We had my son's 7th birthday party here which included about 15 kids and their parents/siblings. First, the venue was clean, not crowded at all, and had so many different games and activities to offer the kids. This place is really enjoyable, and unlike some other arcades, this one actually adds new games to the mix. Heck, you can even play a new VR game! Even when the place is busy, there's never really a wait time for any of the games as there's usually a second right next to it, or nearby. This one is definitely a favorite of mine.

Had our son's 7th birthday party here. The GM and his team, Miya and Kay were beyond helpful and accommodating. We got the premium package that included the glow in the dark party. Really great and made the whole day so memorable. The kids had flourescent markers and could draw and write messages on the paper tablecloths that glowed in the dark. Who does like video games. My wife & visited GameRoom last night & I was pleasantly pleased with the game selections & the overall experience. We signed up for their email & we got 1 hr free with a $10 purchase so that was really cool. There are a ton of ticket games & the arcade games are somewhat limited but still enough to choose from. Went with my niece and nephew and liked that they had a variety of video games. They even had bowling and an escape room. Had an issue with the escape room where their computer glitched and did not give us the correct clue. The front desk guy of the room admitted it and apologized. Manager refused to give our money back or do anything about the glitch.

We bring our day camp to In the Game regularly and every time we come our campers always have the best time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. During our visit the campers play in the arcade and we eat a delicious lunch in the party room. The best time every time!

This arcade is super nice. It's not huge, so you dont have to spend tons of time going thru all the games. They have super affordable token packs so you dont have to skimp on the fun. I like going early (right when they open) because everything is nice and clean and there are barely any people in there. We always have an awesome time!

Went here today and dropped 100 bucks for the unlimited play. I was very disappointed that there was not more staff monitoring all the summer day camp kids that were there. Nova camp was there and none of the adults with the camp were monitoring the kids. The kids and even the counselors were so disrespectful. The employees are awesome, friendly, and helpful. I heard other locations serve their own food and it's good! I think anything else would be better than a Johnny Rockets. The games were all working. Staff was easy to find for virtual games. Lots of smiles. Good variety of games. We were 4 people. Not everyone played each time but we all played a lot. We put $200 on 1 card and we spent at least 4 hours there. We got over 4600 tickets when we were done!

I don't think they give you all the points you earn but it's a big place to choice a lot of gaming machines. The prices are whatever but I think they need to improve the points you really earn in each game.

Amazing customer service! We brought 98 children for an event. The food was ready for us when we arrived. Everything was handled in a warm, friendly and efficient manner. All the children had an awesome time playing the video games. Highly recommend!

This is my second year celebrating at In The Game and it's still top tier. I had a ton of balloons to set up in a limited time. Kay, who wasn't even our party host jumped right in and helped me. Sophia checked on us every 10-15 minutes to make sure we were ok. The platters were delicious especially the wings. Fun and not expensive

Had a great time there last night with the kids. Emma is great, she helped with my 3 year old picking a toy. She has lots of patience and great knowledge about everything there. The food service was a little slow and we could never find anyone by the escape room. But other than that we had a blast.

We went with our summer camp at first all we were doing is playing arcade games but then my cousin won a game that gave us 1000 points after a while we went to get some prizes but they said we only had 73 points we were confused because because my cosien won 1000 point in the game and I asked him why his excuse was "it's becoues we were in a summer camp"and when we got to the bus we saw kids had the big prizes so that's why we gave this review

Have been to many arcades in my lifetime and my children had a blast. Prices were good as far as the arcade staff was very attentive and nice. We had our 9 years birthday party. It was very good and everyone had a nice time. 2 for 1 drinks were a crowd pleaser with the adults too. However there was an issue where the employee miscounted our tickets at the counter and then started to throw them away when we asked for a recount. The manager did resolve it quickly and professionally which is the reason we would go back again.

Used to go as a kid when it had a different name and atmosphere but it has become a shell of what it used to be. Smaller and less games. Overly expensive for the amount of play credits available and a sad excuse for a video arcade.

This place needs to get its act together. Almost 1/3 of the games were out of order. I have been to a few jonny rockets and this one was by so so so far the worst one. Think Denny's at 3:15am.

This is one of the best places to take the kids. It's well taken care of, and it is one of the only arcades in South Florida where you actually get tickets and prizes. It has games that range in ages so both my child and toddler were entertained the entire night. Every time we come here we always get great quality prizes for the kids, not some fo the junk ones some arcades offer; and we all leave happy.
