I contacted Brad to repair my Wurlitzer 1015 OMT jukebox. When he arrived he was well prepared and knowledgeable, identified the problem and now my jukebox is working again. fair price and great to work with.

Had a couple PCB board questions and he acted like he was completely clueless what I was talking about. Didn't want to help at all. Website clearly states they repair PCB boards so not sure what his problem was. I was simply asking which PCB boards one specific super popular highly sought-after machine uses and he acting like I was speaking in tongue

Tony came out to help us with a Pinball Machine. He was nice and explained everything very well. The cost was reasonable. He also offered other suggestions if we wanted to tweak a few more things.

Like other posters have commented, Tony is the best! He came out when he said he was going to come out, not only fixed the problem with my pinball machine but found other problems and fixed those as well. He took his time got everything correct and the machine runs like new. So happy with the service. And his service charge was very reasonable.

Tony has repaired two of my Super Off Road boards that no one else would even touch. I would highly recommend Tony for board repair. Recently I had him do a reprint for the front graphic on my Fun Chicken egg laying machine, and could not be happier. The day he finished it he had it sent out for delivery. Thanks to Tony, The Adventures of Major Havoc is back! I had a great experience with Hi Tech. Awesome customer service. He explained everything thing he did and walked me through some trouble shooting steps if I have issues in to future. The cost was reasonable too. Tony is an expert and I was lucky to find him. I highly recommend Hi Tech and won't hesitate to call when I need help again.

Tony was awesome. Came out and fixed a joystick issue with my blitz/showtime arcade on the spot! Totally unexpected as I figured he'd need to take it back to do some diagnosis. I've had the machine looked at by a few different arcade repairmen who didn't know how to fix it and Tony had it working in an hour an a half. My dad now has a pinball machine in to be fixed after seeing how professional and knowledgeable Tony is. Can't say enough great things!

Tony is the best. Tony actually cares to address the request and fix. Others failed and jacked up my machines. Had others make things worse & charge a lot more. Had service on a Skittle Ball, Jurassic Park data east pin, ghost busters stern pin, and Mr. And Mrs. Pac Man pin.
