Very large place with plenty of parking. Looks like it used to be a mall. We came here to bowl and they have two bowling areas. One area looks more professional bowlers, and the other looks more like young kids hang out with the music/TV And the lights off on the weekends on that side of bowling but not on the main side-in which I like the lights on. we waited a bit for a lane and the lanes were great. Great $13.50 package deal on certain days and certain times. I hear that the games can be expensive if you

Great Bowling Experience! Had a great time at Hendersonville Strike and Spare! The staff was very friendly and made the whole experience easy and fun. The lanes were clean and well-kept, and I was impressed by how clean the restrooms were too. They also have a solid food and drink menu. We enjoyed some snacks and drinks while we bowled. Good portions, decent prices, and fast service. They offer a variety of alcoholic beverages like beer, seltzers, and cocktails. IDs were checked carefully, and they have go

It's always understaffed which always makes the lines to everything long. However we still enjoyed my nieces 3rd birthday. The staff that was there was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything we needed. The food was good and the drink were cheap and strop like I like it! We will be back for sure and I'll be sure to tell more people that there kids can work there too!

It is so dirty. Everywhere. The skating area is tiny and the floor has seen better days. The staff is very inattentive. On their phones mostly. It would probably be better if they got rid of a party room and the to small skating rink and expanded some of the other stuff. Or expand the rink by a lot. The bumper cars are in a very small area but still fun. Some of the Arabs games are ok.

We are visiting family this week for spring break and I took my two kids (13 & 8) and they had an absolute blast! This is such a great place! Such a great value for the wristband. Lots to do, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. We also had lunch at their restaurant and it was very tasty and decently priced. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back!

Great experience here and the staff is friendly helpful and professional. . Hope to make many more core memories at Strike & Spare.

Good family fun. Staff was super nice!

We took our kids today (7, 4 and 2) and they all had a blast! Prices are good, games and activities are fun for all ages! The staff at the bowling alley is super friendly and helpful! The staff at the games is just OK. Place is clean enough and food is good for the price. Overall was a great experience

Had a great time. The equipment could use a little attention, but Tyson at the bungee was so good with the kids - encouraging and safety conscious.

This place needs to decide if it wants to be a bowling center or a place for kids to run wild and have their parents spend tons of money to keep them entertained. Not for serious bowlers. You might as well be at a daycare center. People who bring their kids to bowl do not even teach their children to respect anyone else on the lanes. If you have ever bowled there you know what I mean. But of course the parents don't know anything about bowling either. The pro shop is staffed by people who don't know what th

A great place to take the kids of all ages; especially on a cold, wet, rainy day! Fun was had by all from ages 2 to 83! My 83 year old mother had a blast bumper bowling from her rolling walker. Made her feel like there was something she could still do!

Best fun center we could find in the area. Really a pretty nice facility, we wish they had some go-karts though! The pics on Google look like they used to have them.

Really great time. We got there when it opened. Place was super clean. The young folks working were very sweet. One young fellow on the little trampolines was SOOO AMAZING to my 3 year old. He helped him not be afraid and assisted him getting down (carried him over to me) cause he got really nervous once it was over. Super great young man. I complimented him to the general manager today. Also the food was excellent. I got the party melt made by Tonya and it was so soooo good. Fries were perfect. Pizza was f

Lots of fun! Tons of stuff to do for adults and kids. We got there before noon and got the wristband which is well worth it for the unlimited stuff you get to do. Nice variety of arcade games but several were out of order. Lots of options for tickets. My favorite was the cosmic bowling.

Great for parties kids loved it adults had fun and bowling Great lanes

They have something for all children ages. Seating areas if your just going as walk in make sure you get there early. Party rooms are available with reservation. Plenty of parking and good food

This was probably my second time here. We went on a Sunday night, and there is no shared parking, so plenty of parking is available. We decided to play games and purchased wristbands that were $20 or more per band for pictured activities. Bring your skates if you can; otherwise, you'll wait 10+ minutes for someone to retrieve your shoes from behind the counter. Half the laser tag vests weren't working, leading people to walk out due to the issue. Additionally, they weren't sanitized after each use. We didn'

Lots of fun mixed with lots of disappointment. Tyson was the shining star of day and interacted with the kids at the trampolines. However, they've neglected the upkeep of so many attractions. More bumper cars don't work than do, half the laser tag vests don't work, and they're constantly understaffed. This isn't a one time thing; it's been this way every time I've come for the past 2+ years.

Very nice place I can go and hang out and it's also kid friendly. I enjoy myself when I go here not very expensive at all.

I want to thank them for allowing our family to celebrate my nephews birthday. They were so accommodating & nice.

Hendersonville strike & Spare has always been an OG I wish there was more selections of arcade games but they only have so much room in that building so it's not their fault haha but it is good though and the best part of all is laser tag and go in Bowling it is fantastic for an absolute first date it is great for birthday parties family events family reunions or just any kind of reunion and it's just amazing all the way around even though the foods are pretty pricey but it's normal when it comes to every k

Clean & spacious with lots of things for every age to do. Laser tag, arcade games, bungee jumping, bumper cars, roller skating, pool, air hockey, and bowling...there's lots to choose from. The prices are reasonable & there's lots of places to sit.

Me and my buddy had went here and expected to have a good day, but the person working at the laser tag kicked my friend out for accidentally tripping to someone who was running and while he was putting his vest up the worker came up and started to check a vest and hit the gun part at his leg and damaged his phone. This was overall a bad experience for me and my friend.????????

It is so fun! They have a lot of stuff to do there. They have bowling, arcade games, a bungee jumping thing, laser tag, a laser maze, roller skating, and bumper cars. Would definitely recommend.

This place is OK. It could definitely use an overhaul. They had these second-hand church pews as benches... I understand that, but at least clean them first. We had a fun time with family, and that's really all that matters.

I have patroned this place many times over the years and it is still one of the better places to go noth of Nashville. We went Saturday with my teenagers and the still loved it. The workers were helpful and efficient with so many different activities going on aside from bowling. Food is on the pricey side, but it is good and I recommend the pizza and wings.

I took my preteen granddaughter to a birthday party here. It was wonderful. A wrist bracelet for admission allows you to play games for hours. There is also food available. She had a great time!

Shocked by good reviews here?. If this place sets the bar for five star review than I'm a mermaid. Half the employees here simply sit around and collect a paycheck. Here's proof. This is on a busy Saturday evening with kids in LONG lines and parents walking around looking for help. 7 of the employees just hanging out and ignoring anyone who came to the table and asked for help. If this was my kid I would feel so ashamed. This place lacks a strong leader.

Nice clean environment. Lots of fun for the kids. And grown up can play a game of pool and have a few drinks

A lot of arcade games seemed to be taking our money without letting play or were not working. Had one employee manning both the Lazer tag and skate rink ...lots of Lazer tag vests not working or would malfunction during play..then never get put to the side to be fixed or so next group would know isn't working ..they just keep putting back up on the wall and the attendant didn't seem to know or at least care about how they worked . But I will be back bc I love Lazer tag and it's the only place in town! Stil

Fun place just needs to be a little updated. It's a decent amount to do here, though

Went in on a work lunch and ordered a simple cheese fries and a drink from the concession area. It took 25 minutes for the order to come out. I took three bites and threw the rest away to get back to work. Needless to say, will never come back here again.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. They were eager to help. They were eager to fix any even slight problems (ex: one bumper wasn't fully working). They were quick to help without any concern.

Clean, modern bowling alley. Other arcade type games, bumper cars, etc. As places like this go, it's very nice. Wednesday night $2 per game bowling was great (but double it if you need shoes). Friendly staff. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the pizza.

Nice place frendly staff large selection of family fun would recommend

Had a blast with the family. Celebrated my nephew 6th birthday. The staff is always kind. The place is always clean. Great place for the family.

This place is awwweeesome. Seriously, a wristband for 13.50 gets you unlimited roller skating, bungee jumping, laser tag, gigantic whack a mole , bumper cars and some bowling. Theres also an arcade , food and bar. We were there on a Monday, bar didn't open til 5pm..still a great find though. We were there like 7 hrs.

The wristband is pretty expensive. But it can be a nice place to have a fun evening with your family. Some of the other guests were rude, cutting line, but I guess that's not the fault of the company. They refunded us the ticked that we were cut out of.

Way to hot. Got fans blowing hot air. Plz fix

The entertainment is alright, although they could have a few more arcade games. But the low point is it takes entirely too long to get your food from the Conway Bar and Grill. They should do a better job with service in terms of getting your food. Waiting almost 2 hours just to get a patty melt. Ridiculous.

We had the BEST time here! I held my daughter's birthday party here and I was really nervous because of Covid, but the manager Gracie was SO accommodating and considerate in so many ways that it made this birthday the best in a very long while (Every Covid month FEELS like a year, you know?) We got the extreme birthday package and upgraded to the VIP bowling area so there was plenty of distance between us and other customers and the children we able to space out and eat together safely. There was SO much

Wait time is ridiculous and then they tell you it's a specific amount of time and then you're here waiting for 2 to 3 hours and then they're like oh it's a big room that they had to put them into before us but how are we supposed to know them?

Literally WILD. Also Sunday at 4:45 and no one is here but they stack you bowling on top of each other so other families kids are running over to your lane grabbing your balls constantly when they absolutely could look at the lanes like every other bowling alley and determine the best place.

Great place for the whole family, wrist bands are are very affordable. The food is good and affordable

This place is great. My kids had the best day. We bowled, skated, played games, had lunch and so much more. We will be going back.

Sadly the arcade is gwttingbsnaller, but our 4 yro still had a great time.

This is a great place to go especially with your little ones. They have a lot of fun things for them to do and the restaurant has good food. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is nice and helpful.

Pro shop is great for grabbing something you need, or even get holes filled or drilled...very knowledgeable and quick worker

Grandkids has the best time ever b4 we got 7inches of snow

We had a lot of fun here, Nice bowling alley, video games were good, but by the time we left many were stuck, and couldn't be played

This was a great way for our young kids to have fun and yet not go to an overly crowded place. The staff were friendly, kids had a blast, and I was not stressed out.

Expensive but very fun for kids and parents. Kids had a blast!

We always have a good time and experience (2 childrens birthday party so far this year) at Hendersonville Strike & Spare. We bowled with 4 grandkids 9, 8, 6, 4 year old who had a blast learning to bowl. It being 2022 & a Wednesday afternoon the staff were short-handed so some of the rides were not available in the children's play area which left the birthday girl very disappointed. Either way we'll be back!

This is going to be a long post because when you receive excellent service, people should hear about it. We planned a family reunion outing to this place, with close to 80 attendees ranging from 5 weeks to 75 years old. We purchased unlimited ride wristbands for the children, who enjoyed skating, bowling, bungee jumping, bumper cars, and a variety of games. Many teens and adults also spent time skating and bowling. Our older adults enjoyed the pool table or relaxed at the bar. Everyone had a wonderful time!

Such a great place. So many things to do in one building.

Was the best birthday party we have had n a long time!! Going back forsure!!

My girls had a party there and it was absolutely great. Not crowded, staff very friendly and the kids loved it. We will definitely go again!!

John is so charming and makes me want to come more often. Give this man a raise ASAP!!

Employees aren't very friendly, I'm not sure what that's about. It wasn't just one either, it was quite a few. I don't plan on coming back and I hope that other family members choose a different place. Now , the two ladies taking the food orders were the only ones with a pleasant attitude. I wanted to tip only them but once she told me the tips were shared, I decided not too. Work on your customer service, train your employees better.

Fun place for families to have family time with games, bowling, me and my children love Lazer tag, they also have skating, bumper cars and more, usually the food is good, but today the nachos were not that great. Summer time they have kids bowl free 2 games that you have to sign up gor and we took advantage of that today.

No ball pit and slides as advertised. It's for private events only. Feels understaffed but still fun for my kids.

Not enough employees to cover all the activities. Place was a little dirty. Bowling alley was nice. Some attractions were not open. Not worth the full price but the early special would be the only way for us to go back. I would simplify the place as average at best.

Good place to have family fun.

Half the machines were broke and cafe area was crazy messy from people leaving tables. Skating was fine, bowling looked fine.

Went here with family. Dropped around $200 for everyone to have access. Unfortunately every other machine was broken. Don't know if we came at a bad time but it was very hit and miss. Went for the big play pin they advertised online. When we arrived they said it was for party?s only. When we asked to schedule one they then told us it hasn't been opened since Covid. I don't know if the employee was using that as a reason to not help us or if it was true. If so they need to not advertise it as available. Ki

This is the most inexpensive place with so much to do. My son loves it here. We go multiple times a year and get wristbands. They only cost anyways from 15 to 22 per band and you get to spend all day in there.

Did a birthday party here over the weekend and had a great experience. Staff was nice and helpful. Value was great. Food was good too!

Lots of fun. A lot of choices of stuff to do

We love going bowling here and taking our kids. Last time I won a giant rainbow duck in a claw machine, and a few smaller stuffies, and ducks. The Marvel Avengers coin machine is fire and you can get so many tickets by getting all the Infinity Stones. I spent probably $40 on it. My daughter had the most tickets ever.

Not cleaned and not maintained Properly at all. It could make a nice party place if maintained more.

They was friendly and they take the stuff off my truck, even when I was early

Weekdays, the band (wrist), is $14.00's includes bowling one game, trapeze, skating, virtual reality, laser tag, snack bar, video games, and it isn't busy during the week..

Kids had a blast. They bowled, rode bumper cars, roller skates and much more. Great Fun for a great value.

Terrible employee quality and almost nothing to do. Will not come back worst experience ever

My family and I went there yesterday for my grandsons and boyfriends birthday Day I called ahead to check pricing the man was very kind and knowledgeable and in fact when I got there he remembered talking to me.The pricing for 5 people with wristbands was extremely affordable. The food was priced extremely affordable and delicious. We had a blast and will definitely come back here from now on. Thank you

Omg way better than Holden/adventure center. More BANG for your buck and lots to do wit 3+ year old kids. Paid less than $100 for 6 wristbands. Will be my weekly spot!!

It's really cool! The facility is clean, neat and orderly. If I had one thing to say, it would be that the way they assign bowling lanes is strange. They had several open, but wouldn't assign anymore until everyone on either side (they have lanes on two sides of the building) was gone. So we waited about 15-20 minutes.

We had a birthday party here in the private soft play area. Definitely reasonably priced we were able to have a character come in and there's a 4-Hour window that you have allotted for your time. We were allowed to order food on the day so no pre-ordering. We received everything that we requested however I do not believe that the room was cleaned before we entered we were finding used utensils under the tables, the trash bins were full we were having to ask for additional trash bags to get things ready. Our

This is fun, great place for kids and adults to unwind. Love it

Every other frame, the lanes messed up. Some frames allowed 3 balls. After talking to the people at the rental desk, they moved us to another lane. The same thing happened. Their reply was oh you just have bad luck." They just lost 6 bowlers. We won't be back

This place is great, tons of activities for every age over 4yo. We will Def go back. Thanks for having dollar general employees!

This place has lots of things to do including bowling and games as well as laser tag. You can also so order food and alcohol. Great place for any size groups.

This place has a kid friendly atmosphere.

Not just a Bowling Alley here. This place has a bar area, pool table, roller rink, laser tag, bumper cars, a ?bouncy thing?, plenty of bowling lanes plus a VIP section for bowling. Most of the area was clean but there were areas that just looked nasty and like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Staff: 1) most seem rather young 2) a lot, not all, do not appear to be too motivated 3) they were friendly tho

Workers are very typical high school workers. Apathetic and not super helpful. It was moderately clean. Bowling was good. People were respectful and patient even though it was packed.

Went there Thanksgiving weekend and this place was so much fun for both kids and adults! We bowled, roller skated, the kids bungee jumped, did laser tag, played arcade games for tickets and then some of the adults went and played a round of pool. Truly something for EVERYBODY! And the food was also DELICIOUS! There was plenty of parking, the place was clean, the staff was friendly and the kids loved it! Will definitely go back when we visit TN again!

Came in at 9:30 and half the lanes were shut down. We were put on a wait of 30 minutes because of this. The bar is a 10/10 though. Gave us nice drinks while we waited. Give that girl a raise because she's carrying this place.

This USED to be a place I would take my family for good clean and fun environment! We had my sons birthday party there and will NEVER return again. When I say I needed to shower when I got home that's an understatement. So dirty, light fixtures falling off the walls, and filth everywhere. Employees just leaving their stations after waiting in line 30 plus minutes. And the bad attitudes the employees had was crazy. We were polite and respectable. And over HALF of the games/ rides broken. Arcade machines just

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
