Customer Reviews

This place was fun on a hot day. It was expensive to play the games, but my son had fun. My wife and I had fun playing skee ball with him. Shooting hoops was fun too.

Fun place but it was pretty crowded. Also it does cost alot like pretty much any arcade. The points system is neat and it is better then some arcades.

Love this arcade ! Great diversity of games for every age. The card system allows for easy gaming, I would never expect to receive cash back after putting money on the card, I have never witnessed any establishment offer that option . This would be directed at Brandon P, your review is ridiculous and comical, thanks for the laugh! I think you should enjoy life and stop writing such petty reviews ??. It's an arcade bro ???not a federal financial institution

i love this place it's fun and they double your tickets i got 18,000 tickets yesterday

A lot of fun for families! I love the basketball shoot out and my kids love gambling. I'm disappointed with the switch to digital tickets. Young kids get excited about all the tickets coming out of the machine. Now when your game is over it's very anti climactic.

The owners for the two arcades are the nicest people you would ever want to know. Very fair great prizes and so much fun for the kid in you or your kids.

Update 2022: Came to visit this summer, and was sad to see that they transitioned to a card-based payment/ticket system. No more paper tickets or quarter machines. All games except the coin pushers and slot machines require the card. Don't even have quarter machines anymore, you now have to ask for them from behind the counter. Really takes the fun out of the whole experience. The staff here also appeared to be entirely new and weren't all that friendly, at least the night we went. When I complained that a

The kids were happy here. It was clean and bright with some fun games. None of the annoying deafeningly bright blinking things, just great fun and some of them pump out some serious tickets. The rewards are surprisingly not junk either.

Staff is not very friendly for the opening of the season, ignored because they preoccupied with taking pictures and doing whatever. Very sad for children who would like to actually win a prize from the claw machines. It will never happen, they rig them by only putting a few stuffed animals in there at a time and stuffed animals they are clearly too small or large for the machine.

A great place me and my son love going, he has won amazing stuff. I highly recommend it to anyone who has the money to go. The staff were the best staff I ever met, they treated me like family.

I went here just to spend my left over money and have fun for an hour but the customer service was so bad, I asked simple questions like where can I get change? They completely ignored it and I had to figure it out myself. After I played some games, all of them were scams and you won't earn any tickets. Also it was full of annoying, rude, and screaming kids that no one was controlling. Overall this place was awful and made me feel uncomfortable the whole time.

Clean arcade and cool prizes for the kids. Staff is always very helpful and fair. Owners are kind and welcoming. I do agree with the other reviews that the crane machines are impossible though haha.

Let's see you sent me a letter saying how you would like your locals to come and play so I did played 6.000 dollars in one setting left with 300 bucks sounds fair maybe your casino is broke or a tax right off for your other casinos it just doesn't sound quite right doesn't

I've been bringing my son for a few years now and he absolutely loves it. Great games, Great prizes and awesome customer service. We love this place.

My kids love this arcade! Very clean establishment, with attentive, helpful employees! A must hit spot every vacation!

Always a lot fun with our grand daughter there. Staff is friendly. Plus got our first set of wizard of oz cards ever. We will be back this weekend

Amazing customer service and fantastic games! Recommend it to anyone who's looking for a great and memorable time with the their family! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your trip is one you'll never forget!

Hands down the best arcade at the shore. For such a popular place they treat each customer with a personalized approach and do an unbelievable job. Best selection of prizes for all ages as well.

Very cute little casino arcade. Friendly staff, lots of antibacterial gel throughout the place. Wasn't crowded at all on a Tuesday night.

This place wasn't very good. I felt weird the whole time from the workers. They honestly didn't care about what they were doing. The kids there were being loud and I had to leave it was awful, After I went to shorecade and had a way better time.

Great customer service, the staff treated me like I was a part of the family and all the prizes are amazing. I can't wait to take my kids back

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
