My family LOVES coming here for a fun time! We have done every activity here, the fun is non stop! When we come to watch a movie, my kids love the bottomless popcorn that they can serve themselves! The arcade games are so fun for all of us as well, our favorite day to come is on Wednesdays for the ?all you can play for $10? special ?? Overall, not a good experience. It was actually my first time visiting this place, which it was recommended by a coworker who used to work at another EVO location a while ago. I called to ask a question before going there and whoever answered the phone was not polite at all (didn't even introduce himself and sounded kind of careless). The drinks and popcorn section was totally a mess, completely dirty, even when my family and I left the movie theater, same section was even worse (didn't attempt to clean it)

Wait whaaaa?! This place is amazing! And best of all not crowded! We last minute were wanting to catch a movie and Hooky was the closest cinema. It is clean, new looking and the screen is huge! I will say the front seats are quite close so even the back row like C you have to look up so maybe go towards the back. I would love to come back

I love visiting this location because it's close to home. Alexxus, Trevor, and Dean are the best as they always deliver stellar customer service, but what I really enjoy about this location is the mini bowling. The balls are the perfect size for smaller kids who won't struggle with the heaviness of the ball. I love the self serve drink and popcorn station, arcade games and the pods seating is so cozy! Love that you can lift the arm rest at this location!

I visited here last night for the 7:30 showing of sinners. The theater is awesome. But? I ordered food. It took. Very long time to get it. And when we got it everything was cold. I ordered the pizza and it wasn't even cut properly plus cold. Our server only dropped off the food but since I was prompted to give a tip I had assumed that they would check on you at least once throughout the movie. This was my first time going here and it won't be my last!!!! I loved the arcade. The staff was very helpful and was patient when I showed I was indeed not smarter than a 5th grader!!!! First time checking out this new family friendly event place. Friendly helpful staff. Seems fairly new and nice theater seating. I ticketed online the night before, went to the theater and seat number on the reservation. Half through ordering food someone arrived with the same seat reservation but for a different movie. Apparently they changed the theater screen for my movie. There were displays outside each theater but they didn't indicate which movie was playing. A minor inconvenience, and though the seating map changed, I found a seat in the "new" location. Good pizza. This place seemed so impressive outside. I was not so impressed once I went inside. The popcorn wasn't really fresh and the butter dispenser wasn't working. I was shocked to know there is no matinee prices. 29.00 for two adults plus your popcorn, candy and drinks. The bathroom was clean which is a very much a plus. We did not check the bowling out.

Southlake location is pretty nice saw this one is closer to me and decided to try it out. It's okay, there was no popcorn when we arrived for our movie so had to leave in middle of our movie to get popcorn. Chair aren't as comfortable as the other location either.

We bought tickets the the LED Zeppelin movie yesterday and we're given vouchers because the sound didn't work and they couldn't fix it. So today we began calling at 10am to see if the sound was fixed. No one answered the phone even after 11am. On Father?s Day I took my husband to see Bad Boys and walked in a theater filled with trash. I went to speak with the staff about it and asked for a Manager but no Manager was available. Paid to see Sinners and purchased their pods seat and it came out to $47 which is already a lot for 2 tickets. Dislike that they don't have a button to order food, you have to scan a QR code to order. This isn't efficient when watching a movie and need napkins, condiments or letting someone know something is wrong with your food. Visited the new EVO movie theater tonight. We were used to the old Look Cinema and were excited to try this new version. Unfortunately, it started off rocky because the website was having issues with it purchasing tickets. After a few tries on multiple phones, we finally got it to work. Upon arrival, we connected with Dean, the manager. We gave him some friendly feedback about the purchasing experiences. He was really receptive and thanked us. He took notes and then went above and beyond.

If I could give this place -1000 stars I would. Came in to watch a movie and the service was horrible. Had to ask 3 different employees for water and didn't get anything until we went into the lobby. Came back for our 2nd visit today because of the great experience we had on our first visit here last month. The seats are really comfortable and they recline back with a power lift footrest. There's a low wall behind the chairs for privacy, so the people behind you can't see or bother you. The food & drinks came out promptly and was better than the other restaurant theaters. I was really hoping this would replace Cinepolis because it's closer to my house, but there's still some room for growth. The service is seriously lacking here. I also didn't like that the theater was flat, I wish it were elevated for a better view. However, I will say the food and drinks were really really good so I'd come back for that specifically.

We recently moved to the area and my partner and I have made this our go to movie spot especially on Tuesdays!! The food is seriously insane for a movie theater and the customer service is always so friendly and helpful. I always feel like I'm paying an arm and a leg at other theaters for food, drink, and tickets, but everything is so reasonably priced here.

My 8 year old and I did not enjoy our experience at the EVO when we attended a showing of Snow White. Trevor the Manager reached out to me personally via email and made it right. He absolutely did not have to do that but he did. Customer service is King and Trevor snagged himself a crown. We will be back! Highly recommend. PS - the popcorn is incredible.

Love this theater, love the smaller theaters as well. Comfy seats that very clean theater. Bonus that after the movies we can play some arcades too, which is my sons favorite.

We have visited Evo off Prestonwood several times since it opens and have enjoyed it everytime we go. We even made a play date started with bowling , let the kids play video games then needed with food , popcorn and a movie! Highly recommend for play dates or even date nights as they have drink specials on days the Mavericks play.

A cool place to do arcade for sure! Great variety of games. I reserved bowling online and it wasn't ?REAL? bowling. Pins held by a string. Don't know if they advertised that on the site or not. I didn't see it. We did receive a refund without an issue. The staff were kind and communicated well! Atmosphere definitely family friendly. I would rather go to the location in Southlake it's huge! I was really excited about checking out EVO theatres but was utterly disappointed. There was a weird smell in the lobby, the restrooms were disappointing, and generally not a clean atmosphere (there were sticky substances all over the floor). Our experience was terrible. From the person that sells popcorn, they were rude. Slushy machine did not work. The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day, the popcorn was old and salty. We came here a year ago and had a completely different experience. We always have the BEST time here!! My favorite days are Wednesdays because all the games are 1/2 price!! That's double the fun and more chances to play! The staff is always helpful and the environment is clean. You can bring family, friends, and children! There's definitely something for everyone.

It is in walking distance from my home, and San Martin is next to it! I saw final destination with my lil sister and my now ex boyfriend, had a good time and then the next day I saw the new mission impossible I loved it so much. Came here January 27th for my bday with my 2 suns & the arcade was fun especially since we were the only ones there! Food was okay but the nachos weren't the best specifically the cheese?. the main problem/issue was literally everything was dirty!!!!! Its was unacceptable because the workers were there but not working. The restrooms were filthy, all the tables & chairs to the tables were dirty & the movie theater was filthy ?? The chicken and waffles is bomb! Big crispy chicken, and soft waffles. I'd suggest getting buffalo sauce to dip it with. The shrimp and fry's are kinda just there to take up a menu spot. Came all the way from Houston heard about this place and was blown away. Staff was really friendly and nice. The manager was on standby and very helpful and willing to answer any questions and most important of all it was clean and it wasn't too expensive. Love EVO, EVO land premieres, the restaurant, the arcade, and the concept. Only giving two stars because of the terrible change to Hooky from the original website. Not intuitive, painful sign up process (use Gmail/Apple/Meta??), seat selector is flat and a clear downgrade, eat and drink was confusing, viewing showtimes was similar but somehow still clunkier. This review is long over due. I came to this location in Addison around a year ago and disappointment, IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! This is by far my new best cinema ever. We tried the food this time and was fantastic, the cuban sandwich and Margarita pizza are so flavored and tasty like a gourmet restaurant, we also loved the qr code on Your seat to order mor popcorn or food and they delivery to you, amazing. First off they do not accept cash or maybe that's just what the manager told the employee to tell us. This theater has a lot of potential overall. Prices were high and some of the food was not good, but it has a nice feel to the place and everyone that worked there was nice enough. Went in tonight to see Wicked with my wife and was pretty disappointed with the experience, especially as expensive as it is. Every surface is dirty and sticky, so bring your wet wipes and hand sanitizer. EVO Entertainment is the place to go for all the fun with friends and family!!! They have a wide variety of food available on their menu (my fav is the chicken and waffles!! so yummy), and their customer service is amazing! They offer so many deals throughout the week on movies, food, games, and the unlimited popcorn is another reason to go to EVO!!

Can't get jiggy with this place. They will give you old food, somebody else?s food and management will send messages through the employees rather than addressing food quality issues. It's a very appealing spot from the outside but the staff just doesn't care about their guests. Well, the staff will pretend they spoke with management, but the manager will tell you no one spoke to them. What was supposed to be a celebratory Friday night became a total inconvenience.

Today is 9/21/24 7pm. I decided to come here for the first time to have a drink. Beautiful place. I sat at the bar dining area, a young lady gave me a menu. And never came back to take my order. I shouldn't have to wait more than a few minutes to be served at a completely empty bar. Doesn't help in the only AA person in the place and other ppl are being served their drinks. Never coming back.

Been here several times- wish I could find it more stars. Love the idea but two times I've come there's still food everywhere from prior showing, and several of the premium chairs don't recline (broken). It's unfortunate- it's a nice facility but I would be really ticked if I showed up and it was a full theater and I had the seats that were broken. Can't comment on food as I've just had the soft drinks and popcorn.
