John's Incredible Pizza - Fresno

Very kid friendly place. went with my girlfriends family to celebrate her 3 nephews birthdays. It was my first time in Fresno CA and John's incredible pizza did a very good job of welcoming me to the town of Fresno with a very fun and pleasant experience. For a very busy day it sure was very clean and everything was restocked constantly without stop, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you have kids this place is a must ??????(even if you don't, it still fun)

We had a large party there! Party host was amazing!!! She played games with the kids, made balloon animals, and kept the room clean. Buffet was stocked at all times and kept clean. Bathrooms were also stocked and cleaned constantly. Some of the games didn't work but wasn't a big deal. All the kids had fun and the adults too! We had a great time. I highly recommend for having parties here or even just dropping in for some fun. Very well worth it! Staff did such a great job in all areas.

Always a good time here! Honestly, my husband and I come for the buffet - salad bar, pizza, pasta bar, variety of dishes and beverages for a very affordable price. Staff is consistently friendly, areas are consistently clean, and atmosphere is lively, yet you're able to relax. Would recommend for dinner, birthday parties, and special occasions with kids or adults.

We love going here for the kids birthdays, they always ask to go to John?s! They love getting on the rides and playing with the games. They love the pizza, but the other foods are not that good. But since it's mostly for kids it's fine.

Went for the twins b-day party. I'm glad they chose to have it on monday, instead of Sunday. It wasn't very crowded. Everything went pretty smoothly. A lot of good food. Played games & went on rides. I had more fun there, then if we had gone to the skating rink.

Everytime I come to this place I get severe food poisoning. I had some credits I wanted to use up and took my 5 year old. Literally been sick. The time before that years prior extremely sick. Definitely my last time. I have also never seen so many machines down and not working. The price for the rides went up. The buffet/salad bar was out of the majority of food during our entire visit. We waited an extra 15 minutes to see if items would stocked but they weren't. My family and I went yesterday and we were so disappointed. Of course the kids had some fun but half the games were broken and the food was awful. Nothing was getting refilled unless you asked and the ranch was so watery. The food options were limited and not the what it shows online. The food was good for a buffet. Had 6 people in our party and they all were happy with food. Some of the pizzas they don't have out but they will make on request . An amazing place to take the kids this summer. It has a buffet where you can enjoy a great family dinner, it has a variety of pizzas for children and adults among other meals. There is also enough space available to get a table and sit down to enjoy.

Very disappointed, went in today to eat the pizza, and salad. The pizza wasn't cooked all the way, the crust was so not cooked, the salad dressing was super super watery. Like what! What a fun place to spend time with your family. We celebrated several birthdays here and the food is actually pretty good. They have pizza, pasta, salad and ice cream too. There is a wide variety of games for kids of all ages. Have fun and enjoy!

I absolutely love this place! There's just so much stuff to do and so much to eat. It's like you have a whole choice of different kinds of pizzas and other foods. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about having a birthday or a party here.

Some places are just more about the nostalgia and sentimental memories. But we're never disappointed with the buffet. The only downside is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and some of the dining halls depending on how busy it is. The arcade is always fun too.

Great place to take the family. Unlimited food and about 2 hrs of entertainment for the family . 30 to 40 bucks a person with a game card, or about 15 dollars for adults just to eat. You can stay as long as you want to eat too. Wish they had johns in east texas.

I should first say that we visited on a weekday, so there really weren't too many people. Our son had a great time. There were plenty of games to play and the place was nice and clean. The charge per game was good (ranging from 2 credits to 8 credits). We left with about 30 credits leftover on our card (we purchased the $24.99 game card). The food was good, much better than any Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to. Staff members were very friendly. Overall a great time at a reasonable price.

Games are great and not too bad in price, but the game prizes for the little points is really bad. The food is disappointing. Soups and pastas were watery. Pizza was bland. And the salad options were mediocre. Wet trays. Wet plates. Wet cups. Wet floors. The people clearing the tables were great though. Fun experience for my kids, but as an adult.... Not impressed.

I was invited to a child?s birthday party. I had never been to one at John?s incredible Pizza before. It was actually kind of fun, except that they had everything on a schedule and moved things along very quickly.

Don't waste your money. The food sucks, water down pasta sauce, no fried chicken. The chicken nuggets were dry and stale. Pizza was gross. I usually eat a lot. John incredible is by no means a place to go if you want a great dining experience but this one is particularly bad. Aside from not having options like chicken the quality is rushed. The cleanliness is the biggest issue because let's face it we go for the kids to play and have a great time. It's a John?s like any other but a little worse.

Just had my son?s birthday celebration there. They don't clean the floors it's so sticky everywhere especially the party rooms and bathrooms it's quite gross and this was right when they opened, food is pretty bad, my family got sick off the ranch. Rides are cool but overall little disappointed how downhill this place has gotten.

The pizza was surprisingly good. Baked potato was good. Everything else in the buffet disappointed me though. The dining areas were nice though some areas had dirty floors. This place is awesome! If you see the groupon, buy it! The food is decent, plenty of options. They sell beer and wine. Don't be discouraged when you see the long line at the entrance. We go to John's Incredible Pizza every year in December for a joint birthday party. Two of my boys have birthdays in December. This year was the best yet. The birthday party just added to this Christmas season being one of the best. Thank you for the picture backdrop, I love being able to takes photos of our family, it's an extra special touch that turns out to be a great way of making a memory.

Went to a birthday party today. We were in room #1 and our party employee was amazing. He was the best!

Kids had a good time. Used a Groupon and got a great deal for the visit. Buffets were good and offered a lot of options. Was super busy but the staff was pretty on the spot keeping the place clean and stocked. The staff were all really helpful and surprisingly good natured considering it was a kid frenzy that could make anyone crazy. Would definitely revisit and recommend.

We have always enjoyed coming to JIPC but this last time it was a disappointment, everything was dirty, restrooms and floors. The salad bar was low in everything and the employees were trying to do their job but it was not enough, management needs to step in and hire more employees and give them good training. We do not have intentions in going back until it improves.

It's fun for the kids, however about 15% of the games were out of order. One was taking people's credits and crashing. Then the food... The food was scarce. It was under prepared and obviously being rushed. The chicken was blackish and you just knew they were using old oil. We told everyone not to eat a lot, and we still ended up sick all night. We will not be eating there again. Save yourselves. Also we witnessed employees wiping down tables with dirty rags.

The pizza was good. The sweets needed some love, the brownies were dry, and the cobbler was undercooked every time I attempted to get it, so I eventually gave up. I love going here with my family. The salad bar ingredients are so fresh. The pizza is a little sub par for me, though. Everything else is great. The arcade is huge, had laser tag, a tornado ride, and bumper cars.

We went there on 4/9/19 to celebrate our son's 3rd birthday, and it was a bust. How hard is it to put fresh pizza every so often and put out fresh food? They had old chili and soup that had been sitting there for a while because it was burning onto the side of the pot and getting chunky. No cheese for the 'mac n cheese'? No bread sticks, no cinnamon rolls, the ICEE machine was dispensing foam. It was a hot mess. Definitely not going back. They only got 1 star because the manager was really friendly.
