Second time we have been here for a kids B Day party and the kiddos absolutely love it. They don't play a lot of games at home so they can let loose here for a couple hours. This place was a great spot to have my son's 10th birthday! The kids loved being able to play on the PCs and Xbox. The arcade is lots of fun. Even my toddler had fun games to play. I come to your club every week - really like it. I would like to ask you to add the game World of Tanks, but specifically the Wargaming version, not the one on Steam. The Steam version won't let me log in to my main Wargaming account, which means all progress, premium and vehicles are lost. The original launcher works great. Just celebrated my son's birthday party at Ignite. I have to say it was a perfect, amazing experience and most of all the staff was very attentive. Katie was amazing she kept communication. Absolutely love this gaming lounge location. Great atmosphere and it's such a wonderful celebration of gaming! One of my favorite things is their bar with gaming inspired drinks. I recently dropped by for their monthly video game trivia night and it was so much fun to participate in. The crowd had a lot of energy and they had some great prizes up for grabs. We hosted a networking event at Ignite last week and I was so pleased with the entire process. From setting up the event, to the check ins prior to the event with the event manager, Katie and throughout the event our server was excellent. They went above and beyond. We had a group event at one of the Rock Band rooms and it was really fun! Reserving and using the Rock Band setup was seamless - we ordered food delivered to the room which was tasty and easy. We had a great time and will be back!

Now that the Chicago location has disappeared, I am so happy to return to Ignite. After so many years, Ignite has lots of new upgrades that really made our time worth it. The best kids party I ever organized! I wanted to have a place for my son's soccer team and the parents to celebrate a successful season together. We came to ignite to celebrate a friends birthday. Upon arrival everything was smooth, we purchased game cards and drinks and got to playing. Unfortunately the night turned when we were told the bar was closed when we were waiting to have our order taken. The server notified us the system ?automatically closes? at a certain time. This is a really cool bar-cade for people to hangout and game with friends. Ignite has a lot to offer such as video game console stations for friends to play some couch co-op games, loads of PC stations for people who want to play modern conputer games. The arcade selection that they have is decent for what it is, but the amount of credits it cost per game is pretty expensive I think. I came here with 3 friends on Saturday at 9:35pm. The guy told us to join the waitlist to wait for 40 min. After that, we got our PCs and when we tried to open a game, all PCs showed the exact same error. We were asked to wait 30 more min at 10:30pm. Still waiting for any updates. I see some PCs are available but the employees keep saying that they are booked. A bit disappointed about the wait time and broken PCs. Wait time ????

Overall a well built facility with great staff. I have visited multiple times and always appreciated the customer service of the gaming staff and food/bar staff. Recently, they have removed workstations in place of arcade games. We had 6 members in our group and had to be split 4 and 2. Additionally, the last few visits our group had issues with the workstations and had to move. Separating our group even more.
