Very kid friendly place. went with my girlfriends family to celebrate her 3 nephews birthdays. It was my first time in Fresno CA and John's incredible pizza did a very good job of welcoming me to the town of Fresno with a very fun and pleasant experience. For a very busy day it sure was very clean and everything was restocked constantly without stop, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you have kids this place is a must ??????(even if you don't, it still fun)
It was fun an well worth it my kids didnt want to go home
We had a large party there! Party host was amazing!!! She played games with the kids, made balloon animals, and kept the room clean. Buffet was stocked at all times and kept clean. Bathrooms were also stocked and cleaned constantly. Some of the games didn't work but wasn't a big deal. All the kids had fun and the adults too! We had a great time. I highly recommend for having parties here or even just dropping in for some fun. Very well worth it! Staff did such a great job in all areas.
Always a good time here! Honestly, my husband and I come for the buffet - salad bar, pizza, pasta bar, variety of dishes and beverages for a very affordable price. Staff is consistently friendly, areas are consistently clean, and atmosphere is lively, yet you're able to relax. Would recommend for dinner, birthday parties, and special occasions with kids or adults.
We love going here for the kids birthdays, they always ask to go to John?s! They love getting on the rides and playing with the games. They love the pizza, but the other foods are not that good. But since it's mostly for kids it's fine.
Went for the twins b-day party. I'm glad they chose to have it on monday, instead of Sunday. It wasn't very crowded. Everything went pretty smoothly. A lot of good food. Played games & went on rides. I had more fun there, then if we had gone to the skating rink.
Everytime I come to this place I get severe food poisoning. I had some credits I wanted to use up and took my 5 year old. Literally been sick. The time before that years prior extremely sick. Definitely my last time. I have also never seen so many machines down and not working. The price for the rides went up. The prizes went up, the bathroom were filled with crap in the toilets and filthy. The buffet counters were dirty. This place used to be great not sure what happened. Never again
The buffet/salad bar was out of the majority of food during our entire visit. We waited an extra 15 minutes to see if items would stocked but they weren't. The pictures on the website show fried chicken and nuggets. Neither were available while our family was there. There wasn't even places for the food items pictured on the website. The ice cream machine was malfunctioning. It sprayed vanilla ice cream all over my son and the people in line behind him. The manager was present during our visit but she seeme
My family and I went yesterday and we were so disappointed. Of course the kids had some fun but half the games were broken and the food was awful. Nothing was getting refilled unless you asked and the ranch was so watery. The food options were limited and not the what it shows online. We use to love coming here but for the price, it's definitely not worth it anymore. They need more employees to assist with the rides and prizes and refunding you every time a game messes up. They need an actual person you can
The food was good for a buffet. Had 6 people in our party and they all were happy with food. Some of the pizzas they don't have out but they will make on request . Salad bar was above average. $25 lasted a couple hours with the games. Most of the machines worked very well. The card doesn't expire so can save your points for next time to use to buy stuff. The Chilli was my favorite non pizza item
This place is phenomenal, sadly I never realized it was in Fresno. Just by chance saw it in passing The good: 1. The staff are super friendly 2. Reasonably priced. 3. Automated payment 4. Of course, all you can eat 5. Multiple themed dining rooms 6. Fresh, and eye-pleasing food. 7. Serves beer/wine 8. Family orientated 9. Game room is just right in offerings and size. 10. Includes a bowling alley set-up but reduced size. The not so good but livable: 1. The only meat protein I saw were chicken nuggets, an
John's Incredible Pizza is a fun spot, especially for families and kids, but it definitely gets very packed?especially on weekends. Be prepared for crowds and some wait times. The place feels a little outdated and could use some refreshing. That said, the pizza is actually pretty good, and there's a decent variety. If you go, aim for a weekday if possible for a more relaxed experience
We had a great time here! Good variety of games to play, rides, and bowling. Nice buffet and salad bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Today I really enjoyed the food here . It was delicious. Especially the salads. Honestly I can say that the price was not expensive. I will return more often. The employee are very friendly and helpful. . Thank you Angelica for keeping the area clean and organized. . Your are a hard worker.. good job. . .... thank you Angelica for your help
An amazing place to take the kids this summer. It has a buffet where you can enjoy a great family dinner, it has a variety of pizzas for children and adults among other meals. There is also enough space available to get a table and sit down to enjoy.
Very disappointed, went in today to eat the pizza, and salad. The pizza wasn't cooked all the way, the crust was so not cooked, the salad dressing was super super watery. Like what! Who's managing this place, because the food was disgusting! John?s use to be a good place for fun and good food. I wouldn't be surprised if this place closed down in the next year or so. Do better ???? management, make sure the pizza is fully cooked, and stop being cheap, don't add water to the dressing smh ???????. Do not recom
This place is fun for the whole family very crowded but so much fun.... some of the employees were not very approachable maybe they were having a bad day but one of the employees impressed me so much my daughter was on the bumper cars and her phone slipped out of her pocket and we left and didn't realize it when we did this employee had kept it with her to return it to us I thought that was very honest and thank u so much ?? ?? ?? this place is an all u can eat place one price for food and entrance and all
What a fun place to spend time with your family. We celebrated several birthdays here and the food is actually pretty good. They have pizza, pasta, salad and ice cream too. There is a wide variety of games for kids of all ages. Have fun and enjoy!
I absolutely love this place! There's just so much stuff to do and so much to eat. It's like you have a whole choice of different kinds of pizzas and other foods. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about having a birthday or a party here.
Some places are just more about the nostalgia and sentimental memories. But we're never disappointed with the buffet. The only downside is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and some of the dining halls depending on how busy it is. The arcade is always fun too.
Great place to take the family. Unlimited food and about 2 hrs of entertainment for the family . 30 to 40 bucks a person with a game card, or about 15 dollars for adults just to eat. You can stay as long as you want to eat too. Wish they had johns in east texas.
A bit pricey but these smiles make it worth every penny
I should first say that we visited on a weekday, so there really weren't too many people. Our son had a great time. There were plenty of games to play and the place was nice and clean. The charge per game was good (ranging from 2 credits to 8 credits). We left with about 30 credits leftover on our card (we purchased the $24.99 game card). The food was good, much better than any Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to. Staff members were very friendly. Overall a great time at a reasonable price.
Games are great and not too bad in price, but the game prizes for the little points is really bad. The food is disappointing. Soups and pastas were watery. Pizza was bland. And the salad options were mediocre. Wet trays. Wet plates. Wet cups. Wet floors. The people clearing the tables were great though. Fun experience for my kids, but as an adult.... Not impressed.
I was invited to a child?s birthday party. I had never been to one at John?s incredible Pizza before. It was actually kind of fun, except that they had everything on a schedule and moved things along very quickly.
Went to eat dinner around 7:30 on June 12, Lizzie was incredibly helpful and professional. She cleaned the tables very fast and well. Give this girl a raise!
Don't waste your money. The food sucks, water down pasta sauce, no fried chicken. The chicken nuggets were dry and stale. Pizza was gross. I usually eat a lot. At this place, I didn't feel like eating, all their food was garbage. No more cherry tomatoes for the salad bar. Lettuce was brown, old and dirty. Restrooms was dirty, wet, toilets was gross. Paid around $120 for 5 people. Sadly, will not be coming back anytime soon. I hate this disgusting place. Alot of games were broken, so the kids got mad. Emplo
John incredible is by no means a place to go if you want a great dining experience but this one is particularly bad. Aside from not having options like chicken the quality is rushed. The cleanliness is the biggest issue because let's face it we go for the kids to play and have a great time. It's a John?s like any other but a little worse.
Just had my son?s birthday celebration there. They don't clean the floors it's so sticky everywhere especially the party rooms and bathrooms it's quite gross and this was right when they opened, food is pretty bad, my family got sick off the ranch. Rides are cool but overall little disappointed how downhill this place has gotten.
The pizza was surprisingly good. Baked potato was good. Everything else in the buffet disappointed me though. The dining areas were nice though some areas had dirty floors. The car ride was really bumpy but the kids loved it. The toddler area only had 1 structure with a slide and some dinosaurs to climb on, the photo on their website showed much more. The games were pretty nice, only a couple were broken. All the staff seemed miserable. But, overall, it was one of the best arcades we had been to in the vall
This place is really bad. This is probably the last time I come here 160 bucks for 6 ppl. A lot of the games don't work, this place is severely understaffed, bathrooms are horrible everything is sticky.
This place is slowly going downhill. The food isn't what it used to be. They no longer have all food options available all day. The price is too high to even come at dinner time for the quality of food. The staff is mostly trash except for anyone over the age of 40. That staff knows how to work. The kids that work here are rude and racist if you're not of their color. I had to get help from Lisanne after a young girl teated me like trash since I wasn't one of her skin tone. Lisanne needs a raise as she is o
This place is awesome! If you see the groupon, buy it! The food is decent, plenty of options. They sell beer and wine. Don't be discouraged when you see the long line at the entrance. It moves quickly. My kids had a blast! Vanessa at the front desk was super helpful. Check out their website for special offers. We will definitely be back.
Great pizza buffet, salad bar, dessert bar. Games rides great place for the whole family.
We love going to Johns, food is always good and the kids have a blast. But I want to give a HUGE shout out to a young man who works there named Colby. This young man goes above and beyond at his job. Staying on top of keeping tables clean with a smile on his face. Thank you again COLBY, you have made our experience better on a number of occasions. Keep up the good work!
I have a 3 yo and a 7 yo so finding things to do that cater to both of their interests can be a challenge at times. John's Incredible Pizza did that and more. The parking lot was packed on the Sunday we went, so we were worried about wait times and whether or not we would be able to find a table big enough for our party of 6, as well as whether our kids would be able to do everything thing they wanted, that ended up not being an issue. We were in, paid and sealed in 10 minutes. The kids had a blast, both we
Great place to have a birthday party. The food was plenty and dessert was amazing. Please bring your appetites, and get a bunch of tokens on your card. Pricey but worth it. Your archives will treasure these memories.
Kind of expensive for what it is!! The buffet is really the main attraction as it is not terrible for the price! Some of the food was questionable but kids won't mind, definitely geared more towards kids and parents who don't want to spend so much money at Dave and busters. Otherwise, a decent place! The one thing is that they may need to get some better prizes for the tickets, as the prizes there a little lack luster, also the arcade games are a bit clustered together, a bit more spacing would do the tric
This place has gone down hill, the bathrooms were disgustsing. I'm genuinely surprised they don't have metal detectors or check people?s personal bags prior to walking in. Three guys tries fighting in the food area, employees had to get in between. They should consider having security.
Great family fun affordable token package and a great value paid 164 for 5 adults 2 kids and that included the 35 dollar token card. And they have military discounts.
Very nice hard working employees! The food is very yummy! They work hard to keep the whole place clean. The very well dressed employee with the pink tucked in shirt was extra helpful! Thanks for the great experience!
The kids love having their birthdays here. I love that guests are able to sample from the entire menu.
The pizza is getting better . Especially because they are more likely to have crust now then they used too . Can't beat this place and their special?s, my kids are ages 6-15 and they still love and enjoy this place . Eat all you can eat here.
Spent $170 for 4 kids and myself with a TripleA Discount. We got 80 game credits each, 2 Rides each and the buffet. Food: The ice cream machine now has dairy; which was a bummer for me since it was one of the few things I could eat being Lactose Intolerant. There was only one machine running the whole time we were there, with crazy long lines. They dumped it 20 minutes before closing the restaurant up, so none of my kids got to enjoy it. Serving area was dirty, tables weren't clean to eat from, the floor ev
Above average buffet perfect for families of all ages!! Prepare to spend 15 per person for food and 10-50 bucks for a fun card if you have little ones ! (Ranch lovers can use the plastic cups in the salad bar area by the forks to fill up with extra ranch for their pizza) My experience was great. We had to wait in line. But don't worry because it goes by QUICK. When you go in you have to pay. You sit down and order though your phone, then you could eat as much as you want. There's rides games and it's full o
Bought the 3 day pass , something to note in the fine print if you don't cancel it before your third visit it will charge you again for another 3 day pass
You can enjoy birthday parties and lil family gatherings with kids off course as there are games and rides? Food is good .. They provide you separate rooms for your family gatherings or parties but for a limited period of time.. But this place is overcrowded in the games section almost everytime I visited here..
Wholly Logjams BATMAN..! ' I loved going to John's Incredible Pizza.' Yes, though I married and divorced, the visit was one of the Very Best Fun and Family Experiences of my life in that period of my life, as I went with my girlfriend and future stepdaughter to the locale' on a Summer Afternoon. ( Big Smile). ?? * !- ' Yes, seems a bit of time and the pandemic clouded everyone's thoughts of those popular places folks visit for family fun and entertainment.., ...but seeing the John's front sign, along with
Shanice is amazing! She always provides GREAT customer service when my Family, Friends And I stop by. Her station is always so neat and clean. The food is ALWAYS fresh and hot. There is plenty of healthy options to choose from also. Thank you John?s Incredible Pizza for always showing my family and I with so much hospitality. Will forever support this location. Thank you!
Lots of fun! The kids had a terrific time and there is a ton of things for them to do. Such as, riding the rides, playing the arcade games, and eating at the buffet!
The food is OK, we ate at the buffet, hey, it's buffet food! Lots of pizza. The meat marinara sauce was surprisingly delicious. We made root beer floats using the ice cream and Barqs root beer, so good! We enjoyed the rides and arcade. Every single employee was helpful, courteous & very patient in explaining the rules. Isabel was my favorite! We went there on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy at all but by 4 pm it became busier. BTW, our party consists of 5 beautiful, fun-loving retired ladies who meet once a mo
15 per adult, 7 for kiddo,, plus 30$ token card. Had some fun with ym autistic son for the first time there. He enjoyed the games and pizza. Was a bummer that all the games would be "on stand by" or closed every few minutes. Couldn't really play games and rides BECAUSE PARENTS WERE TAKING OVER FOR THE KIDS. Overall it was ok, just wish all the kiddos had a better chance of actually playing the games. It felt like parents were battling to get tickets/games from others and wouldn't let the little ones even p
Love it? If I have anything to say is when you make Birthday Reservations, make sure you know everything about it. What you can and cannot do. You'll get more information when you call and talk to someone than you'll receive online.
We go to John's Incredible Pizza every year in December for a joint birthday party. Two of my boys have birthdays in December. This year was the best yet. The birthday party just added to this Christmas season being one of the best. Thank you for the picture backdrop, I love being able to takes photos of our family, it's an extra special touch that turns out to be a great way of making a memory.
One the best places for kids yo go..non stop delicious pizza, salads, soups, chicken and many more. Kids had fun with games too
Went to a birthday party today. We were in room #1 and our party employee was amazing. He was the best!
Kids had a good time. Used a Groupon and got a great deal for the visit. Buffets were good and offered a lot of options. Was super busy but the staff was pretty on the spot keeping the place clean and stocked. The staff were all really helpful and surprisingly good natured considering it was a kid frenzy that could make anyone crazy. Would definitely revisit and recommend.
Giving 3 stars because many of the games were broken, or missing critical pieces to make it work. At least turn the broken machines off, we wasted tokens on games that didn't work.
My experience was great. We had to wait in line. But don't worry because it goes by QUICK. When you go in you have to pay. You sit down and order though your phone, then you could eat as much as you want. There's rides games and it's full of fun!
We have always enjoyed coming to JIPC but this last time it was a disappointment, everything was dirty, restrooms and floors. The salad bar was low in everything and the employees were trying to do their job but it was not enough, management needs to step in and hire more employees and give them good training. We do not have intentions in going back until it improves.
This place seems great for kids in theory but truly it seems like a public health violation. The furniture hasn't been cleaned in a really long time (at least thoroughly) and the food area lacks cleanliness. I usually don't post reviews but it was a bit jarring to walk into.
We had such an amazing time we didn't go to the side where the games were we just went to go eat and thatThat place was so amazing they have so much different food not just pizzas they have salad bar they have so much dessert drinks it was just phenomenal I mean the prices were just great for what they were giving out we stayed there for two hours or family had a blast I would definitely recommend anyone going there even if it's just to go eat it was amazing I will definitely come back and I will definitely
Fun place but pricey, the food also could get better. Games need to be fixed or updated the prizes cost alot of tickets and games don't give out alot.
It's loud looks dirty and everything is overpriced. I only went bc I was invited to a party there. But would not step in there for any other reason.
The food options are not that great. If you do decide to eat here, the only thing I would recommended is the salad bar and the icee machine.
Place is ok, a lot of the games were broken but still took your electronic tokens. Food was good, recommend the potatoes soup and side salad very good.
Chill spot they have cool games and I had a nice time.
Had a birthday party here. The kids enjoyed it. Lots to do. Zero social distancing here. Place is elbow to elbow. So keep that in mind. The party host were great and helpful. Really easy to book online for party. Party rooms are for 1.5 hours only. Keep in mind also.
It was a great place to hold a child's birthday party. The staff was very kind. Food was good. All you can eat. Lots of games for the kids to play.
Had my daughter's birthday party there. All the kids had a great time. Our party hosts were fantastic, and got everyone involved. Probably the only thing negative I would have to say about it is that it's pretty expensive. But, no clean-up.
Great entertainment, ideal for kids parties Staff is friendly and helpful, dedicated to entertain kids. There's a nice salad bar, some pizza?s and several pastas. Some food, such as chicken can be improved. Unfortunately they have a simple coffee machine, this is way too cheap for a place like this.
Always love going here, especially when the buffet is open because when they were under covid restrictions & you had to order from your table & wait for them to bring your food was not the business. But now they aren't doing that anymore, it's way better & we love it & always have a blast when we go. Food is always good & atmosphere is always great ??
Great and helpful staff more importantly, very patient with the children. Overall, a great place to being your children
It's fun for the kids, however about 15% of the games were out of order. One was taking people's credits and crashing. Then the food... The food was scarce. It was under prepared and obviously being rushed. The chicken was blackish and you just knew they were using old oil. We told everyone not to eat a lot, and we still ended up sick all night. We will not be eating there again. Save yourselves. Also we witnessed employees wiping down tables with dirty rags.
Super fun place to take the kids!! The prices are fair. ?? I love this place!!
Staff always makes me and my guests feel welcome! Food is always excellent and facilities are always clean and well maintained!
We went to go play Lazer tag, but they said they can only play with a minimum of 6 people, but there was no staff there nor any that would show up when we hit the assistance button. We had to tell another group they weren't allowed to leave because we had been waiting 40 mins by this point and went to go find anyone to start the game.
We tried again after not going for like 2 years... It's better than last time, but still allot to dobefore i believe the company is trying to give a shit. Not very clean at all, anywhere... Poor gaming selection... Food tastes like it was made for kindergarten kids, not for the parents that are paying hundreds of dollars for the family to eat and play... Would like to see better food and cleaner eating areas at a minimum... Would NOT RECOMMEND
Avoid this place, as it has gone downhill. Family went to Johns Incredible Pizza in Fresno CA on December 19, 2024 for lunch buffet. The pizzas were cold and 60% of the trays were empty and they would NOT fill those pizzas in the try. if you ask for a pizza, it takes 15 minutes to get one, that is if the people in front of you dont take it all. The bread sticks were raw inside. The chesse for nachos and micronine was like water with globes of powdered chesse. The place is unclean and building is run
It's fun to come as a family lots of pizza to choose from, pasta salad , chicken..... And lots of games and rides. My kids enjoy it and as parents we do to??
The pizza was good. The sweets needed some love, the brownies were dry, and the cobbler was undercooked every time I attempted to get it, so I eventually gave up. The other side ugh has definitely gone down hill we haven't been here since before the pandemic but lots......of games took my card and wouldn't let me play the game it felt like a waste and they could afford to be cleaner everything was either damaged or broken this was disappointing.
THIS WAS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM EARLY LAST YEAR. IF YOU WANT TO SEE MY UPDATE REVIEW SCROLL DOWN: I'm Giving John's A 4.5, I'm Not A Fan Of The Pizza I Don't Know Why When I Look At The Pizza It Looks Disgusting. I Rather Eat The Pasta Or The Fried Chicken. To Be Honest I Care About More The Arcade Than The Food Lol. But Still The Pasta And Fried Chicken Is Good. Even The Desserts Are Good. There Is A Lot Of Variety Of The Foods. By The Way. I Went On 3-20-2023. UPDATE: I went on 6-25-2024 and there is no
Food wasn't great and arcade isn't worth it spent 100 on arcade just to get a bracelet. Adventure park is where it's at from now on.
ZERO ZERO STARS!!!!!would give no stars food was horrible and we paid almost 80 dollar for 2 adluts 1 seven year old and a 3 year old who didnt eat or drink anything. Was given a sorry not sorry apology and that refunds are not issued. employees are rude and managers are even worse. eat at the fresno location at your own risk. if you have 100.00 to waste on absolutely nothing then this is the place to go to.
I love going here with my family. The salad bar ingredients are so fresh. The pizza is a little sub par for me, though. Everything else is great. The arcade is huge, had laser tag, a tornado ride, and bumper cars.
Food is good. Lots of fun. But I do say they need a wash hand station next to the food court . Lots of people and they have beer and wine. Also a play area for the kids
We went there on 4/9/19 to celebrate our son's 3rd birthday, and it was a bust. How hard is it to put fresh pizza every so often and put out fresh food? They had old chili and soup that had been sitting there for a while because it was burning onto the side of the pot and getting chunky. No cheese for the 'mac n cheese'? No bread sticks, no cinnamon rolls, the ICEE machine was dispensing foam. It was a hot mess. Definitely not going back. They only got 1 star because the manager was really friendly.
It's good place for kids to have some fun
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
