I got a discount on a party package. Sooooo the price was just right. All the kids had so much fun. They really didn't want to go home. The pizza was actually really good. But what surprised me the most was the macaroni and cheese. It was so good. I wanted to take some home!!! When we first got there in the room, it was a little unorganized, or maybe I misunderstood what was really happening, but for the kids. They were just sitting around for like 30 minutes. They were getting kind of antsy waiting for the
Don't waste you money. For a single mom to take her 3 kids out paid over 100? I am very irritated. They had workers just standing around looking at you while they had half the rides closed. Tried to get the kids the candy tacos at 7 and they closed it down already. I have photos of everything.tried to use my 2 bowling that came with the pass was waiting for over 45 mins. Most of the staff was so rude? definitely won't be back here again.
We came here Saturday for my grandson birthday. While checking out all the power went out in the building. Many of the games not working, many of the rides unavailable, the screen to see the laser tag was down even an hour after the power outage. Many areas not operated by a staff so was told they would not be available. So that very few games to play. For the Max package and the price we paid we were very limited at Jake's UNLIMITED and with this being my grandsons first time here. It was quite embarra
We went on a 5th grade field trip. Employees were great with the kids and patient. The buffet was not 5 star but was good for a kids' place. When it got busy, cutting in line became an issue, but the employees were trying their best.
You can't beat the value you get at Jake's Unlimited. All you can enjoy buffet, arcade, bowling, laser tag, rides -- all for one low price. Plenty of seating. Great party packages (that again are reasonably priced). Wonderful service from front of house to the laser tag to the bar. And yes -- there's a bar for adults to enjoy beverages while the kids play. Never feels too crowded. Always able to do what we enjoy most. Would highly recommend -- especially in the summer -- to have some family fun!
So I brought my son and his friends here for his birthday. I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. I'm really extremely disappointed in the buffet. How is this a buffet? *See pictures* I understand the concept of a smaller buffet but at least have somewhat decent food to eat and maybe a few more options if we're going to pay $15.00! And the food quality was absolutely horrible. The only thing that looked half decent was the salad bar, plenty of options, but then you get to dressings, and they are in a packag
We have come here two years in a row for my son?s birthday. First year was good. Second year not so great. Employees care more about socializing than doing their job. They act like you are bothering them when they have to run a ride for you. The place is also pretty dirty. I saw an employee talking on his radio, then with unwashed, ungloved hands he proceeds to refill the straw container. Pretty gross. All that aside, the games are fun for the kids.
This goes to the management: you need better control of the number of people gathered in line for food around the restrooms. Particularly focus on the girls restroom for safety when too many teenagers and adults are gathered in that area since many girls have been caught taking pictures in there and videos with other kids in the background. Too many people there towards the outside = high safety risk. To those thinking in visiting this place, really keep an eye on your kids when it's packed and the restroom
The kids had a blast. It is nice to be able to go and know what you're going to spend for the time here and not have to throw more money at it. That being said, there were about a dozen games down, and no one working on them. Many prize and ticket games were empty or low. The food was awful, and many things were dry. It is all you can eat. When the food came out of the kitchen, it was a little bit better.
Been here a couple of times and it was a good experience however this review is based on my daughter?s school field trip for 7th grade promotion, in May. Several schools were there at the same time. It seems they invited way too many classes because every activity/game was around 30-40 minute wait. The pizza was not great and to get a drink alone, was a 20 minute line. My daughter and her friends ended up sitting at a table most of the time rather than chance waiting in another long line. She was very disap
Needs better management and air conditioning better cleaning in the bathrooms cleaning everywhere if it is kid friendly make it also pleasant for adults! It was hot in there and food and drinks everywhere and they over charge for the booths for birthdays make it better cooler more ac! Won't be back!
Took our daughter here for her birthday today. My friend recommended this place as we are new to Arizona. This place was phenomenal!! Better than any Main Event & Dave & Buster's to me in regards to the kids and ALL you get for a great price!! Very kid friendly place and even great for Adults! The buffet was great as well!!! The pizza was great and salad. They had other options like pasta, baked potatoes and cookies for desserts. The free drinks as well. It was almost like a CiCis Pizza meets Dave & Buster
It's just okay. Place was clean when we got there, and as the day went on, it was pretty dirty in the game and buffet area. I didn't get one smile from not one employee that we encountered. Just didn't seem as friendly as I would expect a kids' place to be.
Great place to entertain and feed kids or groups. We visited because our original plans were rained out and it didn't disappoint. Everyone that enters must pay because they offer unlimited buffet but the pricing when looking at eating and playing is worth it. They offer laser tag, carnival like rides including bumper cars and a carousel, bowling, arcade games and a cinema room that plays 3 different movies at all times that allow for good "break time" foe the kids that may be overstimulated or just need a q
Jake's has the worst bowling lanes I've ever been on, and that's saying something (Mesa bowl, and Fat cats). No wax whatsoever. Any spin on the ball, and directly into the gutter you go. Only straight throws here. I guess the hyper bowling was fun, but if you're trying to really bowl, you're going to have a hard time. Everything else has been pretty good. The arcade games are in need of some tightening up, but everything works for the most part. Get your party package through Groupon, it's much cheaper and
This place is the best place for an all day event with the family. It has EVERYTHING you need. I love this place.
Wasn't mad at it. My first time there. Huge place, a buffet with some good bites, the potato station was a nice surprise. Didn't like having to pay as an adult at the party, when we weren't engaging ?? but kids had fun! The workers should be more consistent on the rides, in regard to rules.
Just spent the day here with kids of several ages. I was amazed at the variation of things to do and food to eat. All for the price of a zoo admission, but inside and so much fun you need to go at least once to see for yourself.
This place is not great, the prices a pretty high for games that sucks and are always broken and food that gave me and my family all food poisoning many times mostly from the pasta. The water taste like someone?s back Wash and the ice cream taste like cardboard..there are never employees at the rides and they are extremely rude. Please do not go here unless you want to waste your money and get sick.
The atmosphere is awesome, but the food sucks, I don't know if they were short staffed, but for us to get a table , we had to remove the dishes an clean the table ourselves. The party room staff was amazing also.
We had been here pre-Covid and had so much fun. The food was definitely better and if I remember correctly there were more options. We went today 05/24/24? we spent $160 on 3 kids 2 adults? I want to say over half the arcade games do not work? we spent more time in line for rides or games then we played.. it was so disappointing. It's also not clean? I think the prices are fair if the machines worked and maybe changed the food a bit. They do have the summer special of 25 plus tax now.. I bought a Groupon
We had an amazing time at Jake's Unlimited! I want to thank the staff for allowing Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events to decorate my son's birthday party. We booked Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events at the last minute & they did an amazing job on the balloon garland, custom snacks ( appple sauce, crackers, fruit snacks, water bottles, juices boxes,& fruit snacks.) They delivered & exceeded our expectations! The staff were nice and helpful! The food was fresh & delicious! The facility & bathrooms were clean. T
First-timer here. I really loved it. It's kind of like a Disneyland with unlimited food, a theater, less rides, and more arcade games. For a price of 32 dollars per PRO ticket, I feel like it's not overpriced for all the things that are included. In the buffet, all the food is really good (especially the pizza), but the pasta is just bad. As for the arcade games, I honestly got overwhelmed at how many choices there were (but no tickets). My only complaint is that they make it hard for one person (with a car
I celebrated my son's fourth and fifth birthday here, and we had up to 20 guests. Everyone had a great time. Far better birthday experience, than Fat Cats or other places with an arcade. You get a lot more bang for your buck here.
I recently took my family to Jakes Unlimited and we had an amazing time! This place was such a blast - the facility was nice, well-kept, and very clean. What's more impressive, we didn't have to worry about crowds unlike some other places. The pricing during the week was well worth it if you have many kids. The rides were so much fun, and I was impressed by how safe everything was. Bowling was also a hit, and we all had a great time. While the buffet may not be Michelin quality, it was good enough for our f
Great time, awesome staff and love the bowling. Recommend family destination
I went there for a school field trip and it was the worst experience I've ever had. There was like 10 other schools with us there. Everybody was cutting in line. All of the good games were taken up. And we waited in line for 20 minutes, just to get mid food wouldn't recommend going during school days because you'll have the same experiences as me. People were also waiting in line for laser tag for almost 2 hours and had to stop early cause other people from other schools were running.
Ok, you're NOT going for the food and you have to acknowledge that before you go in (but your kids and grandkids don't care). In fact, my grandkids (6 of the from 3-9) love the pizza, Mac & cheese, fountain drinks/ lemonade + the ice cream, cookies and donuts - they don't know any better. You're going because your kids and grandkids are gonna love it - the rides, the arcade games, bowling, laser tag & the all you can eat plus it's indoors (aka, air conditioned) and safe for the kids to run free and have
Jake's is clean and fun! I love the all day pass. Their birthday party rates are some of the best in town. My kids love the unlimited buffet, especially the ice cream. There is so much to do, fun for all ages. Even as an adult I found the rides to be fun. Speaking of adult, it's also nice they have a bar for parents to chill and enjoy a yummy cocktail.
I've read so many good reviews of this place and thought I would have a good time for my birthday. I spent $86 for me and my boyfriend to have unlimited play time for $40 each person. You couldn't have half the games because you have to have a current card to play most of the games like the claw machines. And the other half of the machines were just down completely. When we were getting ready to eat food. You couldn't find any plates anywhere and all the silverware was dirty and old food on them. I'm not co
Always a Awesome experience and Fun for All ages! The New laser tag equipment and bowling alley up an runnin is definitely nice and they Absolutely made some changes with the cleanliness of the place overall Compared to a couple of years ago.
Been there when they opened, and it was good and everything is working. Visited today 06/04/24, paid about $215 for 4 adults (just for food), and 2 kids (the unlimited pack) with the buffet, VR, laser tag, bowling, and unlimited play. The buffet wasn't bad but could have been better they had pizza and salads. The VR is about 3 games, and the kids like it they didn't play bowling or laser tag but they enjoyed the VR the most, other than that lots of games not even working or you can just play without even sc
Updating my review they actually make it right they reached out to me via email and they're going to email me the stuffed animal that I wanted for my yellow tickets which is more than I was expecting them to do they have gone over and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of and heard out Jake's is a great place to bring your children with hundreds of games laser tag and bowling we have been coming there for many many years since I was a teenager and am now 34 with 4 kiddos of my own that get to play h
We had my 6 year olds bday here and it was a blast! For adults and kids. The buffet is pizza, salad, pasta, etc. but it's always full and wide open to eat all you want. The laser tag and bumper cars are what I enjoyed the most! The bowling and VR area are great as well! So many things to do and the place is huge.
It's definitely not a 5-star place for the price. If food was good, i was gonna give 4 stars, but The food was terrible for $15. Some arcades were not working, and they didn't put a sign.
We went on a Wednesday, Salad bar was decent, missing a few items, chicken noodles soup was great, Chilli was fantastic, baked potatoes were good. The pizza crust however isn't something I would base my visist on. It was a bit flat and tasteless. The didn't have the pasta dishes and others food items as they used to. Many of the drinks were out however kept very clean. Staff. All courteous, polite, cheerful and helpful. Facility was clean all over. The kids had a great time we stayed about 7 hours so we g
I love this place! Great time for kids, weekdays are the best. Absolutely no lines and waiting for games, not even laser tag. I will say that the new price structure is a little over priced, $65 is only 50 bucks away from Disneyland. For big families, this limits retention. I would comes more often, I think more parents would. Also more plant- based food main meal entree's would be nice.
Slightly better deal on Groupon, although it claims to be better than it is. Jake's was a whirlwind of fun for me and my kiddos! Laser tag was amazing once the line wasn't crazy long anymore. Kid's really liked the rides. Wish our bands included VR even once. Unlimited food wasn't bad, but clearly cheap/rushed. Free ice cream was a joke; vanilla or pineapple only?! Overall had a really fun time. 3 hours wasn't enough, so plan for longer.
Kids liked all the attractions, but the food is horrible. Even the kids were disappointed. Pizza never enough out and if you can get any you would know a frozen pizza would taste better, pasta bar 3 kinds of noodles with light sauce, looked old and dry. The salad bar had old wilted lettuce and the premade salads were warm. Desert bar only had brownies and rice crispy treats, and those were always out, just crumbs. They need to keep the food and drink areas clean. So for $15.00 to just walk in not worth it!
We were there two weeks ago on a Saturday. I emailed my concerns to info@ as their website said I should and got zero response. The kids had a good time. Several of the games were not functioning properly and it was hard to find somebody to fix them, but they were very busy and I completely understand that. This location is absolutely disgustingly dirty, everywhere we went, games that haven't been cleaned or even wiped down in weeks. Piles of trash, huge dust bunnies, and dirt behind and under games that
This place rocks. Great for kids all ages. There is plenty to do for your kids. We took advantage of their spring sale event and spent 10 hours there. Prices are decent, and food is good.
We've now done two birthday parties here, but rather than pay for an actual birthday package we just go on a weekday when they have an unlimited games/ride package along with the buffet and let the kids run wild. Honestly I think this place is awesome. Bumper cars, twisting swirly rides, bowling, laser tag and arcade games. It's more than enough to entertain a bunch of kids and even adults. The food buffet is not gourmet, but honestly it's for kids and it hits the spot. I do appreciate that they have a wide
All you can eat buffet included with every entry. They offer pizza ?? salad ?? pasta ?? dessert ?? and ice cream ??. The price for admission for food only is $15 per person. The price for all day game play is about $28 and the cost for all day game play and unlimited rides and laser tag is about $38. Our family had a great time here we ate, rode all the rides and played a ton of arcade games.
Food was low on pasta side, soup and salad. Counters were messy. Pizza side was clean and fully stocked. No one around the pasta side. I went to the Pizza side to ask someone to please help refill the soup and pasta trays. Disappointed today no nachos ??
Highly recommend for a fun night with the kids - recently attended using Turbo Pass which included the buffet, laser tag and rides ? the staff was extremely friendly as well as a clean environment. My kids had a great and the food was great !! In addition, specifically Ari, Peyton and Arlyn offered the best customer service I have had in awhile. 10/10!
It was extremely dirty in there like spilled drinks food wrappers etc. and half the games are broken/needing assistance. You pay $50 for unlimited arcade games but they are broken. The ones that aren't broken are the ones you pay extra for. Will not be going back, don't waste your money or time. Pictured is just part of the messed and broken games. There were a lot more that I didn't photograph.
I don't think they were prepared with kitchen staff and all around cleaners for a day off school. The food was decent when there were items available. Many games did not work. However, the 10 year old grandson that doesn't pay or notice things like this and just said that was fun!
We have a lot of fun here. We gor invited for a bday party. The kids love the unlimited play. They have other packages. We can't wait to come back. The had all the favorite. When I came to pizza and treats.
We had fun with the bumping ride, the games & the big spinning thingy. I love it bcuz we got to bowl it & play pool too. Lots of fun. Plus the best part is when it is lunch time all u can eat & drink. It's perfect for the entire family.
A great place to hold your daughters 5th birthday. All machines working and rides were fun for all the party. So much to do here I highly recommend this place
The food is not the greatest but my daughter likes it because she loves pizza. It's definitely work getting the pro pass. There are tons of arcade games to play and my daughter must have gone on every ride about a dozen times . She had a wonderful time and we will definitely be coming back.
This place was the best place ever! My kids have been here before, with the youth group, we went this past Saturday again with youth! We had our girls bday party scheduled here, last year. Unfortunately, all the girls got sick. We will definitely plan for a future party. The food was delicious! So many choices to pick for pizza. Lots of fruits, too. I just have one complaint.. need some meat for the salads! Ham, pepperoni, something. Also some peperochinis?? The pasta bar looked yummy, too! The desert bar .
Went for a birthday party. The food was actually pretty good. Had a great time. Great atmosphere. Games were fun and mostly working. A great family place.
Rude staff!! Especially with the buffet, I asked them if they had anymore soup and was told no and there not make any more, I had to ask for more sour cream and got an eye roll and then I asked for ranch and again the staff members rolled theirs eyes, and continued to talk about me in the back as I watched them do it. I paid for a buffet pass and this is what I get? I spent $80 on my other two kids, what a waste of money
We enjoy our party room and the server. We all got to eat and chat and celebrate before we all had some fun. Kids enjoyed themselves and loved the self served ice cream. Great experience for my kids.
I loved amazing jakes as a kid. The pizza and food selection is good (can be limited if you're a picky eater). My friend didn't like the pizza (I still did) but he did love the ice cream and apple cobbler mixed together. Super delicious. As for the arcade games. I was having a little disappointment. I know some machines are broken or down but there was probably 1 in 4 or 1in5 chance that some arcade machine wasn't working 100%. One of these pictures is my friend and I standing out because 2 of the ball rol
I usually like Jake's the kids have a blast, the buffet is perfect for everyone, and the games mixed with rides makes for a great day. HOWEVER, my most recent experience was not as great. There was a man that sat behind our large group, he had no wristband showing he had paid for the buffet, but had a salad in front of him that he took maybe a bite of every 10-15 min, he was having full on loud conversations WITH HIMSELF. When I brought this to staff's attention, they spectated, approached him, he asked if
I came here for the first time with my husband and 3 year old twins. We paid for the $25 wristband for them to play some games and ride some rides. More than half of the games were broken. The place was soooo dirty. There were no employees working 3 of the ONLY rides my kiddos could go on. It was a waste of money and we will never come back here.
This place was very fun and entertaining. They have an all you can eat buffet that serves but not limited to pizza, pasta, salads and desserts. They have a few different rooms to sit and eat that have screens to watch different movies and such in. They have a wide variety of activities and games. This is a great family fun day or even to celebrate. I wish we had one in california where I live. We were lucky enough to go while visiting family. I'll be going back on future visits. If you haven't gone I recom
It's funny that they call this place Jake's Unlimited. Because we felt very limited. And that's sad because me and my family have been to this place several times. We went during the week on a Thursday, and I would advise anyone against that. Because it seems like they're not willing to schedule enough people to run all of the rides during the week. So there was a lot of needless waiting around for employees to come start the rides. On top of that we primarily went for the laser tag, because we were takin
This review is from the perspective of an adult with no kids, so please keep that in mind. I visited Jake's Unlimited right when they opened on a Monday during the school year, so it was not packed. In fact, it was pretty quiet (maybe a dozen or so people around that we could spot) until maybe 3 or 4pm. It was clean when we arrived and appeared to be staffed pretty lightly (3-4 people at the buffet, somebody at the front desk, somebody handling the rides, and a few folks who would handle other stations).
First the sitting area was like not clean kinda like a shame it needs work done. Not at all nice to eat . Then the food was gross pizza was stale and under cooked, salad was nasty lettuce was brown.??I wouldn't eat there again. games where the only good thing tho?
As much as I loved the manager and how she sympathized with us, DO NOT purchase the champion package on a weekday. I spent over 100$ for my child's birthday on a tuesday for my two kids. Half the machines were down, half the VR was broken, bowling was closed, and there were only a few workers on the rides/laser tag so my kids were standing around waiting for long periods of time. The amount i spent did not reflect the experience we had. On top of it the workers didn't seem like they wanted to be there and m
seriously awesome place for younger kids! my daughter and i went on Monday for the first time. on weekdays for only $15 they have unlimited wristbands so you can ride all the rides and bowl or laser tag also buffet style food unlimited. the food was good it was pizza/salad and finger foods styled. the food areas were very well kept! the employees were present most of the time and kept everything clean and well stocked. the rides were super fun for my 5 year old they were simple enough to not totally freak
The food was great! When you use the claw machines in the arcade, you are basically almost guaranteed to get a prize. Even $5 goes a long way with the claw machines! I highly recommend giving this place a visit.
Two stars because when we went it was highly chaotic and messy. I think they were understaffed that day but games were dirty greasy or broken. Some rides had long lines because people were cutting. But the kids had fun with Lazer tag so that was fine. We couldn't get to prizes because the staff person wasn't available. The food bar was a mess but that's because of out of control children and parents. Overall it could have been better there was potential but that day was just wow.
Workers here are friendly and helpful. Food choice was okay. Cards are kinda difficult to get use to esp when there's two and some are limited. Early morning arcade was open but after most were full and taken.
I had my daughters birthday party here and it was a great time! The party rooms are roomy and clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. She helped us in finding a new spot to gather after our time was up in the party room. The pizza was surprisingly great! Everyone in my party commented that it was the best pizza they've ever had at a kid joint. Couldn't agree more! I suggest going early!! This place gets crazy busy on the weekends starting at 2pm+ The only cons I have is the play cards. The games
Only went twice, but such a great place to go! Their arcade is expansive and has a lot of games. The rides are fun too. The food has a very good quality and I would recommend it.
Nice open space with lots of games and rides (for kids). The food is ok, pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a buffet in an arcade. They did keep a fresh supply of pizza coming in so that the pizza didn't get 'stale'. Great way to spend an afternoon with the kids, or your grown up friends - I won't judge you.
Good place to burn a few hours with the kids. The buffet could be better and more games that work with the wristbands would be nice. Alot of video games weren't working.
Bathrooms not clean, not many game options, most games were broken, bands dont get tickets, food wasnt cooked properly, bad service, not many employees, most employees look about 16-24 and wernt working just hanging out or on their phones, prices not correct and deals not fair, no security or anyone on lookout, didnt see cameras, too much space not enough play.
This place was really neat. I'd like to preface that we have seven year olds, which was likely a sweet spot age for this place. We got in on some weekend deal, so it was 50% off and we did the PRO package (unlimited all day). Now I feel like it is quite misleading. ?Unlimited non-redemption games? was explained to us as the midway games. So, there we are playing games to find out that is not the case. No one really explained what to look for - so If your reading this review here is now you know: Non- re
The carousel was pretty sketchy. And held together with ratchet straps. The games would go down a lot. And the buffet was worse than cafeteria food. Overall save your money.
The buffet is compromised of a few select items of crowd pleasing food. Pizza. Salad. Mac and cheese. Basic stuff. The arcade is a really good size with a lot of selection. I think the arcade is very aesthetically pleasing with all the neon lights and the way they arranged them. There are only 5 rides & the bumper cars. I have never once seen all of the bumper cars operational at the same time. There are only 6-7 bumper cars and of those they consistently have 2-3 not being used/out of order. The Frog Lea
Went for the day. The kids had fun, but there were over 20 games down, which is quite a bit for the amount you pay. The food, you had to make sure to get the pizza right when it is put out, or you might as well just trash it like I did. The pasta is extremely dry. The dessert was good as well as the salad. The new bumper cars do not have the option for younger kids to ride with an adult anymore. My daughter was too scared to do it by herself as the attendent told the group before getting on to not bump into
2 out of every 4 games were either out of service or broken in some way. The food bar was mostly empty and a mess. The tables weren't cleaned off & most of them we're messy. Unlike other arcades where people run out of money eventually and free up the games, this place all the games are free. When you consider that half of the games don't work, kids can't ever play anything because no one ever gets off the games. Took a party of 4 adults and 4 kids. It was a complete waste of money. Wouldn't recommend it o
Really enjoyed our day here. The staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside was that there were quite a few games that were either broken or turned off...and they were games we were intersted in playing. No pinball machines. This food was good. Laser tag was fun. Bowling was the best part!
I love that the food is included it helps out so much . And it's a really good food pizza salad and unlimited is always a great deal
When I first got there, I must admit I was a little intimidated by how full the parking lot was. I instantly was starting to regret having a play date here for my daughter and her friends. HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised at how giant this place really is on the inside. There was ample games, rides and activities for the kids. While the buffet wasn't gourmet by any means it had a large selection of kid and adult friendly food. It consisted of a pizza, salad bar, pasta and dessert area. So ya know everyth
This place is amazing, especially for the price! 55 dollars, you get unlimited arcade, rides, and food! Plus 10 card and 1 vr game. My kids loved this place. All the green color arcade games are part of the unlimited, and there were tons of options. The food was good and had lots of options. Will be back soon. We also went on Saturday from 1-6 and we had to drag our kids out.
I brought my mom here to have fun and it was meh. The food was okay you know. Everything was good but the pizza just tasted odd. I had better pizza. Most of thr arcade games were not working or was out of balls. The hype for this place was not the same like couple years ago. Think only thing we enjoy was the desert bar. The lady was very nice. We didn't finished but hey it was good. The only game we like was the connect 4 basketball game but that it.
My kids loved it. Feels safe for them to run around by themselves. Food was good ice cream cones great. They staff was very helpful and were the best.
I have always and I mean ALWAYS taken my kids there. They always ask to go back even my 26 yr old. They have upgraded with the times, compete with VR section and tournaments. I definitely would recommend!
Honestly won't come again. Got the pro deal and expected unlimited arcade games. I figured the claw machines wouldn't qualify, but literally all u could play was shooter and racing games, nothing else. I suggest they allow all games besides claw machines to be unlimited and if u don't have credits then you don't earn tickets but can still play. Toys for tickets were super cheap quality. My kid got a whoopie cushion for 100 points and it broke on its first use in the car. Wait time for bowling was 1hr and 45
Great experience! My kids and I spent 9 hours here playing. We wound up doing every game available and 10 rounds of laser tag. The food tastes good. Not many healthy options but all in all a great time! We also had sweet treats at the sweets shop.
Buffet was barely adequate and desiged primarily for children. The doughnuts were delicious, and our kids loved the ice cream the most. Lines for some rides were short (laser tag took the longest--count on about 20 min per 15-18 people ahead of you in line. Arcade games were standard fare and all the ones we tried were in working order. Our teens (12 and 17) went with similar-age friends, and are excited to go back.
What a turn off! This place makes the parents PAY to stay with there child at a FRIENDS BIRTHDAY party. UNREAL.. Just be ready for that. I can't think of one other place that does that. I guess if you want to drop your kid off and leave no big deal. But our kid is 6. We are not riding rides or eating here. Party is only one hr long. Just here for our child in case he needs his parents. Shame on your sad policy. We will not be returning obviously.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
