I got a discount on a party package. Sooooo the price was just right. All the kids had so much fun. They really didn't want to go home. The pizza was actually really good. Don't waste you money. For a single mom to take her 3 kids out paid over 100? I am very irritated. They had workers just standing around looking at you while they had half the rides closed. We came here Saturday for my grandson birthday. While checking out all the power went out in the building. Many of the games not working, many of the rides unavailable, the screen to see the laser tag was down even an hour after the power outage. Many areas not operated by a staff so was told they would not be available. So that very few games to play. We went on a 5th grade field trip. Employees were great with the kids and patient. The buffet was not 5 star but was good for a kids' place. When it got busy, cutting in line became an issue, but the employees were trying their best.

You can't beat the value you get at Jake's Unlimited. All you can enjoy buffet, arcade, bowling, laser tag, rides -- all for one low price. Plenty of seating. Great party packages (that again are reasonably priced). Wonderful service from front of house to the laser tag to the bar. And yes -- there's a bar for adults to enjoy beverages while the kids play. Never feels too crowded. Always able to do what we enjoy most. Would highly recommend -- especially in the summer -- to have some family fun!

So I brought my son and his friends here for his birthday. I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. I'm really extremely disappointed in the buffet. How is this a buffet? *See pictures* I understand the concept of a smaller buffet but at least have somewhat decent food to eat and maybe a few more options if we're going to pay $15.00! We have come here two years in a row for my son?s birthday. First year was good. Second year not so great. Employees care more about socializing than doing their job. They act like you are bothering them when they have to run a ride for you. The place is also pretty dirty. I saw an employee talking on his radio, then with unwashed, ungloved hands he proceeds to refill the straw container. Pretty gross. All that aside, the games are fun for the kids.

This goes to the management: you need better control of the number of people gathered in line for food around the restrooms. Particularly focus on the girls restroom for safety when too many teenagers and adults are gathered in that area since many girls have been caught taking pictures in there and videos with other kids in the background. The kids had a blast. It is nice to be able to go and know what you're going to spend for the time here and not have to throw more money at it. That being said, there were about a dozen games down, and no one working on them. Many prize and ticket games were empty or low. The food was awful, and many things were dry. It is all you can eat. Took our daughter here for her birthday today. My friend recommended this place as we are new to Arizona. This place was phenomenal!! Better than any Main Event & Dave & Buster's to me in regards to the kids and ALL you get for a great price!! Very kid friendly place and even great for Adults! The buffet was great as well!!! It's just okay. Place was clean when we got there, and as the day went on, it was pretty dirty in the game and buffet area. I didn't get one smile from not one employee that we encountered. Just didn't seem as friendly as I would expect a kids' place to be.

Jake's has the worst bowling lanes I've ever been on, and that's saying something (Mesa bowl, and Fat cats). No wax whatsoever. Any spin on the ball, and directly into the gutter you go. Wasn't mad at it. My first time there. Huge place, a buffet with some good bites, the potato station was a nice surprise. Didn't like having to pay as an adult at the party, when we weren't engaging ?? but kids had fun! The workers should be more consistent on the rides, in regard to rules.

Just spent the day here with kids of several ages. I was amazed at the variation of things to do and food to eat. All for the price of a zoo admission, but inside and so much fun you need to go at least once to see for yourself.

This place is not great, the prices a pretty high for games that sucks and are always broken and food that gave me and my family all food poisoning many times mostly from the pasta. We had an amazing time at Jake's Unlimited! I want to thank the staff for allowing Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events to decorate my son's birthday party. We booked Kingdom Legacy Weddings & Events at the last minute & they did an amazing job on the balloon garland, custom snacks ( appple sauce, crackers, fruit snacks, water bottles, juices boxes,& fruit snacks.) I went there for a school field trip and it was the worst experience I've ever had. There was like 10 other schools with us there. Everybody was cutting in line. All of the good games were taken up. And we waited in line for 20 minutes, just to get mid food wouldn't recommend going during school days because you'll have the same experiences as me. People were also waiting in line for laser tag for almost 2 hours and had to stop early cause other people from other schools were running.

Jake's is clean and fun! I love the all day pass. Their birthday party rates are some of the best in town. My kids love the unlimited buffet, especially the ice cream. We had my 6 year olds bday here and it was a blast! For adults and kids. The buffet is pizza, salad, pasta, etc. but it's always full and wide open to eat all you want. Kids liked all the attractions, but the food is horrible. Even the kids were disappointed. Pizza never enough out and if you can get any you would know a frozen pizza would taste better, pasta bar 3 kinds of noodles with light sauce, looked old and dry. It was extremely dirty in there like spilled drinks food wrappers etc. and half the games are broken/needing assistance. You pay $50 for unlimited arcade games but they are broken. I don't think they were prepared with kitchen staff and all around cleaners for a day off school. The food was decent when there were items available. Many games did not work. However, the 10 year old grandson that doesn't pay or notice things like this and just said that was fun!

I loved amazing jakes as a kid. The pizza and food selection is good (can be limited if you're a picky eater). This review is from the perspective of an adult with no kids, so please keep that in mind. I visited Jake's Unlimited right when they opened on a Monday during the school year, so it was not packed. In fact, it was pretty quiet (maybe a dozen or so people around that we could spot) until maybe 3 or 4pm. It was clean when we arrived and appeared to be staffed pretty lightly (3-4 people at the buffet, somebody at the front desk, somebody handling the rides, and a few folks who would handle other stations).

First the sitting area was like not clean kinda like a shame it needs work done. Not at all nice to eat . Then the food was gross pizza was stale and under cooked, salad was nasty lettuce was brown.??I wouldn't eat there again. games where the only good thing tho?

Two stars because when we went it was highly chaotic and messy. I think they were understaffed that day but games were dirty greasy or broken. Some rides had long lines because people were cutting. But the kids had fun with Lazer tag so that was fine. We couldn't get to prizes because the staff person wasn't available. Nice open space with lots of games and rides (for kids). The food is ok, pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a buffet in an arcade. The carousel was pretty sketchy. And held together with ratchet straps. The games would go down a lot. And the buffet was worse than cafeteria food. Overall save your money.

The buffet is compromised of a few select items of crowd pleasing food. Pizza. Salad. Mac and cheese. Basic stuff. The arcade is a really good size with a lot of selection. I think the arcade is very aesthetically pleasing with all the neon lights and the way they arranged them. There are only 5 rides & the bumper cars. I figured the claw machines wouldn't qualify, but literally all u could play was shooter and racing games, nothing else. I suggest they allow all games besides claw machines to be unlimited and if u don't have credits then you don't earn tickets but can still play. Toys for tickets were super cheap quality. My kid got a whoopie cushion for 100 points and it broke on its first use in the car. Wait time for bowling was 1hr and 45

Great experience! My kids and I spent 9 hours here playing. We wound up doing every game available and 10 rounds of laser tag. The food tastes good. Not many healthy options but all in all a great time! We also had sweet treats at the sweets shop.

Buffet was barely adequate and desiged primarily for children. The doughnuts were delicious, and our kids loved the ice cream the most. Lines for some rides were short (laser tag took the longest--count on about 20 min per 15-18 people ahead of you in line. Arcade games were standard fare and all the ones we tried were in working order. Our teens (12 and 17) went with similar-age friends, and are excited to go back.

What a turn off! This place makes the parents PAY to stay with there child at a FRIENDS BIRTHDAY party. UNREAL.. Just be ready for that. I can't think of one other place that does that. I guess if you want to drop your kid off and leave no big deal. But our kid is 6. We are not riding rides or eating here. Party is only one hr long. Just here for our child in case he needs his parents. Shame on your sad policy. We will not be returning obviously.
