Had an incredible time when I came in with a starter pack. The premium headsets are absolutely worth the price. I met Ronald, Aiden, and Caleb and they did a fantastic job showing us the ropes and understanding the systems. The space is inviting and roomy and I will absolutely be back!

All the people I've met so far that worked there are pretty awesome, however, the girl that was working today, I think she might be new, was pretty amazing! Very informative, very helpful, and just really nice in general. It makes the experience all that much better!

So much fun! Highly helpful friendly staff. Great place to host a birthday party or just family game night. We are definetly going to come back and play again soon.

We had our son?s 9th birthday here. Prior to booking we checked out the place and found it to be clean and spacious. The staff were super nice and gave us a detailed tour. Totally awesome experience for those who don't want to purchase a VR for their kids bcs of concerns, THIS is the place to go. Caleb is awesome and profesional, excellent customer service. We came for my sons 12th birthday and we had a blast as a family. Totally worth it. I was previously skeptical but skepticism is alleviated.

I took my son and a few of his friends here for his 9th bday party and they had a great time! Shout out to the super helpful, attentive staff. Went on a whim with my two boys ages 9 and 11. Honestly it was a great expierence all the way around. The staff were excellent, the games were fun and wasn't overly crowded!! We can't wait to go back! Would recommend for those looking for a fun VR experience!

Went for my birthday did the Dragon Escape room and Walk the Plank with three other adults. So fun! Erica did a great job, clean facility and got my heart pounding!! Wow, great experience!! Highly recommend!! ??

This place is Awesome! I played beat saber for an hour straight and I must have burned 500 calories. So much fun. The staff is ultra nice and helpful. They take game suggestions and love talking new developments in the industry.

This was our favorite and most impressive VR experience. Clean, comfortable setting, amazing equipment, but the best part was probably Caleb. He MADE the experience for us. I loved this place because everyone was super friendly even though i had a lot of questions (sometimes very dumb). This was my first time going and would recommend it to anyone no matter how old they are. It was also super super fun!!

Came here Saturday to celebrate my birthday with my boys. It was our first time and we had such a blast!! The young man that helped us was very kind, patient and responsive. This was a very fun experience. This was our first time playing and the staff was amazing with helping us and guiding us through the games. We came in on Sunday and it was a light day so we didn't have to wait to play our games. 5/5 would definitely come here again on our little dates.

Gavin and Ronald were the ones who helped us out and they were amazing! We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was empty which was nice because it wasn't packed. It was such a fun time and highly recommend!

So fun. Myself and husband treated ourselves to a date night here. Haha! Had a blast. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Tolerated my screams when playing the zombie game - which I would highly recommend for a good laugh. And was given a voucher for an extra 15min at the end of our session. The only negative. It's a little pricey. $50 per person for an hour. Would definitely go again though and would be so fun with a larger group as there are multi player games.

What a fun experience! We did two of the roaming VR eacape rooms ~ both were exhilerating and engaging! No spoilers ~ but I was WAY vocal! ?? if you love video games and escape rooms this is definitely for you. I also greatly appreciate they clean and sanitize the VR masks between use, that way you're safe from other people's sweat and makeup. Friendly staff and a clean environment, too!

First time doing VR. Three of us, late 50s and we had a great time. Gavin was the employee and he was extremely patient and helpful with instructions and guidance. He floated back and forth between our group and a few kids. Highly recommend and I plan to return on a regular basis.

We rented out the entire place for my twins 16th birthday party. It was a HUGE hit! We had 17 players and the 2 hours of play time worked well. It takes just a bit to get acclimated to the equipment. Everyone had a great time. The staff is so great. They really have a great system set up, it's easy to get help when anyone needs it and they know the games inside and out. Tucked behind the In N Out Burger on Taylor Rd in Roseville, Heroes VR Adventures is a great way for kids (and adults) to experience virtual reality games before investing in an expensive VR system for your home. $45 for one hour of play is expensive, but it is something your kids will never forget. They offer birthday parties and tournaments. You gotta check it out!

We love Heroes! We planned a party right before the pandemic and they kept all our info on file. We ended up having it a year later and it was great! We were able to have a great time and everyone felt comfortable and relaxed. They also were great with our kiddos!

I Loved this experience! The employees made an excellent suggestion for first timers (Elven Assassin!) and we had an awesome time! $50 for an hour and I think is over 34 games to chose from. The employees explained everything well and adjusted our helmets to comfort. We will come back to finish the cooking game ??!

My husband and I went and had a blast. It was our first time and we paid for the hour long package. It was the perfect amount of time to fully integrate yourself and try a lot of the games. The staff was very friendly and was there with us whenever we needed help. I will definitely be going again.

We booked a Red Party and added on Walk the Plank for my son's birthday. He and his friends had a great time blasting zombies, boxing Rocky, and walking the plank. They even setup a Switch so little sister could play. Reservation process online was easy. Staff was super friendly. We've been to the other VR place across town, and this one is roomier with ample parking. It would have been nice to be able to bring our own snacks, but I understand that's for full facility rental. I would still recommend!

Gavin had top notch customer service. The games were fun but he really made the experience great. He checked on my 3 kids repeatedly giving pointers and suggestions to make their time playing more enjoyable. Great equipment too.

This place was amazing ! I loved the VR games and it has one player and multiplayer. The headset is amazing with the VR set to hear who your playing with. The games feel so real and quality is amazing as well. Definitely coming back :) Erika was an amazing host ??

Our multi generational family had a great time at Heroes! The staff was extremely helpful and everything was Covid clean. Several seating sections allowed for groups to split off and take a break to watch the others play. Very nice and a lot of fun!!

My kids love this place. They always have a good time and always pester me to go back. The people who work there are really nice and always help out when my kids can't figure out how to do something in a game. Job simulator is a pretty cool game. And one time I played as well and my son and I killed a bunch of zombies together in Arizona Sunshine. It's fun. You should try it.

Our family of five kids and one senior citizen had an awesome time here! It was their first time doing V/R and they had a blast. The employee was super patient and helpful in explaining the features. We had the whole place to ourselves for our time slot (due to COVID). They have comfortable couches where you can sit and watch the players play on large TV screens. Amazing! Fun games and great staff. I was a little nervous about trying it out. The guys working there explained things great and even gave tips and tricks while I was in the game. My 9 year old son and I both had a blast! I played Space Pirate, VR Fun House, Beat Saber and Elven Assassin. Highly recommend trying this.

Wonderful and very helpful staff!! At first I was worried about the price but it was totally worth it. If my boyfriend and I had any problems, they came to help us in the snap of a finger. So many games to choose from, fun for kids and adults. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this, so I HIGHLY recommend!!

Went with a group of 4. We walked in and were able to play a session of Elven Assasins. A total blast! The staff was friendly and took their time, even with the young ones in our group. They explained everything and made sure we didn'thave problems. A great time, I highly recommend you give it a try.

Totally disappointed..first visit was good so we decided to bring the family. Two of the players had grids showing the whole time. Was told they could be fixed by restarting...taking 30 mins that would eat up most of our paid for hour..?? What is that about?? I mean we paid almost $200 and that's the service we get..? Never again

It was honestly better than I had expected. The controls were super easy to use. It was a bit pricey for only having an hour to play. Time seemed to fly by when playing. My boyfriend and I had only gotten maybe three games in. Overall, it was a pretty awesome experience.

What a place! Came in on the 21st for an hour of beat saber and wasn't disappointed in the slightest. Staff is Incredible, the htc's are seamless, and the overall environment is beautiful! I will be back soon for some more beats!

Pleasantly surprised. This was my first time doing VR (part of team building event). The staff was very helpful in setting us up and we were killing orcs and zombies in no time. Will be bringing family next time.

We had a great time as a family visiting HEROES Virtual Reality. We played the Arizona Sunshine and by the time we were done, I was exhausted. Shooting Zombies takes a lot out of you. Our boys played a second game and we all really enjoyed our time there.

Heroes is a super fun place to go and play for an hour or two. I love to take my grandchildren there for a treat when I come for a visit as they love Heroes! Great staff and very conscientious.
