Overall, reviews show a mix of experiences with many praising the fun atmosphere, clean facilities, and friendly staff, especially for family outings and birthday parties. Bowling, arcade games, and escape rooms are highlights, though some find pricing steep. Food receives mixed feedback—some love it (fries, pizza, egg rolls), while others criticize quality or service delays. Timed bowling and occasional machine issues frustrate some. Customer Reviews

We went in the front but had to walk through the restaurant first, wasn't sure if there was a separate entrance due just the bowling alley. The counter was hard to find at first but got a lane easily and could order food from the table or online in advance. Tables and booths were clean and it wasn't too crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Only thing was the count down for the hour started before we got our balls and had to purchase another hour to finish the game with 6 people. Costs are a bit pricey but they

I have to get this out of the way and say that the guys that were working there are awesome. I had 8 kids with me and they didn't hesitate to swap out shoes for about 10 minutes. When there's great service the experience is so much more enjoyable. I don't know if I want to say it was pricey but you come here to have fun right? We also played some pool which was super cheap.

Fun place, played a lot of games for $50 for 3 people, relatively fair chance at winning prizes. A little more staff direction/ intentional attention would have been nice for first timers but we figured everything out

We came from out of state and the staff were very accommodating with packages, food and drinks! It was a perfect place for our family of all ages!

We had a lot of fun! Bowling, games, and pool. Pizza and beers at Sauce! Everyone was nice and there's a lot to do here.

Wow I can't say enough how well we were treated for a birthday party for my sons on Sunday. Waitress was extremely professional and so accommodating. The staff were helpful and kind to all the screaming children in the entire place. Pricing for the party was also very affordable and the kiddos had so much fun. Thanks so much!

9/10 Food was absolutely insane good and great portion sizes , arcade was nice too, and they have lots of different stuff to do. I'm definitely gonna be back regularly , only reason it's 9 is some arcade machines were out of service or it would be 10/10

Mo?s is our hero! Without them we would have had a difficult high school season. They were awesome and totally spoiled the parents/spectators with breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches! We can't thank you enough, Mo?s!! Thanks for being awesome hosts this season.

Really good food lots of selections not many healthy choices though. BLT Pizza and loaded potato pizza were excellent. Ordered a 12 pack of wings and they were cooked perfectly sauce was pretty good as well. They also have an arcade and bowling! Nice little place to take the family a bit outside of Traverse City.

Found our anecdote just in the nick of time! Escape rooms are challenging and creative. Something for everyone, but was very adult oriented. Fun stuff!

This place is AMAZING for private events!! We booked Incredible Mo's for our welcome/rehearsal dinner for the weekend of our wedding, and it was truly incredible. Leading up to the event the staff was so helpful and responsive. It was simple for us to figure out a menu and the food was really tasty. The staff who were working the night of the event went above and beyond and created a totally unforgettable night for us with small details. They were so friendly with our guests, and everything was really well

Great for birthday parties, was a little annoyed that they ask you for your order then when they bring the food out they want you to wait to eat after bowling bc bowling is timed which I get but then they shouldn't bring the food out until later. But once that was done it was great kids had a great time and the food was soo good.

This place is awesome. Bowling was great, big seating area and a small table by your lane which was really nice. Arcade was huge. We got an appetizer to share and some drinks which were all great.

Super fun! We've been stopping by every year we visit the area. The kids love the arcade and the bowling. They have updated their technology over the years, and have really easy to use kid friendly bumpers as well as the big plastic dinosaur ball rollers. We always come in a group (10-14 people), including young and old - everyone has a great time! Food (pizza), is not bad, drinks are made quick, great time for all. I highly recommend!

I went to Incredible Mo's earlier last year in 2024 to take my husband on a date of bowling. Upon attenpting to use my giftcard, I was informed that they no longer accept them towards bowling. Guests still have to purchase giftcards, so the business still gets significant profit. I am very disappointed and bewildered as to why they would make this change and limit their customers experience and options.

What a cool place! It's got bowling, arcade games, laser tag and maze, escape rooms, and a restaurant to keep the whole family entertained! They also have a great selection of drinks and fun events like bowling leagues and trivia. A little out of the way from me but I would definitely go back again!

Little pricey, and a little hot in there. Atmosphere and food was good. It wasn't to busy for a Friday night. Waitstaff was on the ball!

Unfortunate as the food was good, but the billing was extremely inaccurate and overcharged us almost 40$. It was difficult to get the printed receipt and took 40 minutes to get a manager to come give us the time of day. Will not be back 100%

My nephew had his 16th b-day party there in an escape room. 7 teenagers had a great time in the room, arcade and playing Lazer tag. Followed by eating 3 pizzas, lots of soda and cake. Great servers and bar. Birthday boys mom and I had a cocktail and lunch while waiting for the games to end. Very good Cobb salad and fantastic lettuce wraps. Nicest bowling alley I've ever been to.

Escape room was super rad. The 3D gun game that's new was super sick and for 7 bucks a great deal. Will for sure be back to escape more rooms

Great experience for our daughter's birthday! It's expensive! But also really fun. The service is the best part.

We had an awesome Birthday party today for my son and my nephew. Everything ran SO smoothly and Incredible Moes staff was very friendly and very accommodating! 100% recommend booking for big events! We all had so much fun and the food is good too so that's a plus!

Great family fun. Highly recommend ??????

Good place for family bowling night. They serve food and have a separate dining area. They've got a good size arcade area too.

Awesome. Best arcade ever. Fun for the whole family and your money goes FAR

It was a lot of fun but laser tag mid. the laser maze on the other hand is actually really fun. I would say the prices are just ok. 100 bucks lasted like an hour or two. It would be 5 stars if the laser tag was better. overall if you are going for the arcade and not laser tag it is amazing!! (didn't try bowling so cant really speak on that. looked cool tho) Edit: Bowling here is sick! The screens are very responsive and there is so many different game modes to chose from. Also the staff is very helpful. Lov

Nice little bowling center, but in a bad location. Good pizza, large arcade and nice lanes.

Great place. If you can't have fun and get stuffed here, the problem is you, not Incredible Mo's. Fantastic food, great selection of local beer and wine, games, bowling (I'm terrible). We went there with our kids, 5 and 7, and they had a blast too. It's so nice being able to easily program the bowling lanes to pop up the bumpers automatically when the little ones go. Staff is great and so friendly. It's off the beaten path, but once you've found it, you'll be back.

It was a blast! Family had so much fun and the food was delicious!

Bowling is great. The arcade is mid-range, it's generally pretty good but not incredible. Needs some more classic games. I will give them all the credit in the world, however, for actually putting the PRICE PER GAME on the card readers instead of the more ambiguous 'credits', and they have one game that I would absolutely make the trip here for - LASER MAZE. No, it's not laser tag (though they have that too!), it's - you know those heist movies where someone has to wiggle through a room full of laser tripwi

Laser Tag is so much fun

We had a blast being lucky enough to have Yanna take care of us (party of 7) and I was extremely pleased with my choice of ?Yanna?s Jerk Chicken Sandwich? for dinner! It did not disappoint at all! Great food, great atmosphere, great food!

The food was mediocre for the price (ordered a pizza with half pepperoni, and half jerk chicken). The atmosphere was fun and the pool table was free to use. The prices on food were sky high. It costs $27.50 (I think) to get roughly 35 arcade games, which was a good amount for two kids to share. However, the prizes are lame, and they don't give out paper tickets anymore, it's all digital so the excitement is a little lost.

Always love bowling here! This is where we take grandpa when he comes up. Arcade is amazing too!

Facility itself is amazing. Very fun atmosphere, great bowling and arcade. Food was delicious! Kids really enjoyed it. One of the worst experiences overall in regards to large parties and staff accommodating. Extremely unorganized, no one know knew what was happening. We had a reservation and nothing we planned was ready for our arrival. Many staff members were rude and very unprofessional. On a positive point the manager that night was amazing and tried to make it right

We went to Incredible Mo's (I almost said Little Bo's, LOL) with our 5 year old. He bowled for the first time and enjoyed it. Our lane didn't have the gutter bumpers, which was a bit of a bummer, but it was still fun for him. The pizza was not good. We were with a group and I'm thinking maybe the pizza sat out a bit or something. Maybe it is usually good. Regarding the game area - I think it is better suited for kids older than 5 - but again, he had fun. He just didn't understand that we were burning throug

We booked a game night for the family at Escapology and had a really good time. The game was fun and well built. I would rate the experience as a 5/5 stars. Once we finished we decided to stay for lunch and drinks at the restaurant "Sauce". This is where service fell apart. We sat for at least 15 to 20 min without even being acknowledged. There was only one other table sat in the restaurant/bar area. We went to the bar to order drinks at least while we waited and were treated like a burden. We understand be

We went for my daughters birthday and it was fun to bowl, but I hardly got to bowl or enjoy our time because I had to go ask for a server, then I had to go ask for him so we could make an order, then I had to go to the bar and get our drinks, then at the attractions counter the guy working there looked like he was annoyed that he was having to do his job. When we were walking out we could hear the staff at the bar talking about how they purposefully left things dirty so the day staff today (Monday) would h

1 star for the free bowling for kids. Dont expect anything else, no service, no water, just lazy wait staff. This is not the first time, yet we only come back for free bowling. Try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Could be a racial thing not sure, but those white folks getting immediate service even though my family has been here for 2 full games and they just arrived. Owners should look into this. Truely sad ??

The kids always have fun when we go here. This visit was for my kiddos birthday party.

We always have such a good time at Mo's! Highly recommend the laser tag - Espn was really kind, gave us great tips on how to do better in the arena, and he went above and beyond to make our experience the best time. And drinks are reasonably priced!

Came on a rainy, cloudy day and spent HOURS here with the kids! Food was pretty good, majority of the games in the arcade worked and my kids had a blast bowling! Very kid friendly and service was excellent.

We are camping across the street and needed to snag something to eat in walking distance. I little apprehensive of eating at a bowling alley. But we had a small pizza and wings. Frankly it was way above average. Very good wings. The pizza was very nicely done and good. Recommend.

Great time. Decent priced for the type of place this is

IT was Great!! We love the pizza and the staff!!! The only complaint is the cost of renting shoes for bowling....$4.75 is beyond outrageous!! Come on guys! You don't need to charge that much for Renting shoes!!

We had a super fun day with our son. I was a little worried sbout noise level and being overcrowded (our son is autistic) but he had a blast bowling, in the arcade and learning how to play pool with his Dad. Tuckered him right out. Staff was awesome! Waitress who served us cheered on our son while he played pool. The food was very good. We were there about 4 hours and still didn't get to the laser tag game. Next time for sure!

It been almost 20 years since I went bowling have fun

We had a blast with 2 toddlers. The bowling setup, food, and arcade were all great. Things were working, service was fast and the setup is great. It almost feels like a hidden gem since it was practically empty on a Saturday night. Pricing for bowling + shoe rental seems steep but I might be out of touch with reality on that one.

We ended up here after the other bowling ally in town was closed. We got one of the ultimate lanes and had a great time. Spaying by the time instead of the game was a great way to do it for us. We did have some problems with the machine not resetting, pins falling and not being recorded as well as balls not being returned. The one time it broke and ended up taking them about 15 min to fix the problem, but they did end up restoring more time onto our clock for the time that we couldn't bowl. All in all a gre

Our 5 kids had a great day bowling and playing at the arcade. My 3 older kids (ages 12, 10 and 8) and I did the Escapology escape room and enjoyed it. We did the "Antidote" room, and it was quite challenging. We just barely made it out after several hints. If I had been there with other adults, I would like to think we wouldn't have needed as many hints. Overall, the escape room experience was very well orchestrated without being overly confusing or difficult. This was a great place to go on a rainy day.

Super cool place! They have food, bowling, laser tag, arcade, laser room, and escape rooms. My group and I did 2 of the escape room and they were AMAZING. The decor and the time and effort that went into creative the puzzles and setting everything up was noticed. Super cool place highly recommend.

Was a amazing time staff was also very polite

A wonderful bowling alley. Nice lanes and equipment. Friendly employees and staff. Great place for the family and fun for the kids. Handicap parking and accessibility.

They cut off our game in the middle of the tenth frame. Who does that? We needed less than 5 min to finish. We paid $60 for 6 of us to not even bowl one whole game and we were actually trying to hurry. When I tried to ask if we could finish it was not possible because there were people just all around the counter. We were also smashed into a lane next to 9 other people and had to stand at a counter behind the lanes to eat our food because each lane didn't really have its own table. It is just not that great

After the Lucky Jack public bowling closed today fiasco-I struggled to regroup 40 people for a party. The staff was great! We were the challenge. The manager is quick to fix mistakes! Too quick! Thank you for being so helpful and patient with us:) Sauce and Angie were quick to discount our very large pizza/food order, add reserved tables, and set up a buffet for us. Wow. All in the moment so with no reservation. Wow! Thank you for being our heroes today and rescuing us last minute.

We had a group and we're looking for something to do on a cool wet day. Had a very good time. We ordered a couple of pizzas and they were very good. Would come back again next time we're in town.

Bad communication. When I set a reservation for the escape room and the person we were on call with didn't clarify that we needed to pay( he said we could pay when we got there)to certify our reservation, so he gave it to someone else and didn't tell us. We drove an hour and a half to get there, just for them to tell us they canceled our reservation.

Fun time even with how busy it was. Multiple kid birthday parties at the same time makes it pretty chaotic but it is what it is. Staff does a good job keeping pace

Very fun place to bowl...lots of games to choose from that make the bowling time fun! Arcade and amazing food!!

We always have a great experience at Incredible Mo?s! The staff are friendly and helpful, the food at Sauce is delicious, the arcade games are reasonably priced, and the bowling area is clean and comfortable.

Good place for kids birthdays with affordable fun packages

We were 2 families for a total of 9. We were seated promptly and given about 15 minutes to peruse the menu then another 10 to make sure our choices were what we wanted. When our waitress appeared she took our order and made sure to ask 3 times for us to repeat so she could hear us over her airpord in one ear and the blaring music from the over head speakers. Alcohol drinks had to be ordered at the bar, maybe she was to young to serve them but who knows. We were then given the chance to think about our

Weird to have timed bowling, rather than by game. Great for families

Friendly staff, carry-out order was perfect and not missing anything. We were surprised with how large the portions were when we got home! Cheeseburger egg rolls and Irish egg rolls were delish. Burger was large, and fresh. Antipasto salad was great, and large enough for our family plus leftovers. Also got the brownie with ice cream- it was huge and tasted gooey like it was literally just baked. We will be back again, thank you

A fun evening. Family friendly

Very clean, awesome staff, they were okay with some of our friends wearing their fursuits. Only bummer was we didn't get to finish our game of bowling before the timer ran out. Would be nice if we could at least finish the game we paid for.

My server Kelsey was awesome. Got my refills and all the things I asked for. I'm pretty demanding and she had a smile on the whole time. They don't have cheese bread, so she had the kitchen make me one and it was awesome. I bowled 4 games and was taken care of the whole time. 3.50 a game not bad. 11$ bread great. Will visit again. Quiet on a Thursday afternoon.

This place was great. I personally know the ins and outs of what it takes to run a successful bowling alley and I feel like these guys have it! I had my business Christmas party there. We bowled- had 4 lanes to ourselves. Comfortable seating and delicious appetizers. After our 2 hrs of bowling we went into the elevated dining space, which was decorated very Christmas. We were then fed a ton of delicious food. I would definitely recommend. The service was great, the center was clean and updated.

Nobody seems to work here? I am not sure if they serve food here. They bring me menu and never come back. No star from me if it would let me!

This place was amazing! The only flaw is when I was bowling one of my family members had bumbers and somehow it still went in the gutter and it got stuck! Luckily we got it out! But overall very good staff good and experience! I'd recommend going here!

Awesome place to bring the kids or have a guys night out. Bar is classy, bowling is good, even a game room for your kids. Or me. Because I definitely used the arcade quite a hit, and let me tell you. It has all the classics (including laser tag!) Such as Ski-ball, whack a mole, and many others. Truly a great experience and would go again with even more friends. The food is also extremely good. Overall a nice clean place with personality. Very good. Give stars.

Awesome spot to get together with family and bowl, do laser tag, play in the arcade, and get some food. My sister and her family were home from South Dakota, and we wanted something fun for the cousins to do together. We all had a blast!

Was an amazing first time. My kids loved it!!! Good people. Good food. Iris was our waitress she did an amazing job and I will be back with your tip!! My kids were so cranky I forgot...

Staff was incredible, very polite and helpful. Bowling was good and the entire place is pretty clean! Most of the arcade games were working and he kids had fun. The only 2 issues we had were the laser maze, which didn't have any fog in it, which made it impossible to see the beams. The staff fixed it, and refunded our money. We played at afterwards and it was pretty fun. I've been to more tag sites than I should admit to. The laser tag was really sad. While the arena design was pretty decent, it is the dar

Had a huge group of adults & young children. We got 2 lanes next to each other right away. 1 lane adults played regular games. The other lane was for the kids. They had little slides to put the ball on & the kids pushed the ball & it rolled all the way down with bumpers. Like everywhere, not enough staff. And every female had to exchange their shoes for a smaller size. They also have an arcade with a lot of fun games for all ages or at in our group we had people playing ages 2-59.

We had such a great time!! We got the cheesy fries and they were Soo good. Bowling area was super clean and nice. And the arcade was a lot of fun! The staff was super friendly and we got great photos in the tiny photo booth??

Ended up taking a trip up with a few friends and we had a great time in the arcade! Went to the restaurant inside called ?Sauce? waited 15 minutes to be seen at the table, seen our waitress maybe 3 times total had to have multiple staff doing things for us because our waitress was no where to be seen. We all got pizza, two different ones, and all got horribly sick later that night. They gave us child plastic plates to eat with that are all cut up and a paper bag over the table. Do not recommend Sauce but In

Extremely nice staff, nice variety of things to do and is much more worth ($) it than other places. Would really enjoy coming back and bringing friends, whether it's to bowl, play in the arcade area, or just eat at their restaurant. My only real critique (which isn't much of one) is the pizza. I went on a slow night, so that could be a factor, but I wasn't impressed (even though it was far from bad). Basically, each of the components (the dough, sauce, cheese, pepperoni....) tasted fresh and of high (or at

We always have a blast here.

Great atmosphere. Arcade games are priced weird. $1.10, .60 cents. Food was great however the wait times to be acknowledged by anyome after walking in as well as after being seated was 10-15mins to even get a server at our table

Had fun with the escape room and bowled afterwards. Good time

They have the best fries known to man and the pizza is also amazing. The bowling alleys are very clean and comfortable and also very friendly staff. The arcade is a tad overpriced but the laser tag is awsome. this place is perfect for birthdays or just to have a ton of fun.

I attended a Christmas party here and it was perfect. The service was amazing and there were plenty of activities to suit any person. From bowling to the arcade and laser tag, I know that everyone enjoyed themselves. A great location for celebrating with good prices too!

This place is easing to spend a day at, but bring your check book. Food here is a little pricier then the average American style restaurant but not by much. 14" pizza was $19.99. We got pizzas and wings. Staff was super friendly. Laser tag was $5.50 a person on a week day and the kids had a blast. Most arcade games are a $1.00 which is quite reasonable really. They have a nice bowling alley which we didn't use this time but have in the past. They do have school specials and snow day specials so watch their

Worst service ever. I have been here a handful of times and only once ever had a decent server. Today was the worst. I asked our server to put the drinks on my tab & put the pizza on my friends tab. That proved to be too complicated. I explained my request 3 additional times before she understood. My friend paid cash, I used my card. We waited for probably 5 minutes or so before I told my friend to take the kids to the arcade & I would wait. I waited at the bar while the hostess who was the only employee th

The arcade and bowling were lots of fun. Good prizes for the arcade. Live music was well done, good band. But the food. . .the food was just bad. I got two appetizers for our table while we watched the band. Reuben egg rolls and the artichoke dip. The Reuben rolls were basically canned corned beef wrapped in an egg roll wrapper. The artichoke dip was cooped from a tub cold. I feel bad writing this review. I liked everything else about the place, from the way the inside is set up to how clean everything was

Had my sons birthday party here and we had a absolute blast. The food and service were both fantastic as well. Highly recommend, especially the laser tag.

Not saying I will never give this place a chance again, but it will be a few years before I eat anything at Sauce...their pizza place. First it took us 2.5 hours to eat, it was a party of eight, and not much else going on in the dining area. Took guessing 1.5 hours between order and delivery. Pizza sauce had a strong taste of onions, definitely don't order pizza if you are allergic to onions. Fyi, chef if I wanted a strong onion taste on my pizza I would order it with onions. Kids burger did not come as ord

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
