First off, rides were amazing! As an adult, I was thrilled! My kids enjoyed themselves as well. There is also an outdoor pool. It's shallow, but there are a ton of chairs if you want to soak up some sun. Gluten-free pizza was good! Things we didn't enjoy so much: bedtime story was crowded, and everyone was talking. There were speakers all around, but we still couldn't hear. It's like no one could be bothered to pay attention. The rooms don't have towel racks. You have to hang swimsuits and towels in the clo

Very fun with the water park having lots of different areas and slides to fit all needs. With multiple restaurants and games in the resort there will be something for everyone! There are also multiple restaurants around the resort if you want to get out for a little bit. Room service and customer service were very helpful! Our experience at Great Wolf Lodge - Maryland was truly wonderful! If you're a family of five, the room with two beds and a pull-out sofa in the living area is perfect and comfortable. For families of six or more, you can book two connecting rooms, and there's also a sofa bed available for extra sleeping space. The rooms were mid, but clean. A tile had fallen off the wall and needs to be repaired. The check-in was slow and needed assistance with our wrist bracelets because when purchasing items there were problems so the wristbands needed to be replaced. I've now been to Great Wolf Lodge three times. The resort has a lot of positive features but also has a significant number of glaring issues. When we visited today, they were out of veggie burgers and so our vegetarian family basically had to live off of onion rings and nachos while poolside. Everything was extremely expensive and/or overpriced. The resort needs more hot tubs and accommodations for adults, such as an on-site spa parents can relax in while their kids are playing.

Our first time there, we added a birthday package and meal plan when I reserved our room (kids cabin suite). The meal plan was super helpful, you can order food from any of the restaurants including Dunkin on the great wolf app and it will alert you when ready for pick up. Our room was ready well before the 4pm check in time which we really appreciated! But our birthday package wasn't in the room and the door wasn't decorated so we called the front desk and they quickly brought the items we were missing to

Cleanliness and customer service were both A+. The centralized design of all of this has pros and cons. We didn't have to run around the building to get everything, but the kids were seeing everything. Since we planned on doing an all attraction pass, it wasn't as big a deal as if we hadn't planned to do so. Food was expensive, but expected, just wish there had been more healthy options. This Great Wolf lodge was a mix of good and bad. Since it's fairly new the room I stayed in was good and clean and the water park was great and fun for the kids. One thing I really missed was the lack of a hot tub that kids can enter like they have at the one I went to in the Williamsburg, VA location. They don't even have a hot tub for adults! Overall, it was a nice stay. We enjoyed the clean room. The beds were comfy, and check-in was super easy. The only negative would be how dirty the steps were at the water park. There was lots of dirt & hair. I thought by the next morning they would be clean, but no. I would recommend wearing fitted water shoes so you don't get gross hair on your feet from walking up the stairs to the water slides. Also, I'm not fond of the parking fee either!

Our family has been here before and was very pleased on our first visit last year. This year they start charging $15/night for parking. Drove pretty far to get here for my daughter?s birthday weekend. As soon as we get to our room we pull out the sofa bed and there was something nasty on the mattress. I understand amusement parks will be pricy , that was not the issue but when receiving food example nachos they were very light on the nachos for the price should have been a meal for $17/18 but instead barely a snack. We staying at the lodge for one night. A massive storm blew through and the power surged and was knocked out for over two hours. Ok nature happens. Staff made zero announcements during that time over any kind of system or loudspeaker. No one knew what was happening. This is a place for strictly kids. It's very small, you can hold You breath and walk to the other side of the building no problem. There's nothing here for adults except alcohol. How responsible of them to let the only adult thing to do is not be sober infront of your kids. There isn't a lot of lifeguards at the swimming section. It's every man for themself. The lockers are 20$ for the smallest ones. The lines for the slides are so long that you probably wait up to 20 minutes or longer to ride down a slide

Lovely family friendly resort. Secluded from the urban hustle and bustle. The water park is amazing, they have an inside, as well as the outside pool area. The food choices could be a tad better, but places like this usually tend to only offer fast/fried foods. Other than that, I highly recommend the place.

Overall, we had a great experience. The rooms were clean, check in and out was painless, prices were what we expected for an amusement parks. We do wish there was more for toddlers and preschoolers. But wanted to share an incident that happened regarding one of the lifeguards. This place use to be awesome. Now it's a day of stress and chaos. The lazy river now looks like an intercity ghetto pool. Unsupervised children not on tubes swimming up and down the river blocking the whole thing up. No staff enforcing the rules. Prepare to wait 35-40 minutes to ride any of the watersides because there is 1 staff member managing 4 different slides. Good luck finding a drink. All the 4 dollar per drink vending machines are empty. Never again.

Beware of the hidden fee monster! $15/day for parking even if you're staying at the "resort" as well as a $40/day "resort" fee. Also I hope you dont like coffee or alcoholic drinks or food because they will make you pay dearly. Alcoholic drinks in a can are almost $11 each. $20 for a personal cardboard flavored pizza. Everything was great with our stay the only thing that I didn't like was that they have this SUPER TINY hot tub that's only outside and can fit maybe 15-20 people if they're all shoulder to shoulder for the ENTIRE LODGE! I'd rather drive the 4+ hours to the Williamsburg VA location for this one reason since they have a hot tub bug enough for multiple families and it's adults only for that area so you can relax for a minute.

Staff had no idea how to help with anything. Rooms were clean, no microwave in room, it's in the hall and has to be shared. Fridge didn't work....they plugged it into a different outlet and said it kept kicking a breaker, couch sleeper was not a pull out mattress...more like a hospital couch. very uncomfortable. We stay at GWL every year for my son's Birthday Celebration. I may never return to this location particularly. My room was terrible . The bed was horrific . The pillows were so light . Not a firm pillow available there they said. So pack your own . ?? The shower was unacceptable. The shower curtain was moldy and to small for the shower rod. At the end of the night I was so happy to shower only to recieve nothing but a low pressure cold shower with no soap. So, I recommend showering early, early morning.

If I was anyone, I'd take the extra time and go to the Poconos for camelback or Kalahari. This GWL is terrible. First off, the chlorine levels are so high, you develop either chlorine rash, or develop chemical burns from the chlorine. Then, when you go to shower off in the showers at the waterpark, there's no body wash or shampoo. When I was drying off, there were flies in the stall, and it reeked of urine. Great family experience for children of every age. My wife and I brought our 3yr old son and 2yr old daughter. The check in process was quick and easy. We went during the week. Not crowded at all. Price was pretty affordable compared to the weekend. Eating options all around the venue. There is no fitness center, however there is plenty of room to jog around the hotel. parking can be a problem. More so the distance from the venue if you are not luxury.

Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. Asked for a room close to an elevator for health reasons and they gave the closest room possible. So grateful! Kids had a blast, no trouble finding a place to sit, tons for everyone to do. We will be back!

Kids were unsupervised and one kid almost drowned because the parents weren't around. The room was nice but the air conditioner kept making a loud noise like a train I even changed rooms and the same thing happened.The water park is small but sorta fun. My family and I stayed for a night with our extended family. I attended with my daughter for only 1 day. In that 1 day, I ordered 2 food items, and both items had chunks of plastic in them. I had to have both items remade. I did not ask for a refund but this would have been something nice to be offered given the circumstances. Instead, just getting the items remade was enough for me and I informed a kitchen manager about the issue as well as completed the survey they sent me after my stay to make sure someo

We've been here 4 times & our kids always have fun. This time, we found sheets stained with blood, juice, coffee and hair in all 3 beds; crumbs were stuck to the mattress of the couch bed; & dirty underwear were left next to the couch by previous guests. It took over an hour to have someone bring us new sheets while the kids were waiting to go to sleep. The next morning, I asked for a 12pm checkout since the kids couldn't lay down in their beds until almost 1am, which they did give to us, as well as a vouch
