In The Game ICON Park

Good spot to stop off. It's a bit pricey for what it is. Every little thing has a decent price tag: each ride, each exhibit, ...it adds up. You could spend a day here, or you could swing by for a couple hours. Overall, it's cool.

Most of the games were down and they were closing the games a 1hr early.so don't believe the closing time which is 12am. Definitely wouldn't recommend going here ??I recommend going to main event.

Very expensive and pushy, machine always asking to upgrade ticket deals. Tickets do not come in multiples that actually let you spend them all without buying another round. Claw machines mostly had prizes arranged so most were not reachable, and didn't engage the strong claw grip once while I was there (I am usually able to win at least one prize from other claw machines I visit with similar plushie prizes.) Good selection of games and a unique maze there, however, as well as a nice assortment of prizes.

Great arcade with lots of games. Well located in the wheelhouse at Icon park. "Tee", the arcade attendant, is amazing! She was so patient with my kids, as they were selecting their prizes excuciatingly slowly. I feel that she deserves a medal. Her positive attitude is infectious, and In The Game Arcade is blessed to have her on their staff! Keep up the awesome work!

An amazing worker named Ti (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) was so helpful to myself and my son. We lost our game card in the mirror maze and she found it for us!

Very surprised by this arcade. 1st glance it seems kinda small but once you walk in you see the decent amount of games they have. They have the classics like Skee Ball, Basketball and the Crane Games and then they have some new ones like Walking Dead and Doodle Jump! I suggest buying a play card, the more $$ you spend you get $$ Free. We bought $10 play card and got $1 free and that was nice. Games are not too expensive so $11 got us about 20 min and several games a piece. We are 80/90s kids so arcades are

Nobody in the mirror maze counter to buy tickets for more than 20 minutes, other counter people are not responding properly.

Used the virtual reality , had a great experience. Enjoyed the atmosphere and choices. Would definitely recommend.

This is the best arcade ever. Plenty of things to do .Kids and adults comes and goes .It's not too loud for little ones . There's also a changing tables in both bathrooms available for them .Drive are free just ask for a cup at the counter. Everything is digital you just need a card arcade card one dollar for 1 game. Your points automatically loaded to your card you can exchange your points to Kita of different items afterwards.

My kids got a snake last night using 1000 tickets from the arcade. They fight for it, so we came back for another one. After we spent money on those arcade games, they refused to redeem the tickets for the same snake. Then later, my older kid asked for a 500-ticket prize. He was rejected because he only got 494 tickets. It was soooooo strict! I couldn't say she was wrong but I don't want to come back.

Very fun place for children but limited. We put $50 on out card which gave us a generous bonus of $15. We were there more than 1 hour and were struggling to spend our money. We were there for our 5 yr old grandson and he was uninterested at the end of the time there.

Absolutely loved our time here did all the mini escape rooms as fast as we could and it was great

We visited In The Game and upon arrival we were greeted by a woman who introduced herself by the name of Myra. She clearly saw we were searching for something specific and gladly asked us how she could be of service. It's nice to meet someone who is really informative about helpful as she is/was. It was around 6 pm and it was kinda slow but we wanted to play the assortment of video games before going to dinner. My daughter enjoyed her birthday but you're going to have to watch the games if you get physical tickets out of the machine you might have to let them know if you got your tickets or not because sometimes the tickets run out real fast and the machines try to get over on you

It's a rip off. Don't waste your money.

A small location but it has the best games both new & old. My only complaint is the scent machine in the ceiling that automatically sprayed throughout my visit, I am very sensitive to smells & my son has bad allergies. What a great arcade. Made $20 last for much longer than anticipated and won over 1400 tickets which reaped some actual decent prizes. This was our favorite (not pre-planned) part of Orlando. Great staff too! Easy free parking garage, beautiful grounds and no lines... this is a must do Orlando destination when you're not at the big name parks.

Security "men" running around, wearing guns on their belt, slamming into each other so hard they knocked one guys body camera off and they (security) didn't notice. A good citizen picked the camera up off the floor and gave it back to them. These children with guns and in uniform running around playing a game of grab a$$, not just one instance, which is enough. We did the Orlando Eye, Aquarium, and the Wax Museum, then stopped by the mirror maze at the end. The attendant there was super helpful, and the staff in general were awesome. Definitely recommend!! Thanks Vianey for being so helpful!

We come here every year before leaving Orlando kids love it and get some great prizes. Staff is very friendly as well

We recently visited the Mirror Maze attraction at Icon Park and had an absolute blast! The maze itself was so much fun, with its endless reflections and mind-bending twists and turns. But what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service we received from Isaiah.

I just want to say Paola was very helpful. We were contemplating what we wanted we wanted to do. And she directed us in the right path that we should go. I would recommend Paola to anyone coming to the Orlando Eye, she will give the best directions for any of the activities you would like to choose from.

this was such a fun experience with my family. i have never been to a mirror maze before and quite frankly i?m scared of them from all of the horror movies i watched but i genuinely had a great time! highly recommend and affordable

I love this play so much and it is so much fun. They have so many things here and i love the mirror maze. This place had more games than the kings place. Vianey provided us with great insight and was super helpful and kind.

To start, they have the walking dead game my husband Ana I have been searching for. They also had a mirror maze, I love those! They also have a virtual video game I'm excited to play it! Also all of the girls, Tee, Vianey, and especially Jashy we're absolutely exceptional and made our experience top tier!

Had a blast, will gladly spend hours here. Employees are great and friendly. Definitely bringing my son here

It's a simple and small arcade. Kids 10 and over will get bored fast. A bunch of adults trying to kill time can spend 5 bucks and have fun (air hockey on steroids & basketball shootout).

As a poker player, black jack afficionado and roulette player extrordinaire I have nothing bad to say about a place that exploits kids the way vegas does adults. Only thing I would add is free drinks for parents so we can keep giving our children all our ?? :) Cheers!

So according to their website they have an ?Unlimited Game Pass? but unfortunately they don't carry that option in this location. Even though in their website does not say anything about it. The employee at customer service explained me this, after going back and forth to speak to the manager, who never showed up to the front.

I had a wonderful Experience with my Nieces The employee Dee helped us out through our visit to Game Icon and he will definitely be the reason we are returning food was amazing and lots of games to play.

We visited icon park orlando and was very pleasantly surprised by the amount to do and see. We did sea life, tussaud?s, the eye, the arcade, of which we was helped by a very lovely lady named Vianey who was extremely kind and happy to be there.

We just went to the arcade located in the icon park. The experience was spectacular, and the staff even better. Isaiah was extremely helpful and kind with all my group of friends. Definetly coming back again!!! :)

Did axe throwing for the first time, it was fun just wish it lasted longer, DAY-DAY was very patient teaching us and with obstruction, she was great! We definitely will do this again when visiting!!

Ricky was extremely helpful when me and my family were a little confused, he assisted us with the 7D theater attraction and made our night, we were originally confused and not sure how things worked until he explained everything perfectly, 5 stars!

I had do much fun, even as an adult there are so many games to indulge in and all of them were reasonably priced in my opinion. You buy a card and fill it with points and all the tickets you win will automatically go to the card, then you can redeem the prizes at the end ???? I'll definitely go back

It was incredible! I did the escape room with my partner and we had a blast. After we went to the arcade where we were assisted by Stephanie, who is the kindest individual I've ever met! She had such a bright personality and I can't wait to go back. She also had the most beautiful hair and tattoos and overall made our experience.

This place was very trickery but super fun! If you are looking for a mirror maze thats short and super easy to go through, This is the one! I definitely recommend

What started out fun for the kids ended up being a disappointment. The machines were not giving us our E-ticket credits for multiple games but when we won 500 credits and was not given to us we reported the issue to the staff and was handed over to the supervisor. They took forever to get back to us as we waited in the front. I explained to supervisor what happen and she told us we didn't win 500 tickets but we did! The manager came out and told us she had done a troubleshoot to the machine and that it was

EDIT: So yeah they replied below to email them, I did so immediately, never received a response. They want to look good like they are trying to address the issue, but never actually follow up. Such a shame this is such a cool concept, just not executed well. We played the Zero Latency VR. Game was cool but disappointed in the execution. Game was paused several times once for several minutes with zero communication!!!! Also one member of groups equipment did not work, was aiming and shooting in the wrong

The games itself were good but the service we got specifically in the VR area was terrible. The staff was talking on her personal phone the whole time and was unprofessional. She didn't explain the game properly (almost in a rush), seemed annoyed doing her job, and when the game started, we keep calling her attention that the volume was too low but she couldn't hear us, We peeped through our VR headset and she had her airpods on and still talking on the phone. The place is fun for all ages. The employees are polite, helpful, and good at what they're doing. The 1 bad thing there (not bad enough in my mind to take a star) is that I saw like 3-4 employees standing at the entrance chatting up a storm. 1 machine I played had a broken part on it but I just used a different one and it was fine. Overall the place is fun and enjoyable. Also, I'm not from there, but when I went it was awesome.

Visiting town with my boyfriend who is from Orlando and this was my first time at icon park. Was super excited to play some games and do the mirror maze! Unfortunately the young man that sold us the mirror maze tickets didn't tell us there were bundles or packs that make it cheaper if you want to do multiple things, or we would?ve spent more money with them. Fun for kids of all ages. All the equipment was in excellent working order. Helpful staff at the credit purchasing machine. Not a very big place but everyone really had fun from 2 year old to 4 year old to daddy! Fun that the tickets are auto added to the card. No need to stuff pockets full of paper or use the ticket munchers.
