John's Incredible Pizza - Carson

The pizza and pasta is very good. We came here to ride the Crazy 8 coaster. A school group was here too and they did a great job busting out tasty food fast. I think the key is to get here when everything is fresh at opening. Lots of games, mini golf, & bumper cars also. The staff there was friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival at 7:45pm the manager Jorge, informed us that the store will be closing soon and the buffet only had half of the normal items. I asked are you encouraging us to leave. He responded,?no I just don't want you complaining about the lack of food because the buffet closes at 8:30pm and we aren't bringing out anymore food. The buffet didn't have half of the normal items. Fun place to play but not to eat. Salad bar was disgusting, salads had water in them. Waited over 45 minutes for chicken nuggets and when we finally went to get some they were all out. This was our first time here and it wasn't fun food experience.

I went to the Carson location today and got there to find that there aren't many options for someone like me who is gluten free due to an allergy. Outside of a salad and/or soup, there wasn't any options for me to enjoy. Our first time here and it did not disappoint. Walking in, the place was so organized and clean for such a large establishment. I loved that the restaurant part was on one side and the games were on the other. The buffet selection was amazing. Along with all the other pastas, soups, salads, desserts and much more. It's been a while since I went to John's, the one I went to before closed when COVID happened so this was the first time in this location The staff was super friendly and kept the dining areas very clean ... They just need more personnel at the front door so when it picks up one can attend the people needing help in the screens as the other lets them in. Other than that I'm willing to go again.

This place can be pretty chaotic with kids running a muck! I did have a great experience, and the workers tried really hard to make it a positive experience. I booked a party for 100 people and the capacity in the cabin fever room is for 95. I was told we could add chairs, but this was wrong. Really great place and much cheaper than chuck e. chess?s or Dave and busters. The games all worked and were maintained. loved the mini golf and roller coaster. And the buffet wasn't too bad, pasta and pizza were enjoyed and great eating space with multiple options on where to eat with different scenery. The game verity is great! Some games give out and not much staff available to help! First two hours pizza is very lacking in quantity & quality, and overall close to half the buffet is empty at any time. Also wish they had more food options for parents! Not even showing half of how dirty this place was ?? Arrived around 6:30 pm and this is what it mostly looked like thought the whole night. Most food items were out. Big lack of sanitation in the food and play areas. A few of the games were out of service. Cups and trash all over the place, on the floors and on the games. No child or staff supervision whatsoever kids climbing on games. Place needs better management.

I like that this Incredible Johns is a bit closer to us but when i went for my friends daughters Birthday it was very dead their was hardly any food to serve and out of the 3 roller coaster rides there was only 1 available to use. I do plan to give it another chance and go during the weekend to see if its a better scene but none the less if your gonna be open for business you should have everything up and running and food available epically when your paying $20.00 per person

Place was clean but the atmosphere was not all there. Employees seem to be bothered when you would ask them for something. Food was ok but not that great. I've been to other locations and this one wasn't just that great. Will give them a try if when I do go back to California just to give them a second try and will see.

Just nasty. Came here for a birthday party and let me tell you, I will never come back again. All the workers were standing around even when we asked for help with cleaning a table. They never came over. The whole bar was DIRTY and the manager that was in charge of kept coughing over ther food. Fun place for the kids. Visited on a Thursday 5p, buffet has lots to offer usually, but probably not the case on a weekday. My favorite pizza there is the garlic pesto, none being served when we arrived. Spoke to the person managing that area and she had my favorite pizza out in less than 10 mins. If it's listed and you don't see it, just ask them to make it. Please offer better quality prizes.

Love pizza! They kids love the games and of course the pizza too. They use to have chicken; they should bring it back. A bit messy at times , people need to be more careful with the food , not dropping it . Specially the kids ; parents need help the kids with there meals.

My family and I went and it was ghetto from the start. Paying for our entrance was a mess, had to wait for our receipt to get scanned so we can enter for about 10 min. We were a party of 6 and 3 out of six got food poisoning and had to go to er. Half of the games did not work which was a total loss for us because they should?ve told us before purchasing that half the games did not work and we had bought 4 $35 cards to play. This whole experience was just horrible.

It was a great time spent with my family, even it was busy because was Sunday I didn't see difficulty to get in and to get the food because they have a lot off different foods, pizza, pasta, salad and dessert. I came to this John?s incredible pizza on Super Bowl Sunday with my son. We played games got on the small roller coaster. Everything was fine until we went to go eat. This is supposed to be a pizza buffet? There was only three pizzas available and the other options of food did not really look too good but the sausage and peppers looked great, but there was no sausage only peppers???????

I was tired but it was my grands bday so went to Johns and yes he acted out and had my daughter ready to go. But I said no I'm going to play these games. So my youngest child and I continued, played them games and had a ball. But my grand and his mom and my youngest did get on the roller coaster and they all enjoyed it.

Johns is the kids and I favorite place to go but lately meaning in the past 6 months or so they have been having very low service. 1st time to this location arrived at 2:06pm and it was barely any pizza out there all the cookies were gone, I don't think they ever refilled the brownie, no forks or spoons, took about 10-15mins before an attendant came to the bar (i was ready to go get a refund from waiting so long), took 20mins for a attendant to the bumper cars andni had to go find one. It was ok. To get in, you have to go to the kiosk. Nobody helped until you looked for someone. The food is ok. Mostly empty stations, ice cream machine needs service. The eating areas need to be swept, there's food on the floor. The only thing that is good is the playing area.

Great place for the kids to eat and have fun will the adult enjoy food and drinks as well. I love it because we all get to enjoy in our own way. I recommend the Carson location.

Really nice place for kids. If I'd come here for a birthday as a kid I'd never want to leave. Lots to do and the buffet has a lot of options. It got crowded but still there's enough room to move around easily even with a large family. Lots of parking available.

The buffet wasn't the greatest but I think it has a lot to do with it being a weekday. I feel like the prices should be adjusted for weekdays. The + was that there weren't too many people so my kids were able to enjoy the games. I feel like shakeys has a larger prize selection as well. There was also a door in the WoMens restroom that wouldn't close.

First off, my kids had fun?.despite the poor service. And that's what ls important. But I don't think we'll be going back. Almost half the games on the floor were broken. It's not possible that someone is maintaining those machines on a regular basis. We sat down and ate food. After going out to play games, we came back 3 hours later and our food trays were still there on the table. Literally every single table had trash and food trays on it. Very poorly managed facility. Horrible experience. This was their slow time. The place was deserted. There was more employees than customers. Spent over $500 for their bday package. This place was awesome. Has a different ride than their Buena park location. It's a roller coaster. Place is clean, food great and for the month of august kids enter and eat unlimited for 2.99! For two kids, each having a 25 dollar fun card (which included two free 2 rides) and my adult admission I paid 76 dollars to be exact. The kids played for two hours and ate several times. They had a great time!

I had never been here before but decided to throw my daughters 4th bday party here last minute. I'd definitely do it again. 10 guest , full buffet and cards for games under 250!! Food was good, fresh and clean. We got there at noon and it was so chill. Crowds started arriving round 230pm. We left at 330pm and it was full at that time. I'd recommend the earlier the better.
