In the middle of the party, we found out that Jonesboro was under a tornado warning. We had 19 kids and their parents all stuck (plus there were other parties going on). We took a group of students as an end of the year trip. We had a blast! The facility is full of fun options and the staff were awesome! HiJinx gave us a good deal on the group price. Each student has 3 hours of unlimited play, 3 slices of pizza, french fries, and a drink for less than $30.

Kids had fun, but the first card I tried to use to purchase a card only had $24 dollars and some change and I was trying to purchase a 25 dollar card. Well it took all the money I had off that card and I called about it the next day. They told me I would have to make a 120 mile trip just to maybe get a refund. They couldn't even say I would be refunded. And they don't do refunds on anything older than 24 hours. I cannot recommend this spot because of that

This is an awesome facility, but the staff is horrible. Especially the young man that was in the Laser tag room. We signed up with no one in there and he would let us play until a big group came in. I figured we could have made it in before the other group went in? apparently not, we asked if we could go with just our family and he wouldn't do it. He said we'd have to wait. This was our 1st visit but definitely not our last! We had so much fun.we got the family package for $85 for 5 people..it included 30 minutes of game play on certain games,with no ticket points.i have teens so they didn't care about the tickets this time and there was plenty of games to go around.2 ATTRACTIONS,we did laser tag and bowling and that kept us busy for hours..it was an hour drive from Memphis but I can't wait for the next visit.

Outstanding place to take the kids and have a little fun. Food and drink prices are of course ridiculous like every other amusement/entertainment center but hey, that's to be expected lol. I went here last night with a friend first time I've been here in years. They have a 32 Lane Bowling Alley Which was the only area we went to. There were several teenagers up there that just appeared to be hanging out like the skating rink used to be that place, when I was growing up. I did see a security guard on site who checked the Boys / Men's bathroom with a staff member just after I arrived. Maybe they were concerned about some of the teenagers up there ? 1 hour of open bowling was $34 before 10:00 p.

Lots of fun for the whole family! A lot of arcade games was down and laser tag room definitely needs some a/c super hot in there but still a lot of fun ? very clean restrooms and friendly staff. Bowling lanes are very nice and spacious. The rock wall was definitely a hit with our son!

Great place to come in out of the heat or cold! My girls loved the high ropes course and the huge FOUR STORY playplace. They spent a lot of time in the ball room which has fun machines to shoot soft balls out of guns and ones that explode them out all over!

I really like this family space! I go here with my friend for bowling tournaments but also used the restaurant services which has great food! There is also a nice video gaming area for children. Lovely space

I used to take my daughter and her friends a lot then we went yesterday they had changed the whole thing all the kids wanted to do to play arcade games spent$75 for the kids to play for 2 hours but they didn't inform us that all the points that you rack up that you will not get anything for it so another words I spent all that money and the kids didn't get no toys no candy no nothing I will never take any of my kids back there again. We took the grandkids there and there was something for all ages. I have a granddaughter that is legally blind and she had a blast in the contain-play area, especially the one with the balls. It couldn't have worked out any better for her. She was able to be active and play on her terms. Stacey has gone above and beyond to make sure all kids, small and big, have fun. My family and I just love this place. We have visited several times this year. Whether it's a quick date night or a big family get-together, this place has the ability to entertain!!! Talk about stealing customer?s money! We had a family night bowling color pins. Wd had two minutes left as I was rolling my ball (a strike) before time ran out. As my ball made a strike, it said it didn't count cause time ran out. There's NO WAY time ran out as my ball knocked down all the pins! I saw the timer, and I had two minutes left. But instead, two minutes was quicker than the ball smh!!!! Plus, it didn't let us finish our game, UNLESS we pay for more time. That's BS!!!!!! You should lease allow pay

I love the summer bowling program for the kids! I wish I knew about this sooner. My youngest is signed up for this summer and I added the family package so we can all attend and play together. He loves it!

Great family fun with friendly staff!

Our group of four people were doing glow bowling. There were some high school kids two lanes next to us. They were throwing the ball down the lane (it was hitting in middle of the lane), we told the staff behind the counter which they did NOTHING! They don't offer military discount, which is a shame. Tells me they don't give a damn about Veterans. Prices were kind of high. We had fun though

It was very fun! The staff weren't super helpful and seemed to not like answering questions. But there was so much to do that it made up for the staff. I recommend it!

We just had our daughters birthday party and it did not go very smoothly however my daughter still have a blast. The five stars are for the OUTSTANDING customer service we received the following day to make any issues resolved and better. The management team as well as the owner reached out to me and corrected everything and more. We will be booking our parties with Hijinx in the future.

Complete ripoff got the family package and none of the points count unless you just pay cash for a card the time keeps counting even after the game is over just a complete waste of money for the kids of all the gaming places we've been for our kids this was hands down the worst. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS

Paid for a party of ten all was going well til a manger by the name of Karen of course it had to be a Karen to ruin the day talking bout needing to pay for more kids that wasn't even playing but to prevent her from making it it was paid idk what the issue was but she was a complete fool that came into our party and ruined it and this is a manger the other young workers was shocked they was like we are so sorry they was amazing but this lady should be working there . Love this place. The kiddos favorite place to go and have fun. Great family fun for everyone! The prices are excellent as well. Great place, great games, and great food. I just have one complaint. The manager at the lil cafe inside was really rude to me after I asked a few questions about refills and condiments. I don't know her name, but she ruined my night. I've been feeling down lately. I have chronic depression and you need to teach a couple of your workers better customer service skills. My friend had her daughter's birthday party here. The kids had a blast! The party room was clean, the employee wore gloves each time she plated pizza for the kiddos which is AWESOME in my opinion. Let me just tell you that I was impressed. Our kids wanted to go there after prom and decided to go all dressed up just for fun. Everyone was so sweet from the time we walked in the door. We spent over $400 on unlimited play, attractions and food for my granddaughter's birthday. Found out several games weren't included, and several were out of order. And then you have a $25 "cake fee" for our own cake because we didn't book a party there?? Seriously. That's nothing but a bigger money grab than it already is there. Just stop.

Some of the games were broken. Hockey game was missing a puck, the pixel alien shooting game was messed up and wouldn't let you take control.

We had an awesome Friday Night, we were J.I.T. for Holidays? Cheer! Staff was amazing, they even had cheaters rails for beginners in Bowling Alley. Great Atmosphere of people, even police patrolled the Center, we felt safe, secure & last but not least Food Was delicious! Thanks to the coolest greeter, and the greatest Referee Luke! Hijinx is a great place for adults and children alike. There is a large variety of arcade games, all tailored to different interests so that there is something for everyone. I haven't personally done the sky walk, bowling, or laser tag, but I've heard great things about them from other patrons. The prices are a little high for me, especially for the food and refreshments, but there are weekly specials that are great if you take advantage of them. For example, a $20 Hijinx play card will get you $40 wort

I like that it has multiple things to do. There is something for all age groups to do. But I dont like how expensive everything is. Also it seems a bit crowded. So when they are busy you dont have any room to move.

Took my family there this past weekend, we had a blast. Our 3 & 1 year old loved the ball pit area! Our 6 & 8 year old really enjoyed the obstacle course. We didn't make it to the foam or laser tag and we were there for 6+ hours! Lots to do, and we still have attractions and play time left. Fun activities for the whole family and fairly priced. Games are great. Prices are in line. When you're ready to pick something out at the prize area? You're going to save up a lot of tickets because they're just isn't anything worthwhile in there. I've been at least once a month this year so far and I still have tickets from when I visited 3 years ago.

Please be careful what music is played in the area meant for small children. Bad Girlfriend by Theory of a Deadman is very plainly about a stripper and highly inappropriate to be played around kids.

Probaby the funnest place iv been to in Arkansas. I highly recommend it. They have bowling, laser cade, arcade, virtual reality, foam factory and more.

Came here to bowl with a friend as we were passing through on our way to Memphis. We had an amazing time. Very clean place and great lanes. Overall had a wonderful time playing a couple of games to pass the time.

There are tons of options here for things you can do included a ton of arcade games, bowling, laser tag, the rock wall, and the ropes course. Also, the food here is classic bowling alley food but the best kind! Also this is a nice place to have birthday parties; they offer different packages with lots of add-ins and choices. This place was the first of a very fun experience. I bowled for the first time with my aunt and eldest son. It had quite a few places to visit and have a good time at. I was not able to experience laser tag but my children and aunt enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend and visit again!

We visit frequently. The kids love the soft play and ball pit. I do wish they found something to switch it up every once in a while. Laser tag is phenomenal. They do a good job. We are weekly guests and we love the deals.

Took my son here when I visited Jonesboro the laser tag and vr was fun we didn't try it but they have a sky trail and ropes course that looked challenging and fun

We decided to go bowling and play games with my children and my parents. Everyone had a great time. There were lots of teenagers there, but they weren't too rowdy and it was a fun time for everyone. I can see us all going again in the future.

Went to the arcade and 4 of the machines weren't putting points onto our card (you don't notice how many points you have until you go to the prizes) I spent $150 and ended up with only 650 points I went to tell a worker and all that he said was "okay" he never got us our points or refunded us

My family and I bought 3 of the 2-hour arcade passes for $60. Once we started playing, we quickly realized there were a limited number of games available for our passes, and some were out of order. I wish the cashier would?ve told us we only needed 1 pass for the 3 of us, which she knew because she asked us if we only wanted one, and when we said 3 she acted surprised. Hindsight is 20/20 and if you're a family just playing arcade games, go for ONE 1-hour pass because that's all that's worth it.

Very active entertainment location. It has something for all ages from 3 to 103. We have a toddler and a teenager and both were so thrilled to play there that they didn't want to leave. Our three year old had a blast in the soft play area, she ran her older sister half to death trying to keep up with her.
