HeadPinz Fort Myers

Second time i use this facility. I had my little ones bday celebration in March and It was a delight experience. Catherine made the planning and accommodations super easy and stress free.Sophia was our host for the time there and she was amazing she took care of everything so we can enjoy ourselves. Looking forward for next year!!!

We rented the private lanes for a company party and it was great! Perfect spot for our group. Pizza, wings and our own private bar. Loads of fun was had!

Great atmosphere. Only downside we experienced was a number of the arcade games were down and there were no clear signs that they weren't working.

Had a great experience at HeadPinz in Fort Myers! Angela and Rachel were absolutely wonderful?super friendly and made the visit even more enjoyable. We ended up spending most of the day here as we waited for our flight. Highly recommend!

The worst service ever I had at this restaurant. There were more than 5 staffs and only 3 groups of customers, no body is coming to take orders but just chatting. The server has never brought silverware so I had to eat my food with picks from a burger my kids ordered.

I have been to many bowling alleys, and this one is my personal favorite. I love that they have 3 different bowling areas. We did the VIP this time we will definitely try the classic next time. Very cool place! 1st time there and love all the options especially the ping pong and pool options as well as a pretty nice arcade. We did get the option where a pizza was included with our lane rental and we had three lanes the first person got there from Lane 1 and as soon as they checked in the pizza was ordered so it showed up before everyone got their that was the only downfall. Everything else was great and we had a wonderful time.

I recently attended a work event here and I had such a good time that I returned with a group of friends 2 days later. The food was surprisingly good, especially the wings. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice family gathering.

Update one year later April 2025! What a turn around. The "trash management" has been replaced. Jacob the manager and young Collin were amazing. We come every year. I had a terrible experience at HeadPinz Fort Myers. I reserved a VIP lane online, where I was told one price that included shoes and an unlimited number of bowlers which I paid. However, when I arrived, I was informed that was incorrect, and I had to pay separately for each person. When I asked about the discrepancy, Jasmine was not helpful at all. We did a Groupon and did the axe throwing. I like that there's different games and levels you can play. They had an attendant that showed us how to best throw. Audio system on the Fritz? Loud static every few seconds . So pound it's unbearable. They say it's management upstairs. Iam the only one at the bar with two bartenders. Not really bartenders but two nice 19yo that are serving drinks. Service is beyond slow. Usually are fun place but I guess Memorial Day all the good staff is off. Headpinz is a great place for large crowds. Nice place to get a little something to eat, play some games, and bowl a few rounds. Food is your typical bar style food but I wouldn't recommend the pizza. The cheese seems like it's artificial or poor quality. You have to chew on it for a long time for it to break down and finally be able to swallow.

I have had 2 bad experiences at headpinz, I swore I'd never go back. This time it wasn't as bad. The pizza is terrible and the pickle fries as well. But the ease of the kids bowl free was good.

We came to bowl with 9 kids and 6 adults. We reserved lanes and then were told we had to wait over an hour. They gave us only 1 lane and had 5 open but would not let us use an open lane. Bowled in VIP Section with a party of 7, using two lanes. Jay was assigned to our group and made sure everything went smoothly from logging bowlers in to the food served. He made sure bowling shoes were delivered and constantly checked on us for refills or food order. Highly recommended Headpinz?ask for Jay!

Always have a good time at HeadPinz Fort Myers. They have great food and plenty of games to play. And their staff are very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend them and will be back again.

I had so much fun, my first time visiting. The wings were one of the best wings I've ever had. The service was great from the time we entered until we left. Bowling was fun, don't get me started on laser tag. I felt like a kid again. Can't wait to take my niece and nephew. I would recommend head pinz to anyone who wants to play and eat good food.

The manager Angela is amazing ! Super helpful through out the last few months we spend about 1500 a week there and we will continue to bring our business to headpinz . We highly recommend this place because of Angela ! She is a superstar . The server usually is standing around while this lady is making sure business is ran properly and with speed. Paid extra for VIP because they didn't have a regular lane available. When we got to the lane it was messed up because the kid next to us played with the console. The lane kept malfunctioning because of bad sensors. We switched to a different lane and got through one game without issue. This place its nice if you want to relax bowling. They also have laser tag and activities for kids and adults. They have a full bar and food menu. I Love the robots they are delivering your food and your shoes at the bowling lanes. Nice place to come for a weekend and some fun.

We had a celebration of life for our family member here. We took the pin Boyz room and the corporate room. We were given our own bartender, who was dressed in the old time bartender outfit. Matched the decor of the room. But his assistant was dressed up too, to match the decor weird to pinpoint it out but you notice things. Went here for date night with my beautiful wife. The bar had no beer on draft since kegs weren't cold. Ordered a crown and coke instead. I ordered the boneless chicken wings and a steak pub. Had my nieces 7th birthday party here, we had a great time bowling and then hit the arcade. My nieces are very athletic and high-energy, so it's hard to keep them entertained as I get older. I just can't keep up? luckily Headpinz provides enough that I can relax and enjoy the atmosphere while they have fun. The birthday party was a total success! Had a great time at our annual Christmas party with Shantoria as our server Shantoria. She had such a professional style while keeping the atmosphere light and fun which was exactly what the night called for. Yeah the robots are kinda cool, but just a sprinkle of customer service would be nice. I'm in my 30s and local and still had to flag staff down each time I went. Maybe once a year when the kids are bored on a hot rainy summer day, but other than that a pass. The industry wonders why the bowling alley is dying "great book about the the decline of social interaction btw" it just needs maybe 1-2 more employees to make sure the lanes are happy and served. Good place to kill a day but I doubt they have regulars.

When my boyfriend and I were here on a date earlier this week for our anniversary, we had a server Julia who made our experience 10x better. After the kitchen had messed up our order, she was quick to fix it and quickly might I add. She was also very polite and respectful when taking our orders. Her professionalism was perfect. This place is pretty high tech! The place is super clean for a bowling alley and doesn't have any foul odors upon entering. They have robots that cruise around and deliver food. They also send them to pick up shoes. They have private party rooms and a vintage classic bowling area that is really neat.
