, I was impressed with the Romain and iceberg lettuce. Sometimes, you just want a good salad before your meal, they delivered! Normally, we'll go to Sizzler and have the all you can eat salad bar. Then I really get discouraged when the lettuce is a bit brown and limpy. The kids had a great time playing the games, then ate a bit more afterward. G
Great place to eat and have family fun. The food tastes really good, and all the drinks are great. The arcade part is fun as well
The food is hit-or-miss. The outside needs to be redone. It looks like it's crumbling down to the ground
Good was ok, alot of the games were down and it was hard to find a ride operator at times.. not really toddler friendly, but still fun
The food options aren't that good. If it's a place for kids at least have fries and maybe hamburgers.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
