Alot of entertainment! Kids and adults had fun. Some games were not working and I had to get a employee over and over but they didn't mind helping. I went on a Wednesday so games were 1/2 price...which the regular price for the games are diabolical! Did not get to try the food but I had a good time Also does military discount and online sign up give you great deals

This April, my school took 250 students to In The Game Hollywood Park for a field trip and everyone had the most amazing time! We worked closely with Lisa, and she was extremely helpful and accommodating while we were planning. When had to change numbers or dates or even if we had one silly question, Lisa was always available and helpful. The actual trip was such a success. My family has been enjoying the fun, family Entertainment Center for several years! My Daughter had fun there as a pre teen and teenager. Now her Sons have their celebrations there as well. A local , convenient, game spot to go to anytime.

I have been so pleased with my experiences there. The games and machines are well maintained. The staff are extremely helpful and supportive, whenever we've had an issue with a game they have responded immediately and helpfully. They have been attentive to ensuring my daughter has a fantastic time.

This place is the best for my grandchildren! I came here two weeks ago and I'm back again today. The hospitality and service here goes way beyond and awesome.They're very clean and on top of everythingwith a smile. This is definitely my new hang out with the kids! I don't have to cook and clean!

I've been coming here since I was a kid and it's just as fun as I remember when I bring my own now. The staff is friendly and helpful and if you report a game being broken they usually have someone fix it right away. The food is decent too.

You guys seem to have a great management team and I'm happy to call this place my family arcade****** Can a general manager reach out ?. This does NOT include before I got the app and I'll give my play card number to management so you can see the OBSCENE amount of money I spend/have spent in short periods here ..... We had 34k tickets asked about the huge lava lamp day before yesterday and spending $120 yet again....

It is very fun nice staff. but some of the stuff be out of order but that ok cause sometimes the have two of the same game.i advise people in Chicago to come to this place. Very fun. But some stuff over price but it is so fun.

I Had My Daughters Birthday Party Here Yesterday And It Was Amazing! I Love The Upgrades They Did Since I Used To Come Here As A Kid. We Had A Blast ! Our Party Host Karina Was AMAZING ! 5 Stars For Her ?? The Food Was Good I Had No Complaints With Anything. We'll Definitely Be Back

Most of their popular attractions are outside and it rained so we couldn't do any of those. The arcade was okay but half of them didn't work. Several games took your money but the staff had no problems issuing credits for games that did not work. Place has potential but not it right now.

Great arcade for all ages. My 5 year old niece was tall enough to drive her own indoor bumper car. It was amazing! She had such a good time. My 13 yr old had fun playing arcade games and picking candies to buy with the tickets she won. There are several outdoor attractions as well. We didn't go to the outside since it was 90?. But, we will definitely be back.

I had my son?s 8th birthday party here?. There was a deal $400 for 10 kids to get play cards and 2 attractions, 2 medium pizzas that weren't cut well. It was too mediocre for the price. I ended up paying $500 to make sure there was enough food for the party and thanks to the manager wasn't charged for the hostesses mess ups. Overall, my son enjoyed himself and his friends did as well.

We had a butt load of fun here. My son?s school has a father and son night and boy oh boy were we glad we went. There is a ton to do here. Games, basketball, bowling, bumper cars, ax throwing just to name a few. We stay for about 2hrs and barely scratched the surface of what there was to do. We will definitely be back with the rest of the family next time.

Awesome kids arcade. They have games and entertainment for all ages. Bumper carts and bowling at a really good price. You pay per ride and you can get a re chargeable card for the arcade games. Very spacious and clean locations. Free parking and near lots of restaurants, they have outdoor karts as well. The prices for the pizza and snacks was cheap. Had a pretty good time with my family on 03/14/25. We ordered personal pan pizza, the 20 bone in wings deal, nachos and three drinks. Food tasted great. My issue as to why I'm pissed is it's 4:11a.m 03/15/25 and my family and I that attend have what I believe is food poisoning. I've been vomiting and squatting on toilet at the same time for 30 minutes now. We are all up running back and forth to the bathroom ????????????.

Idk what it is about gaming places where younger people work but it's like always something. Just did a delivery drop off and from what I experienced it seems like anyone can walk in no security no front desk nothing. I stood there then someone finally came by and said I had to go to the prize area. Went over there no greeting or anything. What a great way to spend a few hours! Clean, friendly, and fun. Variety of games that allowed a fair amount of tickets to be won. Taking advantage of the specials they offer makes it a fair price as well! We will return soon!

Young lady at the prize station miscounted my prize rings and shorted me 600 tickets. On top of the she had a nasty attitude the whole time while getting prize I did choose. I would not recommend

We had a birthday party here on Halloween in their v.i.p suite. I was overall pleased. This same year, I had a birthday party at gizmos and jak's warehouse and I found this place's accommodations best. They were 90% pleasurable to work with. The place was purchased by another company and has gone through a bit of a remodel. It's branded as in the game now. In my opinion the remodel has actually taken away more than it has given. Hollywood has gone from having too many golf courses to just one. Yet, the price for mini golf is still the same. They have also removed all of the games from the upper level and just got rid of them. The games on the lower level are more expensive now at $2 per game. This place is an awesome attraction to take your children on a bored day at home... It is not good for a rainy day if you want to do the outside attractions but it is an awesome place to have fun and enjoy your time!!!!!

Great staff, usually slow in the cooler months which is good for me, kids had fun, but some of the games are not in the best shape. I'd give it 5 stars if the deals where better and a couple games were just a rip

Good arcade. Used an amazing Groupon deal I found. Go karts are great. Definitely some of the fastest outdoor go karts I have used. Few arcade games didn't have everything example, the bag toss game only had 2 bags when it's supposed to have more. So it takes forever to play the game and u run out of time. Overall kept clean and games all working.

Great atmosphere, updated games, my nephew and I had a blast with my fiance close behind. The staff were friendly and helpful and surprising the food was pretty good as well. One of the best parts for adults is you can buy alcohol if that's your thing. I strongly recommend a visit here.

I recently went to a birthday party there and the set up was amazing. They had everything a kid could want. It was a super hero party and the kids had a ball!

My parents used to take me here as a child and now my children go here too. Talk about nostalgia I love the feeling of good games a good time and creating powerful memories.

Party rules have changed a bit but its clean and well maintained.

We usually host the kids bday parties in enchanted castle or haunted trails. I was skeptical coming here but was I blown away. The attendant we had was phenomenal! So helpful and fun! The location itself has so many wonderful games and outdoor activities! The food was surprisingly delicious! The drinks were fun! Prizes are good! We all had a great time! Highly recommend.

We were bamboozled. The wording on the half off advertising is confusing. They should state clearly that the price remains the same and the games and rides are half off. We spent $160 on token cards only because my nieces had been excited and anticipating this. The prizes sucked. Nothing for adults and older children to choose. I will not be visiting this place again.

We went as a family at the end of september. We were very pleasantly surprised. I went here as a kid and of course it was fun. Everything looks new and clean. Bring him here for his birthday on weekends. The indoor game consoles require a lot of points and only play less time per card swipe, The most wasteful credit score was the doll clip machine, but it was the most. The only thing worth playing on the entire venue is the karting.My kids don't like it here. Other than playing karts, Other consoles are expensive and boring.

Kids had a great time. This is one of the best game rooms/ entertainment places in the Chicagoland area. They were also very safe and clean with regard to COVID19.

I paid a little over $429.30 dollars for 3 pizzas, fries, 13 game cards, all the games was nice attractions etc but only 2 hours to spend all this money, I don't think it's fair, not enough time for customers. I'm not satisfied with that.

I'll just say don't pull in the worst customer service I ever encountered at an establishment for kids. Paid for ultimate passes to learn most attractions was closed or broken....I tried to lighten the load and get food another not so good tail, but on the bright side, they serve liquor people. I came in and talked to the manager (Chris I believe) explained how my wallet was stolen and we lost our card with 3,000 tickets on it. He looked us up and gave us a new card with 4000 tickets on it and thanked us for coming in. Will definitely be back more than we already are!!

The experience was wonderful. We celebrated my oldest daughter's 17th birthday. The host was helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. The pizza ?? was delicious ??. This park is a nice place to take your kids to play games. But the go kart rides are $7 a piece for every right you take. which is too expensive for that. The old Hollywood park was better than the new Hollywood

The issues we had were the grappling hook game where you use a claw to grab these rings for points...IS RIGGED!!! It cheated me twice...I had 2 rings that it grabbed and just as it got close to where it's supposed to release them for me to get...IT DROPPED THEM. I tried again and same result!!! We went here for my daughters birthday today. It was our first time there and she was very excited. They have a variety of games for all ages. One staff that we appreciated was Jared who explained how everything worked and made our experience great! Whenever we had a problem the staff was there to make it right. Wasn't too crowded and we all enjoyed our time. They have great prizes also.

The kids loved it. Plus they have decent food, offer adult beverages and have gambling gaming machines too, so it's not just for the kiddos. The staff as well were all outstanding. My daughter lost her card while on the go karts and a manager cancelled out the old one and set her up with another one.

It's gotten a little expensive over the years but it still good fun if you want to take a kid somewhere to play and they do serve alcohol

Nice place for the family to visit. Definitely will try in better weather because a lot of the better attractions are outdoors. It wasn't crowded even though we went on a Friday night and it was 1/2 off games and 50cent wings lol....

This a great place to let your kids run around with their gaming cards semi-supervised. There are plenty of skill set games and a bunch of other ways to earn tickets. If you are an adult, please skip the pizza, period (tricks are for kids lol). Get the chicken tenders instead, but honestly I haven't perused the entire menu yet.

I just had my sons 3rd birthday party there and they had a great time. The games are up dated and the remodeling is beautiful. The host was awesome!!! They would have gotten 5 start if 1) they didn't charge my dad 10 for 3 tenders and a drink 2) my sister ordered buffalo boneless chicken and they bring her 3 tenders and when she addressed it the lady tell her it's fine its the same thing and it cost the same.
