I visited this place with my son, and we had such a great time at the arcade! There's a nice variety of games, and we both had a blast. A few of the games were unfortunately out of order, which was disappointing, and I noticed there wasn't much staff around to assist. However, overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and spent a good amount of time playing. I didn't get a chance to check out the bowling alley, but the arcade alone made the visit worth it. We'll definitely be back!

The bowling alley is clean and looks great been twice the down fall is the staff. They down right don't care. There are non-responsive attitude and melancholy personalities really kill the atmosphere. Any questions you have they're very under enthusiastic about answering. Great place! Very reasonable prices and packages! The arcade is pretty awesome! We ordered pizza, wings, French fries and a cheese burger. The pizza was just okay, the wings were over cooked and barely had any sauce on them. The burger and fries were really good.

The bowling area and games are Great. The chicken wings are not good.They had no flavor not season at all. We spent $114 and it was horrible. The bartender was amazing. Came in today with my family for the first time and was greeted and attended to by Angelina. She was very professional,polite and patient i must say. Great customer service and was able to understand that it was my first time and explained to me everything in great detail. We just went today as walk-ins?9 children and 7 adults. Caleb at the front desk was a rockstar! He answered all of our questions, got us the right packages, and even catered to our concerns and ?updates/changes? with a willing and kind attitude. Sam in laser tag was a boss! So funny, especially when taking our group photo, and incredibly patient and flexible when we changed from two groups of 7 to one group of 14 and then 15 ?? They both made our experience one we will never forget!

Went with our family to celebrate my son's birthday. We had a blast. We played bowling, arcade and laser tag. If you have time vistit the cafeter?a and try the Nachos; one plate fed our whole family and they were amazing.

Our lane # 14 got stuck 4 times during the game. We ordered fries, after 30 mins we asked about it and they ?forgot? so after another 20 mins we finally got our food. 50 mins for fries? the woman?s bathroom only has two stalls and the doors are a foot away from the sink making it very crowded and liable to get hit with the door while washing your hands. This is by far the nicest family style bowling alley I've been to. The hosts are phenomenal & caring. The place is impeccably clean. And most importantly- my kids are having a BLAST!!!

Worst arcade. Do not spend your money here. They will literally kick you out and keep your money. Do not waste your time. I give it a negative 5 stars. Stuff was very rude. As well as the sorry police officers they had babysitting. Never again

The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and friendly. The bathrooms (while cramped) were very clean. The pro shop is managed by helpful staff and has reasonable prices and speedy turnaround time on customized orders. The Cafe has good food. Enjoyable place for some family fun. They offer different price packages throughout the week. Sundays has a certain time for unlimited bowling, including shoe rental for $12.00 with a minimum of 3. You may order refreshments from the screen right at your personal lane. They also have a nice arcade area.

Had a nice time with family there today. The staff was nice, the pizza tasted great, and the drinks were great. It's probably the most upgraded bowling alley I've ever been to. There's a robot that rides around to deliver food to the lanes. You can order your food and drinks through a touch screen right at your lane. Nice seating areas, and the place is huge! Will be back!

This review is overdue as it's my second bad experience here. Watch your place in line, the cashier will let people in front of you and not say a single thing to them after a 25 minute wait and 3 families ditching the line we were turned away due to the wait time. This place is ridiculously hard to get into! The first time he went there was a line out the door. The second time we went there was a line out the door. The third time we went there was no line so we thought we were OK but they were still an hour and a half wait to get a lane :-(. They don't take reservations so that does not work. Very nice place to take the family to escape the heat. The Kids BowlFree thing is great- cost $12 for 3 shoe rentals. You learn a lot about common courtesy when bowling along side complete strangers. The lanes were very slick and the accommodations they have for kids are pretty cool with bumpers that come up automatically & the ramps they use to help them get the ball down the lane. This was my second time back. Had a great time. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and it was kid party central but the guy at the front desk(Deacon) was super helpful. We went to the bar and grabbed some food and my husband enjoyed the drinks. The loaded tater tots are surprisingly amazing for a bowling alley. Overall good experience and we will be back.

Too many teenagers have no respect and just have this as a chill spot. They don't even bowl or play in the arcades. The facility needs to do better. Why are there so many teenagers allowed there after 10 p.m. without an adult??

Came in on a Sunday and felt unwelcome from the start. All three ladies at the from desk were not friendly, I was assisted by Nashalee at the register, and she seemed to dread assisting us. Everything seemed to be a burden from putting the bumpers up to getting the kids' assistance with the bowling ball ramp. I wouldn't recommend this bowling alley if you're looking for friendly service. Bowling was fine, though.

Won't be going here anymore. Went for date night to find out it's now $12 per person or $36 min per lane. I've been going to cypress lanes for 33 years. Even after being shot at in thier parking lot and other patrons trying to fight us. Me and my husband still went there. It was where we started dating and got engaged. It's gone down hill. A name change won't change it and now charging more doesn't help them as an establishment.

This is what $13 will get you, 3 dried up chicken fingers. We used to love this place and would visit weekly for bowling and dinner. Now it's just getting ridiculous with mediocre food and the prices for everything. Let me add they even charge for a small cup of water and you will wait 20min to even get your beverages

We hosted a company event here and they were very accommodating. Samantha worked with us as we needed to add additional people last minute. Brandon was very helpful throughout our event. Our group enjoyed the laser tag and the arcade as well. There was a bar that the adults enjoyed too.

I love bowling, however the staff at night time is so busy talking amongst theirselves they have no time for customers. To start my night I waited 15 minutes just to pay for my lane, and there was only one person ahead of me.... We waited for ten minutes while the cashier was standing at his register chatting. For a little background I have been bowling my whole life so I know the good centers from the bad, this center was bad. The lady at the front counter was as friendly as a cactus and didn't seem to know where to put guests. At first me and my party of 4 were put on a pair with a family of around 7 and they took up the entire lane. So I went to the counter and asked a gentleman for assistance in either getting them to take up only their side or moving us and he told me to ask the same lady I originally spoke

Get there early. Once the lanes filled up you are SOL. And they put you on a waiting list could take up to 2 hours . And it the next wave time is in. You will loose your spot and you will have to make the line for the next wave.

I'm here now and it's absolutely awful they put us next to a huge family that took up the whole area didn't care about others personal space and they could have easily put us on the other lane since no one else is bowling but no they said we had to be on this side due to other bowlers. Even tho there aren't any mine the middle lane the smh ????

Hourly rates during non-special hours come out to $25+tax, which is almost DOUBLE the cost of Orange Lanes in Lakeland. I'd expect better for what I'm paying. How to improve: get rid of those nasty couches, which have been there since 2015. The one on lane 9 is WELL PAST ITS LIFE.

The place was awesome!! My granddaughter wanted to go bowling so I drove the hour and 15 minutes from Sebring to Winter Haven and I will tell you it was well worth the drive! There was lanes available when we arrived and we had a fantastic time. We also ordered food from the kiosk which was delivered by a robot which brought this activity up to a whole new level lol a wonderful time was had by all and I will definitely return to this location and will recommend to friends and family!

I had my daughter's 9th birthday party here and everything that they had set up for us was great! Our party planner helper was awesome. She was very attentive to the things we needed and kept everything well stocked as in the drinks and the pizza's. I will definitely be back again.
