First time there yesterday and I had a lot of fun. I really liked this place. All the in and outs were explained simply and completely for both of us. That was nice. I win some money and my husband did not but then again he did not follow my ? slot machine wisdom? ( as if there is wisdom??). I gotta say, we were treated better here than at our casino back home. I go to this place 3-4 times a week! Will be going back! The staff is kind and helpful. They really go out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience with catered food, complimentary snacks and beverages, and so many frequent jackpots and hot seats!

4/5 only for a little more room to navigate around at times. Wow, very impressive, well staffed, friendly everyday people ! This place is so clean and organized. They really treat the patrons well. They give you free food, have drawings for free play and pick hot seats for free play. Very enjoyable. I love it.

Today 12/2/24 I was at the facilities since 10 o'clock this morning. I spent about $1000. I was there till almost 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I have a service animal. My husband brought my service animal in facility . I have paperwork for my Service dog because I am disabled. And I need my service animal to alert me. He is my lifeline. I was asked to leave the facility with my dog. I've been to the facility many times with my service dog and never had a problem. I see other service dogs in the facility also

This was our first trip to IL Villagio. We went with a bus group. We will definitely be back.the staff was so friendly and welcoming especially Cindy, who took the time to explain how it worked (more than once ??). Food/drinks were great and building and bathrooms were very clean.

Absolutely love it. Very clean and the staff is so accommodating. Free snacks, drinks, dinner etc. Can't beat it.

For a small location it's kind of fun! You can get points and cash back on things plus they have prizes and give you all kinds of bonuses.

I enjoy going here tremendously. They are clean, helpful and organized. I have had many winning experiences and some losses. That's what you call gambling. I always look forward to going back.

The first time I went in I liked it, I changed $200 and got $62 back. The only bad thing is that I was hungry. Some pizzas arrived and when I asked for one because I was new I had to wait to see if there was any pizza left to give me. I think what I lost was paying more for the slice they refused me. Well, I will continue to go to the one I frequented before, first and last time.

Great place. Safe. Remark to Diane with her service dog. That is not a service dog. Just because you have a handicap placard does not make your dog a service dog.

Didn't even know there was a casino only a couple of miles from my new community. awesome, it definitely beats going all the way to Tampa. They have slot machines, they have free food and free beverages, not a lot of parking though. I love this place. Free entertainment.

Fun place to visit - must be over 55 to become a member and that's nice for age without alot of rowdy . Staff is friendly .. visitors there can be a little ?entitled? but that's the villages for ya all over

By far, my favorite (local) place to go for slots. Nice set up. Friendly atmosphere with great service. A wonderful, complimentary, coffee bar, with sodas, water, fruits, snacks and sometimes other foods. They have the best variety of games around. They have a lot of great promotions. Player's cards are available. Best of all, there's lots of winning going on! ?? This place rocks!

Moved from Tampa to Ocala and I do not know about this place I went to IHOP and my waitress was telling me about it I am so happy she did, I love this place. I just have to learn the rules because it is different from the huge casinos but I love that they have giveaways, Hot seat bonuses, snacks, drinks and most important extremely friendly personable staff members. I really feel comfortable and apart of the family when there. No smoking and it's not only for seniors but a fair mixed , respectable crowd..

Business is clean and fun. Sheri is excellent at her job always smiling, caring and helpful best worker of all the staff. Nice free soda and water along with chips of many kinds and always a nice lunch and dinner.

This place is a gem. I've been to all of them around here and its the best. Great customer service and a caring staff. The place is spotless and always well maintained. Very nice establishment to spend some time and hopefully win something before you leave. Lots of machines to choose from and free snacks and drinks. Dinner around 5 every day. It's one of the favorites we go to.

They offer pizza, which is good, often. Lunch on Sundays sometimes is pulled pork, mashed potatoes and salad. Also nice selection of free drinks.

They think all is retired people don't realize they're just plying us . They may have one machine a day to give you a little money. I'll go back to hard rock ,where they're at least regulated. Bad place . You all you guys a hot dog and you think they're great . Really we're smarter than that . Seriously!!

This place Has to to be the absolute worst place for villagers to go. Be warned do not waste your money here!!!!!!! let me just share my experience with the I'll villagio. It used to be fun to go here. You could play and win some money and then like all us gamblers you always give it back. However, over the past four months it doesn't even and when you get a bonus round betting five or $10 a spin, you might win $17 on the bonus. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be boycotting this place for the rest of my time

Very well managed, follow the rules entertainment for Seniors. The Staff is Top Notch and at your service when you have a question or need something. I feel safe and enjoy anytime I get to spend there. Free soda, water and snacks always available. No riff-raff at all. Just Seniors enjoying their day.

Fantastic adult gaming establishment that my mom LOVES. It's not with going to Tampa, in my opinion, if you just want to take a break and play some slot machines right in Lady Lake, Florida. It's directly across from the big hospital in Spanish Springs in The Villages and they are open nightly but close around 11 or midnight. They have FREE SNACKS and Food, Free Soda, Juices and Coffee. Mom hit a nice little jackpot the other night and came home with Pizza from the Casino. Parking is a bit limited, however

What a surprise! I came across this by accident TODAY! I went in and was so surprised at the quality of this casino! They gave me a soda, a salad, and some pizza before if even got started! Then I signed up and got my card. I played for about an hour and a half and came home with some extra money. Tampa Hard Rock is going to lose a customer because of this wonderful place!

April 3, 2024 Went again on EASTER SUNDAY, although it was crowded, we still had a blast.. Plus, Joe & Ricky always make our visit pleasant as they are always accommodating. 2023 This place felt like we WERE back in Vegas! Except no waitress serving alcohol. But that's Okey, they give you FREE drinks, snacks & hotdogs. Staff was very friendly, especially Paul, who was checking on everyone.. The best part, I won my money back!!

Use to like going here but as they added more machines the payouts got less & less..... heard the owner bought a hotel & casino in Belize sooooo somebody has to pay for it. Probably won't be going back anytime soon if ever.

My wife and I have played casino games all over the state of Florida. This Internet cafe is a joke! it doesn't give anything back just take, take and take. It's a shame because people just want to play slots and have fun. Places like this don't care about other people just your money. Warning, stay away, save you money!!!
