My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this experience. The games were fun and challenging but not too bad to where we couldn't enjoy the game. I also loved the vibrating vest because you could feel when the zombies would hit you (it's was just a short vibration in the vest). I also remember wishing I could take pictures of us playing and the owner was already on it. I can't wait to come back with more friends.

We hosted our son?s 9th birthday party here, and the kids had an absolute blast! Wes, the owner, was fantastic throughout the whole process. He offered a tour/preview of the place before we booked, he answered all my questions, and he guided the kids through the entire VR game process. I had an incredible VR experience. The owner was extremely welcoming and guided us through everything, making sure we had a great time. The prices were very reasonable, and we even got to play some free mini games while we waited. But what really impressed me was the variety of games they had to choose from - there was something for everyone! for Christmas, my son said we would have a mommy and me day so I invited my daughter and her husband and we played the five mini games. I have not laughed so much in a while and had so much fun. It was physically exerting, but it was awesome. Would recommend anybody to take their family to go. We definitely will be coming back.

We celebrated my daughter?s 11th birthday party here with a Glow Theme party and it was perfect. All the girls had a great time , loved the game selections, and didn't want to leave when party time was up. They spent two hours laughing and squealing with so much fun. Went here for my birthday as a party of 4. This place was awesome! My older sister was hesitant at first as she doesn't really play games but she loved it. Best experience ever!!!!! You will not be disappointed! Wes(the owner) was very welcoming and friendly, he even recommended a VR game for us to play because we were fairly new to the experience. He went over all safety measures clearly, carefully, and even let us know we could ask him for help through the headset if necessary. Overall this was definitely a 10/10 experience.

This was absolutely amazing. I did it with my boys, age 25 / 16 / and 7 and we all throughly enjoyed it. I wasn't sure I would like it or how I would do with VR but it was awesome and we all had so much fun. Definitely try it, we will again before we leave!!!

Jacked-In VR was awesome. Went to play the Eclipse Escape Room with my girlfriend for my birthday and it was a blast. A few days later and we're still talking about how much fun it was. Don't look for us on the record board tho please.

Took my wife here for our date night and our first VR gaming experience and absolutely loved it! Wes was awesome and we had some technical difficulties with the first game which he quickly fixed, and gave us a free mini game after which my wife and I both loved. This experience was awesome! The person that helped us out was kind, and the game was super fun. We did Chronoscape, and honestly, it was a hard one. But I would definitely try again, maybe the same version so I could try to get farther!

My son had his 12th birthday party here and it was great! All of the boys had a lot of fun and the owner went out of his way to make sure the party went smoothly. We drove 3 hours from south Texas to take our students on a field trip to this place. The students had the best time. The owners were so attentive, making sure everyone was having a great time, and playing every game. The VR games so cool! Everything was so clean and organized! Wish we could give them 10 stars! We brought our entire family here to celebrate our son's 8th birthday and it was perfect. I had looked into several different vr places and this was the only one in San Antonio that didn't recommend 13 and older. Everyone had so much fun, we ranged in age 6 to 65. This is such a fun and unique place to go for a date night, birthday party, or family outing! The vibes and decor down to every detail are great. The only thing that is a downside is it relies on technology and technology loves to malfunction. I think the owner should make sure there are at least 2 staff members working at all times because when things start going wrong fixing it eats up a lot of time. Even the set up eats into your time if you have purchased by the hours.

Really amazing service!! I called and they weren't open but someone called me back right away, he helped me through the booking process and answered all of my questions. He was super polite, helped me book over the phone. Checked in with us every step of the way and just really made it an all around incredible experience. This weekend was our second time going and this time the grown ups played after watching the kiddos play last time (and the kids not want to leave). First trip we were looking for a place to host my little one's birthday and this ended up being the perfect after calling around to different places. They made everything so simple and easy and the kids had so much fun. Decided to visit Jacked-In on a whim today and I had the most fun I have had in a very long time! The owner was so welcoming and explained the process completely. Make sure you listen to him when he says not to lean on anything in the game (cause it's not really there). Your brain will trick you, but it was all way more than I expected. We will be back and I want to drag everyone I know with me!
