John's Incredible Pizza - Montclair

This is a great place to take the kids to. The food is delicious, and the vibe is fun. Some games are out of order, and it can get a bit busy.

I don't remember ever that the games were so much credits . My son finished his 135 credits within 10 minutes barely played any games at all. Food quality has gone down over the years with many of the things served taste highly artificial and/or very stale. If you want to have fun at a cheaper you're better off going to Chuck E. Cheese. I unfortunately have spent $300 to have a very mediocre and boring day. those cars are 14, the big claw machine is 16, and the small claw machine is 6.

Went here for a kids birthday party. It was nice to have a separate party room, and the included buffet and game play for all. However, I wouldn't come back with my family not on a party package... The prices looked very high, and most of the food was just very average with not much worth going back for seconds of.

This was our first time at John's Incredible Pizza. I was taken aback by the prices at first, but when it was made clear that it's a buffet-style dining it made more sense. I had high hopes on account of a family referral to visit here. Upon arrival I noticed how large it is and that it stands alone. As we enter we are met with the shock that there is an admission for all. We only wanted to brings kids to play we were not hungry . It is a plus that with entrance there is the buffet arrangement. This place is OK at best. The food sections were sus and low budget. Although I will say the pizza and desserts were good. For the Groupon special we got 80 game credits which weren't enough and 2 hours of rides time. My son received an award from his Kindergarten teacher. I took him there to celebrate his accomplishments and to reward him with a great time. We went for Superbowl night since my teenager wanted to watch the game. It was 4 of us and I paid over $100 and it's hard to say that It was worth it. Unfortunately, my chicken nuggets were raw/undercooked. You can tell by the color and texture that something was off. My brother bit into one & thankfully nothing happened. I let one of the staff members know & she did not take accountability for it & blamed the company that distributes the product & no one came to check up on us after that. John's incredible pizza is a great place to bring the kids for food and fun. I love the different games and rides for kids of all ages. The food is delicious and the staff will make it fresh upon request. Very nice staff. The manager LeAndra was able to help me with an issue that I had with a piano I redeemed with my tickets. I really appreciated how she quickly solved the problem and made us feel like valued guests. This location is the best one I have been to and I have been to 3.

Took my family to this establishment and we were there from 1130am to about 630pm. The games for my children were great and they had a blast. The only problem that I had with our visit is that the tables weren't cleaned. For the amount of time I was there my tables were never cleaned once. our group of 6 people came in for New Years Day lunch. Everything was well-stocked and clean. Most arcade/game machines and rides were working properly. It was a better experience compared to the Buena Park location a year ago.

I went to John Incredibles pizza today with the kids was very unsatisfied Harley any food was out and what was out was horrible. This used to be a great place to go to. It's really went downhill a few of the games. Also we're out of service.

We're glad there are now better options in the area that offer the same games?that actually work?without the frustrating requirement of purchasing low-quality food just to enter. I was so excite to celebrate my sons birthday here but it was a disaster since the beginning. I had been trying to book for two weeks online and we couldn't, so then we saw they had a walk in option and we decided to go with that since it was just our family joining us. When we got there they tell me their system are down and they don't have that package available and we will have to pay everything individually ??.I understand things happen but how can they be down for 2 weeks!! There was not enough food choices The food they did have would run out very fast, the dessert area was dirty. People were walking out with their sweaters in one hand a and a handful of cookies they just grabbed on their way out. It was very unsanitary.

It's a great place to spend some good family time. Purchase your tickets on Groupon to save. The buffet is subpar, mostly paste, pizza and some fried chicken. There are also a salad and dessert bar. Since we purchased a package deals, a 2 hours of unlimited gaming cards are included with few exceptions. Parking is free and plenty. Staffs are friendly.

Poor customer service! Tried to use coupon from school for both kids, the male supervisor and female worker told me I have to have another adult to use school coupon offer for both kids. This place is crazy fun! We attended a 3 year old's birthday party. Fun for all ages. Food was good and the party festivities were well planned out.

We arrived early on a Saturday morning and the food I really can't comment. It's too hard to say, you can't expect much. Most of the games didn't work, they wouldn't refund the money. Pretty dirty and they would not clean the tables and would take really long to put more food out. Is definitely not worth what me and my sister paid.

2.5 stars. All of the cost but half of the fun. A ridiculous amount of machines and games were broke down. The signs blame supply shortages, but none of that is disclosed when you pay full price for "admission." My wife can not eat anything at the buffet due to dietary restrictions. She is still required to pay because "you pay for admission, and the buffet is included." Except admission doesn't grant you anything because once inside, everything costs credits. You can still have fun but it is very expensive

The name describes this place the best. The pizza is incredible with lots of options. You can even request a gluten free pizza if you want. There are different themed party rooms to choose from to eat in. The games are a lot of fun and the prizes for ticket giving games are usually pretty good for all ages.

Great place for young kids to have a fun time with friends. Many different pizzas to choose from, an endless amount food and sweets so you get your money worth. The twister ride is fun they also have bumper cars and a black light golf course and many games to play for all age groups. It seemed like they need more workers on the game floor. My family and I will return here again we always have a really good time.

W place I went here for an end of the year school trip and I had a really good time the bathrooms were not that trashed up and the food is good and they have good games. The one problem though is they don't have a lot of rides

Games are great for the kids but I truly wish this establishment would care for the cleanliness. All the seats were dirty all the tables were dirty and the table next to us hadn't been cleaned the whole 45 mins we were eating. Came for a party.. kinda sucks you have to pay to enter even if your there as a guest and not playing games or eating. Food is changed often , pretty much hometown buffet quality. The bumper cars the spinning ride and the mini drop and the neon mini golf are the main attractions for the kids and the mini rollercoaster for the younger children. It's a decent place to have fun just dont like that they have a cover charge.

This place has so gone down hill. Food is OK and good for one star (the bathrooms are all that earned the other), but the games were absolute trash. EVERY game we played (or wanted to play) was either broken or glitched. Mini golf was even closed and blocked off by broken machine storage. Never going back until they fix and update the games.

This was the best field trip so far for my eighth grade end of the year avid field trip, my friend and I did mini golf and the twister, there was so much to do. First time, it was great! The pizzas are really good, and they have an excellent variety, just not too sure about the pizza with peanuts.
