Customer Reviews

If you're looking for a true hometown bar with an authentic, local vibe, Hey Bryan's is the place to be. During the summer months, they host fantastic outdoor concerts, making it an ideal spot for enjoying live music. Whether you're planning a birthday party, wedding shower, retirement celebration, or just want a laid-back hangout after work, this venue has you covered. Drinks are reasonably priced, and there's always something to keep you entertained. You can catch your favorite sports on one of their man

Didn't try their food but there bartender had a piss poor attitude and wasn't on top of getting anyone drinks

Nice place to go decent music bar area is kind of small so on a busy night it's standing room only there's nowhere to sit I went in last night pretty busy had no place to sit but at the slot machines kind of felt out of place so I just had one drink and went home other than the small seating area indoors it's a nice place to have fun and have a drink

My boyfriend and I were in town for the ILBA convention and this bar was on our Pub Crawl. Connie and her staff did a great job hosting! This bar is super inviting! They really pay attention to detail. The back yard is amazing, with horseshoe pits and a volleyball court and covered seating. And if you're there, check out the beautiful mural on the outside of the building!

My absolute favorite bar to visit when I travel to the Quad Cities. Great prices, jukebox, games, and the BEST staff. Have always felt welcome here, can't say how much tht means as a tourist

Exceptional tavern! Well managed, excellent staff, fair pricing, and a good clientele. If you are downtown East Moline, this is the place to go. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Do not even waste your time at The Palace. This is definitely one of East Moline's gems.

Its a hole in the wall which i prefer. Friendly people

I have some friends that work here, so that's my bias straight out of the gate. Very much of a neighborhood pub feel with a good ownership. The establishment has also hosted music events in the past, therefore I am a return customer. Thanks to the crew at Hey Bryan's! Sincerely, Brent ( Br3nt >> post Script. Stop into this business some time in the future <<

Love this place. Good people and great owner! Stopped in for a Bloody Mary after I got off duty on my first morning of retirement. Gave me a chance to relax and say my good byes to a couple of coworkers.

Had a good time with fellow co-workers on a random Friday after work... quickfriendly service when drinks were ordered. What more can ya ask for? I will definitely visit again.

Went there to watch the Bears & Pats on Monday night football on ESPN. There was $2.75 mixers (8oz) $2 Busch (12oz) can which does me better. 1 drink mixer is gone. They are Chicago all the way. Cool fun bar with smiles.

always a good time, usually end up going here on poker runs but it's still worth going there outside of those

Appears a "hole in the wall" style bar, at first. But is a lot larger inside, featuring pool tables, slot machines, virtual golf, etc.. and on the outside, volley ball, horse shoes, and a nice smoking area. Friendly clientele and staff. Good spot.

Great drinks and great prices definitely want to show them some love.

A great locals bar! Bruce and Connie cater to the shift workers and always have a great crowd at night. They serve pizzas from Butch's too. Wonderful people.

We had an awesome time. Killer band The Lounge Lizzardz were playing outside in a very spacious garden area. Beer was cold and the staff were very friendly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
