Happy Days Bingo

Reviews Summary

The reviews show a mix of experiences, with many praising the friendly staff and fun atmosphere (especially for bingo), while others criticize high costs, poor payouts, and inconsistent service. Ratings are polarized—5-star reviews highlight great customer service and enjoyment, while 1-star complaints focus on rudeness, misinformation, and unfair gameplay. Customer Reviews

I have the best time. all employees were excellent and so helpful, friendly. And the people were friendly awesome who also playing bingo. Not like a bingo I used to go to before I found this bingo. The other bingo place is definitely out , and this is my new one

It's such a fun place to go my mother has gone there many years before me I recently started going and now I am a professional bingo player professional player as they say when I go and check the bingo balls, staff are knowledgeable funny kind understanding but the reason why I go is to spend quality time with my mother if I win that's a plus if not I still enjoyed my time with my mother because she loves bingo

As always the heat worst THAN EVER MORE THAN 2 YEARS ASKING NICELY NOT RESULTS !!! Less keep it cool. What happened with the A/C it feels like a Turkish bath it has been awhile... NEEDS NEW UNIT FOR SURE ??what happened air conditioning is . Hello Nathan broken air condition still it has been a long time you should take care of you customer is about time. I least have the courtesy to by portable a/c unit

First time here. Had a great time

Not a great experience. Not even because the amount of money I spent, played the Pot of Gold machines, Fire Links and Lighting Links.... And got ONLY my bet back twice on Pot of Gold. And absolutely NOTHING on ANY of the links!!! But when I asked the floor attendant about specials & tournaments.... Her response was, yea they do stuff some nights. But couldn't tell me anymore. Didn't know days, times, amounts.... NOTHING. Definitely didn't give me any interest in returning.

I am a regular player at Happy Days arcade better than most (happy days 5 ??, Peggy makes it a 1??) but I noticed Peggy doesn't seem to provide customer service . It's always you have to walk and find her, and when you do she is on her phone more than a regular break schedule. I now arrive when the best staff members are in. When I walk in and Peggy is their I will leave and go back home, not worth the stay.

Haven't been in a very long time we were thinking of going tonight however when I searched and searched I could not find any info on their pack cost and very important to any bingo player their payouts..Any other bingo I look up this info is easily available and should be....Still ?? Amber and believe she has worked very hard to keep the doors open and build the business..Maybe someone can tell me how to find this info

Been going for the last 2 months with my bestfriend and we have so much fun! Thank you Amber for always helping us to figure out what we want to play!

Place is beyond expensive will very little payout!! They started at 615 then at 730 intermission for 45 minutes it was Awe ful waiting because of there arcade they go in there and make us bingo players wait till 800 to start playing again!! Then manager tells caller to slow way down they gotta make it till 9, well that kinda tells you how many games they play. There is only 5 to 6 regular games on your pack with max of 4 parts 3 out of 6 only have 3 parts.. the other 6 to 7 games are all specials!!!! Total

Been coming here for the last 2 months with my best friend and I love it. The staff are amazing, highly recommend!

As much as I would like to Give this place a Higher rating I would like to say; I cannot at this point! a Friend & I had come to the Arcade before but it had been months before different workers, & they were Very welcoming & had wonderful hospitality! However I come here tonight & the woman who was working was VERY Rude, she didn't greet us nor offer water!! I was unaware that I couldn't cash out because it's ?A rule? that they have plastered all over the walls & machines saying you can't cash out on anythi

My husband and I came here today and they're not open. I'm not sure why they say they're open 24 hours

Super nice and friendly staff who will gladly explain everything since they play lots of types of games. Clean with both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Lots of fun.

I enjoyed myself customer service was nice the only problem is they need new chairs the chairs that you sit in the role go down why you sitting in the chair so you can you become like comfortable two midgets sitting at the table

If you buy big your gonna win again again and again. And others will look at your direction and say. That same person wins over and over again. Try it but if your going go big

Great place to go. Very nice people. Lots of fun. Free drinks.

The staff is great! The payouts are not so much. The staff is absolutely amazing though.

Nice people a fairly gd bingo I'm on vacation here from Massachusetts n Bingo is Quite different from back home

A bit pricey but many games and extra to add so that is why it gets costly. If you like bingo and have played before you will enjoy it.

Great people and prizes and it's going thru a transformation and more money and prizes, check it out soon !

The service there is absolutely great especially this one kid named Dustin

Verne and his crew are great! Fun bingo with modern machines or old-fashioned paper bingo.

My favorite hometown bingo. Everyone should come out. The arcade is amazing as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
