I am disgusted by the way Hide N Seek on White Lane handled what turned into an identity theft situation inside their business. During my visit, my wallet went missing on their premises. Instead of finding any support, I encountered staff who were evasive, dishonest, and frankly acted like they were trying to cover something up. I love the remodel and was very excited we went opening day and paid for our child to get in. As parents of an only child we are active and enjoy playing with our child yet she's young enough where she needs us. This time they wanted us to pay as well, as we are only allowed to help if she's stuck. So $60 plus and we can't leave and come back seems crazy. I paid for 2 all day admissions. We were enjoying hide and seek however my kids got hungry quick. We were only there for 30 minutes and they wanted to eat. They both did not want to eat there. Since I paid the all day admission I did not think there would be an issue with us leaving and coming back. We love Hide n Seek! My kids beg to come here every time we come to Bakersfield. We finally decided to check out the trampoline park side and it's their new favorite. So worth it! Just like a Blippli play place! We had a lot of fun, my son is 3, and spent most of the time in the ball pit and going down the numerous slides. Separate areas for younger kids which is nice. You do have to buy the socks for $3, but still cheaper than some of the other options. Lots of seating for adults, they have food and pizza for $12.50, the owner was really nice and helpful, place was clean, we will be coming back!

I came for the first time and was greeted right away. We visited both sides and my children absolutely enjoyed themselves. We had the privilege to meet Lisa and Jorge and they were awesome. We enjoyed lunch here as well. I'd definitely recommend being your children here for an amazing time.

This place is absolute garbage!! Don't waste your money or your time! Wish I could give no stars. Spent over $150 for our family ordered a pizza they wrote it down wrong took over 30 mins to bring it out then refused to make it again. All our kids were starving horrible service and horrible staff!! First and last time here! You guys suck!!!

This place is a throw back. I recently went to Chuck E Cheese and they don't do physical tickets anymore! Hide N Seek still has tickets and tokens which are way more fun for my little ones. It's a scam. They said even a 2 year old need to pay $18 just to enter. And once we entered, nothing is included! You have to pay separately for all the ride. It looks like a total scam comparing to the indoor playground that we visited in different cities.

Great place for kids! There are two sections, one specifically for ages 0-5. There are a lot of toys to play with, all of which help kids develop gross and fine motor skills, balance, and coordination. It is only $15 for entry and two parents are free! My daughter had a blast and I can't wait to go back.

It felt really hot and humid inside the play area. Especially on the side opposite of the ball pit area. Staff were friendly but I do feel like it gets crowded. Which kind of sucked because my kiddo has a speech delay so I have to be right next her. It would be amazing if you guys looked into offering a day or two out of the month only for special needs kids.

We brought our daughter here for her second birthday and she loved it! Plenty to keep a busy toddler busy. Lisa greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived and checked on us multiple times during our visit; she made our visit so special and we hope to see her again when we return in the future.

Would come back not only for the great time my kids had but also for how helpful Viviana was. We had a lot of questions and she was able to answer and help us with all of our needs. There was also a younger man working alongside her that did a great job making sure to keep the area sanitary.

Enjoyed it and the staff was friendly but it is a bit small compared to the one we have en Denmark and i just expect more from the us. You also have to buy all foods and drinks from the restaurant and can't not bring your own, but there is not much to choose from and absolutely no healthy options which makes no sense when it's an active place for childrens.

Nice area for kids to have fun and adults can relax without it smelling like feet (chuckecheese). Good environment. My kids loved this place and was running around. A little small, but gets the job done to entertain kids and a parent gets to relax.

I love hide and seek. This is my 2nd time going with my kids and I enjoy the environment and staff. Lisa was the best during our time there! She was welcoming, fun, and very helpful. I loved her energy! This is my new favorite spot to take my kids.

Love this place, and my kid does too! It's a bit pricey to be honest, but there is lots of fun to be had. Both of the 2 areas are tons of fun for my kiddo, lots of different things to do, games to play, crawling, climbing, jumping, etc. It's annoying you have to buy their branded socks, but otherwise great experience. On 11-08-24, took my 2 kids. Arrived at 11am to find the doors locked and the place closed. Everything I found said they opened at 10am. My kids loved this place. Not sure what happened or why they were closed in the middle of the day. Waste of an hour drive? They store responded saying they were open, however when we were there at 11am the ?open? sign was not lit up, doors locked and no one answered the phone.

My kid are having a blast, enjoying every second of it. Hide N Seek it's a great spot for kids.

Enjoyed the play areas and games but made a huge mistake in booking our son's birthday party here. The room was tiny, looked/felt like an old break room for employees and the main table & chairs were for kids ONLY - we as adults felt like we were sitting on a kitty arts & crafts table. It was uncomfortable and not ideal. Room was not ready/clean when we'd arrived (which was only a few minutes early so our set up was delayed). They have lots of cool things for the kids to do. But there is no place for adults to observe. As a grandparent, we had to either take off our shoes or not be able to see the kids having fun. No place for us to take pictures. Also, there is very uncomfortable seating for us. The worst thing is the $75 charge to bring in a birthday cake!

We've been going to Hide N Seek since my little was 2 when she was only able to enjoy one side. Now, at 7, she can enjoy both sides! I am able to get some work done, and we both stay cool on these 100+ degree days. On our latest visit, Marina, in particular, was helpful in getting us in and settled in a timely manner. Hide & Seek continues to be a go-to place for me and my little as she continues to grow and the temperature continue to climb.
