This was one of the best gaming places I've been too! Dave and busters is always so crowded and malls with arcades are too, plus much more expensive if you want to stay longer than an hour or play more games. And the games are actually fun with lots of variety! This is $20 per person entering and you can play any/all of their games all day! There's a $20 all you can play retro arcade in Bloomfield, NJ and I have to say, I'm obsessed. I am a gamer at heart, especially when it comes to nostalgic games like Crazy Taxi and Mario Kart. There's over 50 classic arcade games including pinball, skeeball, air hockey, and more. The space is pretty cozy and they have a console room which is cool. We loved it! So worth it! The owner & attendant were friendly, professional, and always available to assist if needed. They don't have food but is surrounded by dozens of restaurants within walking distance. They allow you to bring outside food, mostly people brung pizza. All the kids were friendly and played & helped with each other. Definitely going back.

Nice fun space. $20 per person from opening to closing (price as of 11/23/2024). Some arcade machines were down. The Scooby Doo pinball machine start button wouldn't work (staff eventually turned it off), other pinball machines need to be leveled a bit better to make sure it isn't tilted to the left or right. Venue has couches for their console machines in a separate room. Has tables and chairs next to the bar, though they may be reserved for birthdays.

Went here for my birthday with my two daughters because it looked like the arcades I remember as a child down the shore. I was not disappointed. I? was celebrating my 81st birthday. My daughters and I had a great time at this place. What made it extra nice were The owner was so pleasant. When one of the games did not work, he quickly came over and fixed it for me. Also. My daughter and I enjoyed a glass of wine!

This place is awesome! Great for kids and adults. Tons of classic arcade games, pinball and a room full of retro consoles. There was a birthday party going on, so perfect for birthdays, and family owned to boot!

Hometown Arcade is a great place to spend a few hours. Great date night, great for kids. Spotless clean. Well maintained machines and a good variety. Friendly owner and staff. Good draft beer list. Will be back!!!

Close to home, and features one of my favorite shooter arcades ever. But NO parking lot. You have to either park your car at the main street with the parking meter, or you can park it in the residential streets with heavy restrictions to follow.

Had a birthday for 8 12 year olds today: everything went great! There's a good mix of new games and old games, so there was enough for me and enough for my daughters to play! I really like the flat-fee pricing: it means that you can really play until you get sick of it. The pizza from the place next door was excellent as well. If this place is able to serve beer soon, it'll be even better! Would definitely recommend and will be back

Took my boys there last w?ek. My oldest is 25 and youngest is 13. They both as well as I had a great time. The price you pay which is one fee is a definite plus. The people that work there are very helpful and nice. It also brought back alot of good memories. I highly recommend!

We held a birthday party here and it was a great time! Very easy to organize and stress free on arrival. Good value, clean, spacious and a good variety of games. The owner is a great communicator and good to work with. We will be back!

Good place to take the kids and adults tbh... bar, drinks and snacks... not overly priced plenty of places near by if you want to step out and grab a meal .. the tables where you can take a break and play board games is also a bonus

So much fun! The free play system is amazing ? no quarters, no tickets, no cheap plastic prizes ? just play all you want on all the games! Everyone is just in there having a great time. And having that really good pizza place up the street is so convenient!

It was nostalgic to see the rare arcade clarinets. There were also classic and modern home consoles available.

What a fun addition to the neighborhood! Our group all had a blast, from teen to senior citizen. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. There are so many great food options just around the corner on Washington Street, so it's a great way to spend a day.

Place is a 5 minute walk from my house so dangerous already! $20, all you can play. great location for something like this to pop up. Awesome selection of pinball, machines, consoles and my fav to waste time on, skeeball. I definitely put up a few high scores on Cruisin' World. My family and I had a great time on opening weekend and I suspect I will personally be back quite a bit. Arcade has all the classics Mrs.Pacman, Pacman, Galaga, pole position, NBA Jam, Dance Dance revolution. You pay $21.32 for entry and all games are free play no time limit!

20$ for the entire day, free games and if you still have the wrist ban on you can go back in. Later on in the day. Most worth it.

Although these games were rigged, I still had a good time playing because that car racing game is the best game in this arcade!

I don't remember how I ran across this place but I decided to try it out. It's about 20min away and the reviews seemed to be all positive. They have a lot of the games I used to play as a teenager back in the 90s so it was very cool to see them again. Really took me back. Classics like: Pacman, donkey kong, galaga, frogger, Mario Bros, the Simpsons, TMNT, crazy taxi, DDR, X-Men , etc. Good selection. $20 all you can play is awesome and you be there for hours.
