Had a quad-shot latte with oat milk, and my queen had an iced chai latte. Both were super yum!
Cool stop to check out. Lots of cool old school trucks and signs. Arcade is huge. Nice bar and bartender. Food trucks were hit and miss. We went during the day but I bet at night with music and lights would be cool to check out.
It is now called TRUCK CENTER (it is a food truck place) The place is amazing and the food was delicious: I wanted to try the BBQ nachos and the burger Wow soo good .... For desert , Destiny prepared a double shoot espresso late with butterscotch flavor...sooo good. It is the BEST customer service I have gotten in all the years I've been going to Ruidoso. They just need the live music....which I think on Sat they might have something. A must go in Ruidoso. Ohh and it closed at 10pm??
Actually a really cool place. My wife found this place on TikTok and I did NOT want to go. But man, I'm glad we did. Good music, good people, really clean facilities. Overall, really good place.
I am so happy y?all are here!! This was such a fun experience a must for us!!! We needed a new place to hang out and you did not disappoint for sure a place we will be regularly!
Highly recommend the chicken place. Was the top five overall chicken I've ever had. Great crunch and spices making up their breading with a tasty home made spicy sauce. Was phenomenal
The burgers were SUPER salty and there was a massive field but they wouldn't let you play there, but there was a large selection of deserts, big TV, games, service was great and don't forget about the all you can eat mints(fluffy regular and chocolate and mint)
Awsome ranndy rodgers concert so much space all kinds of things going on for the kids and adults. Great food coffee wine shopping auctions music and dancing. Really nice for everyone the set up was nice.
Fun place for the kids. Ample parking space. Wasnt really packed when we were there on a Sunday. The staff were great too.
The staff could use an attitude adjustment. They seemed like they don't want to be there and the feeling definitely rubs off on you as a customer. There were many things we wanted to try, but their attitude dissuaded us from staying longer and trying out more games. We went on Sunday, Dec. 5th at 3 and there were 2 female attendants that lack courtesy and a smile. We drove 2 and 1/2 miles to visit Ruidoso and that unwelcoming gesture should get a definite fix.
First time going to this place, I was pleasantly surprised ?? ??, the jalape?o double meat cheese burger ?? ??, I will be going back again.
Jack's truck stop has a great vibe and the concept fills a need in this section of town. What's not to like about a new live music venue with food trucks flanking a food hall decorated with interesting kitsch? Choices of BBQ, burgers and pizza were available during our visit. Green Chile burgers are huge and worth it. Pizza was bad. Crust was cracker thin, no sauce under the (yellow?) cheese, and toppings looked like they were thrown from 10 feet and landed randomly on the pie. Without sauce as an anchor th
When the fires took out or original plans for a wedding rehearsal dinner, the owner of Jack's Backstage worked with us to give us room to host and fixed us up with a vendor to cater. It was fantastic and we loved it. The place is super cool!
We loved Adventure Mountain, so much to do and at the right price. I finally found something both my boys (4 and 9) enjoy. The staff was so friendly and helpful in every way, great with kids, which was a huge bonus.
My kids LOVE this place! Lots of fun stuff and super friendly employees!!
We heard lots of good things went to check it out very good on
Was a very fun experience. Not too pricey and has lots to do!! some staff seems like they hate there job but other than that great place. recommended
Took my son amd step son here and they loved it i thought it was a little small and you get threw everything pretty fast but definitely worth it.
This is not only a great place to hang out, is a great place to host events. The owner is very accommodating, and we had a wonderful wedding rehearsal dinner on site. I have nothing but good things to say about Jack's Backstage and Fort Worth Barbecue!
Awesome venue for concert!
No one was there to help in front alto of attractions were gone .
Took our little (6) and had so much fun! We actually went twice over the weekend. He loved every single one of the activities! The staff was awesome, but I have to give a shout out to Johnny who made the day perfect! He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great! It was nice to have a fun time, and also be treated like the staff is happy to see you! Also, don't skip out on the food truck, it's delicious!
This place is the spot!! Great people all around!
Pretty cool little place.. Granddaughter loved it..
Good food , fast service and friendly staff.
We wanted to take our kids here because we thought they would really enjoy it. We got there and the parking lot was empty so we thought we beat the crowd, Wrong! We couldn't get passed the uninviting employees and their unwillingness to explain how anything worked or what anything was. The unprofessionalism of the staff is what made us leave without spending a dime in this establishment. It was then that we came to the conclusion that we didn't beat any crowd, it was just that the staff is so rude that peop
The mountain coaster was cool, short but cool. Definitely not worth the amount they charge. Took longer to fill out the waiver that the coaster ride.
Very cool venue! I think this place could have some bigger bands play and rock the town of Ruidoso! The overall atmosphere is killer!
It might be better during winter but we did not have a great experience during spring break. The snow and tubing were fine, but in 2 hours we were only able to go down three hills because of the lines. And because of the mud from melting snow we were not able to go out afterwards. I think they could benefit from a cap on the number of tickets they sell in a day. Not worth the price in my opinion
Owner is a rage monster, blocked the entrance then threatened my life when I honked to avoid getting hit. I've sent a negative review to door dash. Unacceptable ill never be back. Sound guy sucks.
Go! Fun atmosphere and great shows!
Kool place but most of there games were not working I think it was to pricey for the games they have available. Golf was ok everything else was close .the food and coffee shop were the best part there.
Great places to take your kids and spend the afternoon or all day. They had a outside maze to go through, go-karts miniature golf and bumper cars inside a building. Will go again with the kids next time we're in town.
This is a GREAT place to take your family for hours of fun! Indoor putt putt golf, indoor Bazooka ball, indoor Flip Zone Bumper cars, indoor Laser Maze, arcade games, covered Ice Skating Rink, outdoor Rock Wall, outdoor Aerial Obstacle Course, outdoor Batting Cages, kid rides and lots more!!! You will not be disappointed!
Really enjoy going to this great little place. Good variety of eats.
The pizza and brisket tacos were sooo delicious and I can NOT wait to go back see some live shows!! I can't wait for more n more people to visit this place and getting popping!!
Great place for the whole family a little bit of everything for everyone to enjoy some down time. Plus they have some pretty good snacks while your there. Very friendly staff.
Everything is just a bit overpriced. The putt putt is very basic. The kids will like it because of the lights, but anyone over the age of seven will find it boring. You have to load up credits on cards so you are locked into whatever you spend. The laser and mirror maze are way too basic. The obstacle course is kinda neat. There is no real arcade room. Just a couple machines scattered throughout. Everything is just kind of overpriced and unthrilling. There is some potential here, especially with the room
The 2 things that stood out to me were... First, the good number of choices on how to have fun for all ages. Their website is not updated with all the things available, so come and see for yourself. You won't regret it! Second, their prices were very reasonable. Definitely coming back!
Food is okay, but this is an excellent place to be with kids. My son loved the arcade and the area.
Nice place to go with the family. However this place lost 2 stars because the employees do not wear face coverings as mandated by the state of New Mexico. Also they allow people to come in with no masks. Places of business should respect health orders for their employees and their customers.
Lots and lots of fun for my family vacation. And the food truck, OMG best burgers in town! Do not skip on their signature sauce! They should have their own restaurant it's soo good
The mirror Maze is the best, also the putput golf was preety cool.
The pizza was amazing.... couldn't play any of the games.... No one on duty.... would have stayed longer if we were able to play some of the games.
Its a cool place to take the kids. The ball battle game is a blast
Five nights at Freddy's vibe without the animatronics. No ropes course, no go carts, no rockwall Go for food trucks next door skip the resr
Service sucks machine kept taking credits but would t let us play Had to wait 10 mi minutes for the guy to figure out who to call for help No credit or money back at the end
Too pricey. Half of it was open or working. The mirror maze too almost 30 seconds... reloading machine didn't work so you had to wait in line multiple times. Mirror and Lazer maze were both tiny! One employee running multiple stations, so long waits. This is at 1pm on a Saturday. Came 2+hrs for much disappointment.
Most of their games didn't work but if you swiped your card it took your coins out and the girl at the desk said she didn't know how to fix it
I wish they had a birthday package or discount if you spend loads of money, but the kids ages 3 to 15 all had a blast. The staff was amazing and we had a great time.
Worst place ever . Employees are absolute rude and don't even know what's going on . Every single employee should be fired at the front desk working the day of 06/11/2023 at 1:00-2:00pm. The batting cages was a bum and also sucked a lot and broke down . Worst experience ever
Games and mini golf were good. We had fun! The weather wasn't great so things outside were closed.
The worst place to go. False advertising is all they doing literally and it stinks so bad in there. Do not come here waist of money and then they won't refund you a money.
We had so much fun here!
Place is lame. It smells like sewer.
Not all their employees where wearing masks they don't have a sign saying requirements of masks too many people inside the building and they don't have any hand sanitizer around the place. If there was no covet-19 it to would be a cool place to go to.
We spent $52 in less than 30 minutes. This place is not worth your time or money. Broken machines, incredibly high prices.
It's aggregating to have to put points on a card when you don't know how many points each thing cost. They don't refund any money. If you swipe the card and there's not enough points, you lose the points/money.
Some of the games were out of order and the place seemed understaffed when we went. Not the best experience with such an entertainment center, but also not the worst.
Fun place to play for kids and adults who are still a kid at heart lol. They also have great quick food to eat also
Staff is horrible only 2 people where help full !! There was a young black lady she has a extremely bad attitude she scream at us like we schould know how to use the games she even got mad when we to ask for help to play The bazooka game never again we will go there again!!!
Staff friendly and helpful. Very expensive though. Grandson had fun but at $50 for about an hour, it's over priced.
This place has the best burgers in town with a variety of options you can Add to your burger. Guaranteed!!
We drove from Holloman AFB with our 3 year old. Arrived on Monday at 1PM and no one is around. What a shame.
Great place just a lil pricey but it was cool there still expanding it's great at least there is something for the kiddos!
We had fun even though it was raining. The girl that answered the phone and was at the checkout was rude and not customer service friendly, all the other staff was wonderful.
Definitely worth the visit. Lots of different things to choose from. I like that you can stay on the ropes course as long as you want.
Maps says they're open but they arent!
Great place to have barbecue or a hamburger.
Come stay and play with us here at Adventure mountain family fun center lots of laughter smiles good times and memories to be made and kept;)
Great food. Loved the green chilli cheeseburger
Love every truck there. The food is awesome!!!!
Gr8 stop, hoping they get a fish truck!
Definitely a hit with all ages... An excellent way to spend your day with the family or to hang out with friends...
These people really know how to party but I don't. So yeah
Fun. Person in front invited us to walk) tour the place before buying. Great fun.
Great Burgers. Fun Atmosphere
Great food and service!
Employees were friendly and they offered unique attractions
Too Hot, too expensive for each activity Free to get in then look out!!!!
$50 gone in 30 minutes, please don't bring your kids here. Quite the scam.
Every time I come by they are never open, even when on the website says they are open. Very disappointing and inconvenient since we drive an hour to come.
Great time for everyone. We loved it, kids loved it.
Overpriced ,most of the activities advertised were not working.Staff not very friendly .Staff not wearing masks ,no sanitation between use on equipment.
Kids had fun, no sanitizing is done on rides and equipment
Would definitely recommend. Prices are good and staff of very friendly.
Disappointed. Went here with my family website said it was open but doors were locked
Overall good but rockwall was not up and activities were quickly over.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
