Drove 20 minutes only to discover that the business is closed and the building has been demolished. Neither Google or the company's website suggested anything other than a fully functional fun center! Some pretty disappointed children.
This place was alright. It seemed a bit pricey but the stand was nice. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't very busy. However, the swings were closed, a VR was broken, a vending machine, and plenty of bumper cars were out of order. We saw a few people with food but there didn't seem to be anyone working at the cafe. For the most part, the place was a decent place to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon when the weather is unpleasant but you'd like to do something.
Business is same address address as Big Play which has been demolitioned after the 2023 tornado, this listing is not updated
Fun place! It's not the shinning star it used to be, but it's still a fun place to go for a kid's birthday party. Just be prepared to spend a good penny. The vending machines also are like 2 a bottle.
I was hoping to have fun. When I went, I paid for the arm band for three of us. We could not do any of the things we wanted to do because you could not find the employees to turn on things and run them. The girl screwed up our play card and only gave one and not the three she was supposed to do. It did not work on anything. When we found someone to work what my daughter wanted to ride, it was broken so could not be used. She was disappointed as were me and her dad. I do give two stars because we even
Lots of options for fun! We could have spent the entire day there. Discount for weekday is a plus. Lots of the games were down the day we went which is why I only gave 4 stars. Food is pricey but expected for such an arena. I definitely recommend going on a day it's not so busy. Lots more fun that way.
First time I went here, it was called "Circus World" and I was like 6 or 7 years old and it was 2001-2002. Back then it was way different from the last time I went there which was like 2013. I remember it used to have an Ice Skating Rink instead of the Roller Skating section, and the arcade area had a whole lot more games. I don't really remember the Bowling area a whole lot, but I did remember the Laser Tag. I always still called it Circus World even after it was renamed to Family fun Center, and I guess
For spending over 150 on rides n games over half the games my sons into where not working or turned off. Otherwise nice place because of this virus, make sure u keep hand sanitizer n masks on. Difficult to keep 6ft apart when everyone is touching everything.
Just leaving a review for the people who are unaware? this location was hit by a tornado in December 2023. They have been closed since then
Went for the bowling but they offer so much more! Check it out. Fun for kids and adults alike.
Lots of fun! The girl helping us was super friendly!
I was very disappointed in this fun center. We went with a group and paid a good amount of money for the unlimited pass. Every time we would attempt to ride the go karts, there was a malfunction and it took like 30 minutes to even ride them. The go kart attendant was very slow! He had no desire to be there and work. The staff was very understaffed. We had to wait at the counters and for an employee to come start a game for you every single times do at every game. Nothing but a big waiting game it felt like
Horrible only 5 games working, help could care less, because they are closing. Called Manager; Barbara, first said they'd give my daughter for grandson a full $30 refund then started backtracking on her customer service experience refund?.poor service for a single momma trying to give her son ( our grandson) a little fun time. One of the 5 machines stopped working after 1 minute or less of play????????????
This place was everything I expected. Bowling was great. A lot of lanes. They sell wine, which was great because I'm not a beer drinker. Prices are pretty fair for all they offer. The employees could be a little friendlier but I guess after dealing with the public for hours upon hours they're entitled to be a little short. I will definitely visit again and I recommend this place.
I didn't spend much time here personally, but my daughter and a group of friends had a great time. Facility appeared clean, but honestly there was hardly anyone there at the time. I did order a personal pizza and it was good. I hope we can return and enjoy all of the activities offered.
It's very expensive for 3 hrs. You don't get your money worth at all. One guy had to run two rides and once walked away from both rides, one ride was the swings and the other was the bungee jump. The swings were full of kids and another kid was jumping. Very unsafe. Most of your three hrs are waiting to get on the attraction. We'll go somewhere else next time. Food was only available in the bowling area.
Got there at 6:05pm to buy the unlimited 3 hour pass (purchasing 4 & planned on buying dinner as well). Was told they could not sell it to me. They were closing early & there was only 2 hours & 55 minutes. Not the full 3. I said I was ok missing 5 minutes and they refused (when I looked online, the hours were updated just 5 days prior) We left and went to Grand Old Golf & Go Karts!! Glad we did!!! They didn't turn us away.
For starters I went with a party of 8. I knew there would be some expense but it was ridiculous. A total of over $400 was spent on the night. We ordered food from the snack bar. Waited over an hour just to find out they hadn't even started cooking it yet. The food was mediocre to say the least. Nachos were served with cold cheese and bacon on the burgers was frozen. The owner came to help in the kitchen. The staff and her had a horrible attitude. I am not one who thinks I should be catered to but when spend
This was ok. Good for kids. Needs some updating. The staff was very hit and miss. Some were friendly and helpful, some acted like they didn't want to be there and weren't too crazy about you being there either. The Go-Karts need to be faster. The mini golf course was decent but could use an upgrade.
This place is a joke. It's fun down and stinks. The staff were so rude. We spent 140.00 for 4 wrist bands and had to wait to do anything and Dalton was very rude. Definitely not a place for older kids. The go cart track is literally a small circle for toddlers. The bumper cars has a very small area that you could barley move 4 cars in. We had to wait for every single thing at least 10 mins and then have ask for someone to start a ride. Definitely will never be back. I ask to look around before purchasing
Do not go here! The staff is full of rude, inconsistent, and extremely inconsiderate people. They charged my friend 100s of dollars to have a party only to have the hostess (who was supposed to be helping) sit on her phone the entire time while the party guests had to run around grabbing pitcher refills themselves. When it came time to get on the rides the staff would allow some people to get on with their children (free of charge), but then tell others who had been waiting in the same line for what seemed
Our family had a surprise Welcome Home party here for my cousin (returning from Iraq). Staff was great, karaoke was fun, the other patrons were a lot of fun and almost like friends we had not seen in a while which really made it that much more fun. Kids had a blast too! No shortage of games and things to do.
Not worth it. Paid $35 per kid for unlimited rides only to watch them stand in line all night. The bungee had 4 stations that was staffed by one teenager who was also trying to look after the rock climbing wall. Only one or at max two stations were being used but the line was more than 30 minutes. The place was filthy including what appeared to be a smear of poo on the wall. But again, no staff available to clean up. Glad we didn't plan on eating there. We sat at one table while watching the kids roller s
This place is HORRIBLE!! We can with family from out of town. Got there about 1:00 on a Friday. There was NO food available except for vending machines that only took cash. Who has cash these days??!! We asked and Managment told us no outside food is allowed. Great customer service. Unfortunately we'd already spent the $32 a person so we were stuck. The $32 3 hour pass doesn't cover ANY of the games. DON?T waste your money here!
Don't waste your Time or Money, just go directly to Strike & Spare Family Fun Center down the road. Everything was shut down except for bumper cars and laser tag. The facility seemed to be in bad shape, not much money put back into upkeep. The entry rug was covering up most of the broken floor tiles. Bathroom was beyond usable. Dirty to the point I wouldn't let a homeless person use it.
The people on the phone are awful to deal with. Zero personality and to quick to transfer you so they don't have to deal with you. However once I was there they were very nice and somewhat helpful. In today's age you just aren't going to get the total package on customer service. People just don't care about you, you're time, or frankly you're money anymore. The owner might care but the employees DGAF!!!!
There was a coupon we were trying to use and the person on the bowling side was extremely rude and said they didn't honor coupons on Holidays (even though there was as nothing on the coupon about holidays being excluded). He went further by saying he was part of management and he has told the owners of this business not to run such coupons. The people bowling next to us complained about him also. The staff on the other side where the fun center is were nice. I have asked that the owner give me a call, be
I paid $35 for the fun pass on a Sunday night and was unable to do the roller blading for my kids because they were short staff but I see a lot of kids just standing everywhere and not doing anything! When I spoke with the manager, she didn't even want to do anything about it. When I paid at the front, I was not told the roller blading was closed. (Which was the reason I came for. Never again will I come here! Wish I could do no stars!!!
Fun family place but when busy can be rude. Our food came out halfway through bowling. So we finished our games before our food. We were still eating when they rented the lane to other people and we're rudely told we needed to move from the table. They didn't offer to help move all the food and drinks seeing that 3 children were trying to eat. Didn't even offer a tray to put the food on. They just expected us to pick up everything and move to the other side of the building! I understand they were busy but t
Meh. So we drove over an hour to come here. It was a rainy day and we were looking to do something fun for my son's birthday (zoo was out of the question due to weather). The prices weren't bad compared to other places like this. However, we were not impressed with the amount of money spent and time spent to get there. First bad impression was the customer service, primarily at the concession when we were ordering pizza. They just weren't friendly at all, and when the order was up, we had attitude about n
Girl upfront was very rude. Said she was manager and could close whenever she wanted. Never warned us skating rink was closed and we payed for fun passes. There were 5 employees just standing around and none of them had time to be at any of the games. We tried to be nice at first but she didn't even apologize, just basically said if we didn't like it get out.
It was a much anticipated night. I took my adult two kids, my wife, and granddaughter. When I got there, the music was loud. It cost over $75 to bowl two games with five people. It was all rap music blasting loud. I think mixing up a sound track would be nice. But it seemed to be the patrons favorite. I won't be back.
Bathrooms weren't clean at all. There wasn't very many ppl in there. The sign on the desk said they closed at 11pm that night but at 8 they came around saying they were closing in an hour. When we arrived the guy asked how many games we wanted to bowl and we said we will start with 2. He could have told us then they closed at 9 and we would have done one and played some other stuff the kids wanted to play. Then we were in the middle of the last game and it was 9 and they shut everything down and staring at
I went there today for a birthday party , which my friends had paid for an hour of bowling. I showed up 20 minutes late & had to get my two children some shoes to bowl in. The guy who was clearly on drugs charged me $22.50. After trying to explain to them how they charged me wrong , after an HOUR I finally got my money back. The owner was not friendly at all. I was trying to be polite about it but they sure did take their precious time. I WILL not be going there anymore .
Love to take the family here. Minus one star because of the lack of adult beverage choices and the cost of what they do have almost $10 for a small can of rum and coke is outrageous. And it really isn't very good quality. We will come back for games and bowling, but when we go out as a group of adults we have to choose elsewhere unfortunately.
Great family fun for a decent price. Friendly, and helpful staff are there to help with all of the big rides. Tuesday nights are great for low crowd sizes and a discount on the 4-hour fun pass ($19). Check this place out. One area they should address though, is making the putt-putt area cleaner. The golf clubs were sticky, and no idea how often the golf balls are cleaned. During a pandemic, a little more attention to cleaning this area should be addressed. Also, having hand sanitizer available would be
My first visit here was for a charity bowling event benefiting Alzheimer's and I had an amazing time! We got to bowl in their South Beach VIP room which was colorful and clean. The staff was friendly, the pizza good and the restroom super clean. I will be booking our corporate Christmas party here for sure. I would highly recommend Holders to friends, family and anyone looking to have a good time!
The place has a lot of fun things to do, but many games were not in service, and the activities like laser tag, go-carts and bungee jumping/rock climbing were not run efficiently. The kitchen staff was handling money and then food without washing their hands or wear gloves. The bathrooms smelled of pee and we're not clean. The place has potential, but it needs better management.
I just called to get information on prices, hours and a better understanding of what I'm paying for, for my upcoming 11 year old birthday and whoever it was, a male just was rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate by all means. Thanks a lot Mr. I'm walking out the door and don't want to be disturbed nor bothered.?????? Corporate will and is going to hear about this. How dare you and had the nerve to hang up in my face while I was still asking you a question? Just rude
Lets see....they charged my card 3x as I was buying my kids their tickets and refused to accept responsibility as they drained my bank account on a Saturday night then retorts to call my bank???!?!?! I will never ever ever go to this place again not even if Jesus Christ himself asked me to meet him there I would decline. There are better places within minutes to go spend your hard earned dollar on your family!
I took my family of 4 to this establishment over the weekend. We spent most of time hunting down staff to operate the rides. We spent $120 on bands and didn't even get to enjoy them. We were there less than 2 hours due to the fact the staff rather talk and socialize then do their jobs! I emailed the General Manager and have yet to get a reply. I will be spreading the world of the unprofessional ways of this establishment and won't be attending again.
Great place to bring the family and stay all day. There are many games to play and things to ride. Plus the food is good. Pros: 24 hour bowling. Lotta things to do. Good food. Jukebox Cons: Can be pricey. Some of the attractions are not included with the all day pass
I had one $2.75 drink and saw the next day a $75.00 tip was included on that price for a total of $78.00...on one drink. The tipping is electronic (you do not write it in). The girl running the pay/tip machine must have added the tip. They would not refund me and now I am short almost $80.00. I am a great tipper but never in my life would I have done that. I do not trust this establishment and neither should you.
My son and I've been here hundreds of times over the years, and we always have a great time. Love this place and the nice folks who work there, especially Mrs. Holder who's absolutely awesome. There's a lot to do on the premised including arcade games, bowling, bungee jumping, rock climbing, go karts, and more. Stop by and have some fun - you'll wish you'd been here sooner!
Two complaints, very costly, $190.00 For 2 adults and 3 children! This amount does not cover bowling or the arcade machines! Also the go cart feature only lasts 6 hours! I realize most wont ride the go carts 6 hours straight, but it's the principal of the matter! To sum it up, the staff was very nice but overall it was just to costly!
Talk about no flexibility even when you tell them you're going to spend even more money at their place. I understand a non-refundable deposit, but come on. I went there to reserve the night before I requested to cancel and they couldn't even apply the non-refundable deposit to something else that I was going to do on the same day. I didn't want a refund. All I wanted was it to be applied to something else we were going to do that day. They made all the excuses why they couldn't. Terrible customer service. T
Kids loved it. Go carts a little slow. They did turn them up one time but cancelled boost on rides after noon. Some of the place looks like a diy project but you don't need fancy for fun.
Bad value. They've trimmed down staff so if you get an unlimited pass there aren't enough staff to run things constantly. Unlimited pass doesn't give you arcade games and is overpriced. Things are poorly maintained. If they would maintain things, hire enough staff to run every thing and give better value, this place would be good. But as it is I feel ripped off.
Super fun for family. Wrist brands like $30 but truly the best way to go. It give you 6 hours of all play with the exception of like three activities but still money well spent the food's pretty good. Go early to beat crowd.
This place is a complete RIP-OFF. We paid nearly $200 to purchase the ?fun passes? for our family, then had to wait almost 30-40 minutes for almost every activity. Bowling, video games, or what they call ?special activities? cost extra. This place is incredibly under-staffed and it basically feels like there's no one really in charge. Don't waste your money.
First of all I have never written a bad review about any company, but I feel I have been lied to and been treated so badly by this company I need to let people know. I took my nephew to Holders last Saturday. I got 2 arcade cards with 50 dollars a piece on them so 100 dollars used the kiosk to do this. We played a couple of games I decided to check my debit card account apparently Holders took 300 dollars out of my account. First thing I did was go to the manager she tells me I must have put in my wrong z
If i could give 0 stars believe me i would first and foremost the staff is extremely rude nothing but teenagers, half of the activities dont even have anybody operating them. Went in there for no longer then 2 hours spent over $150 dollars just to be escorted out for requesting a refund on my food from the snack bar that me and my family waited over 45 minutes for just to learn that it had been given to somebody else when we sat and waited for it right in front of the snackbar. When i requested a refund the
Not even worth a star. My wife and I planned to take my son here for his 13th birthday. We looked over the website thoroughly and looked at pricing and what time the skating vs body bubble was. We know the 35 for unlimited activities was a little high, but we thought it would be worth it for all they had to offer. We looked at the packages, and looked at the calendar. We left the house, and took 1 hr and 45 min to get there due to 40 min delay in traffic issues. Once we arrive, kids pumped, we walked in and
$35 4 hours and you can't play the games because they are on break or got to pay extra. Family of almost $200 and not fun. None employees were wearing masks and bathrooms look like haven't been cleaned for years.
I have never seen customer service this bad at the bowling section. The employee was extremely rude to myself and my family. He did not want to take any food order claiming he is there by himself. He practically claims he is out of most of the food inventory attempting to avoid doing any cooking work. You will never see my business again.
VERY DIRTY AND NOONE WORE MASKS. NOTHING worked & The place was just disgusting. The red headed curly haired girl was rude and didn't explain anything properly. The manager DALTON could careless. Not one employee acted like they wanted to be there. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.
Very good atmosphere especially for a family night out. The location is off the beaten path,so you almost have to hear about it to know it's there. My office has had a few get togethers there and always have a great time. I LOVE to hear those balls striking the pins.i grew up at a bowling alley so I feel right at home.
Very disappointed. Wife and I go here every few weeks. Went to refill my card and the kiosk no longer takes credit cards. Had to refill at the counter where the attendant said they can't give the bonus tokens there, that can only be done at the kiosk...that doesn't take credit cards. Instead of buying the normal $50 card refill we just went with the $20 since we weren't getting the bonus tokens. Glad we just spent $20. The new Space Invaders game is ridiculously loud and we couldn't hear ourselves think as
This place is a JOKE! when you walk in, it appears that there are tons of fun things to do, very nice facility. the guy that helped us in the bowling alley was extremely rude. It was as if me asking to bowl was an inconvenience to his agenda. The only person working up front was running the Go-Karts and she acted like she was mad because I asked her for assistance with the bumper cars. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. I'd give it 0 stars if that was allowed.
Drove 2 hours to come here and called the day before to get all the Information and details. Upon arrival was very rudely told the only thing available was arcade and bowling. Hateful and rude is an understatement however we were fortunate enough to find another place down the road called Strike and Spare and it was amazing with friendly people and lots to do with better prices....
This place was horrible! I book 2 VIP lanes for my husbands birthday, and had about 12 people come. First, the lanes kept freezing and we had to keep going to the front desk, stand in line, and ask them to reset it at least three times. Next, when we tried to get drinks we had to walk upstairs, even though there is a bar in the VIP section. A bartender never came in there, all the lanes were full, and we asked a few "managers" to get someone in there. Next, the bathrooms were GROSS!! Kids where running i
Such a cute little place! Pretty sure they're remodeling it currently but everything seems fairly clean and set up nicely. The staff was friendly and we had a lot of fun with the interactive screen on the lane.
If I could put 0 stars I most definitely would! I never have been so disrespected in my life before I came to this establishment. To start off, there was NO rules stating that there CANNOT have any belongings on the go karts. The employee specifically said we are allowed to bring belongings if we choose. Long story short after begging the employee to look for my $300 Michael Kors purse it was found underneath the go karts. When I got my bag out it was damaged AND torn. I spoke to the employee Kimberley abou
Cheap knockoff of Strike and Spare Family Fun Center. Do yourself a favor and go there. Paid for all inclusive passes and they still charged me 3 times for skating, and twice for laser tag. Not to mention when it was brought to their attention the staff was RUDE. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
This was a terrible experience. First off the workers didn't have on mask and even in the kitchen around the food nor were gloves worn. I waited so long for my food just to get uncooked tenders. Whomever the lady was that was in the kitchen acted nonchalant about the tenders being uncooked. I ended handing it back to her so she could throw it away but she handed it to me to throw away. I was offered wings because they ran out tenders and she handed me the wings without the fries I ordered and when I asked s
a terrible waste of money. most of the staffs attitudes absolutely suck. a complete waste of time and money. THANKS HOLDER FAMILY FUN CENTER for ruining my sons one and only tenth birthday. DON'T WASTE YOUR GAS. go to Cedar Creek Sports Center in Mt Juliet, it's a far better value and a lot more fun.
Lest start with Kaleb who is a manager. He was dry rude unhelpful & just seem unhappy to even be there so that sets a not so good vibe for what is to be a fun place. He should take a class in customer service to at least Acknowledge & speak to people . The arcade area was ok except alot of games didnt work or took money off the card without the games working or games were out of order. I find this place to be a bit more expensive then most. The young girls at the desk also were not trained and seemed unfam
Two stars was all I could give this place. The go carts and the bumper cars were the highlight that's it... The games are mediocre, the prize counter was a joke, WAY OVER PRICED!!! And the attendees told us they were understaffed right off the bat. Alot of the games were shutdown. Not a good experience. Bathroom was dirty! I like Strike and spare better.
I would rate this with no stars if possible. Clearly this place has never heard of the old saying one displeased customer will tell ten of their friends who spread the word and so on. They also haven't heard of Google Reviews. Target a bunch of High School kids and their parents catch wind that their children were done wrong and you've just alienated half your customer base. This place is awful and having a disrespectful "55 year old man" run the place at night is a joke. Horrible service, no control, and b
Now "Adventure Alley" is the new name. Nothing inside has changed still have arcade, bowling alleys, in the back they have more adult bowling with music, drinks and grow in the dark lighting, skating, VR, laser tag, bumper cars, Go-Karts, and food. They have places to sit, parking is free and prices are reasonable. Great place to take the family
Majority of staff was great. This is an older establishment so could definitely use updating, and there is no longer soft play as some reviews had stated...which I think is a shame because a nice "jungle gym" area would be awesome! However, paying the flat rate for all you can play (excluding arcade games, VR, and bowling) is an awesome deal, especially on a weekday and especially if you have kids that are at an age where they can do most of the activities without an adult having to purchase a pass as wel
it does not say on the price board that the card does not include bowling or skating . You have to purchase those separately. I did not know that and put $30 on the card with the thought that I could use part of that to bowl with. Once I realized that I made a mistake, I asked the girl who rang it up for me if there was any way they could give me $15 back and I could use that to buy a game of bowling. She just said nope, we cant do that . (Had very short brown hair and blue/green eyes) she didnt bother
I generally have a really good time at this place, but my last visit wasn't very pleasant. I asked one of the girls at the food stand what oil they cooked their fries in and she just stared at me and rudely asked why it mattered. She even said, "Really...." I said it mattered to me. Ever heard of allegeries sweetie? Why did I have to explain myself?? She acted as if me asking her that simple question made me an inconvenience to her "oh so difficult" job. I worked in food for years and never treated my custo
Brought visiting family with for our first time here. The kids had a great time and were able to play for hours!! Interior could use some updating. But we loved it and will definitely be back!
Horrible! No refunds at all! This has got to be a family business who doesn't know the world of business! The women at the counter talked over my family, explaining why we couldn't have a refund as if we were illiterate. Don't go a waste of money. Go out of town Nashville and Hendersonville are not for family friendly. Go to Atlanta plenty of activities! Especially for teens.
We bought a couple of groupons to use here. We went on a Monday afternoon, and we were the only ones bowling. The guy that got us set up, and took our food order was very friendly! We moved to the fun Center on the other side and still no one was there but us, and it took forever to get someone to help us at the trampolines. We walked over to do the go carts and stood for 15 minutes waiting. The guy that helped us on the trampoline saw us go in that direction as well as another employee. Finally I had to wa
Its was ok. Most things were very fun. However, it is a little old. Most of the workers are very friendly and happy. A couple seemed to hate their life. And one gentleman was very slow and continually scolding people. Most of the time for no reason.
A few years ago i ask if i can get food from outside and they say yes this time i have on my daughters birthday i got her some pizzas and got kicked out to eat at the parking lot on my way out a few persons was getting outside food also and they didn't get kicked out with it the reason i don't know, but thanks for the bad moment we got this time. Im gonne think twice to go there again
Is not the same as before. said it opened at noon, yet when we got there at about 3, only the arcade and bowling alley were open. Apparently the laser tag , bumper cars, and go carts opened at 5. Do not hold onto hope, not worth the drive.
I went here with my friends a couple of months ago and I loved it everything was amazing that I said to myself I am going to come back, but didn't had the time until now. I went back with my other friends telling them how it was amazing, but to my surprise it was horrible... The staff in the bowling area was rude, the food wasn't pleasant, the games were a bit overpriced, and my friends and I got bored after 30 minutes. DEFINITELY won't be coming back!
Terrible! First of all, so many things were not even in service. My next complaint would be customer service! The guy at the counter was on his cell phone texting away, smiling and laughing when I asked him a question and waited for his reply..... and waited.... and waited until he finished his conversation and then he looked up and finally replied but never said, "I'll be with you in a moment" or anything! He literally ignored me to finish his convo! Next complaint is that our bowling game stopped right in
The workers should probably communicate more. I asked the bowling alley side if they had another restroom and he said no but there is. The handicapped restroom is on the game side. Other than that it's a fun place to go.
My experience was AWFUL, my daughter had her 8th birthday party there, and when we got there thy tried to tell us she was not on the list, then the day manager over the day bowling area was rude as all get out!!! He yelled at me and kind of jumped at me while I was holding my 10 month old son, completely ruined my whole day, and my daughter's birthday!!! Made me cry and it takes a lot for me to get upset!!! He should not work at a place with kids, he has major issues!! The whole thing was just unorganized,
Seems they have employee problems. We come to practice right after school. So our kids need a snack. The kitchen was closed because someone didn't show up for work. We will be bringing our own food from now on.
So much potential but way understaffed. Look elsewhere if you want any kind of service whatsoever. It appears the current owners just don't care. We stopped at an ATM to get cash beforehand and suggest you do to. We were here for a 9 year Olds birthday.
This is a great place for fun. Get a 6 hour pass and go on as many rides as you want for 6 hours. The workers are the best people in the world. They will try to make your day a fun filled day. .
My daughter and her friends asked me to go bowling and we to Holder's Family Fun. It was after 11pm so they have neon bowling. We had a really good time will definitely do that again!!!
This place is a blast for families and presumably for groups of children, too. I had a lot of fun with my son doing glow in the dark mini golf, absolutely failing at roller skating, go karts, jumping on the trampolines and attempting backflips, arcade. It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
