Everything about Great Lakes Gaming Lounge is amazing. We hosted our son?s 11th birthday party this past weekend. The staff was helpful, patient, and fun! The kids had a blast and said it was the best party ever! We will definitely be back to visit and even host more events! I highly recommend you check this place out!

I walked in off the street because of a sign. I ended up at a friendsgiving fighting night. A fightsgivings if you will. I got to speak with the CEO and had a wonderful time with them. Decided to take my kiddo here for Fortnite Friday and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and the venue is incredible! They went above and beyond to get my son a space to be able to compete in his high school final championship while we were in Rocheter for a hockey tournament. The streaming room was perfect for him. I can honestly say that I love the vibe of the GLG so much! They got a calendar full of daily events, in addition to wonderfully funny staff that just make you feel welcome. On top of that, the place is always clean and taken care of, which not a lot of people can brag about. I've been here twice for a Smash tournament and they've both been great experiences! The stream?s WiFi was consistent, the venue was lively, and the skittles machines are really cool. I'd recommend this venue to anyone considering hosting a similar tournament.

When I tell you, this was my very first time coming here and on a day on a tournament event, and I honestly had the most fun here!! It felt so welcoming and so exciting meeting new people. I definitely wanna come here more, and you should definitely come here too!

The GLG lounge is really neat! My first time in the lounge was to attend a video game tournament and the service was wonderful. They have vending machines including some international snacks, comfy chairs on wheels, and a beautiful high view point of the city.

Enthusiastic owner who deeply cares about gaming in all aspects (competitive, casual, tabletop, etc.) who has powerful PCs and the latest consoles all housed on a breathtaking floor in a tower in the city, which makes for an extremely hype environment. This is by far the best equipped LAN center we have ever had in Rochester bar none, and potentially the best LAN center in the state if not the East Coast. Very excited to see the types of events that will happen here!

A group of 3 of us visited GLG. It was an extremely welcoming environment & we can tell the owner was passionate by all the work that has been done to the place.
