Overall a great experience!! I went there with a friend group couple of times and we all had a great time. The only thing I would possibly want is probably like a call button for when you need help because I had to get out of my chair and go to the front like 20 times and it is annoying to have to get through all the chairs and walk up to the front and come back and do it again. But it was still very good and I will come back again

This place has a really cool vibe. The staff are all super chill. They seem to connect with everyone who walks in. It's like they just know how to make you feel comfortable. No wonder everyone seems so relaxed and happy to be there. It's definitely the kind of place you want to hang out in. Good vibes all around! I could spend all day there.

Came to visit randomly in the middle of the night with a couple of friends after discovering there was a new ?PC ?? in the area! Met one of the owners who was really knowledgeable about running these kinds of businesses. I believe he also owns another location in Annandale under another name. The place looks awesome. The computers were also top notch with literally any PC game you would want to play. Light refreshments were also available for purchase. I'll definitely be back again!

Very clean and pleasant staff! Visited for the first time last week and the location was very clean and well kept. The staff working there are very friendly and willing to assist with any issues. They support hundreds of games on different platforms and should satisfy most gamers. If you don't see your game of choice, iBattle allows you to install games which is a plus. They also sell snacks by the counter when you walk in, and has a solid variety to choose from (Ramen, snacks, drinks, ice cream, etc).

The equipment and overall environment here are impressive?clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I spend $50-100 on gaming here each week, and recently paid over $40 for some hours. However, when I arrived with a half-full can of Celsius energy drink, I was told to either finish it immediately or throw it away due to the ?snacks policy.? Nice clean environment. Associates very professional and efficient in setting it up for a first visit to play some in-house games. Streamlined process with no hassle. Had a couple games interested that wasn't there, and was in turn offered friendly help in submitting request to management for them to be potentially acquired and installed. All in all a promising start for walk-in pc gaming experience that could be a good entertainment option within local area.

Told the front desk employee it was my first time and I wanted a few hours. He was helpful while I was there and I even asked for more hours. As I was leaving, I asked if there was a way I could save my remaining four hours to an account. They gave a stoneface reply ?We can't do that. Sorry.?. I asked if there was no way to credit the remaining hours to a new account, but they persisted with the same stoneface reply. I had four hours left which was worth over $30. First time going, loved it the vibe was great! They have many games to chose from on their steam account if you don't already have the game you want to play, definitely recommend!

The space is great, very clean and organized so were the snacks, they have a huge variety to choose from. While we were playing a person behind us left and not even 5 mins later a work was cleaning down that area and sanitizing it which was great to see, and the process of playing and logging in was very easy. Throwback to when we used to go to cyber cafes because the internet at home was awful. A group of friends and I go regularly to play old school counterstrike or whatever game we want to play. The PCs they have are top of the line. Really clean, great snack bar selection and the people that work there are absolutely awesome. Very friendly, helpful and make the experience a lot more pleasant. Great options to eat nearby whenever we are done or before we meet up. Can not recommend this place enough.

NOTHING WAS UPDATED waited 30 mins for the call of duty to load shaders it was also in third person for some reason told the guy working there but he only granted me 15 mins wont be going there anymore

This is a very cool place to be. You can relax and play virtually any game you want on their available PCs. It's also a cool way to game while simultaneously getting out of the house :)

Definitely an ideal place to come and chill out to game or even host a group session to game with friends! Everything is great with the set up and especially the snack/food area! You won't be breaking the bank with this experience.

Went to play with 3 friends and the employee put us on steam accounts with no games and after we paid told us the ones with games were already in use?.Luckily mine had a single game on it, left 4 dead 2, so I played alone while my friends were just sitting there waiting for the employee to call the manager to help?.He didn't help at all. They offered no refund, no time back and didn't seem to care at all?

Very clean, helpful staff, and plenty of games to play! All the pc?s are powerful enough to play any new games at 120fps and controllers and headphones are available. Loved my time there, plus snacks!

When first walking in I was already hooked on the atmosphere. I love the idea of it and the pricing is really affordable whether you're a member or not with a lot of options of games to play! They used to be so good. Now, they increased their prices and their computers slowed down.

At first thought it would be very gross with disrespectful workers. However, after visiting with friends it's quite the opposite. The worker there (William) was super friendly and also helped us check if they had a game we wanted to play which he installed on our steam accounts that we used at that time. They allow you to bring your own things as well which is a huge bonus!

We came to play Phasmophobia. The guy showed us they had the game in the front and then once we paid and sat down they told us they didn't have accounts with the game on them because they were all in use. Why not tell us that before we paid?? Didn't offer a refund or to give us the half hour of time we paid for back while we sat there waiting for him. Manager was not there but the guy working called the manager and apparently all he had to say was ?nothing he could do, all sales are final? Terrible!!

I forget the gentleman's name that helped me, but, I was happy with my first time experience. I was welcomed and thoroughly explained how the process works there and he answered all the questions I had. I signed up for the membership without hesitation and would highly recommend this place to my friends and family!

Me and 3 friends paid for an hour to play a horror game they said they had. We waited 15 minutes for him to tell us there were no more steam accounts. Another 15 minutes for him to make a call to his manager to try to get us logged into accounts with the game. After half an hour we asked if we could get the time comped or come back when they had open accounts. ?All sales are final?. No comp time. No games to play. No refunds. Not sure what we paid for.

Great LAN Center in Centreville - All computers are quick and up to date, and peripherals are clean and modern as well. Can't really ask for more when it comes to ?PC-Bang? style gaming cafes. Come if you get the chance, it's a great experience.

This place is great! Accommodating, friendly, nice atmosphere, clean, and the selection of games is superb. They have admin accounts with said games, so you can try out games for yourself before you buy them if you want, etc. It's a good time!

Nice atmosphere, though I have to say the seating arrangement could be done a bit better especially when there's only a few people. I'd love a tab system for the snacks, just scan and keep a card on file to pay all at once. And maybe dim the lights(or switch to floor lights similar to movie theaters) and give each desk their own lights

Nice place. They clean the equipment after people leave which is good to see. If there's anything wrong, you can just call for help from your pc and they'll come and help you. They have snacks and beverages too!

Came from MN! Never have experienced a gaming cafe . Great setups, amazing connection? allowed myself to continue my gaming life even far from home. They have wonderful staff, as well as great drink and snack choices while gaming! Very well priced. If I was native to this area and didn't have the money for a gaming setup, I would be here everyday! No doubt about it.

Great meet up spot! Place was clean, games ran smoothly, and a large selection of games to play. And, should for some reason, there be a game you own that they don't have and you do, you can log in to your own accounts as well. All in all it's a really great experience! I have never been to a PC Cafe and I decided to come here with a friend on Sunday night. It's very clean and looks nice. They have tons of snacks and drinks at the front too. We tried it out for an hour, the guy at the front desk was extremely helpful explaining how the place works, and logging us into accounts so we could play games we didn't own. This is definitely something I plan on doing regularly with friends. Next time I go I plan on getting the membership because it makes the hourly rate much lower.

Had a great time playing a variety of games at iBattle with friends. Each PC has everything you need for any game. The staff were really helpful with everything to make sure our group was set up well.

The staff here is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, they have awesome high-end gaming PCs that work very well, and a nice selection of snacks and drinks to choose from. Everything is clean, neat, and well maintained. They have A LOT of games already installed, but if there's a game that's not installed, they won't dock your hours for the time it takes to install. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Overall superb place. They have upper-mid tier PCs, nice selection of snackage & drinks, staff are very chill, and the place is kept clean (they clean each station after a customer leaves).

Front desk is nice and supportive, prices for snacks and time are good, and the membership is a really good deal. The peripherals are subpar, but you can always bring your own K&M or controller. The computers are really good and they offer accounts to play paid games for free.

Came to I-Battle a couple times and it was a fun experience every time. I came with my brothers and we had a blast playing on the PCs available. You can also order munchies while gaming, which is pretty convenient. Fair prices, nice PC setups, and friendly staff! Highly recommend if you and your friends (esports team) want run the PCs in the same room or if you don't own a high-powered PC like me.

Really really love the idea of this and that is near the H Mart. Also, it's so easy to get a membership and that it's connected so I can play all of my other games I personally own is even better. I-battle is a fun gaming experience! Their pc?s are top of the line and have a huge library of games to choose from. When my friends from out of town come to visit we always come here. I can even run my twitch stream through obs with their set ups. They have a huge selection of snacks and drinks, and even have accounts for games if you want to try some new ones out. The staff is friendly and helpful and the inside is very clean.

Literally the cleanest and best Gaming arena in Virginia, I moved here last year and just discovered this hidden gem last week and its the best gaming experience I've had in a while, clean Stations fast computers and good prices if you get the membership, on top of that really great staff. My first time to i-battle was last night and I had an absolute BLAST. I'm not a regular gamer, but I have my favorite original computer games like Age of Empires and I'm hooked. Makes it even better that this place is clean and comfortable. Looking forward to going back!

I come here almost every other day with a couple of friends. Always have a lot of fun and they have a good selection of snacks as well for a good price.

Honestly a very good place to be at it's affordable if I lived across the street from here I would be here everyday and getting their membership is very much worth it because it brings down their already affordable prices everyone minds their own business and does their own things.
