I brought my son to play. It was enjoyable until having to look at this atrocity. Who puts this in a kids' arcade? Especially since they have two other similar Zoltan "games". The prices are also pretty insane. $10 for photo booth photos? I've also never seen skeeball without tickets you can redeem for something, even if it's just a dumb spider ring. The prices are greedy, but unfortunately common these days. But not being able to avoid political ish, even in a children's arcade, is inexcusable thou

A Timeless Classic with Modern Touches This arcade is an iconic classic that has entertained generations of visitors. It's a great spot that blends nostalgic charm with updated technology?featuring modern games and convenient payment options, whether you prefer card or traditional coin use. The space is kept relatively clean, and the ski ball remains a family favorite every time. One of the standout new additions is the Donald Trump interactive crystal ball reading?an unexpected but entertaining innovatio

Every time we are in OC we go to this arcade. It's our favorite especially all of the pin ball and skee ball machines ?? inexpensive and fun!

Our favorite arcade in Ocean City! Has a wide variety of games, including Skee-Ball, Mario Kart, basketball, connect four basketball, pinball, PacMan, and so much more. If you go at the right time, it usually isn't super crowded, and compared to other boardwalk costs, it's really not that expensive.

Solid spot to take your kids while on the boardwalk! It was a decent amount of games to choose from. My kids had a good time overall. There weren't many upgraded games and I'm not even sure if I saw anyone get tickets, which is the main reason you come to an arcade. Spend lots of money to get cheap prizes in return ?? I may have been mistaken but not a single game my kids played rewarded any tickets.

JiLLy?s Arcade is an absolute gem! I had such a fun time here?it's the perfect spot for people of all ages. The variety of games is fantastic, from classic arcade machines to modern games and fun ticket redemption games. Everything was well-maintained and in great working order. The staff was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The arcade is clean, well-organized, and has a great layout, making it easy to navigate even when it's busy. What I loved most was the nostalgia factor?playing t

Excellent experience at one of the best boardwalk arcades I've ever been to. Loved the pinball machines! Ghostbusters was my favorite one. The modern games were cool too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Trump told me to drop a log under the boardwalk, and then I got in a whole lot of trouble. Not giving him another dollar..

The kids had a blast here, but that is easy with really any arcade store. They do have a nice variety of games and the value is pretty good considering how much money some stores charge on the boardwalk. It was a very busy night and the place was packed so that was the only downside, but I am sure that's typical. Well see if there is time to stop again, but glad they got it out of their system.

Arcade is alright and has good game variety, but maintenance on their pinball machines needs massive improvement (not a single machine lacks issues, most have some major problem(s), and they seem to be unable or unwilling to do the most simple fix of updating the software on the newer machines.

Skee ball was well worth it, my father enjoyed so many games for $1 each. We had to get 280 points to win a free game, 11 game per $1. I bet we won 6 games each and the 2 machine to the left didn't count all 100s. I have it on video. Anyway? We cooled off and had a blast from the past, almost endlessly.

Thank you for having a fun clean arcade with friendly employees!

Ski ball is no longer 10 cents. Congratulations Jillian?s on destroying the last good arcade on the boardwalk.

The grandkids love this arcade. The place is always clean. And plenty of arcade games for the kids to play

If you ever thought to yourself, ?you know, I love the games, I love the rides, and I love the food, but what I really need down the shore is the injection of politics at my local arcade. If we could achieve this by making light of a convicted felon, sexual predator, and man who helped bankrupt the town a couple miles away why stiffing contractors, all the better,? then boy do I have the place for you. I go down the shore to get away from politics, and I know that between beach flags and tacky t shirt shop

I went in there for 15 minutes today, and the lady working gave us such a nasty look while she shook her head and stormed off like we did something, we felt so unwelcome that we left; we didn't interact with any of the workers, we weren't disruptive, we were completely respectful to everyone around us, and we weren't loud. It was at least twenty minutes before closing and when we were almost finished a game, the lady turned off the lights in the section we were in. We would?ve spent more time if she didn't

Cute arcade. Lots of games for $0.25- 1.00. Has air conditioning. Staff walking around cleaning high contact spaces.

I LOVE that you can still play skee ball for $.10 ! And the old fashioned black & white photo booth has been a family tradition for over 25 years! Please don't ever change it! Maybe one day I will beat my big sister at air hockey. She has been beating me since 1992.

This is a classic spot to stop. Lots of different game. Good mix of some classic and new ones. They also have the world's largest Pac man game. They also rent bikes, they have a 4 person one that is so much fun with a group.

I love playing pinball here. My kids roam and play other stuff but dad is very happy in the back with the great selection of machines. New great machines to play. Mandalorian, Jaws, Rush...

Such a fun spot. Awesome games. Fun pinball. Perfect for some fun and relaxation after a long day at the beach and boardwalk! Will be back

Great family fun! The only place I know where you can still play skeeball for a dime. In fact, you get 11 games for a dollar. Pinball is still a quarter and there are many to choose from. By far, the best deal on the boardwalk (any boardwalk for that matter). Games are well maintained, place is clean and staff is helpful. Highly, highly recommend!

Wish they put as much money into maintaining their pinball tables as they did into the CG pinball ads they show in their own arcade. Having the most pinball tables and cheapest cost to play doesn't mean much if they aren't fully functional. Every table I played that was more than a couple years old had fundamental issues and they all persisted for at least five days.

I have been going to the Ocean City boardwalk since I was a kid myself. Now I'm a widow going with my teenage son. This year we had three competitions, skee ball, air hockey and pinball machines. I lost everything but the pinball but only bc my son never played bf. Prices were good, only spent $5 bucks for over an hour. Worth visiting just to bring back memories or for kids of any age.

The arcade super cool, loved coming here with the kids, spend money that I really don't regret. But unfortunately for the second time the lady ( staff) on the picture (not clear because didn't wanted to be so obviously) around two weeks ago my son dropped $10 bill which I saw her took it and I didn't wanted to make a big deal about it. Today again my other son dropped off a $1 dollar bill and while i was trying to get the attention of my son so he could?ve picked it up she came stepped on too the bill looke

Always a fun Time here! Where are grownups and kids have fun playing pinball to skeeball!

The place clean and offers a variety of games from skee ball, pinball, basketball games, water shooting games and a couple claw machines. They also have Zoltan.

Loved the Star Wars battle pod, Space Invaders and Galaga. Halo, Jurassic Park, and air hockey were pretty awesome as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the claw machines always have a winner, and got myself a stuffed hamster. Even had a couple of photo booths for nice memories. Only cons are is it's a little tight on spacing and size, but later on at night around 11:00 it clears out. Parents like to let their toddlers sit on games and not play them and just turn the wheel/controls for as long as

Had so much fun here! Very fairly priced. Played for over an hour with only 10 bucks!

I had so much fun. I acted like a kid again. The skeet ball was fun. The pinball machines were fun. I even found a centipede millipede space invaders game. Good times!

Not like it used to be. Kids were out of control. Miss the pool tables. Kids were shooting basketball from over near pinball machines and from the far side of the pool table. Employee cleaning said nothing to them.

The arcade itself is nice. It sucks that when you purchase your tickets or card at a discounted price. They limit the games selections you get to play. I think it's ridiculous! As they aren't really losing any money. I've purchased three 2 hour play cards and we were only allowed to swipe the 'rainbow' lit ($1.00) games. All others were off limits to us during our unlimited play card times. Either put that in writing when purchasing or change it completely and open up all the games. What does it hurt?

They are old school using quarters. Typical arcade games. Our favorites are air hockey and pinball.

Games, games & more. Fun afternoon for all: adults & children. From pac-man, pinball to newest available

Fun arcade for the kids. A good variety of game types - air hockey, claw machines, driving games, motorcycle racing, giant Pac-Man, DDR, whack-a-shark, and my kid's favorite skeeball. And skeeball is only 10 cents a game (or 11 games for $1)!

Great games: newer and older arcade games, pinball, air hockey, and 20 cent skeeball. Fun for children from 3 to 70+. You can still use coins, or buy a playing card, if you don't want to carry all those quarters in your shorts ??. Go have some old fashioned fun today. In Ocean City, NJ.

The best arcade value on the boardwalk! They have a great selection of games and the pricing is very family friendly! .10 cent skeeball machines and pinball machines at .25 and .50 cents. Highly recommend! 8/2022 They have updated their skeeball and it is no longer .10 cents sadly - It is now .25 cents

Always a stop for us on our yearly pilgrimage to OCNJ. Has been here for decades and we still go every year. Skee-ball has gotten a bit more expensive, but it's still fun. Pinball is also good. Open year round and til late. Good place to hang out.

Great Skee-ball, for only 10 cents. If you get 280 points you get a free game. We even went there for New Years once, and they had a ball drop stream and everything. A great place to visit for some fun and games!

Great place, went to play Pinball and had a good time.

A must to visit at Ocean City. Good times! We also rented the bike! It was a blast in the morning! The staff was friendly in the morning to help!!!! We also had a coupon for a free game from the coupon book we found at our hotel! We are grateful! Good times!

I've been going to Jillys for 30+ years. Always great games! Inexpensive night out for kids and adults. Just a fun arcade to hangout at with nostalgia galore. They update games according to fan favorites. They *try* to keep other fan favorites as inexpensive as possible. But we are still aware of the #$skeet ball goughing.

Super fun, my family loved it. Will definitely go back.

Old fashioned arcade with skee-ball and pinball machines. Numerous modern video games and a few claw machines. The claw machines sure have changed since I was a kid. $10 to play. It's play until you win. I miss the $.10 machines and the ones where you actually had a chance to win.

This is a great place for kids and teenagers. Arcade is well lit, clean and latest and greatest arcades!!!

So many great games here. I love playing Ms Pac Man when I come off of the beach!

This arcade operated by the one and only Jilly always exceeds what my expectations of an arcade are. Many minutes have been spent grinding Dance Dance Revolution, and Lane Master (which is the best value game for $1.00 as you get to play 10 frames of bowling plus bonus rounds). As for guitar hero, absolutely a pain. My arm was sore for days. Maybe I suck, but the darn buttons wouldn't darn press. It was blasphemous. I absolutely botched ?cherub rock? by the smashing pumpkins so bad that my character walked

I got the Groupon deal for unlimited plays for two hours. I got to play a little of everything around the arcade which I found to be really worth it. It was super fun and lively. I loved the feeling of being by the water. If you're going to come here definitely look for the Groupon deal and the free check in on yelp.

Always a good time, they have a few classic games and a lot of new games!!

Kids loved it, and I loved that there are 25? pinball machines in the back! When you compare how much you get out of a trip here, dollar for dollar, with what you get out of a trip to (say) Gillian's Wonderland, it's really no comparison.

Clearly some of your attractions need to have a trigger warning? ????

I have been going here since I was a kid. My family now enjoys it. We like skee ball and air hockey. The play until you win grabber games save lots of tears with the little ones.

We bring our kids to Jilly's arcade every time that we're in Ocean City. It's great, inexpensive fun and it's nice to be inside a climate controlled building for a bit too. My kids especially love that all of the claw machines are play until you win, so they're never disappointed by not winning a prize. We all love the skeeball game too - it's a classic, and you can't beat the cost. Jilly's arcade is definitely a great OCNJ tradition!

Great skeeball, the trump fortune teller was tacky and unnecessary

11 games of skee ball for $1! My daughter loves the new VR experience. Open 24 hours in the summer. Clean. Friendly.

Been playing at this arcade since i was a kid, now im bringing mine. Sad They took away the old school stamp machine (made dog tag circle things, don't remember proper name) Love skee ball, air hockey the dance machine and the nice selection of pin ball. #goodtimes

One of my absolute favorite arcades at the Jersey shore. 10 cent skee-ball, and a great selection of pinball and video games.

Went here a week back with my uncle. He asked if I played pinball to which I replied, not professionally. We spent an hour there playing the .25 cent machines and it was a total blast. Spacing of the machines was a bit tight but to be expected. I would absolutely go back to spend some time doing it again

I wish there were a few more retro games, other than the PacMan and Galaga in the back. Good selection of pinball here. Also you dont win prizes for winning games, or getting tickets.

This place and the pinball machines are a must for me and the wife on our oc trips..

Air hockey, skee ball, and Ms PacMan?need I say more? Great place for a rainy day down the shore :)

Games were good. Clean and well kept.

Great selection of games and prices. They constantly buy new games and pinball machines and they have great prices on skeeball. 5 games for $1!

Love JiLLy's. We enjoy stopping by in the winter since you're likely to be the only few people in there. Lots of great games, tons of pinball, and not super expensive.

Kids had a blast and it was reasonably priced

Great prices on the video games. I miss the $0.10 skee ball with the free games though. But still. The bowling game is 10 frames for $1. Other arcades that have the same game it's only 3 frames for $1.

Love the air conditioning on a hot day! If you love pinball this is your place as they a wide variety of pinball machines, plus skee ball!! It's a fun atmosphere and a good place to play!

I've been there before! In fact, there are only 10 cents on Skee Ball. The rest of the games took quarters. Pinball machines took 25 cents, the pool table costs $2.00 which is 8 quarters per play. Great arcade place! That's my favorite!

Fun time, but some machines definitely need some maintenance. Got a good deal on Groupon so it was still well worth it!!!

Best arcade on the boardwalk, hands down. Cannot beat their prices for pinball and skiball (25/10 cents respectively). Great games all around and a constant stream of new and exciting games. Been coming here for years and will never go anywhere else. Open 24/7 for all your arcade needs, any time of day. Love it here!

Fun place! Lots of pinball for 25 cents, skeeball for 10 cents!! Good variety of well priced games. Dance Dance Revolution needs a new dance pad, but that is pretty common with those machines. Nice that they even had it! Would definitely for families visiting the boardwalk.

We had a blast at Jilly's arcade. If this was closer to home we would go there every chance we can. The games were still priced at $0.10 for the old time skee ball, $0.25 for the pinball games even the newer games were a quarter. Air hockey was a dollar. All in all we had a great time

Nice, old school arcade. If you are planning on renting a bike they give free parking with a bike rental.

I love this arcade. The 10 cent skeeball (11 games for $1) is awesome. Seriously can't beat that. We also enjoy getting ducks from the one game. Sometimes you can grab 2 at a time! I like how they are open early for those of us who don't sleep in and want something to do on the boardwalk.

We had a great time blowing our cash in this place. Even used a coupon for a free game- where my husband and older two kiddos raved each other! Loved tat they offer coupons - nice lil perk! Place is clean, hand sanitizers available, and our family LOVES skeeball! Thanks for a fun clean place to play!

There's not many arcades in this boardwalk. But there are mostly games. A lot of pinball machines, DDR, play till you win claw machines, fishing, Jurassic world, and many more

Good old family fun, playing .25 cent skeet ball and .50 cent pinball!

Is open all year even when it's freezing and the whole rest of the boardwalk is closed, it's open and people come! They have an awesome Rod hockey game and several other very old fashioned contraptions my inner child still loves... The funky photo booth, and the Machine that squashes your coin and and then bosses it with a design! Who else remembers loving those?!

Very friendly and fair service. One of the games ate our money, and they instantly reset it for us. They also have a great variety of games for all ages. Overall: clean, fun for all, friendly, and accommodating.

Hot inside but a lot to do inside ,have 10 cent skee ball. Little rides in the front had trouble with quarters going into slot, one little ride was very short riding when it was 4 quarters, the other ones were longer riding for 4 quarters. The staff person we talked to about the little rides not working and asked if we put enough money in was very rude. Had pinball machines which I love and reasonable to play and other games.

We have a 19 year old daughter w autism. It's really great that you provide the claw and money machines where everyone is a winner. Also the 5.00 stuffed animal. She was thrilled. Very clean. Helpful staff

Worst arcade experience ever. Older lady that works here has a nasty attitude against my 9 year old daughter when she was playing the kids ride machine in front of the arcade and told my daughter in a nasty and mean attitude way ?get off of this ride you are too big!? and let me remind you my daughters only 9 and she was just trying to have fun. My daughter got so scared she hopped right off the ride ASAP. I've talked to that lady and told here I already put money in are you going to refund me and the ride

Amazing experience! grandpimpy had a blast! He was able to get the high score in Hoops Fx! He got so excited he farted!

As a family of avid skeeball players we were highly disappointed when we visitors Jillians in July. All new skeeball units that play cheaply and plastic parts that do not allow any competitive play (bank shots) for 100 points. Price is now $0.25 cents a game or 5 for a $1.00. Which is overall reasonable; however no free game if you break 280 points. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Many skeeball players play for a goal or a ticket pot (moreys pier) however with the removal of 280 for a free game it just feels l

This is probably the arcade that I would recommend for Ocean City. I want this to be very clear. I am giving this 5 stars based on comparing it to other arcades in the area (which isn't a huge selection to begin with) as well as including personal experience. From personal preference, I do not care for any of the machines in here except for skee-ball and the duck crane machine. The best this arcade has going for it is the cheap skee-ball and it's location. They have some more "modern" machines, but nothing

Best and most affordable Arcade on the Boardwalk! If you like pinball this is the place for you! How are all these people complaining that skeeball is no longer .10 cents? It is not the 1960s anymore people give them a break!

One of a few places always open on the Boardwalk noon to about 7pm. Good selection of arcade games, reasonably priced, fun time with family and friends, great break from the winter doldrums. Every time I enjoy our visit, recommended!

Love this place! Always clean, friendly staff! Great place for kids birthday party!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
