Customer Reviews

Super fun place with tons of different and exotic games! No need for quarters, play as many times as you want for one price!!

Very cool day-pass style arcade with a wide variety of cabs, pinball, and music games. They also sell a few model kits and have a Gunpla build night.

Best Arcade!! I love this place. You can stay as long as you want, you can even leave for a bite and come back (on same day only of course) for the one low price. Staff is always super nice and fantastic and owner is the best and nicest guy you will ever meet. This place is safe and friendly and very kid friendly. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy gaming and reliving the past and show your kids the old school way we us to came. Amazing arcade games and pinball machines plenty rotation so always ne

Great arcade! Good price, Clean, good variety and friendly staff! A lot of 2 player games, rhythm games and a few couch classics!

Great selection. Spacious and clean. Owner is very friendly. Everyone needs to support this place. It's so awesome.

Absolutely excellent. Day pass pricing and unlimited play so you can be terrible losing at Frogger in mere seconds and just keep at it, maybe you'll get better. Lots of vintage games in excellent condition, clean, safe, fun place.

We had a great time here. A family member found this gem online, and we decided to make the trek down from the Springs to check it out. We had a great time! The employee working was very friendly and helpful, and they had an incredible selection. It is a steal for the price, and if we hadn't already had a commitment that night we would have gone back after a coffee break. I only wish we had something like this in the Springs. Until then we will try to make it down that way as often as is reasonable.

Great family place! Hi-Score Arcade fills a huge void in Pueblo for the kids, and nostalgic adults! We will return as often as possible!

This place is awesome play as many games you want for 1 price

This arcade is pretty awesome! Lots of cool games to play!

I didn't catch they employees names but they were super nice!! There's a great selection of games and even some from Japan that you wouldn't expect. I will definitely be coming back here no question!

This place is so cool! Staff were very kind my kids loved all the games at a really great price! A good amount of them are in Japanese but who cares? They all have tutorials on how to play. If you can't figure that out should you even be playing video games?

Admission was $15 for the whole day, keep your receipts and they told us we could come and go as we pleased that day. Tommy was the only staff member when I went but he was super nice! He checked in on us and offered assistance when we were playing a Japanese game and couldn't understand one of the mechanics. He told us there were about 70 different arcade cabinets - 10 from Japan and a few from Europe. The best part about the Japanese cabinets, most of them have English settings, so you don't have to be ab

My family and I had a great time. We played some of our old favorites and some new favorites. No more carrying around a pocket full of coins. One price at the door and play on over 30 games. I recommend visiting this place for old times sake.

Great selection, reasonable pricing for unlimited gaming. If you save your receipt you can leave for lunch/break and return later that day for no additional charge. Great owner, both kind & helpful with approachable staff. Clean facility, highly recommend!

One of my new favorite spots in pueblo, the owners are great the staff is great. Me and my friends don't even have kids we just love the arcade games. I can't recommend this place enough. I can't wait to see how they expand. Will be coming here weekly.

DUUUUUUDE, this place is so freaking awesome!! You just pay a small door fee and you can play as many games as you want for as long as you want!! They have all of the coolest old school 80's and 90's games. You can't find true arcades anything like this anymore! It's truly the most "clean fun" I've had in years and years!! I will be frequenting this establishment, I hope at least once a week!! Great way to relieve the stress of work and life!!

The selection of games is just super cool! The staff were all friendly as can be and vibes were just great! Pay per person so you can game all you want without worry of tokens or anything like that. They also have some super cool Japanese games! So worth it!

This arcade is so great! My family had an amazing time! The owner is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. When a sensor went out on one of the guns in the zombie game, he noticed and began to fix it immediately. The selection of games is incredible too! My family will definitely be coming back!

Hi-Score Arcade is one of the best assets our community has! This is not only a great arcade to have fun in, but also a great place to take your family, children, and friends. There are many different games to choose from and Tommy and the staff are friendly, helpful, and truly grateful for their customers. I highly recommend stopping by Hi-Score Arcade the next time you are looking for a fun activity!

My son and I went there tonight after seeing it a few times as we passed by and we had a blast. They have a very large variety of different games. It's reasonably priced for being able to play as much as you want. I would definitely recommend for people to take their kids or if adults are into games check it out.

This place was so fun! We brought our 3 kids and had a blast. My wife and I definitely felt the nostalgia with some of these games. 15.00 and you can play all day. You can't beat it!

Amazing place to hang out with friends who like video games. Took a friend here with his children, we all had a blast. Only minor complaint is since some of the games are old, the screens can be discolored but that is expected with age.

Tommy the owner is fun and knowledgeable. The games are both nostalgic and foreign. Literally. From pinball to Japanese arcade rhythm games, there's something to do.

Great choice of games to play. Classic and new games and the games from Japan are awesome! Awesome owner! My nephews enjoy it a lot, they want to go there everyday!

This is the cleanest, well kept arcade I have taken my family to. The owner is the nicest man I have had the pleasure to meet. You pay one flat fee, and everything is covered.

The guy running the arcade was friendly and helpful. They even had step stools for kids that couldn't quite reach the controls. The kids had fun. I had fun.

Go support this place! They've got tons of games to play all for one fee, a spacious place and some cool dudes running the place. Will come back for sure.

Fun place! Considering the price of individual arcade games you'd pay elsewhere, isnt hard to turn $15 into a value, drop in, check it out.

The place sucks. $15/hr I feel is steep. Most of the games are in Japanese. Wth were in America ????.

Amazing place has been there a couple times great prices and unlimited game experience

Very friendly staff and my kids loved the mixture of new and classic games. We will be back!

It was quite fun I'm looking forward to seeing how it grows all the equipment worked well and it was a very nostalgic and fun experience.

5 - Stars all the way! This place is fun. I highly recommend this for the entire family.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
