Went with my son's school as a end of the school year outing. Nice game options, food was subpar. However, the kids were just happy to be there and didn't seem to mind the food much. They ate plenty.

Feel scammed. I payed $80 and didn't get to eat anything, drink anything, play any games, or do any rides. The overall idea is fun with themes eating rooms, food and games. When we went there was an issue with getting cups for drinks as there were none. The the food area was dirty and a lot of empty trays. The eating areas were also dirty with dishes and spilled items still waiting to be cleaned. We actually cleaned a table so we could sit and eat. I attended a birthday party in one of the reserved rooms, and I was genuinely shocked by how hot it was ? I nearly passed out from the heat. One of my kids favorite special treat places to go to. Pizza buffet is decent. Salad, Pizza and pasta bars, baked potato and soups as well. Firstly what we encountered was that despite having multiple rooms/areas there wasn't anywhere to sit that was wheelchair accessible and clean. We have visited John's Incredible Pizza in Buena Park many times on weekends, and unfortunately, it's been consistently disappointing. My wife does not want to come back here anymore. The food is served very slowly, especially when the bar is running low. Tables are not cleaned after guests finish, indicating poor management. Please follow the Riverside location's example for better service and cleanliness. Won't come back until the issues are fixed.

Great place to bring the family decent price and a lot of games and things to do for the kids. They serve beer and margaritas. Games and rides are great for the kids. It's like Shakey's meets Chuck-E-Cheese. Even have a party rooms for kids celebrations right next to the arcades.

Hard to get to downstairs inside the Buena Park Mall and I only found one entrance. The food area was nice, lots of tables and big screens playing cartoons. It's a buffet with different types of pizza and other things. It was clean and organized. The pizza was fresh and good. Lots of rides, games and good employees like the girl running the Dragon Swing. If you're coming here during covid restrictions, be prepared and know how it works. Buffet is closed and replaced with a all you can eat menu that is brought to your table. A party of 4 cost us about $35-$40 and it comes with the Buffett, $25 we spent on the game card and the kids played and rode on rides for 2 hours. Only some of the staff are courteous and friendly, while others are aloof. Around 2pm the buffet area looked like a disaster. Food all over the counters and some on the floor. The food that was all gone either took a long time to be replaced or was not replaced at all. At least 1/5 of the arcade games was out of order. We had to wait 10+ minutes for an employee to come over to one of the rides.
