I must say I do not think this place is worth what it costs. $20 for parking after you already paid a lot of money for a room or tickets is greedy. It's a regular uncovered parking lot, not valet. Great family experience. Inside it does smell strong of chlorine and super humid. The kids didn't mind, loved it. I had to use the outside pool. If you want to shower afterwards bring the body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, well and a towel.

We enjoy our stays at Great Wolf Lodge. Most of the staff are really outgoing and nice with the occasional not so friendly personnel. Food and drinks are a bit pricey. We had such a fantastic family vacation here. We stayed 4 nights with our 2 children (4&2) in the basic room. The rooms are massive and are like a luxury hotel! The rooms had 3 beds, a couch, and a patio, and a tv! This place felt more like a luxury apartment! The food was good along with the huge lobby! The water slides were really fun but the water was kinda cold. You should try every slide! The hot tubs were very nice and warm! This hotel was an absolute masterpiece! The arcade was not rigged and was pretty easy to get a bucket load of tickets! 10/10 would recommend!

Mark is always so friendly outside the water park. He constantly makes sure it is organized and everyone is Safe. He makes conversation with families and constantly has a smile on his face. His overall Friendliness is contagious and I know coming to the water park when it opens if Mark is there it will be okay.

My family had an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the water park and all the other entertainment provided here. There were good food options outside of the lodge that were close by. Check in and check out went smooth and was easy. Overall, Great Wolf Lodge provided an accommodating and comfortable stay for our mini vacation. The USS Arizona Memorial Gardens next door was a plus.

I would highly suggest this place and to all ages. My 18yr old, 13yr old and myself enjoyed every bit of the stay. From the time you check in to every ride and shop you stop at was a fun experience. We stayed for my 13yr bday and everyone made him feel like it was his day.we stayed a couple of day and had no issue with any of the rides or anything in general.I personally enjoyed the keyless/ cashless wristband they offer and if you do have a food sensory child the cooks are more the welcome to accommodate.

Wow! I wasn't expecting it to be so good. The service was amazing. Very well kept and clean. Kids had tons of fun and the food was delicious. I highly recommend if you can get a discount on staying there. We purchased the birthday package for my son and one of the balloons popped. The reason for my 1-star review is solely based on the poor experience I've had with customer service after my stay. We go to this Great Wolf location 1-2 times per year. Our group is three adults and 4-5 kids, which is split among three families. We had an issue with our most recent booking and when I reached out to customer service afterwards to discuss resolutions, I was extremely disappointed with the response. Paid 1600 dollars for a bunk bed room and queen for 2 nights with the ultimate package. For the money this wasn't anything spectacular a full day here and you can complete all the activities several times. The food was fine I wasn't expecting much. The kids had a great time they were definitely wiped out by the end of the 2nd night which was great to get a full night's sleep before driving back the next morning.

We stayed there last Saturday and Sunday in a junior suite. The room are a little tired. The walls are banged up, as is the furniture. The beds and pillows were very good. We did food credits and enjoyed breakfast and dinner at The Lodge. Everybody was friendly and very helpful, especially the young black man in the arcade. We had a wonderful time and will be back, and looking for a cheaper deal. For 2 nights I paid just under 2k.

Amazing! Having kids and being in a kid friendly hotel where they could be loud, and crazy and act like kids without us being looked at. The rooms were nice my only issue was I asked multiple days and times for a comforter and until I asked what I think was the manager did I get one. My family and I stayed here at the end of February. What started as a nice trip quickly turned awful. After day 1 my son (who slept exclusively on the bottom bunk) had several bites on his belly. After day 2 and for the following week he developed more than 50 bites. My son got bed bugs from Great Wolf Lodge, Scottsdale. Bites confirmed from his pediatrician to be consistent with bed bugs. Awesome experience! Pleased with reservation booking, convenience of GWL app, ease of kiosk check-in and mobile text check-out. All the Staff were super helpful, very courteous, and extremely accommodating. Made for a wonderful get-a-way from every day grind with the family.

Normally we love coming to Great Wolf Lodge but this experience was horrible. They don't make you aware of a parking fee they recently implemented. The attractions were constantly closed down due to kids pooping and them having to clean it. Which I get accidents happen but add that to the fact that they are short staffed and have minimal life guards on duty and now that one of the attractions are closed the other ones are overcrowded. Definitely a safety concern. Not to mention these life guards look exhaus

The resort is awesome. Customer service is really bad and communication with guest is terrible. Booked in advanced and we checked in after a long line... after checking in we walked up to do my kids favorite slides. They were closed they said its out of there hands a mechanical issue. I just said if you communicated when we checked in we live right down the road and then they stopped replying.... I have emailed twice and tried to help/communicate what could be done better and nothing...

We had a great time with our children at the wolf lodge. Great activities for all ages. This is our fourth time visiting and enjoyed our stay. We stayed two nights and have to complain about the beds. For the fees we should have better quality beds. Super uncomfortable and the worst pillows.

We had a large group for a birthday. The first day we did a lot on the indoor part. The second day we went outside for a little while, but then everything got shut down because of the weather. Overall, we had a great time and met some nice people.

The kids had a blast. Very few working elevators. Not good. Food outrageously expensive. Not enough lifeguards. Smaller than the Garden Grove, CA location. Overall, it's fun for the kids.

This is the best place that's super family friendly! There is so much to do in just the hotel. Me and my family stayed for 2 full days and it was incredible. The indoor Waterpark was phenomenal. So many options for food including dunkin in the hotel!!!! They have a huge gift shop and much more. We will be coming back! Everyone was very reapectful. I definitely recommend the great wolf lodge for everyone if you are traveling with kiddos!!!!

We visited Great Wolf Lodge and opted for a hotel room since it was actually cheaper than buying day passes to the water park thanks to a promotional rate my wife found. We arrived around noon, enjoyed the park until about 7 PM, then used the room for showers before checking out. Everything went smoothly, and we had a great time. No issues at all!

I really wasn't impressed with Great Wolf Lodge. The water park is unique and large, and crowding wasn't really too much of an issue. The issue I had was the food. I was so terribly disappointed with the food. 15 dollar coctails, the mai thais, specifically, tasted like the plastic cups they served them in (which, like all the plastic on the site, had sharp edges) were never rinsed from the factory. The wand game they have throughout is nice to wander around and give the kids something to do when the water park is closed. Everyone is generally very nice, we had one mildly infuriating situation. Took my daughter last year for the first time and we loved it!! There is definitely a lot to do for the kiddos and all activities can be bought separately or in a bundle (wolf passes). The waterpark is so much fun with a lot of slides as well! You never have to leave the hotel!! We'll be going back again in a few weeks!

Great Wolf Lodge was a 10/10 for my entire family. I have sons ranging from teenagers to toddlers and everyone had the best time. There is something for kids of all ages. I loved how it was set up to be very manageable to keep track of your kids. All of the amenities made for such a fun stay. All of my kids wished we could stay longer. The arcade seemed very generous too. All 4 of my kids got jackpots on different games.

Stayed 2 nights. Overall family had a good time but AC in our room didn't work and it took 4 separate times for maintenance to come out to resolve. Missed an hour of Waterpark time with the kids twice waiting for them to come so I could verify it was fixed. Customer service manager promised to call to discuss a credit for the inconvenience but mysteriously disappeared through the end of our stay.
