We began going to Great Wolf back around 2022. I think we average 2-3 trips a year here, it really is an incredible value if you book selectively. Aqua Park tickets are included with any room booking, so if you book for one night you get access to the park included on check in day, and even for the rest of the day AFTER checking out. Booking selectively Sun-Thurs, you can usually secure a room for $150-$200 after resort fees and parking, which for 5 of us breaks down to 30-40 dollars a person. I can't take

The parking is $25/night. There is a $100/night incidental charge. There was a few things broken prior to our stay in the room. Everything was fun for the kids. Not a lot of adult things to do. If you want to ride water slides, be prepared to carry a raft up flights of steps. Places to eat closed at 8, not a lot of restaurant options. The view on our balcony wasn't good either. Overall it wasn't a bad place for kids.

Pam in security made such an impact on our stay! The first person we had the pleasure of meeting when we arrived. She was patient, friendly, humorous, and ready to help. We loved the Waterpark. It was just as described on the website and so much fun. Seats are limited, except you get there early. The Rope course was nice both for children and adults. I stayed at this hotel in a newly built building, and it was clean and nice. However, it took a long time to park because there was no parking space for hotel guests and simple water park users. Also, there seemed to be no limit on the number of people in the water park. It was so crowded that I was very worried about the safety of my children. Staff is wonderful, mountain tower is new but farther away (lodges are dated but closer). Def appropriate for young kids, I have a 5 and 3 yr old, they had a blast. Just wish they had a bigger pool indoors for as crowded as it gets. The pools were absolutely filled with people and a lot of kids just cannonballing and splashing everywhere constantly. I'm very torn about Great Wolf. The staff was very friendly and professional! We had the pizza and fries as well as a pretzel with cheese and it was sub par. I wasn't really impressed with the rooms. Had a light shining in my eyes from one of the buildings across the way. The curtain was broke so I couldn't close it the whole way to block the light. Avoid breakfast buffet at Timbers Table and kitchen. $27 per person for below average food. Also, we had to fill out how we wanted the eggs, 2 out of 7 omelettes were made wrong. The server lady didn't accept that they were made wrong instead told us thats what we ordered. On top of that charged us $48 automatically in tip may be because we were party of 12. But all she did was showed us the table, where food is and brought omelettes to our tables. Paid $299 for breakfast.

I remember when this was an affordable place to come to before the renovations were done. The room prices has jumped $200 to $400 a night. I decided to go to the water park for the day since it was cold and raining so the outside one I have season tickets to we couldn't go. This is the best water park resort in the Poconos, offering excellent service and an unforgettable experience for kids. There are plenty of activities to enjoy beyond the indoor water park. We had a fun short trip, but the water park is chaotic. There is no structure, no rules, barely any monitoring, and it is simply overwhelming. We knew it would be crowded and that was fine, but the employees don't even put out tubes for the slides?there were like 3 double tubes being shared between hundreds of people, no communication from employees, zero structure in the lazy river (kids jumping in from the sides, masses without tubes or parental supervision, unsafe behavior). We had so much fun! At check in, we were greeted by Djenna, who was awesome. She helped us with some minor issues and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the water park, the dance party, the bedtime stories and the arcade. Bonus, there was a dunkin by the elevators on the 1st floor!! There were so many restaurants and mini markets for late snacks. The entire staff was so nice and accommodating the whole time. We will definitely be returning!

Rooms were exactly as pictured. Beds very comfortable! Waterpark was always packed but still so much fun. Food is very very expensive. We ended up getting delivery most nights. Doordash isnt usually cheaper but in this instance it is. Overall Great Wolf is expensive but so worth it. Kids had a blast and we have already gone twice this month. Kids are asking to go back already.

The service I received was five stars, my checked in and out was smooth. The staff at the all-you-can-eat was very accommodating with medical issues, and they were kind and professional. my room was clean, spacious and there were unlimited supplies for me and my family. There were bountiful of activities for the family to do. The only recommendation I would give, is that they need to have more activities for pre-teens and teens.

Decor throughout the place is great. Customer service had some issues with. Got billed for extra passes and took a week to get it settled and refunded. Parking lot is always filled. Otherwise kids loved it. They enjoyed the Magiquest activity. None stop fun in the Waterpark. Be careful they will try to get you to upgrade for anything. $$

We love the water park and it's quite big. I don't love the entrance to the great wolf lodge. Very crowded and they always have dance parties and shows right where you are trying to get through. It's definitely a family affair. Hard to find parking. Overall it was a great time

My stay was from 6/1-6/4 My experience was absolutely terrible. I felt as if my black family were not accepted. While trying to get drinks from the indoor pool area, we were told we would not be served while being of age. Also, when purchasing two (2) of the refillable cups, the refillable part of said deal was not kept on your employee?s side. I love this location. There are plenty of water slides and things to do with kids of all ages. I was bummed when it started raining because my kids really wanted to do the obstacle course they have outside. The rooms are very spacious and they have balconies. The restaurants on site are expensive so I didn't eat at them. This location is near a lot of stores. I would definitely go back here again.

The lines were entirely to long with 1 person as customer service. No matter where you went? you had a line with an unnecessary wait time. I deemed it unnecessary bc they could add more workers. Some of the workers I came across were rude and unprofessional. One worker was on the phone while trying to talk to me. I did however? enjoyed the basketball pool as well the wave pool. The lazy river I find not as fun as some other water parks near by. They really need more tables and chairs to accommodate people

The facility and experience was great, my family had a nice time. Reason for the 2 stars is due to the Great Wolf Lodge allowing their 'timeshare' partners to spam customers. I was transferred from the Great Wolf Lodge customer service, they told me to speak to their partners for promotions. I was transferred to a 'timeshare' representative who signed me up to receive spam emails and phone calls. Note I refused their timeshare offers. Rooms and hospitality are good but the water park lack of proper management and set up so you can't ride much. Yes you may pay $600-900 a night but they don't have enough tubes to ride. You may have to fight or wait half an hour for the lazy river riders to give away their tubes. Very poor management and no effort to solve the issues. If you really want water park and not the themes rooms, you better off go to normal water park -much better management for fraction of the cost.
