John's Incredible Pizza - Bakersfield

It's always such a fun place to take the kids! Their salad bar is loaded as well as their pizza choices, not to mention their dessert options plus some alcohol options for us parents to unwind as well as tv screens to watch the games. The arcade games are all fun to play, and the rides are also a must do. I always keep coming back for more family fun!

Loved it, two rooms to play games. They have bumper carts and multiple ride kids can get on, bowling and even glow in the dark golfing. The food is very limited and I would definitely recommend eating before you get their or after.

This place sucks!!!! If I could give a zero I would super extra charge on food and drinks even with coupon. They take forever to attend the rides! And worst attitude ever! What happened to customer service??? Don't spend your money or time here!!! Ohhh and forgot to add their ice cream machine doesn't work!

Place was filthy. Waited almost 2 hours and the food was never refilled. Food bars were trashed and nothing restocked. My granddaughter did have fun playing games, but went home hungry. You would think in the 2 plus hours that we were there, that they could cook some chicken strips and pizza. They definitely need more employees when the place is busy.

Nice place to hang on with friends and children?. specially with children. Lots of food and beverages to choose from. Children love the games at the arcade, and of course their food? which is mostly intended for kids. Ambience is cozy specially the rooms with a unique theme on them. If you need a place with the children on a Sunday and don't want to be under the sun?. well, this is one place to go.

We went for a birthday party and the kids had fun. Many games have issues taking credits but not allowing the play, or malfunctioning games. The beer, which was not cheap, tasted like soap.

It was an hour and a half drive but worth it. For my husband and me, our 10 year old and 4 year old It came to just over $200. All you can eat pizza, pasta, salad, dessert and drinks, including icees and the pizza was amazing. They must of had at least 15 different kinds of pizza and they were all amazing. They have definitely changed it up since the last time I had been in 2007, it's 2022 now. It's very spacious. Has many things to do. My kids really enjoyed themselves. Honestly they didn't even want to leave. I was so happy they had a veggie lover pizza. You have enter you the regular line or if you a guest of a party you can got through the party line door.

Although the food was delicious their weren't many options in the fruit section however the dining rooms still remain the same. I will say that it was rather empty to say the least and as far as games go their weren't many in my opinion and if their was one that I liked the remote would be busted or it would be out of order. So I would recommend this place to those that just want to dine out with friends or family.

I visited this place this Sunday. Let me tell you, it was a mixed bag of experiences. Most of the games were either broken and deducted your credits, or they required you to swipe your card twice. I was about to play one of the games and spent credits on it, only to find that it didn't even matter or work. And don't even get me started on the tickets system! We received 260 credits and a balloon for 100 tickets. It's a complete scam!

When we first got there, there were literally no clean tables, no silverware, and most of the pizza was not available and in its place were cardboard pictures of pizza, salad dressings were watered down and slushy machines not working, most games and rides were out of order but still charged my fun card. John's Incredible was incredibly disappointing.

I have been to multiple locations, the Newark CA location before they closed, the Fresno location, and now the Bakersfield location. Bakersfield was the cleanest one I ever seen. They are ran by awesome managers and the staff is on point. I would take the drive to go to this one again.

If i could give zero stars i would. For starters. There was no pizza other than one garlic pizza for a good while. The marinara sauce for the pasta was spoiled u could even smell how sour it was. Overall food options were bad. The seating area had 2 tables available the rest were dirty. I had to call someone to get them cleaned up. This place also have enough space to accommodate parties, get togethers etc. they have Monday to Friday and weekend prices for entry. Once you enter the food is completely free and they do have good vegetarian food options. Fun is endless they gave lots and lots of play areas and different kind of entertaining games. Had my sons party here and our experience was great. We had a host didn't catch her name but she was very attentive. Johnathan was great as well very informative and helpful and helps with a smile on a crazy day.

Surprisingly great food from an entertainment place like this. The pizza buffet has great options, with so much more than pizza. The pizza is not mediocre and has great flavor. I urge everyone to try the cinnamon rolls as they are amazing. It's impossible to overlook the great game options, like the 4 way pacman game!

John's has been around since I was a wee lad. If I were reviewing as a child, I'm sure it would be highly rated. You walk in and are greeted by warm smiles. If you're lucky, you'll be helped by an enthusiastic and cheerful Emma. I was trying to use gift cards and ran into some errors, but after some help from her supervisor, we got it resolved. Great family fun! Mini golf, bowling, laser tag, bumper cars plus other fun rides. So many great arcade game. It was clean and the food was fresh can't complain about a great afternoon or evening.

The restaurant was clean and well kept. The food was yummy. The selection was great. Some of the machines were out of order. Most machines worked well and are perfect for kids of all ages. Plenty of seating for families. All the soda machines worked and we're stocked. Plenty of parking.

Great to see John's is open again. I missed playing and eating here. Their buffet here is open and as far as I can see everything is still being served. The food is good as before. It's really full since they opened, the only draw back is. They don't have all of the arcade machines out. They have some good ones. My favorite ones that I make a lot of tickets were not out. But I did manage to score over 1500 in tickets in one afternoon. So it's still good if you know what machines are the good ones. Over all

A bit pricy and a little run down, but it is a family friendly place and you get all the pizza you can eat. The food is mid tier, buffet style quality, but you can't really complain at an all you can eat restaurant. I went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. After we finished we developed a appetite. Just as I was about to eat I found a roach at the food bar. I notified the management immediately. The manager killed the roach didn't seemed concerned. They left the bar as is and allowed other customer to continue grabbing food from the bar. I the customers not to eat because I had found the roach and asked for my refund immediately. I dont recommend this place until everything is sanitized.

Johns incredible has been part of bakersfield as long as I can remember my parents use to take me here back when skate land was next doors and they had go karts but now I take my kids and my kids always have a good time, prices are fair , they're pizza is alright , sometimes they're on top of it sometimes they're not but if I could change something it'd be carpet clean their carpets maybe a cleaner environment and fix they're games if not upgrade them but overall good fun experience

We just went yesterday June 27 at the Bakersfield location and I would not recommend it. I'm not exaggerating 75% of the games either didn't work, poorly worked or had extremely short turns. The sights on the shooting games were not accurate. Not a fan of this location. The buffet was mostly empty maybe 4 pizzas although they have room for 15. It was early dinner time but that hadn't prepared enough food. There were lots of customers so not quite sure how they calculate bringing out food. We were a party of 9 and were in the dining room almost an HR and no one ever came to pick up our tables. The variety is also lacking in comparison to other locations we have visited. We will probably not visit this location again.

It was super packed, and in the open dining room by the games, there were about 10 birthday parties going on and extremely loud. I didn't mind it much because I love their fried chicken, and once we are there, I FIND OUT THAT THEY DONT HAVE FRIED CHICKEN IN THE MENU ANYMORE!!!!! That was the last time we go for sure.

Always come here for family celebrations, particularly birthday parties. Today was my mom's birthday so just the 6 of us went for a small b'day dinner. It was fun and we enjoyed the food as well as the games. Definitely a night my kids will always remember and I'll cherish the rest of my life. We had so much fun! Come here with an appetite. I didn't have high expectations. It was pricey though. $86 for 2 adults, 5 year old and games. I honestly just came to stuff my face and entertain the kids and that was a success. The pizzas were tasty. I love the variety. They kept running out of ranch though.
