Great Lakes Glow Golf

So this was my 2nd mini golf experience. We bad 30 for 2 people 1 game. The course was actually really interesting. Some of the holes the stands for starting are hard to see. It was pretty busy when we went but it moved pretty fast. The arcade is free when you pay for one of the other events. The games are older games but they work and can be super fun. We played guitar hero! Nostalgic.

The price is right!! What they offer for the price is amazing! They also offer Military and First Responder discounts. Different packages to buy and so much fun to be had. Roughly $20/person.

Super fun!!! The glow golf is for all ages and has 18 holes! $15 for that and half the arcade is then free. Have to try the bowling next time!

This place was a bust. We took our kids for a fun arcade night. It was a spontaneous decision. But it was not a great one. All of the games were SO outdated! And i mean not just outdated but run down and many of them were very difficult to see becuase they were literally garbage, worn out, gross, broken parts? our kids were extremely disappointed. We paid almost $30 for just a few games. And those games were so terrible our kids asked to leave. I promise this place it NOT retro, it's just garbage.

Great Lakes Glow Golf was a letdown. It took over 20 minutes for staff to check out a single customer before us, which was frustrating given how empty the place was. The course itself was uninspired. The ?obstacles? were just props sitting on the turf, not actual features that affected gameplay. Most holes felt the same, and the glow effect was uneven?some spots too dark, others way too bright. The idea has potential, and the staff was friendly, but overall it felt thrown together and not worth the price.

Such a beautiful, fun place!!! Started with some mini golf and it was spaced out enough perfectly so no one was impatiently waiting for my 4 year to finish his turn. Went on to arcade games and drinks, I like the different selection of pop you have! Also the fact that you have a mix of free and pay to play games makes it easier to afford with 3 young ones! Bowling was awesome too, such a fun game that actually lasts a while!

I got to say this place is pretty cool and they have a wide selection of arcade games, bowling lanes, and glow golf to do. I love the fact that they offer unlimited play on most of their arcade games with any purchase. Or you can just purchase time to play in the arcade. I'm happy to report they do have a working Dance Dance Revolution Machine. It says it's SuperNOVA but it's actually SuperNOVA 2. The dance pad works pretty well for the game, considering it's age. I really like this place they have glow bowling, glo golf, pooltables and lots of arcade games . We had a great time and the black lights are fun so be sure to wear something that glows. Pricing is very reasonable.

I had went with the family to try out glow golf for the prices it's very worth it and very fun they also have free arcade games for the time you're waiting with good selection too would definitely recommend won't forget it!

Dan is a great owner. Staff is very friendly. Dan's wife is a great lady. Unlimited old fashioned Arcade play. And fun for the whole family. Including putt putt golf in a blacklight atmosphere. Great artwork on the walls, and fake animals throughout. Great for parties.

Great Lakes Glow Golf is a really cool black light indoor mini golf place that everybody will love. Not the most challenging course. But the color, lights, and theme makes it worth it. I have been coming here for a few years now with the kiddo for some cheap fun, and it's been cool to watch it grow. Now with a well built-out arcade, a revamped course, and a bowling extension?this place is definitely a good time, and an affordable alternative to the 2 other ?entertainment centers? in town. It's a mini bowling. The lane is short and the bowling ball is small.. ideal for young kids.kids love the scenery and the glow lights. They do have glow golf and arcade games.

Great Glow in the Dark Golf and free ice cream!! This was my first time going to Glow Golf but it was such a riot! With the basic admission purchase, you get free arcade games and some of the paid games have opportunities to win free ice cream and popcorn ???? Seriously such a good place to go any day of the week and have some fun!! I dare you to beat my high score of 75 in the basketball game hehe

This was a fun and unique experience! It is decently priced and something different than the usual putt putt courses. It took us about an hour to complete.

The mini golf course is great. We had an issue with the hunting game's shotgun and the owner fixed it on the spot. The arcade cabinets are on free play, and there is a wide selection of classic shooting and racing games. The Mortal Kombat 2 machine had a broken right joystick (not surprising for a cabinet that's been in service since 1993) and the difficulty was cranked up too high for me to complete it, but I still had a lot of fun. It was pretty fun. The glow in the dark creates a new challenge and makes it more interesting. The holes are mostly all clumped together though and quite a few are fairly easy without additional challenges. The place had additional games outside of the golf, many that are free. This outside part is kind of dingy but they were diligently keeping the floor cleaned. They also offered food and drinks. The quality is what I would expect from a place like this, but the bar is pretty low, lol.

This was a fun and cool group activity! Paid $15 for one round of mini golf and unlimited arcade games (not all game were included just ones with flags on them). The arcade games/section did feel outdated but the glow in the dark experience made up for it. One round was just enough for my party of 6. By the time we got to the last hole there was a bit of a line forming as smaller groups made it though the holes quicker. I'd come back again if I were in the area.

So much fun. It's a simple place, but makes for good memories. Easier to bring lots of kids and not worry about them getting lost or not having fun.

A very fun mini golf that's indoor and handicap and stroller friendly. We played two rounds on a rainy day when we camped. There are some free games with the price of a package, we did the all you can golf package, well worth it. We had a blast and highly recommend. They also have mini bowling that we didn't do. Well I can tell you first hand that Great Lakes Glow Golf is pretty cool. You get a round of golf and like 20 of the arcade games are free. (air hockey is one of them) Pretty neat place. It's perfect for date night or for a Family. They also have a cool Party room that you can rent to. Great value! You get Pizza, Pop and golf for a great price.

I took my client here and we had a great time. The gold course isn't too long or too short. 18 hole was perfect for us. Afterwards we played the free arcade games, and there was a lot! Super cool inside too

Pretty decent for indoor minigolf. First two areas were very creative, but the third kind of feels like they gave up. Black lights makes it interesting. So so video game area.

Great Lakes Glow Golf is an indoor miniature golf plus arcade games. The Glow Gulf part is pretty cool with the neon critters and other Michigan? themed items scattered about as golf hazards. My ten year old grandson loved it. Will be back.

My daughters loved the experience. It was definitely busy being spring break and a long wait, but the games while we waited certainly made up for it.

Fun and indoor mini golf. Course is kinda small but that's expected since it's indoors. But plenty of tricky holes! Most of the arcade games are free with purchase of a round of mini golf. They have mini bowling too but we didn't get to play.

We love it here! The prices are great. I can't remember exactly how much we paid last weekend but it was under 25 for unlimited mini golf and games! They have good snacks for sale too!

We had a great time for my 12 year old son's birthday! He invited 3 friends and they all enjoyed it! While we waited to golf, the free arcade games kept them busy. The management and workers were very accommodating and helpful. They even gave me a free ice-cream coupon for the birthday boy! We'll definitely be back! My son loves going to this place. He's gone with groups before and was begging to go, so he earned it as a reward. Staff is friendly. I was a bit surprised by the pricing (I figured we'd be able to play mini golf for $8 per person or less), because there was no ala carte option. I think the price of $12.50 for golf and the arcade is fine for people who want to take more time there. Went here last night about 9 pm with my husband as part of an overnight getaway. Was so surprised though because only a few people were in there on a Saturday night. So much fun! We played glow mini golf first and then played so many arcade games that were flagged for free play! Such a great deal! A simple course with a fun concept. While not the most challenging course - most of the holes were flat, straightaways - the glow in the dark concept was a fun experience. Took our 5 year old. He had fun. Kinda right on top of the golfers in front of you. The arcade games included in price were ok. But of course he wanted to play the things not included. Very cool experience though.

Super fun place! The staff are super helpful and took great care of our group! They have a private room for groups you can reserve which was great too for our group. Our teens loved the Aurora Bowl and Glow Golf and Arcade games!

3.5 Stars?. Fun place!! We took our teenage grandkids and had a blast playing glow golf. Very small course. Very fun under glow lights! There wasn't quite enough free arcade games though. $15 for glow golf was super expensive and the course was small and not challenging. To have to wait over an hour and then to be highly disappointed. Yes you get free arcade but half the machines don't work or the ones you have to pay for take your money and no refund.

Great option for the Littles and family!!!! Golf is definitely ??????????!!! The food is priced in my opinion perfect and low!!!! Games were fun!!! But, as for bowling, the pins were all over the place. It would give some players extra shots. (We didnt mind but for most i know they do) We had to get help to get the balls to come back and all. Other than that which I would hope is fixable it's a great place!!!!

Mini golf is fine for the mediocre 18 courses if your not careful you only have 1 attempt on the last hole because your ball goes into the return tunnel. It's a waste of money, you think you'll be able to play unlimited arcade games after that they have some really cool old cabinets but Galaga buttons don't work, die hard buttons don't work, centipede buttons work 50% of the presses. If your just gonna play Pakman or mk2 you'll be alright. Kids couldn't tell, they most likely won't play the harder cabinets

The glow golf is fun and great for kids and adults. The arcade is lame. For one fee of $15 you get 1 game of golf and unlimited use of selected arcade games. They are all pretty outdated and of course anything else is for a charge. For an additional $3 you can get unlimited golf and unlimited arcade which is a somewhat better deal. It was a rainy day ( we camped) and this was a great option for us to have fun inside! It had video games you could play for free with that option, the videos free were flagged. I was really excited to try this place, glow mini golf sounded really cool. I was thoroughly disappointed. We had to wait for probably an hour for our turn, which was fine. They have a bunch of free arcade games in the lobby so we were still entertained. But that was probably more fun than the mini gold itself. It wasn't super glowy I guess, and pretty lame obstacles. I was not impressed, I'd rather go to an outdoor mini golf course and not pay more for this disappointing one.

What a hidden gem! I HIGHLY recommend for kids of all ages! (Looking at you parents!) We went on a very unusually busy afternoon. There was a long wait to play golf. Loved the glow in dark golf. Paintings in the room were amazing. Make sure you bring extra money for the games not covered in the free arcade experience. I did expect the arcade to be glow in the dark too. Bowling looked cool but I didn't play. Would be cool if they had a package that included the bowling.

Edit: the owner has reached out and explained the situation. We will try to visit again in a few weeks, and a little earlier to get the whole experience. I wish i could make it a 0/5. It was 90 bucks for 6 people. We went in a group with our 2 wild boys. We only made it to hole 4 before this older man came in and told us we had to leave. He never came in and gave any warnings or asked to quiet down Nothing. He came in and pointed at one of the boys he was accusing him of banging the club on the ground and cussing. Awesome little hidden gem! Located in a shopping center you wouldn't expect a full 18 hole mini golf course and a nice clean arcade to boot. We visited while on a short vacation and we were very happy we went. My only complaint would be the excessive volume of the music especially in the golf course part. What is the point of having a golf course with a theme of natural beauty if you're going to blare raucous music in the middle of it?

We had visited this place early in the afternoon. The crowds were minimal, which was great! I liked that in the lobby a majority of the arcade games were free of charge. The cleanliness of the place was above average. It's well maintained and pretty clean. The courses were pretty fun, but not too difficult. You won't find those crazy holes with lots of obstacles here. They're still relatively fun though. The bonus of this place is it's handicap accessible. They do offer ice cream here.

What a fun and great little place. They utilized their space really well, fitting an 18 hole putt putt course indoors along with an arcade and plenty of snacks. 1 round of golf and unlimited (mostly) free arcade for $12.50 per person or for $15.00 per person you get to add unlimited golf and fountain sodas to your unlimited arcade. The black light paintings are cool and this is a perfect way to spend a rainy day. (Or any day!)

This place is genius! Pay a fee for unlimited golf, arcade games, and soda? Ummm? yes please!! I took my 9 year old and we spent about 3 hours here. The glow golf is great - the holes could be a little more creative/challenging - but overall it was still fun. The only suggestion I would have would be to tint your windows out front. The glare from them made a lot of the screens on the arcade games hard to see, which in turn made them hard to play. Once it got dark out, it was perfect!

My kids had fun. Prices were reasonable but I was a little disappointed in the golf and lack of obstacles on the course. I did appreciate the exceptionally clean bathroom, even close to closing time.

Just finished up my first night out at Glow Golf. It's was great. The only suggestions I would have is if you could make the holes at the golfing portion light up and add a few fans in there I'd be golden. Some of the holes were hard to see and it got a little hot in there, to me. Great fun though. I've never played that style of bowling before. It was fun. :)

It was actually pretty cool. My son is 9 and he said 'I hope this place isn't lame' before we went in. The price was reasonable and the staff was very friendly. My son wanted to play a second round of golf, which was possible, because for $15.50 each we could play unlimited golf, play free arcade games (which was most of them), and get 2 drinks. I found it a good deal and a really good way to keep my son occupied for a couple of hours so I didn't have to hear 'im bored, there is nothing to do'. ??

Hadn't been before, stayed 4 hours! Hadn't played mini golf with this glow effect before which made it a new experience. The mini golf area was also very attractively glow decorated. Arcade games marked with a green flag were free to play included with the price we paid. This included a real pinball machine, a virtual pinball machine with 22 games and a personal favourite video game favourite, Defender.

Arrived to play mini golf during the holiday break with my family. Putt putt course was tightly laid out with our balls frequently going over the ?edges? of the defined playing area for each hole. We did have a 50 minute wait to start our game, which we didn't mind because of the arcade games (included in package we bought).

Friendly staff. I got the unlimited golf, games, and soda and my son loved it. Stayed for around three hours and my son wanted to stay longer. It would be nice if they could add a few more arcade games and I hope they switch up the mini golf course every so often so it doesn't get dry. Overall pretty cool place.

Came here with my 6 and 8 year old boys and my husband for a little friday night family date. The golf was really cool and compared to the loss of interest my 6 year old has normally with regular mini golf, this held his attention pretty well! Completely enjoyed the time we spent there. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were fine, the deals, even better. It was okay, the black light atmosphere is really cool. My son loved it, and that's all that matters. It's done a little on the cheap side. Holes are very plain, and the arcade doesn't have many choices. Thou the free play at the arcade after golfing makes it worth it. My son played for another hour after golfing.
