Jim?s arcade is a step back to the good ole days and a pillar of the surrounding communities. A mix of vintage and new games. My son loves to bank his tickets and save up for bigger prizes. It's one of our favorite local spots!
Was passing through on a trip from the west coast and stumbled upon this excellent little arcade! It's got a little bit of everything, pinball, shooters, racing games, claw machines, you name it! Haven't played Wack A Gator since I was a kid, and it's still just as fun as I remembered! Jim's a real cool guy, he's definitely got the jokes. We came in pretty close to closing and he didn't mind staying open a little late to accomodate us. They've even got a classic prize counter and tickets, so you're guarante
Jim is the absolute best! I ak having my son 8th bday party here. He didn't charge us anything to have a party. We didn't rent the place put sp there will be other kids there that aren't invited from the public but that's okay.
Me and my 6 year old made a trip to Jim's today for the first time. We were there for about two hours and had a blast. Super reasonably priced, the owner is very friendly! Worth every penny and every minute we spent driving there and back!
A time capsule to the arcades of yesteryear. What a blast! 4 and 2 year old entertained for hours! Plus, Jim is the man! Hall of fame location near bars/restaurants too!
Jim's Arcade is definitely the best entertainment venue in the area. His place is always clean and the games are a mix of current favorites and classics. His pricing is very reasonable and fair. He's been in business since the 70s he told me, Jim is a very kind person and is really great to his guests. If you're in Windham county, you definitely need to check out this arcade. It's a blast of nostalgia that anyone can enjoy.
I grew up hanging out at Jim's, such a great place to go to with the kids or on your own. Even to just say hi. This Arcade has been a big part of my upbringing. Ill always recommend it. Just a small hometown arcade ran by a real cool, down to earth guy... Jim!
Brought my 4 year old grandson here on a rainy day...came back during a heat advisory to get him out of the sun. He loved it and tuned in to Jim's kindness and care for little ones. A basketball toss AND skee-ball with basketball hoops? He was in heaven!
Great for both my 2 year old and 11 year old fun games and the owner is super nice!!!
Some oldie but goodies in there. The most fun was watching the owner count tickets!
Jim?s arcade is so fun! We stumbled upon it on a trip through town and Jim was so sweet! Great selection games- his skeeball selection was amazing! Highly recommend stopping in and winning some fun prizes!
What a great place! The game selection is good for the young and old! The owner, Jim is always kind and very helpful. Come here for an arcade that is just the right size with modern games with the classic arcade vibe. Tokens and game prices are very reasonable and great for one kid or a group. This is a must stop when in Bellows Falls, VT for some good ol? fashion arcade fun and prizes!
First timers who found this place while driving by. Parking is across the lot and it's small. This place is cozy. The owner, Jim, sits behind his desk, and is super courteous and very warm. A bunch of local kids came in here and were hanging out. Jim quickly shoo'd them out, as he seemed afraid they would scare us away. We found this funny because the local kids clearly love Jim's Arcade and come here to hang out. Reminded us of a man's dream come true - arcade style. While not very large, the games are
My kids love it, and Jim is a great guy, very much needed service in this area
It is a great place for kids and adults. Jim is very kind, easygoing and is even funny sometimes!!

Really tiny arcade on the main drag in Bellows Falls. It's cute. They also sell penny candy and for 8 dollars you'll get 10 dollars worth of tokens. Only has 1 pinball machine, but it's Medieval Madness, so 4 stars.
I have been going there since I was a child, now I take my kiddo there. It has and will always be a great place to just go and have fun. The owner is very polite and respectful to his guests.
Awesome place w/good vibes, come early if your kid has sensory needs. Also Jim is a living ticket counting machine??.
Great place I've been going since a kid and now my children go! Jim is a great person always welcoming
A very charming and friendly environment filled with mementos of a long running family arcade. Fun games from long past and more recent additons, lot's of prizes to win!

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
