Aside from the wait at the door when they open. Plan to spend 15+ if you're not early.. it was a great experience.. our Son attended a birthday party there. And my wife and I put skates on for the first time in 35 years? It's like a bicycle, you really forget.. we'll be back just to skate and have fun!!

Great place for kids of all ages, good music and it's kept up. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

We had a great time the staff was very professional we will be coming back. There was enough seats for everyone the only thing is Please get cheese for your pretzels the one we got was cold should be warm with the cheese not with the honey mustard or the other sauce but over all 5 star

I've been going here for years. I love this place, the staff are the nicest people I've ever met!!?? I've made so many friends and memories here???? Just be careful and keep your skates tight!

Went to a birthday party. It was fun and clean environment. Food was good.

The rink is fun I let my son play in the arcade for an hr I def like that we can buy the toys and not just have to use the tickets lol. Just wish their was a harder hand put on the children that dont behave or follow safety rules

Great roller skating rink. You can rent 4 wheel skates as well as inline. They play multiple games throughout the time you go. On Tuesdays during certain times its only $2 skating and $2 slate rental. They also have laser tag and a jungle gym. They do black light skating and music which add to the fun. All ages skate together during open skating. Great place to bring your toddler who is learning how to balance and skate on their own as they have support racks that you can rent to help your little one balanc

I went here as a kid and now my kids love going here on the weekends. It's a safe place for your to kids to have fun and enjoy roller skating,Lazer tag,and more fun. They love the concession stand and the picture booth

The staff are very friendly, did my daughters 6th birthday party and kids had a blast.. ??

Kids camp rocks! I have been bringing my son to kids camp for the past 3 years (he LOVES it), and my daughter will follow suite once she is age appropriate. We have also been going there since my kids were very little. Everyone who works there is so friendly, and especially with the camp they give such a family vibe. Clean, courteous and reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things!!

This one doesn't do $3 Thursday. But we still had fun. The food is way over priced so we ate at the red Robin next door

Its very fun here but I think they need to control how many people let in. Sometimes you can't even walk without someone bumping into you or going in front of you. There needs to be more staff or security guards because my children witnessed a fight over the weekend. It doesn't feel very safe when it's that crowded. Also a lot of unsupervised kids. I visited over February vacation and there were kids that were part of there kids camp, they were all unsupervised for the 2 hours I was there. Some of the kids

The place is in good condition and the skates too, but if you don't have the membership price can be as much as in a trampoline park, but with out all the climbing attractions. In my experience wasn't the best, the lady in the front desk wouldn't not be capable to help me get a membership for my kids and the total she said I needed to pay for my 2 toddlers was close to $30. So I recommend if people come here just get everything online bc some people at the desk might don't be trained to accurately help to t

It's an overall fun time with your friends family or whoever. Birthday trips are great and you don't have to rent out the party space, you can just go and skate around but there will most likely be other people there. If you want to you can rent out the party space and it is lots of fun. My experience there was fun, and welcoming. It was really just a great trip there and they provide roller skates in various sizes if you need them. They have skates and blades for your satisfaction. I definitely recommend g

It was soo fun will recommend and the games to there??????

I am a young kid but Me and my Friend wanted to go in the playground and take a break from stakes. BUT this woman said You are too tall. And guess what there no limit for how tall you were to go in. You JUST NEED A BRACELET [ a different one] TO GET IN. But it was fun to stake and play the games. And the first one I was talking may happen once

Went for my 6 yr old birthday she had a blast

its a great place to go and have Family Fun ??

I went today with my daughter and her cousin, it is the first time I have been skating in years!! We had such a great time!!! The prices were good for the time you have to skate, the place was clean considering the amount of kids there, and the staff was very friendly. The only things I could complain about were the Playlist of music and the wait at the refreshment booth. If you are looking for a family friendly place that will tire your children out this is it!!!

NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!! I have had the worst time ever here. There is not enough seating for them amount of people that come here. The staff only cleans the party area and the floor is dirty. The adult staff does not care and I watched as they brushed off multiple families as we all asked them to please clean the tables so people could sit. Will change rating when families are thought about again. A bunch of families asked staff after paying $200+. Since we are unable to eat. Can we leave and come back. We we

Fun place. We went during the summer our last visit. Was not busy at all. We threw my daughter her 8th birthday there. We did self serve. Just wished more experienced people were running the place. We showed up 15 minutes early to set up.(Which is what they tell you). Had to wait for door kid to get the party person. Took like 5 minutes. Then they told our last arriving guests everyone was already here. They weren't obviously(I even had their wrist bands). Pizza was kinda gross. Music was great.

Always a fun time roller skating! Nice and clean, friendly helpful staff.

Had an absolutely amazing birthday party for my daughter with autism! Her friends, Nero divergent and typical had an amazing time and the parents did as well! Highly recommend for the price, service, and extras! Jessalyn was a great party host!

I have loved rollerskating since I was a kid, so I was excited to go to Interskate 91. To start off, parking was a nightmare. The place was extremely crowded. My family and I stood in the line outside in the freezing cold for about 45 minutes before making it in. They were extremely slow at admission. The prices are...eh, a little more pricey than my normal spot. The inside was very clean, and the rink was well maintained. There were a couple grown men skating around, doing tricks, and knocking people over

My granddaughter's first visit and she loved it !!!

Billy the "DJ" has a very good eye in what music there is. Besides the people at interstate give him a hand. Interstate to me is fun and making new friends.

This place is very fun and I recommend it especially the kids camp I am 13 years old I was going to camp since I was 6 now to old to go obviously but it was very helpful and entertaining for me I made many new friends and staff are amazing especially jayln and janiah ? they are great they deserve the respect but management but tom the manager and rob too are amazing people could be better but during sessions is fun being the public and skating with everyone but I still come to this place even though I can'

??Seraiya had a great 9th Birthday! Mimi loves you more than all the stats in the sky!,??

I've been going here for at least 10 yrs. We always have a good time. You can rent skates or rollerblades or bring your skates for cheaper admission. They have food, laser tag, an arcade, and a playscape for the younger skaters. It's kept clean all around, even the bathrooms and interact with the skaters regularly with fun games. They play good music and even some throwbacks. Nice place to chill with friends or family.

There ya go.. My daughter loves it, so my childhood skateboard camp hosts get a 4th star!

Cool times with my girls, they enjoyed themself.

Me and my grandkids love this place. They got Scates for Xmas because we love this place so much. Great family time. Skate rental is a good price but they wanted the flashy ones. And crutches are available at a rental price but so helpful for anyone to learn and have a great time. Food is available at a price

The kids had a great time at the NYE party!

I haven't been since my friend's 8th birthday party in the early 90s but I love this place. Nothing like skating around listening to M.C. Hammer, Vanilla Ice, and The Proclaimers. I'm gonna be the man who skates a thousand miles to fall back at its door.

Awesome my kid loves it. But I think that Interskate should not be babysitting 9-11 years olds without the parents that drop them off and leave it is not a daycare. These kids are rude and out of control. I almost said something to the manager today. But otherwise it's a good place staff is very nice.

Nice place, can get very busy. Workers are nice, shop, arcade, and Lazer tag are nice. Recommend going. Only thing I would say is for the game "scooter races", they should split up the fast skaters and the slow skaters. I skaters fast, but not fast enough. And it's not fair because the same ppl always win the game and it's not fair. But great place overall!

We just love skating here. They follow all safety guidelines to create a safe and fun environment.

from what I saw from the 1 star reviews I'm a little concerned.. especially the slurs one! Slushies were small.. very hot

I went with my family and although their prices are bit too high we had a great time.

The staff here went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. We had called ahead to make sure there was no wait for the laser tag (previous experience elsewhere had a birthday party in and a two hour wait). When we arrived, the manager took the time to introduce himself and checked in with us throughout our visit. All the staff members were friendly and accommodating, being patient while our sons took their time picking their prizes or changing from skates to rollerblades. Dan made sure e

After once again going here I have improved my review. But here's some things to look out for... 1. Fights, small ones are typical here but one time I went a fight got so bad Wilbraham pd called for mutual aid, and closed the place early... No refunds of course 2. Raging Rob, rob loves to publicly yell at costumers especially little kids who break the smallest of rules, meanwhile others are going the wrong way in the rink causing hazard. 3. Unsanitary things, I'm not going to hold it against them as it's

Employees were really nice and friendly and it was pretty inexpensive, (besides the games that ate a good portion of the at least $25 we spent) but besides that, the place was pretty run down as well as the skates, looked bigger and better online, and the skates were painful for myself as well as both daughters. If you go bring your own.

Honestly, I was expecting better. The staff was horrible they called my children dirty, the fights that go down are so ghetto. Horrible birthday experience do NOT send your child here.

Really enjoyed "Romp n Roll" (Tuesday morning $9 everything included session) with my kids. It was a great no pressure experience for their first time skating. The toddler also loved running around the rink with the toys on wheels and climbing the playscape!

We came recently for my daughter's 15th birthday party. Her Dad rented out the entire place for her celebration. There are some pro's & con's like every business. Pro's are that it's a fun place for all ages. They play great music & also feature an arcade, snack bar, etc. You can choose between rollerskates or rollerblades. They have these walker devices that help new or inexperienced skaters, or those who could just use the extra help with balance. Now for the con's. It is not cheap by any means! The food

Great family place. If you are a skater, try going on Saturday nights, there's less kids/birthday parties. Looses one star because the floor management is iffy, people often go the wrong way/cut people off and the staff doesn't really intervene. My biggest suggestion though would be an Adult Night! There are bustling adult nights at the rinks around MA and CT (roller magic has a great one) and it would be awesome to have one here, especially with the uptick of adult interest in skating.

We rented out the whole building and came here with a large group. The staff was amazing and was so helpful. I will definitely do this again.

I'm sorry but the service is not so great specially at the food area. I would definitely recommend eating before getting there or eat after. I'll give it a 3 star because staff were nice besides the inconveniences and it's clean

Terrible customer service. Not only was the birthday party that we spent $700 an absolute bust. I then wrote a 2 page letter to the manager Rob explaining all of our issues that we experienced and he responded 2 days later with a generic apology. Not a phone call, not a meeting, not a resolution... You would think they would value customers that have done repeated business with them over the past 15 years but apparently not.

Went to celebrate my daughters? birthday only had 4 guests would be a waste to purchase the full birthday package brought in a small cake to celebrate with her friends. Purchased? all the skating, laser tag and food. Was told by the manager because we didn't purchase the birthday package we couldn't bring in the cake. Really disappointed that he wouldn't let my daughter celebrate with her friends. have no intentions of coming back here.

Had my sons bday parties there 2 yrs In a row.... All the kids had a blast and laser tag even the adults played... The food is super expensive so eat before or after u go and bring a few drinks I moms purse ???? but all in all out was great both years!

Been going her since I was a child I'm 40 now and my kids love it too must visit

Son had a party there the staff didn't explained in detail everything so the time and day of the party we was confused and upset because the person didn't give us ALL the info. The manager told me ? can you pay now so Heather can move on to a different party? which was so rude and dumb because we was the only party there, and we ended up paying $400 and it was not worth the price at all. Rude staff and not explained info when booking a party, and $50 extra for the party room which is ridiculous because it's

My kids love going and the kids skate free program is great. My only complaint would be the $5 rental for the pvc things to help skaters. You don't get your money back if you return it so you're basically just out your $5. If you rent one just give it to someone else. Save someone else the $5.

Went on a Sunday with a coupon from my son's school. Most kids not wearing masks. Understaffed and super busy with birthday parties and regular guests. Line for food always long. Vending machine for drinks didn't accept bills or coins. 5.00 rental for those pvc things to help new skaters. Someone took ours and they wouldn't refund me the 5.00 or give me another one.

Good place for the kids to skate. Went there for a skate and laser tag birthday party laser tag lasted only 7 minutes. The staff was in a rush to get it over and get you out of the door. Place was jamming. Also they charge u another 5 dollars for a walker for the little kid skaters which seems pretty cheap. Not worth the price to do a birthday party. Do it somewhere else then go skate.

Just came back from a birthday there, it was the first time taking my kids skating. Although I do think it is annoying that adults are not included in the party price (especially since we are required to stay and supervise our kids) we all had a great time and we're allowed to stay and skate past the end of the party. I did have to pay admission and rent skates for myself so I could be on the floor to help my daughter, but it was worth it, so much fun! The skating helpers (frames on wheels for inexperienc

Never a disappointment at interskate! The last time we went :-) I took my son for a mother and son day, no one else signed up for the laser tag so we had our own little VIP tournament. One minute into the game, the attendant joins in :-) LOL! It was so much fun because then we teamed up against him! They go out of your way to make sure you guys are having a great time and we always do. One suggestion, they might want to think of offering an all-inclusive pass which will allow you to eat a certain amount of

Great roller skating rink. Brings back memories of when I was a teen. Staff was very nice. Wish there was more seating.

Went there for my grandsons b-day party. I thought they were understaffed. Going to a b-day party for 6 yr. olds and having to pay for the rolling supports for kids who don't know how to skate is ridiculous. Poorly organized, I would never go back. Told this to the manager, he didn't seem to care.

We normally love going here. DJ Brian was rude and didn't play songs requested. He spent about an hour socializing with other staff and not even in the DJ booth. It was retro night and at least 1 hour of the evening he put it on a loop of new music that was not even good to skate to so that he could talk with others. Very disappointed.

The place is extremely fun. They have every sized shoe and they have both blades and skates, thought they do hurt after awhile. They have a store where you can buy items with tickets and they also have accessories for your skates/blades. They have laser tag but some of the vests don't work. The food there is good.

Do not pick the lazer tag only option for a birthday party. I had my son's birthday party here, he doesn't like to roller skate so when i saw they had a lazer tag only option I thought perfect, he loves lazer tag. Well the party was 2 hours long and the kids only got to play 2 games which were only 7 1/2 minutes long. He was quite disappointed thats all him and his friends got to play, they were quite bored most of the time. Pizza, cake, and a few arcade games took up some time but there was at least

My wife and I took our 2 daughters to Interskate 91S and we had a blast. The staff is very receptive to customers needs, and a lot of fun. The girls enjoyed laser tag (as did we), skating and games. We will be back soon!

Fun, nostalgic, and great exercise.

I love to skate so I go here but truth be told I don't like the environment. First of all, the cement-like walls around the skating ring is a traumatic brain injury waiting to happen. Really wish management would wrap it with the matts you find along gym walls..... to ya know, protect their customers and prevent a law suit? Only makes sense. Secondly, there's far too many kids unsupervised who are darting every which way. Everyone I know has sacrificed their wellbeing for the safety of a child running a

Amazing clean, friendly rink, indoor playground and laser tag also. My family had a blast. An hour away from me, but will definitely go again.

Gets a little crowded sometimes...

I love to skate and this is my go to one but it is so far from me! This is the closest rink for me and it takes about 35 min to get there. I love it but the music is all the same. I like some rap in the mix but come on! Every song they play just has the SAME BEAT.

Had a good time. Only issue is our sons helper wheels were taken when he was using the bathroom and the staff were not willing to help find it or let us use a different one.

This place is honestly amazing with kind staff, large play areas, big rink, lots of room for the family to sit, and it is extremely close to an urgent care just incase something does happen. They have a jungle jim, lazer tag, and a lot of arcade machines too

The best and the worst of rinks. I skated here today while on vacation and found a schizophrenic environment. The rink itself was very clean compared to 20+ rinks around the country I've skated in previously. The wooden floor is in terrific shape and is very large. That's the best part. The worst part was the total lack of floor traffic management. First, It took 20 minutes for a rink guard to show up despite the 90+ kids there on a summer camp outing. Once on the floor all he did was skate around and cha

Learned how to used the bladders for the first time. At first I felt like I broke my ankles because of how unstable I was wearing them. After I asked for one of the skaters help, I got the hang of it. But still not good. Nice place for hangouts with friends and just chill.

Overpriced, and everything is extra. Brought my 4 yr old there to roller skate for the first time. $16 to walk in the door, and I was not skating. She was having trouble, so I requested one of the "walkers" to help. Another $5 plus tax. Wouldn't you think that you want to make it easy for young people to learn how to skate so they would want to come back. She struggled, so it was no fun. Think she will be back? I doubt it. She wanted to go on the jungle jim. Another $4. So on and so on. $20+ and we

Had a great time. It was very busy and we went but got in and rented skates quickly. Prices were great too.

Been going there since I was a kid ....its a classic for me ...I always, remember the good old days wen im there ..great food music n staffs and for all a great fun center besides skating????

I had alot of fine then i saw a girl that i was talking to and it didnt turn out good and we been on bad terms mostly her doing if i were to be honest and i really wanted to talk to her bc she looked sad but i didn't want to be on even worse terms so i didnt sadly but other then that had a really good time

Ricky, the man behind the skate rental counter, is very nice and answered all my ridiculous questions with a smile. I felt that he really cared about what I was asking him. However, the place is very small. Although its a very nice looking rink with GREAT skates and lights the dag on floor is way too small for my taste. the other issue is ron-a-roll offers free knee, wrist and elbow pads and this place didn't. another great thing about this place is the dj!!! wow he played all the good music and amped peopl

Today at Interskate 91 some mid aged man about 40 years old pick up my two-year-old baby held him down while he hit him. I of course screamed get off my baby! I told management and that I wanted to reported to the police. They told me the police were on their way. Meanwhile the Manager told him he could leave without even getting his name. My husband called Inner skate 91 looking for an apology. The manager yelled at him and said "he's all right!" and hung up the phone. The police officer that took the r

I was very disappointed with the unprofessionalism that I experienced tonight. My son was picking out a toy & was trying to decide what color he wanted. The manager who's name I guess was Rob (Caucasian Male with glasses and brown hair) said to my young child, "Why don't we get a boy and girl one together and see what happens?!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! How out of line to say that in general, never mind to a CHILD! I found this to be extremely inappropriate and I cannot believe that Interskate would allow peo

A good old-fashioned roller rink. Reminded me of my childhood. Roller skated for the first time in around 35 years! Only difference these days is that they have scooters, training skates, and these cool skate assist wheeled walker things to help kids new to the activity. This was both my girls first time trying roller skating and they had a blast. They offer both traditional 4 wheel skates as well as inline skates for rental. There is a climbing tower and arcade games as well as a food stand, laser tag, and

Grew up skating here with the rest of the rink rats since 1996! Great place...not like it used to be tho lol i remember a long time ago we had a poker themed skate that went to 2 a.m.. I believe....i know we live in a new age of safety first and liability but i wish we could bring stuff likethat back! Great place to escape with friends! Some great memories there! Wonder if billy Michaels is still therr?

Best indoor skating rink no doubt about it. Great place for kids and parents. Play quest, laser tag, games, skating, you name it all the fun you need. Staff is very friendly and music is for all ages very great place to be.

Kids birthday party. Well done. I got on quads, had a great time. A bit slow on food but it was good

Very nice place to go with kids clean bathrooms, i like that they play games with kids in between the skating time. They take characters for kids to take pictures

Very friendly staff. Clean and well kept. The music is fun. All around a great place for activities.

This interskate was so awesome when I was in middle school 7 Year?s ago. Now it's gross and dirty and dusty. They haven't updated it's look in 7 years either so all the furniture it's still the same. It's looks gross and half the games don't work also. And on a Friday night they had maybe 25 people altogether there, that's it! ....... IN RESPONSE OF THE.......person who responded I have to say the carpets and the bench?s and pretty much most of the things in the whole facility was dusty and dirty and sme

Skating, laser tag, great venue for parties and outings. Rentals are $5.00. Admission starts from $8. Walkers are available for the beginners. Fun place for whole family

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
