This place is definitely an experience! Me and the family are really enjoying ourselves and we are only on day one have two more days to explore. They have lots of activities to keep the kids entertained and exert all their energy. They have bars for us parents whom like to enjoy our libations while the kiddies play :) The rooms are uniquely designed and clean. Customer service is great! They are all so helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They are bit pricey but for the service they provide it is well worth
My family and I had a BLAST at Great Wolf Lodge. This place is perfect for families with kids aged 3-13. I'm sure kids outside this range would enjoy themselves but this age range is the sweet spot. There are plenty of areas to splash around for smaller kids and thrilling water slides for the older crowd. I love that the outdoor pool is only 3' 6" deep so I didn't have to worry about my 8 year old accidentally wandering off to the deep end. I was also really impressed with the lifeguards. There was always p
I am pretty disappointed by our stay this time around. We have come a few times a year for the last couple of years and usually really enjoy our stay. This time around I honestly feel like it was not worth the money. The room was not clean. There was old pee on the toilet and the toilet bowl was stained. The people in the room beside us had poop on the back of the bathroom door. The rooms did not smell fresh. Also, I can say that the self parking fee is ridiculous. We bought the pup pass and still had to pa
My daughter was so gracious to ask me to go with them to celebrate one of my grands birthday, this was the big 10 for him. My experience was awesome. The drive was about 1 hr and 30 minutes for us which was fantastic. The staff everywhere was polite, the different water amenities were so much fun, in addition to all of the other indoor activities, like rock wall climbing, bowling, hole in one, rope walking, and arcade just to name a few. The food was good, especially the veggie pizza and wings. We tried dif
Stopped in to simply tour this place. The guy that was directing traffic provided a wealth of knowledge and he was so nice and polite: That's what I call putting your best foot forward, they put the right guy for the right job in the right place. So the theme here is about the Great Wolf and mountain ridge, mining and panning, and climbing. Surely this place is a kid's dream! Plenty of restaurants, candy shops and ice cream shops. We couldn't get into the adventure area where the water park is but I could s
First off I will say it was overpriced and not worth the hype. Also they don't allow you to bring ?outside food? into the park only food that you buy there. The only place you can bring your outside food is in your room or in various sitting areas just not in the water park unless you purchase directly from them. I found that ridiculous as they don't have any options to pick from and the options that are there are overpriced and not worth it. Secondly, check in starts at 4pm and you'd expect to be going to
Absolutely extraordinary. Brought my son and his good friend, and they loved it. We are going for our 6th time this June. The water park was amazing, the kids LOVED it. They went down the same orange and yellow slide over and over again. The food was good, as both kids enjoyed their burgers and fries. After we were done with our day, they were both passed out, and slept tight. However, we went every year except in 2024 and 2020 because Covid and we forgot to. Other than that, amazing! Everyone who is going
We made a 3-hour drive to Great Wolf Lodge in LaGrange, GA hoping for a fun weekend getaway, but overall the experience was underwhelming. While the hotel looks nice and is clearly designed for families, several things fell short. The water park is much smaller than expected?especially for the price. There are more affordable options closer to us with better water attractions. Our room (Wiley?s Cabin theme) was dirty, with toothpaste smeared on the wall in the kid?s area, and the AC unit was so loud it ma
We needed somewhere close to Birmingham Al for a quick, fun trip dieing Spring Break. I found out about this place online and decided it would work but was apprehensive since I'd never been. I was completely amazed from the moment we entered! The exterior is beautifully maintained and everything from parking, to luggage carts to check in was seamless and well planned. The room was very spacious and the entire place was so clean!! That was such a surprise given the number of guests this week but it was
Going to give you an honest review of this place. I've read a ton of recent bad reviews which made me nervous about coming here but so far I have been blown away! Plenty of things to do and it's all very close together which is nice it cuts down on a lot of walking as opposed to something like six flags. My boys are 5 and 7 and it is perfect for this age. You must be at least 42 inches for some rides and 48 inches for basically everything. They have 5 huge slides to go down as a family and a handful solo th
Alex was absolutely wonderful! Her energy, positivity, and enthusiasm truly made our stay extra special. She went above and beyond to make the activities fun and engaging for the kids (and adults, too!). Whether it was leading a dance party, hosting games, or just spreading joy around the lodge, Alex?s passion for her role really shined through. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a magical experience for each family. Thank you, Alex, for helping make our trip unforgettable!
Just completed our stay and the staff is amazing! My son (9yrs) had a amazing time. Dinner was priced pretty competitive with your popular eateries. The rooms were updated and could use a deep cleaning. Waterpark was alot fun! Parking was scarce and was 15.00 per day. Resort fee is 39.00 per day. Make sure you have your DL and Credit Card used to pay for your Reservation. Breakfast on site was about 25.00 per adult and the line was long. Food was just ok. Omelet station available however you have
We took our kids on a small trip here with day passes. We did not stay in the rooms or overnight, only did the water park. It was fun and clean. Life jackets and towels were available. Food was an extra charge and expensive, but that's typical for places like this. I will definitely come again and may do an overnight trip next time.
We took our grandson and 5 friends to celebrate his 11th birthday. Check-in was smooth, the staff was very courteous and friendly, and the rooms were very nice. Unfortunately, there was a bad storm (May 18, 2025), and all the power went out. The kids couldn't continue their wizard quests or swim. The breakfast we prepaid for was canceled, so we (along with EVERYONE else at the lodge) had to go to Waffle House. As a consultation, the staff made some of the paid activities like mini golf and rock climbing wal
I went here with a friend of mine and her niece and nephew. I would first like to point out that this place is pretty great for goods. It is needlessly expensive and if you bring your own food, which will save you money, be prepared to share a microwave with everyone on your floor because the rooms don't have their own microwaves. It does seem like there is a money grab around every corner. If you want to play the game that spans the whole building you have to buy access and wands. The waterpark is decent.
We really enjoyed our 1 night stay at Great Wolf Lodge Water park. You can get 2 days in at the water park for the price of 1 night as you can go to the park before your roll is ready and then go the day you check out. We didn't do any of the other activities besides the water park so can't speak to the Magic Quest (though many kids/families were doing that), build a bear, mini golf or ropes course. Our 6 year old grandson loves the water so that is where we spent our time. It was clean though the wait for
We had a great time at Great Wolf Lodge. Our room was clean, and our daughter had a blast. There's a ton to do, and everything is clearly geared toward kids, which is kind of the whole point. The staff was friendly and even took time to chat with our daughter throughout the stay, which was a nice touch. Check-in was super easy?we didn't even need to talk to anyone to get into our room. We ate offsite one night at a cool local bar/restaurant, but the food at the lodge was pretty much what you'd expect at a
Really enjoyed our stay. You can do everything in one day. Only issue I had was the ice-cream shop running out of everything towards the end of the day but it was an hour from closing. Room was spacious. The rope course was a workout that was needed.
Great experience and friendly staff from the moment we arrived-- from the person who greeted us when we pulled up, to the lifeguards, to the person renting towels, and EVERYWHERE in between. The people who work here truly love kids and families. They go out of their way to greet you and your kids, when they could just walk by. I see many reviews that lines are long and it's loud-- this is a place catered to kids. Of course it's going to be busy, of course it's going to be loud. The food was reasonably pri
This was a great place to visit. It's a bit pricey, but overall, my grandkids loved it! The rooms were nice. There was a fridge in there, but no microwave. I thought it was odd to have a fridge but no microwave, especially for the price we paid for the room. I couldn't find an iron and ironing board either.
Very conveniently located. But the customer service is absolutely terrible. I will say when I spoke to an actual human, it was great, but it took me an hour and a half to get to the front desk because the length of the line when checking in. Half of the kiosks didn't have wristbands so I had to wait in line forever and my husband and children had to wait in the car? It's not easy when your kids are excited about new experience and you tell them they have to wait in the car for over an hour. Oh, we didn't ge
This place absolutely sucks for adults. This is the biggest parent trap that ever existed. From the moment you pull into the parking lot and start getting fleeced for money, to the barcode scanners on your drink cup, to the insanely priced arcades. You can buy a PlayStation 5 for the cost of an hour in the arcade. This might be the worst value in America. This place is worse than Vegas. You're not getting out of this place for less than $1000 a day. This is my least favorite place I've EVER been. The value
This place was surprisingly very clean and I was extremely impressed by the attentiveness of the lifeguards, they were on point at all times. The rooms were clean and it was affordable. The food there is pretty pricey but it was decent. The kids had a blast every single day. My only complaint was the lack of microwave in the rooms and no bathroom fan
We recently visited this establishment during spring break and were pleased with the parking and lobby cleanliness. However, upon arrival after 8:00, we discovered the pool was closed, which seemed unusually early. Furthermore, the arcade was a letdown, with games priced at $3 to $4 per play, and the requirement to purchase a card, resulting in a $44 expenditure on card fees alone. The arcade staff also retained the card after we redeemed our tickets. On a positive note, the children enjoyed the zip line co
First things first... This is a resort. Of course, they will try to nickel and dime you at every turn. You can easily just not buy all the extras if you want to stay in budget. That's totally up to you, and I wouldn't fault the business for that. Just say no. We arrived at 3pm on our check in day and Jennifer at guest services had a room that was ready, so we were able to put our things in the room and then go to the water park. We were prepared to go straight to the water park though, just in case. But th
The lodge itself is beautiful, the service greeted everyone that serviced my family and I did it with a smile. The room itself had three bunks that fit all three children perfectly however we brought food and found there was no microwave and the children were hungry after the trip . We called downstairs and requested a microwave and it was sent right up. The downside was the parks closed at 8 pm and the lobby closed activities at 930 during spring break on a Friday night . Other than that it's a water park
Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room, i dont normally do hotels and our room felt very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we all slept very good. The lifeguards all did an exceptional job! They were all very attentive. I do feel like the wave pool and lazy river should have 2 lifeguards, one on both ends of lazy river and both sides of pool. But, all of the lifeguards were definitely doing their job to the fullest. We ate at the pizza restaurant and Dunkins but felt the other restaurants
It was our first time at Great Wolf Lodge and we had an amazing time. There is plenty for the children to do with the events and wolf pass. We were able to make funny memories this past weekend. From the the time we arrived to the time we left every staff member was friendly, had a smile, asked how we were doing and was ready to answers any questions we had. We arrived around 2:30pm EST and check in through the kiosk was super easy and our suite was already available. The breakfast buffet was great! I only
Definitely a let down. Facility was nice, however the staff running the Hungry As A Wolf eatery were definitely disorganized. They had our order wrong and then had to wait until after we were done eating to get our wings that were cold. The worst part of it was the other patrons. I got slapped in the back by children. On top of that we decided to do some mini golf and had unruly children grabbing our golf balls and throwing them. After those kids left, another set of unattended kids came in and started swin
From the start this was the worst check in experience I've ever had in ANY hotel, motel, anything. The employees were so condescending about everything. There was one exception (this person was truly a kind hearted soul) we get to the room, we have no sheets or blankets, we ask the staff who is on the floor if we could get at least some sheets and blankets. We had to ask 3 different times to get pillow cases, blankets, etc?then our fridge goes out ruins all our food for our turning 2 year old. Okay so movi
Overall, the Great Wolf Lodge was ok. Be prepared to spend a lot of money, though. Although the water park comes with your room, it was still expensive. Food was ok but very pricey for what you were getting. Beds were nice, but the rooms are nothing special. Our room?s bathroom smelled due to not being adequately cleaned from prior guests. Our grand boys had fun but were ready to leave after 2 days.
We had a great stay for my sons bday. The room was great and the lodge is such a fun place. They make a birthday very memorable for the whole family. The pool is nice and the waterpark is awesome but the woman named AnnaLee who works the slides was very rude and hateful to multiple people. Only part of our stay that wasn't fantastic was our interaction with this very rude employee. Other employees were fun and pleasant. She made not only us but other groups uncomfortable.
This was our first time at the GWL and in Georgia in general from Florida. We bought a 3 night stay with the unlimited package. I expected way more from here especially since the one in Naples had a lower rating then Georgia. The check in process was quick for us and the room was ready I would say for the price that this resort charges per night I expected better from the room they use old ac units and the bathroom is small. We got the woof ears for free and the refillable jugs but that's all you get for th
Rooms are cute and clean. Everything from parking, (nobody knew what to.do!)and what to do to get towels from the pool area, renting a locker for our things and ordering food self service from a menu board was very confusing. Says it's mobility inclusive, however had to get assistance from other guests to enter and exit the venue. I was in a wheelchair, had a Push button to open A door, but doesn't open both doors making it VERY difficult to get in without other guests assistance. Most of the venues insid
The water park is fun kinda small, prices were ridiculously high. My advice is to call the day of check in to find out will your room be ready. Check in suppose to be at 4, we arrived about 3:30 to find out they didn't have the room ready. So we had to wait around until they cleaned it. We didn't check in until 8:00 that evening. When we got in the room it wasn't totally clean dust on the night stand in both bedrooms you could write your name on them, hair in shwer I couldn't believe it and on top of that t
This is our second trip to this location. As a family with an 8 yr old son, Great Wolf Lodge is a huge hit. We enjoy the family friendly activities and the Waterpark. The rooms are nice and comfotable and even the standard rooms are spacious. Magic quest is a lot of fun, and the breakfast buffet is really good and worth the cost. Prices are high, but about what you would expect at a resort, and the food was consistently good. The things we disliked are: the rooms do not have microwaves...there is literally
I have been here a total of 4 times. Out of those 4 times I have had an issue with the room cleanliness. My latest visit yesterday I encountered the attached pictures and had a manager actually followed up at all I might?ve not made this review. (1) I called down several times to guest services no one answer. I had to physically walk downstairs to report the issue and still no one came. I then had to go find housekeeping supervisor to get the issue fixed. (2) after fixing the first issue I come back to my
I really hate to leave this review because we have visited Great wolf lodge numerous of times with no issue. This time I usually bring Lysol and spray and spray down beds because I really don't trust hotels but this time I did not and as soon as I checked out I was wondering why my chest was itching so bad until I checked myself and I had been bitten by bed bugs. The reason I know I left great wolf lodge and went to urgent care in which they stated it was bed bugs. I immediately reached out to great wolf l
Great wolf lodge is very kid friendly and safe which is what I loved. Very clean to the attractions, the water parks and the rooms. What I strongly dislike is that the place is very over priced. Everything is charged separately down to parking. You pay for expensive room (which is pretty basic but the kids will love the themed rooms) and parking is not included in your stay. Nothing much for adults to do. The food is TERRIBLE and overpriced and not good and unseasoned. Even if you door dash to the resort fo
Such an awesome experience! The kids were having a blast the entire time and the adults were more than worn out by the end of it. The room we had was great also. We can't wait to come back!
So this place is awesome, but their prices are too high for staff who just barely do their job. We stayed two nights?. Our room was only cleaned because I asked like 4 times the second night, even then they simply brought us sheets?. No blankets, worst off I told the front staff the first night my son peed in the bed,,, sheets not changed till 7 the next night. Not ok. Now Mary was fabulous and helped out so much!! Grateful for her. For these prices they could do better. Kids had fun so greatful for that.
We have been here several times and it has always been a wonderful experience. However!! This trip has been the best. We came with great friends but even more than that the staff were amazing! And they always are but this time was just extra awesome- so special shout out to Carletta, Michael M. and Myra K- they took such good care of our babies and made sure they had the best time!
My kids love it here, however some things have changed which I'm not fond of, since our last visit. You have to pay for your parking daily, it's not included the room cost. They should at least include one car in every room reservation, we pay enough for the room costs. The credit card machine was down during early check-in even though we checked in through the app, so then had to wait in the line for early check-in to get wristbands to go to waterpark until our room was ready. Then a few hours later had
The rooms well there rooms nothing special. Most of the employees look like the love there jobs cause there told too. Along with please fix up the jacuzzi/spa as not a kids baby pool. I would got my butt beat for what the kids were doing when it was a time to relax I have parents with kids that don't care and I can't count how many times I would go back to rest and just physically get kick in the nuts. Please give the adults somewhere for 5 mins to breathe
The manager Dawson was amazing. Our son with special needs lost his toy and Dawson took us to the gift shop and told us to pick anything. Such wonderful staff and an amazing experience. Great Wold Lodge always hires the absolute best people. Thank you for such a fun stay
I have to say for the money that my wife and I spent I was a little disappointed ?? with the Great WoLf Lodge in Lagrange Georgia!!! Try another Lodge in another state it might be better for as the attractions because at this one???it's only one water park which is inside. They have an outdoor pool ?? and it is ok. It was very impressing the way they had the themes set-up for the times of the day for the children ????. If we tried another Great WoLf Lodge Water Park it might be different than this one. All
Went to Lagrange, GA & had a blast at the park. I'm 45 yrs old woman & the big kid in me enjoyed myself. I noticed that the staff was helpful, the Waterpark was clean, and the food was extremely expensive. I would use Uber Eats or something similar get a day pass because it's only a 2hr drive to save $$. I liked that it was indoor bc I went April 12th & it was a windy 65 degree weather outside. I was invited by a friend but bought lunch $38 for a Chicken Taco salad & souvenir cup cost $18. Just get the comp
Update: a case was opened and I was able to send details/screenshots of my situation. They replied they'd get right back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. The good: Rooms were clean and contained the usual necessary items. It was a fun experience. The lifeguards at the water park take their jobs seriously and work hard. Staff is friendly and helpful unless you need to reach out to customer service, which brings me to? The bad: Magi Quest needs updating. Portals or wands don't work consistently. Food on site is
The entire place but especially rooms could use some revamping....service was great though. Everybody friendly and smiling ready to help as much as they could. Beds were old and run down. We brought a lot of our own food so can't comment on the food. I'm not sure I'd come back and stay overnight. The kids were done with the water park in 5 to 6 hours total. I think a day pass would be better.
This is really a great place for families as its place where you literally never have to leave if you don't want to. Our family has enjoyed our time there as much as possible. And the activities, besides the water park itself, are many. However, you better come prepared to spend a lot of money on activities and food. It can get out of hand quick on the financial end as basically everything is overpriced. And check-in can be a nightmare if you come at the wrong time and your room may not be ready on time.
First time trip to Great Wolf Lodge. The Kid Cabin Suite was a perfect size for a family of 6. Everything was clean. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. We arrived for check in after hours and we were given an extra hour for check out so we wouldn't have to rush in the morning. We purchased the Birthday Bash package for our son and it was definitely worth it! The pizza was delicious, cake was adorable, and the decorations were perfect! The water park was clean, lifeguards everywhere that were extr
We had a blast this past weekend! Staff was super friendly and we got in our room at 4pm. I was worried since I saw negative reviews, but this place was great. Pricey, yes, but we saved up and had a plan. Definitely take snacks and drinks and the pizza and other food were delicious! We had pizza twice, its that good.
We initially were supposed to come on Thursday but unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to move our date to Friday. Big Mistake price wise as we had to pay the difference and it was a vast amount per person from Thursday to Friday so if you can stick with the weekdays. We decided to do a cabana, and day pass for a fun birthday/spring break surprise. The first half was absolutely amazing, until the shift change then it went downhill. There was no one to tell we were missing things from our initia
Food is terrible in a bad way. We are just glad we didn't buy anything else, and for $17 per item food. Then the ac in room sounded like it was going to fly off every 5 mins that it shut off. For the price each night of staying I would not recommend anything. The lazy river is so small! Our kid didn't even like the wave pool as she said so small and dirty. First impressions is what wolf lodge does
Booked 3 nights at Great Wolf Lodge for our son?s 10th birthday. We're about 2 hour in to staying here and it's already been one of the most tourist trap experiences we've ever had. Staff in the lobby seem friendly but almost anywhere else you go you get people that don't care. Overpriced food that comes out wrong and taste similar quality to a microwave meal. Drink machines and dining all filthy. Arcade is small and WAY overpriced. $100 last you about 20min with one child if you're lucky. The worst part i
The rooms are standard hotel sized rooms, which was what we expected. Paying over $500 per night for a hotel room in La Grange Georgia does seem a little steep, but we were OK given that we would have access to the waterpark included. The hotel operator made their parking lot gated so that's an extra $19 per day that they don't tell you about. I booked the room through a third-party website where it showed $5 outstanding charge that would be paid upon arrival. Great Wolf invoiced me for over $300 which was
We always love a few days at GWL! In our opinion, it is a great value for what you get. We always book a 1 night stay using offered discounts and enjoy the park for 2 days. Bring a bag full of food & drinks & you are set. Lifeguards are kind and professional. Even the maintenance crew spoke to us today in passing. The only complaint this time was at The Watering Hole.. two of the bartenders stood around and chatted with the manager for nearly 10 minutes while one employee took orders and made drinks. The ma
My family and I visited the Great Wolf Lodge from Sunday until Wednesday. The stay was great; however, the water park wasn't big at all. In my opinion, it's overrated. It only had about six water slides for adults, an outdoor pool, a toddler area, and two average water slides for children and teens. It offers other activities like mini golf, Build-A-Bear, a ropes course, wall climbing, bowling, mining, and an arcade area. All of these attractions were pricey if you have more than one child. The Paw Pass al
Our family had such a blast at great wolf lodge!! Such a family friendly place with so many fun activities for the kids. Shout out to Della who when my daughter was by herself playing, went completely out of her way to make her happy. I came and saw her helping my kid and it completely warmed my heart. Most of the staff here was exceptional. Looking forward to our next trip here :)
Rooms were clean although shower had some mold. The beds were hard and old but with mattress topper. The water park it self was loud ,noisy and way over crowded that made it impossible to enjoy with your family. Kids are unsupervised and running everywhere , alot of horse playing, teenagers using profanity in front of small kids. Staff is all teenagers at the water park. If You have a special needs kid with sensory issues this is not the place for you. Food is not that great and way over priced. You p
Prices were almost doubled for spring break, even though the outdoor pool is completely closed with no notice when booking. I received an additional $300 charge when I had not purchased anything. $15 parking which you're not told beforehand when booking. The wave pool was closed down for a period, the hot tub was full of over 30 people. I paid for a late checkout and room service whoever up 30 minutes early to clean the room / telling us that we had to leave. It took over an hour to check in even with the p
Overall a great experience. This review will be able Pam in the dining area. She noticed our just married shirts and wished us a congratulations as well as a Happy Birthday to our daughter. She also said she can't wait to see us our next visit and I really felt like meant it. She has a beautiful smile. Thanks for the warm wishes, Pam!
When we arrived and got checked in, our first room on the first floor smelled like pure cigarette smoke. We complained immediately and got moved to the seventh floor where the room smelled x10 better. Although there was a dirty rag left on the floor by the cleaning crew. Tables were dusty. They also comped our breakfast for our entire stay which was very very nice, since it runs $16.99/person per day. The breakfast food is pretty good and you can have a custom omelette made on most days. The water park is w
Visited 4/20/25 and arrived about 3:30'ish although check in is at 4pm. Waited about 20 minutes before I made it to the desk which was about 10 minutes til 4. Was able to get registered and was told the rooms weren't ready and I will receive a text once they are. I understood because check in is at 4pm. 3 hours later never received a text. Visited the desk 3 times to ask when would it be ready and was told I should get a text. After the 3rd visit to the CS desk I requested a refund. I drove over 2 hours to
I'm going to address some of the negative reviews I've read. First: This is a resort. This is not motel 6. It's not Super 8. It's not even Hampton or Days. It's a RESORT. If you didn't come prepared to spend a few THOUSAND - DON'T COME to Great Wolf Lodge. Second: In case you haven't seen a single advertisement for Great Wolf Lodge ever - this resort is for KIDS. If you don't like kids, DON'T COME to Great Wolf Lodge. In my experience there with three kids on weekdays: It was just as "packed" as any other
Mildew, Boogers, and a Broken Birthday ? Great Wolf Lodge Failed Us We booked Great Wolf Lodge for my son?s birthday?his first-ever sleepover with friends. The themed bunk bed room and water park sold us. We took time off, packed up 8 kids, and were ready to celebrate. What we got? Mildew, mess, and a lot of excuses. ?? Walked into a strong mildew smell and wet carpet. ?? My asthmatic son and husband started having symptoms immediately. ?? Asked to switch rooms?told none available. ?? Offered a fan, then
Upon arrival it looked to be packed. But there is plenty of room and attractions to accomodate the amount of people without waiting forever. Very nice place. Staff and crew were top notch. 99% of the staff and crew are superior. Very very helpful and beyond polite. 3 nights was more than enough to do everything and Swim most of the day each day. Would recommend to anyone with kids.
We have stayed here with our family of 6 regularly multiple times per year for the last several years. Unfortunately we continue to be unpleasantly surprised. The last time the pool was under renovation, and this time the pool and hot tub are under renovation. Given that the only alone time my wife and I get during this vacation is normally in the hot tub, this was a big disappointment. It would have been different if we had been informed online prior to booking. The manager on duty was sweet but ultimately
We've been here a few times and overall it was fun. A few things have changed our mind. The pay to park model they implemented is less than stellar. We were there for an overnight trip from 4pm to 130pm the next day and paid 2 days parking. The food at the main restaurant is the next issue. It takes a long time to get it and they charge premium prices for mediocre food. You'd do much better to go off property. Upon checkin, we found a pile of items left in the room from the last guests and that made us ques
Great weekend experience. Rooms are a great size and very well kept, but not sound proof enough. Water park is clean, plenty of seating and floats. Slides were awesome- lines move very quickly. Resort prices. Food is good, definitely suggest using dining credits for the discounts. Would like to come back in the summer to see experience the outdoor pools. Would like to have more options for teens.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. My brother booked a family suite for my daughter's birthday, intending to celebrate with family. Upon our arrival, we were informed that we had an outstanding balance despite my brother having paid in full. We ended up paying the additional fee. After receiving our keys, we went to our room, only to discover that it was not a family suite but rather a single suite not meant for 11 people. When we returned to the front desk to clarify the situation, we were told tha
Great experience! We came for New Years and there was a whole agenda for families to enjoy. Check-in is easy with both kiosks and available desk staffs. Decor is great. Water park is nice. Restrooms in the water park need to be tended to more often. Toilets were full of tissue and stalls had debris on the floor. We will definitely return. The kids had a blast!
It is far enough from Atlanta to feel like a vacation. The facilities are nice. Two boys under 10 really enjoyed being with their dad the 3 days they were there. Boys had their own room with bunk beds and tv. Since the boys are picky eaters they went out to the local restaurants that were close by.
As a first-time guest celebrating our grandchild's second birthday, I'd like to share my feedback. The activities seemed quite satisfactory; most of the children there seemed very happy! We honestly didn't go swimming. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful in answering all my questions. The food quality was average for a venue of this type. However, our birthday party reservation at the restaurant was not properly prepared, resulting in us being seated at three separate t
The room was your basic hotel room. Nothing fancy. We just got a 2 queen bedroom. The bathroom was tiny. Paid for birthday package. Balloons were cute, and the cake was delicious. Took my 15-year-old. For an older kid, we had fun. Couldn't access the hot tub due to all the kids playing in it. Lines weren't too long at the water park, but you'll wait on line for 30 mins for coffee in the morning. Still an enjoyable experience. Would Def recommend to families with smaller children.
I am giving a 1 star rating that might be changed to a higher rating if they decide to make things right with our stay. We came for our very first visit with our daughter for her b day. We get up Sunday morning to enjoy the water park for the day only to have the power go out. That shut our water park visit down. It was very miserable lugging 3-4 kids and luggage around in the dark and having to use the stairs. We check out without raising a fuss bc we understand everyone is trying to accommodate people and
Awesome customer service He dealt with our needs in a professional manner. We need more Chris on the premises. He makes awesome pizzas too. Victoria @ check in was a breath of fresh air. Professional, pleasant, best customer service observed. She should get a bonus as well as Chris.
Michael was full of fun energy and helped encourage us as we went through the ropes course. He's an all-around positive guy, and we've enjoyed seeing him at ropes for the last two days now. Every pack member we've encountered here has been super friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice but could use a little upgrade to the pullout sofa bed. Overall I would recommend staying at least two days or more to enjoy the entire facility. Food was great for breakfast and dinner. We will be back. Spring Break Birthday Getaway.
I paid through through affirm prior to the arrival date. But when I got there what I thought was suppose to be a incidental hold ended up being a $360 charge and they still texted me after I left saying that a $99 charge will come out tonight, for what? I don't know. I also still have to pay the payments to affirm. I will change this review when that gets resolved. If it does Edit: charge was resolved. Overall experience was pretty good. The kids enjoyed it and the room was pretty clean
Basically, it's a money pit. As long as you know this going in, and avoid those many, many 'extra's' you'll be fine. The kids, ages 7 & 9, enjoyed the treasure hunt. Also, best time for younger kids is in the morning, as when the afternoon rolls around, more rowdy older kids seem to rule the place. It was a memorable spring break for the kids, so there's that. Would we go again - nope!
For dishing out over 2 grand for a 3-night stay in the Grizzly Bear Suite, I expected a better room and better service. The entry opens to a bathroom cramped tightly with a tub/shower combo and toilet with the mirror and sink oddly located outside the bathroom adjacent to the living room area. The sink had low pressure and only cold water. The living room came equipped with a full size sofa bed that barely sleeps two. Although the bedroom mattresses were decent, the sofa bed mattress was terrible and I tho
Our family had a great experience at Great Wolf Lodge, despite initial hesitation due to mixed reviews. Check-in was smooth, and we were able to enjoy the water park right away. While official room check-in is at 4 PM, they offer luggage holding and text when your room is ready?ours was ready early, which was a great perk! Water Park & Activities ? Lifeguards were excellent?attentive, proactive, and safety-focused. ? The park was crowded, so secure a table early. Lockers are available for $15/day. ? Check
GREAT local vacation! Yes, it is expensive BUT my niece is worth every cent. The passes (add-ons) for the children were worth it! The were plethora of activities for the kids and family from SUN UP to SUN DOWN! Playing next trip...
Me and the family went here for my little sister?s birthday. The hotel has a horrid smell like wet dog, the power went off for about an hour, we were not able to access the bathrooms or the water park, the staff were very rude during the time of panic and there was no microwave or iron in our room. When we went to the water park they kept shutting down the slides after we waited for our turn. On top of this everything here is extremely expensive for only 2 nights. The staff were only focused on money and th
We had a family of ten. 6 adults and 4 kids ranging from 2-6. Everyone was able to do things and was always greeted with a smile when an employee walked by. The waterpark and all activities were clean at all times and a blast to do. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
Me and my kids (age 9 and 12) and my niece and nephews (18, 13 and 11) stay here for one night, two days basically. The staff are amazing. There is a bit of a wait at checkin but nothing to really complain about. If you're from GA, you know anything worth doing here, is usually pretty busy. The kids absolutely loved the Waterpark. It's busy but the wait time in lines isn't bad at all. We didn't eat or do any of the activities here but it looked fun. I'd definitely return and recommend.
We had a great time at Great Wolf Lodge in LaGrange! The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The indoor attractions were plentiful, and the kids had an absolute blast exploring everything the resort had to offer. The water park was fun, but I highly recommend renting a cabana?without one, finding a place to sit can be a challenge. One downside was the food and beverage experience. Prices are quite high, and service takes about 30 minutes, which can be frustrating, especially with hungry k
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
