Omgooodness! I love what you've done with the place! It has changed from a so-so 'at least we have a adult shop' into 'Can we please go to the Bookstore Baby??!!'. First time on this place and loved it, the lady at the front desk (can remember her name sorry) was very welcoming and explained me some products I was inquiring about. While I'm in town this is favorite adult store.

Please make the people that dont pay for booths leave. It's out of control. Edit... They have not only responded to my comment but they have taken action. The night shift is a no BS lady. Thank you for policing the arcade. She caught on quick to the people next to me messing with the lighting. Big no no. Stars added.

This place SUCKS. Bought two toys for my girlfriend and they were both defective out of the box (never used them). Took them back the next day and they told me I needed to contact the manufacturer! In this day and age this is terrible customer service. I should have known better. From the outside the place looks like a run down crack house.

The service is excellent, the lady in front is so nice and the products are awesome, but there is this old guy who is cleaning who is so enoying when you're in the arcade booth, he talks to you when you're interacting and is just so enoying, I would not recommend to get in the cabins when he is around
