High Roller Skating Center of Eau Claire

Brought a group of 70+ people here for a church event. The facility was wonderful and had enough to keep everyone entertained. The staff were kind and took very good care of us! We will 100% be returning to this venue next year! I have to give a special shout out to Bri, who worked hard to make our night wonderful! 10/10

Wow I love that places like this still exist. This one is done well! And you can tell everyone loves working there and loves being there. Thank you for having this place. It's full service. Snacks, drinks, arcade, private event rooms with themes. Great music, vibe, overall worth going with the family or even by yourself.

Very dirty. Bleach water left of tables for hours. Staff would not let us have a table even though they were not reserved (we asked). We were very disappointed. High rollers has is certainly not what it used to be.

I was nervous when my 6 year old said they wanted to go roller blading. I haven't been to a roller rink in close to 30 years and I want sure what to expect. Just a great time for the family. The service was unparalleled. Even though it was busy they made time for us. Very patient with the kids picking out prizes. There is an arcade, indoor playground, private party areas, skating, & food & drink. Highly recommended.

This rollerskating rink holds a lot of nostalgia for me. I used to skate there as a young girl. I recently took my own children. Sadly, I will never go back. The music was beyond inappropriate for young children and an inappropriate music video playing at every turn. Then the song Pink Pony Club along with the music video played. That was the last straw. We come here every now and then and we always have a great time. This place offers an indoor playground, a decent size skating rink, food and beverages, and a wide variety of coin operated arcade games. They play a good mix of music which is a joy to listen to. Has a great skating rink with plenty of other activities to do with the kids. However for paying $250 for a birthday area where the staff never checks on his guests to see how they are doing, no utensils, or napkins and if you need something they are not Happy to help. If your not paying for a private space or need staff assistance it's a good place to have some fun

Brought my 7 year old daughter here for her birthday with 4 other girls. Not only did they have an amazing time, but I did too! The building has lots to keep kids entertained but is small enough where I didn't have to be worried about keeping track of all the kids. I was able to skate and enjoy myself. Wow talk about customer service! From the moment I stepped foot in the door I was greeted with a high energy positive environment. Every staff member went above and beyond for me and my kiddos, and I couldn't be more appreciative of them. We had such a great time, the food was amazing, atmosphere was fun, and overall a wonderful outgoing for any one of any age. Highly recommend! Will be back soon.

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST roller rink I have ever been to!!! The food is fantastic, the rink is well maintained, the staff are cool, and best of all THE PRICE. Holy COW the price is fantastic!!!!! 3 dollars (+3 for rentals) FOR 7 HOURS. 7!!! Non stop!!! Unbelievable. The rink is HUGE and it has a beautiful ramp! Usually we go to Rice lake to skate but wanted to try a new place and from the pictures this one appeared to be bigger with a bigger indoor play area. When we arrived there were no tables. All that's available are small tables right in the front area that were full. The bigger tables on the top are all reserved for parties. Had the BEST time here with my friends such a great value for the price! We stayed the entire session when we only planned on it being a pit stop - it was too much fun to leave!

Lots of fun for Young kids and adults

Staff was nice and helpful. Good pizza. Should have some sort of dividers for the reserved party areas as some families don't respect other peoples area. Had people enter our area several times right next to our food and drinks. One kid even came and took an empty glass off our table! I Understand High Roller can't control how people act but they can set up some sort of dividers to aid in keeping areas separate.

We had a private nerf birthday party last night for my daughter. This was the best birthday these kids have ever had! The manager, Mike, is AMAZING!!!!!! If you're thinking about booking a private even here, DO IT! Our daughter and her friends felt SO SPECIAL

Place has been around since I was young and am glad its still around. I took my kids when it was the previous place and take them once in a while now. It's been a few years since I was here though and I was intrigued to write a review on one main subject, the tables. I really wish there was a better solution to find some place to sit and especially eat. Maybe smaller thinner tables where you need to stand at like at a bowling alley would work on the main part of the floor just so people have a place to eat.

Very organized and clean. The owners must be in it for the long haul because they have put alot of money back into the business. We had a great experience with my son's birthday party. I will go here again for our daughter's party this fall.

Love to skate, love the rink, and love the vibes. HOWEVER, every adult night I go, the music is is ATROCIOUS. Whoever DJs adult nights has horrible music taste. One second its rap songs I don't know and the next its some Mozart type orchestra stuff. My song was the first one on the song request list and they didn't play it until like 40 minutes after. It was Dancing Queen by ABBA, who doesn't like that song?? Please play better music ??????

I gave this place a 1 because I was really disappointed on how rude their staff was to us and I'm only speaking about the staff who was working up at the food area. We had gone up there because the slushy drinks we bought were watered down and we wanted to see if we were able to get a different drink. The staff had explain herself about why the slushy machine wasn't getting cold enough because of them being really busy and the machine was not able to make the slushy fast enough. This was a new experience for our children this place is well worth the time and effort to get there. The staff are so friendly and helpful everyone is made to feel comfortable this place is so clean with modern equipment the finger snack food is exactly what the kids wanted. Love this place. I used to love it when I was a kid too. It's just as fun. Skating, arcade games, movie theater type food (popcorn, cheese curds, fries etc). I also love the Friday cosmic nights where you get the glow sticks and they turn on the black lights. It's a pretty fun place and Im glad it's still around.

I used to come here as a kid and now I enjoy bringing my kids. It is clean and the staff is friendly. They have a great play area, arcade, food and beverage and a nice skating rink. Was pretty fun, the music had a good mix. The employees were good but there was a little girl with long brown hair who worked there or help and she was so rude to us. She cussed at us and called us names for accidentally cutting her off, but there was so much people it was hard not to. There was also little kids around, absolutly unprofessional. Went a few weeks ago amazing place cheap admission prices where expensive I would give this a 5 star if little kids didn't just sit on the ramp in the way of others and me got cut off multiple times I think someone should be watching the ramp to make sure no one just sits on the ramp in the way of others trying to enjoy it

Absolutely makes zero sense how this place has a lift for handicapped, but has ZERO handrails in their bathrooms for the handicapped. The entrance is also extremely difficult and near impossible to get into if you are handicapped. Disappointing and disgusting.

We have been going here off-and-on for years and this year we bought an annual pass for our 8yo because of the great experiences we have every time we take her. Staff are wonderful! We also bought her new inline skates this year through their pro shop after she grew out of her pair from Play It Again Sports. I recommend going that route to anyone who is thinking about it as they give some pretty good deals and the customer service was good.

Thia place us fantastic. The staff is great, the place is always kept up the best it can. My son and I go quite often, and its always a blast!! Ill skate here for the rest of my life, and maybe even after that as well!

Good music and nice rink...alot of kids with cow catchers (skate mates) so that's always an exciting way better your dodging skills. Staff was friendly and there was a nice group ranging from skilled to first timers. All n all a great experience

Great rink! They run awesome specials and have monthly adults nights. When school is out, they extend their hours to help parents out. They do birthday parties and sell 1 year passes. Great exercise and fun environment

I use to go roller skating here when I was a kid. Use to be called Molten's. Haven't been there since. Everything is basically the same. Alot of kids from 3yrs old to 15, running around. The new owners made quite of few changes. Specially getting rid of the train track in the middle of the rink! ?? Not all bad changes but changed a lot of the fun things I really remember about the place. Still a decent place. Prices are affordable. Service is alright. Kids can still run around and burn some energy.

I pre-ordered the purple Moxie Beach Bunnys from here on my birthday in July. Today I decided to email the shop and they emailed me to let me know my purchase was refunded on 8/20/2020. The only reason they told me my purchase was refunded was because I asked. Respond from management was so poor I cried. Their customer service is awful.
