They told us to leave before there initial closing time then told us we could not eat in there establishment after we spent over $100 to have a good time. They are only getting a one star because of the fact me and my party were able to bowl. It's usually not that bad but in the future, we will be taking our business to landmark lanes

Bowling screens didn't work and didn't keep Score correctly. It was 100 bucks for three games and it was miserable. Food overpriced as well. There was also no AC and it was unbearable hot. 0/10 For the first time in 8 years, our whole family was together but it was nothing short of terrible. My son suffered a cardiac arrest due to heat stroke. I'm appalled.

Very disappointed. Celebrating my birthday brought 15 people in. Very short staff, the A/C didn't work so it was so hot! Waited over 20 to 30 mins for drinks an mind you we had kids therr as well. Food came out cold an the nachos an they were soggy. An the person who was working seemed too have a attitude because he had to work. It's just very disappointing for the prices we paid an the service got.

Had my son's 10th birthday here and it was a great experience. The staff (Ashley & bartender whose name I never got) were incredibly attentive to make sure everything was going smoothly. The food portions were also great and served on warming trays. Overall, just a really great experience!

We just had our son's 8th birthday party here and it was a blast!! They were so helpful and the food was actually really good! We set up a little party in our lane area and opened presents and had cake. The lady helping us was so nice. We were able to sit in the VIP section because we did a reservation and it was so great to be out of the way so we could do presents and such. Nice place, fun for the whole family. The manager (Ashley) was very welcoming and helpful. In fact the whole staff, and the bar staff, were nice, professional, and courteous. This is our 3rd visit in a year (we don't go bowling a lot), and we have nothing but praise for this place.

The General Manager of this location is seriously a allstar when it comes to customer service. He came out to Menasha here, and turned our sabre lanes from disrespectful staff to the most polite and informed employees for an establishment I've ever seen. I'm just a local from Menasha, I dont make many reviews, but Collins passion for customer satisfaction is the best I've ever seen in person or any store for that matter. If you have real issues and have a problem with anything, he's going to figure it out.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday here last night. We had guests from age 4 to 70 and everyone had a great time. The manger on duty, Sarah, was pleasant, helpful and very accommodating. She and her staff were working very hard to ensure that our party along with other parties and bowlers were taken care of. We will definitely be back!

The manager started yelling at me because i went to check on my food order. I have never in a million years had such an unprofessional experoence. Then i asked the other girl working what her name is she refused to give it to me. Next time i come here im going to record her . Literally something is wrong with the manager

Stopped by here last weekend for some bowling. For two adults and a child, and shoes, to bowl was $50! My kids shoe size wasn't available, so they said we could just have her bowl in her street shoes and still charged us! There is no way the recent positive reviews are legit. Prior to being bought by Bowlero, this place was fantastic. Since being bought, everything has declined drastically, and they will lose leagues moving forward. The lanes aren't properly cared for and wreck balls less than 2 months old (see pictures below). Riley at the bar was amazing!!! The counter was super busy and he greeted us all with a smile and took good care of us. Ashley has a bit of attitude and Sullivan over charged me on my drinks. If it wasn't for Riley i wouldn't have left a 5 star rating.

Despite the outdated appearance and high prices I had a good time bowling here recently. It appears they are very short staffed. I only seen one person who I assume is the manager running around handling several groups in all areas of the lobby. I really like JB's their food is different since Bowlero purchased the place. I don't think the food tastes as good as it used to. I enjoy bowling with my husband. They finally have new seats without the rips in the furniture, and so I'm seeing improvements. They have plenty of staff to take care of you. We bowled 3 games and had a good time.

We had a small bday party there. Food was excellent, but very late getting to us. We had a couple of kids with us and their ball kept getting stuck and no one ever came to help. We had to just throw another ball at it. Lanes are nice. Fewer than expected lane balls available.

$74 for two pizza?s and 6 sodas definitely don't recommend buying food since now they make you pay a service fee for food. I don't exactly recommend this place. I order drinks waited about 40 mins for them walked up to the bar to be ignored for about 10 more mins. Which is ridiculous it was 3 drinks and 2 shots and the place was not packed. My lane broke down twice and skipped turns on 3 people in my group that we didn't get back after paying close to $200. We held my nephew?s birthday party here. The staff were extremely friendly, provided us with fantastic customer service, delicious food, and even a small gift for my nephew! We appreciated everything and we had so much fun! We will definitely do this again.

Tried this bowling alley for the first time and really liked it. The bowling area is comfortable, they also have additional seating for enjoying your food away from the lane. The food selection is nice and no complaints on prices. The employees who helped were awesome as well. Definitely will be returning. They were out of food items but the curds were pretty good.

We got a package for a birthday party and it exceeded my expectations. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. I read the details of reserving a birthday package online so there were no surprises. It was super easy to book online. We selected the chicken tenders meal and they were really good. Just fyi the food comes approximately 30 minutes after your reservation starts. The facility was very clean. It's a bit pricey but I would totally do it again, we had a blast.

The bowling was alright but the scoreboards kept messing up our scores and the bowling pins kept giving us random numbers of pins like the other persons pins from the last game. Chris was great! I have someone that has a wheelchair and Chris personally took the time to accommodate our groups needs. I never experienced this type of customer service anywhere else. The staff is better than it was before and it's a welcoming environment. Will be coming back again.
