Many highlight friendly staff, good food, and fun for all ages, though some note high prices for arcade games and food. I visited College Station with my squad and we wanted to go out and do something late night, this was the perfect spot for the occasion. All we did was bowl, but they had plenty to do here. The staff was kind and the atmosphere was great. The lane tables were a little crowded; close to the group over, but overall, this is a nice place to have some family friendly fun.

This summer we took advantage of the Kids Bowl Free offer and it has been such a fun way to escape the heat. We were also given a free round of mini golf and my kids had a blast! The video games are fun and there is so much variety including games to win tickets and prizes - which can easily be won with even the smallest number of tickets. Perfect for impatient kids! The food and drinks aren't tremendously overpriced, but one thing I find incredible is they offer free water stations. Overall we enjoy visiti

BEWARE OF GETTING POKEMON CARDS here. I was so excited to redeem the points I had been saving for a bunch booster packs since I've recently started collecting. But every pack we pulled from the Stellar Crown set was a FAKE. These booster packs were also all sealed. They were all missing the Pokemon company QR code card and had faded backsides, or off center printing on the back. Definitely open your packs in front of an employee before you walk out with them! The second photo is a comparison between a real

A large facility with lots to do. Bowling is at the front. There is a bar and a restaurant with pizza, chicken fingers, fries, and the like. Laser tag is 7 minutes of play with two teams or every man for themselves. Around 20 can play at a time. At the back is a large arcade room with classic carnival games, video games, and VR. You use a card loaded with money to play the games. Most are $1.50 or so to play. VR is $5. There is also a reservable party room and dining area to the side. Four stars because em

We wanted to try this place for a while and we decided to take the kids there for spring break. The parking lot had plenty of parking. Prices were a little high but not too bad. They weren't that many people there but there was a long line to get to play as it was only one register open and that guy was overworked and grumpy. That was plenty of staff walking around, being on their phones and talking to each other. Waiter spilled out beer, brought the wrong appetizers and then someone else came saying that h

Place was clean, staff was attentive but not intrusive. We did everything but mini golf. Even had a 1yo with us. Only had the ranch fries and cheesesticks and both were delicious. Was very busy but not packed. Very family oriented. Had myself a grand ol' time!

Took my children here and expected an as advertised ?grand time?, it was in fact the opposite. It was our first time here, we're new to College Station, I asked a female worker for assistance on how to buy a game card in the arcade and she was extremely rude. The rest of the staff looked horribly overworked and exhausted with little to do. Mini golf is absolutely not worth your money and is extremely uneventful for the cost you pay per person. The fog concentration in the laser tag area was enough to make m

Had a great time and definitely going back. This place is clean and well organized. The prices are reasonable and their staff is friendly. Bowling was fun while watching football on the big screens. Did the arcade for 30 minutes and it was also fun and they have a good selection of games. Will be going back to do the axe throwing and laser tag!

Got here early, paid for 1 hour bowling for 3 people. Got food and drinks and was told we couldn't add time to our lane. Freaking ridiculous, extremely disappointed Update: the lane next to us was denied to add time too. First time ever we have experienced not being able to add time, like if we were told that when we paid maybe we would have opted for more than 1hr to start with, didn't even have enough time to finish our pizza, bacon cheese fries, and beer. This experience definitely makes it where we wil

While visiting from out of town, I decided to go bowling. Grand Station Entertainment is an amazing facility, with state of the art equipment, 40 lanes, Pro Shop...etc. The service of their amazing staff is unparalleled, like nothing I've experienced before. They even gave me a gift bag as a first time visitor. Can't wait to come back for another visit. A+++++

Perfect place for a fun filled adventure with or without kids. Raining and cold outside? Looking for something to do indoors? I highly recommend Grand Station. Food and drinks are available. They are running a great special where for $20/person you can bowl, laser tag, and mini golf as much as you want Saturdays from 3pm-8pm. Put your name on the bowling lane wait list when you arrive and go arcade or golf. They will text you when your lane is ready.

Much like Main Events. As an Old Ag, I very much enjoyed the Aggie touches. They could increase the variety of prices for playing the games for the kids.

Fun place. Games were reasonably priced. Prizes were good. Atmosphere was hoping. We had a good time. 50 dollars last about 45 minutes in the arcade. We didn't bowl or play put put but looked fun.

A great bowling alley with a good counter to get beverages and food. Pitcher is little costly. Overall great entertainment experience and great fun! Axe throwing was awesome! Play The Walking Dead zombie game! Lots of fun!

We wanted to add 30 more minutes to our bowling lane and they would not let us. Why? Because there was a wait list. Why was there a wait list? Because they decided to schedule a tournament taking up half of their lanes on a Sunday morning. We arrived at 11am, when they opened and got a lane. We had food and drinks we were still eating. And you are telling me I can't add 30 more minutes because of your poor scheduling? That is ridiculous! We were essentially kicked out of our lane because we arrived before e

If you need a place to have fun with the family and eat a great burger. This is the place!

My dad and I took my kids here yesterday. We had an amazing time! There were so many things to do and the staff was so helpful. We'll definitely be back! Reccomend for everyone to visit this place. You won't be disappointed!

Fun & entertaining for the entire family! The food nachos have changed in the quality of the cheese but other than that the food is ok, price is high @ $25 a pizza etc. Be prepared to spend or eat beforehand.

I have been a loyal patron of Grand Station Entertainment for nearly 15 years, and in the past 8 years, my visits have become even more frequent due to my children's enthusiasm for this place. With its wide array of activities, such as bowling, arcade games, and laser tag, this entertainment center has captured the hearts of my three kids, making it a go-to destination for our family outings. The laser tag arena is undoubtedly one of the highlights of Grand Station Entertainment. My children are absolutely

We went for bowling and loved it! Great set up, nice people, and it was SO clean! Even the food was good! Mini golf was way smaller than expected, we ended up just sticking to the bowling

Great place good atmosphere, though when I called the front desk they answered, and then put me on hold after I asked a question, and then hung up.

It's a lot of fun and always clean. The drawback is the prices are a little high on the arcade cards and shoe rentals.

The cost seems fairly expensive. It's $24.99 for unlimited bowling for 90 minute increments / mini golf / laser tag PER PERSON. Then, $4 per bowling shoes rental. For a family of 4, this means $100, plus shoe rental of $16. Then pay for arcade games if you wanted to. Alternatively, you can rent a bowling lane for $36, then pay $4 per pair of shoes to rent, and not do mini golf or laser tag. For a family of 4, that's $54 to bowl ONLY. The arcade has a good amount of games, and all transactions are made by

Loved going here for some fun social gatherings, mostly bowling but did partake in the occasional miniature golf which could be a lot of fun depending on who you went with (family being the best option for me) ?? They have some great food and beverage specials as well.

Fun place. Excellent for older kids for sure and adults. Perfect drinks. Food. I absolutely had a blast there and no issues.

Had a great time bowling with my love and cousins on an impromptu double date! Was a great deal at $20/person for unlimited bowling mini golf and laser tag with $5/each on a game card for arcade, food, or liquor/beer from the bar. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was a blast and we will definitely be back!

Impromptu birthday celebration for my now 10 year old. He wanted to do it all. We all played games and grabbed dinner in the process. Pizza was very tasty. Son ordered loaded fries..and were they ever! Delicious. Had the app sampler..very healthy portions. Had a great time. Didnt get to bowl...but next time...for sure!

DO NOT TRY THE LASER TAG IT IS DEAFENINGLY LOUD, IT IS 3 LOUDER THAN A ROCK CONCERT MY EARS ARE RINGING AFTER THAT. AND THEY WON'T TURN THE VOLUME DOWN. I WAS SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS AND SOMEONE 1 FOOT IN FRONT OF ME COULD NOT HEAR WHAT I WAS SCREAMING.

I need to experience it a little bit more, but it was a decent place. The margarita my mom had was really good though. The bowling was long. I definitely didn't need an 1 hour and 30 mins.

Great for parties and team bonding events. Great pizza and a great variety of drinks and beer. Very family friendly.

We ordered food and the staff gave it to the wrong table. When we brought it up we hadn't gotten our food they said it was our fault even though we had someone literally read the lane numbers over the phone to the person ordering. They told us to then pay for more food as they weren't making more even though we hadn't received the food we already paid for.

fun entertainment! for the whole family!

Kids loved it. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The whole place is clean, even with having a bunch of kids running around. We played bowling, laser tag, and the games out on the floor and still didn't play every game. We will definitely come back.

I brought my girls here for their birthday and their first time bowling and they had a blast! There were plenty of bowling balls appropriate for small children and the actually had the proper sizes. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the food. The sliders were a bit dry but the service was great. And yes, I lost to a 3 year old.

Attended a great niece 9th birthday ?? celebration. The celebration was great. It is a wonderful place for gamers, young folk, and folk who wanna feel young. I fall in neither category. Too noisy, too crowded, way too expensive but a nice place.

Nice and clean very fun.

Prices are alright for what you're getting, but may be time for an update. A couple of the lanes seem busted with stuck bumpers. Balls got stuck quite a bit. A bunch of the arcade games are just out of order and not kept up with and seems kinda janky. Staff was very nice and helpful, though, when one of the machines wasn't working correctly!

Every time we come here the bumpers are broke or one of them does not work!!! We pay a whole lot of money to bowl and the service sucks as well!!!! We were here an hour and a half before someone even came and asked if we needed anything!!!

Bowling while eating food, arcade, and prizes made a trip over here worth it! I can't wait to try laser-tag next time we visit ????

I wanted to share a very poor customer service experience I had at Grand Station recently. On Tuesday night we had a problem with one of our lanes. Typically when that happens the bowlers look around for someone that can help and when you get their attention they come to your lane to resolve any concerns. On this night I caught the attention of Ben (one of the managers). Ben looked directly at me with his arms folded, never attempted to walk my way and waited for me to get up to him. He then proceeded to in

You can come for Wednesday night which seem like a great deal. However, they will give you a long wait time even though tons of lanes are open. I talked to a manager Nichole and she gave an excuse that basically blamed it on their system. Here's a picture of the supposed hour and a half wait. I counted 16 lanes open.

I went on the student special for 2$ bowling on weekdays before 7pm I think. That lets you play one game very cheap. The lanes are fun and during the day you can even see the bowling class practice.

We love to take the grandkids here when they visit. There is something for everyone. We always start with bowling and lunch. Great lanes. Bumpers for kids and Gma. Then we move on to laser tag and the arcade games. Fun for all ages.

Service is 3!!!! And so much fun!!

I'm going to give this three stars as like a neutral because I was highly disappointed after coming back after the remodel. The put put area use to be awesome and huge with lots of little old time rooms you would go through. Now it's the size of a Toyota Prius with the doors open at best. They also added bumper cars but it was tiny as well. This place is more targeted towards little kids now and not college students. I miss the old grand station. It was pretty cool. I don't think the bowling changed so if

Kids enjoyed it. It wasn't that crowded either. Tuesdays are the days to go I see. They didn't want to leave. ??

Had a blast, thanks! Fun night for the group, two lanes side by side. Good times! We'll be back! #grandstation

When I needed a last-minute birthday party booked, Liz was able to assist me. Her assistance and ability to accommodate our needs was exceptional. The price for the party was super reasonable for a party size of 20. Grand Station Entertainment is always our family go too because of all the games, laser tag, and bowling at an affordable price.

We received a coupon from our hotel and decided to try this place out. The place is VERY clean, the employees were all so friendly and we had no problems with our bowling lane. The arcade games are a little pricy but a lot of fun.

Perfect place to hang out with friends. Fun things all over the place. Would recommend the mozzarella sticks and the wings. Would not recommend the pizza. Did not taste good, it was cold, and it took forever to arrive. My friend had to go check on it like four times because they kept forgetting about it. Student deals and prices are nice.

Six (6) of us went bowling the Saturday before Father's Day. We could have bowled on one lane but chose two to divide and speed game play. We had a blast, and those that wanted to use bumpers while reacquainted themselves to bowling appreciated having control over that option.

Genuinely impressed by their customer service. The employees were kind enough to let me use their office space to soothe my baby. I really appreciated their kind gesture and support.

Fair pricing, loads of fun and activities I think it's a reasonably or ced fun experience. Will definitely be going back

Such a fun time with the kids to be had here! The unlimited activities pass is definitely worth it. My 4 kids had never mini-golfed before - they loved it and played it numerous times. The arcade machines are priced pretty high. We skipped them entirely. The bowling lanes and other activity areas were all very clean!

I recently visited the place with a group of 4. And I must say that the bowling experience was enjoyable. The location is spacious and Grand Station offered many different special pricing for students, kids, etcs... Great way to spend your weekend

A great spot to spend time with family and loved ones. We had a blast playing on the arcades. Everything is tidy and organized. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience there. Grandkids did lazer tag (they enjoyed, wasn't long enough for them, ha ha), Miniature golf was mini for sure, bowling was fun though.

7 mins pure fun in the laser tag game. We were initially skeptical about the time and the number of rounds in a game. But 7 mins of running around was good, and we were out of breath by the end and tired and needed a break. We were a bunch of 9 folks. We also played bowling for an hour. Pretty decent prices. We had to get two lanes. Good fries and chips. Good food and drinks, too. Staff were super friendly.

This place is wonderful. Present owners, present GM, all the managers actually put care and effort into the place staff always has a great smile on their face food is great just everything is the way a FEC should be ran 10000000x better than other establishments I've been to or employed at.

It was a nice place we have a good time!!

My girlfriend and I were in the lobby waiting for our Uber (She has a broken foot). Management booted us out of the lobby anyway and watched us sit on the curb. Not the Texan way.

Great time. Great service. Great staff !

Had a blast. Did an hour of golf and then sat and watched as my kids spent an hour in the arcade! Clean facilities and friendly staff!

In from SC visiting grandkids. Celebrated Father's Day with bowling and laser tag. Very impressed with the facility. Extra clean.....great afternoon

I would have put 5 stars because this is the BEST bowling place I have ever been to. The lanes are well taken care of. The staffs really accommodate to the customers. However, one worker, very unprofessional. Got in our faces and talked down to us like we were children. Mind this, we are all 21+, college students and have jobs. I understand we did something wrong, but the way the worker went about it was very disrespectful and condescending. He made my whole group feel some type of way and it felt like we d

Great fun for the whole family. They reinvest to keep improving the place.

We rented a lane and invited our adult children to come for some fun. It was great! All the staff were nice and took great care of us throughout. We laughed, talked, cheered, ate and bowled. For two hours we just had fun!! Great summer activity. They also really cleaned every surface between customers. Including bowling bowls and the finger holes.

You knew, I've been going there for the last 10-15 years. Always had fun. Met my first wife there (that's another story), first date with my second wife was there, and many other times that I can remember. All of them good. Grand Station has managed to maintain a clean and friendly place and I have not been disappointed ever. Now with covid protocols, they seem to be keeping up with it. Tables and seats are cleaned as soon as they are emptied, food is prepared quickly and hot, and as always the best is cool

I took my son Jimmy to this place because I thought it would be fun to have a nice outing with my boy as a reward for him getting good grades. Jimmy is 14. I went to the bathroom to go number 2 and when I came back one of the employees was rubbing on his thigh and whispering in his ear. He looked like he was at least 20. Wings were kinda mid too.

We had a staff meeting here. The meeting room was great. It would be nice if the room was more soundproof. We could hear music the whole time during the meeting. After the meeting, I enjoyed food and bowling. I really liked the chicken strips and queso. We also had fries and cheeseburger sliders. There was tea and lemonade, too. Great customer service for our event. I hadn't bowled in years. Cade helped me figure out the bowling balls. Each weight is a different color. I was excited to hit a 100. It was a g

Love when they have holiday deals! Food is also good

Good atmosphere. Clean and friendly. Made friends with a guy that worked there and got to finish his second game. Laser tag is neat. Didn't play golf or the arcade but I'm sure they're fine.

Wildly overpriced. I came here with my boyfriend who's an EMT and after all of his overtime worked during busy season this year he can barely afford to take me here. Bowling is $35 an hour + $5/per person??? Those prices are illegal. Most of the games too give you like two attempts and they're $1.75 to like roll a quarter. If you can find a different arcade or bowling alley id do that. If you aren't paying it's a nice facility but just terribly overpriced.

Pretty similar to Main Event (if you're from out of town and know) but smaller with a more Texas-feel to it! Unfortunately this applies to the prices as well, with the bowling deals being more worthwhile than regular pricing, and arcade games being decently priced. Also they have DDR and Guitar Hero!

Absolutely amazing, they always try to accommodate and are so sweet. The bar and reg staff always make sure you're doing okay and take action when you feel opposite. I've seen customers yell and then them take it with a smile. Thoroughly impressed, especially for working until 1 am. 5 stars for me. More if I could

Have bowled at many houses around Houston in 7 years of league (recently moved) and must say that this is some of the best maintained wood you will find. De'von is a great manager of the lanes. House caters very well to league bowlers. Pro shop deserves a compliment itself. Not only is the pro extremely knowledgeable but so dedicated to bowlers doing well had lent me some impromptu shoes during league and let me work it out the next week. On top of that the staff is always attentive and friendly. In my opi

Grand Station is cool and all but I hate we can't bowl and unwind immediately after work because of the league. This has happened the past few weeks. Before hand they allowed us to bowl for an hour (5-6 or 4:30-5:30) before the league. Heck we also have bowled when the league only took up half of the blowing alley one night. GSE is giving a bad vibe from AM community and I'm sure hoping that's not the case. I'm in the bed by nine pm (pretty sure family with kids are too), so coming back late; that's not an

Had a great time with my granddaughter. We played in the arcade and had a great time on the video games, but especially the carnival games where they could compete with each other. Winning the tickets for prizes added a little extra fun. My only regret is that there isn't one closer to my home. However we will make it a point to come back on our next trip to college station. Fun for the whole family.

Lots of fun for all ages, My party and I went for bowling and a few drinks, young lady at the front wasn't much help but after the place cleared out, we were bowling better than usual but our two hour time allotted was running out. I explained to the manager that we were bowling great and wanted to pay to at the very least finish our game. The gentleman then gave us 30 extra minutes for free and even offered to comp the whole hour and a half that they were going to be open for.

We went for a birthday celebration. There were 8 of us, ranging in age between 8 and 60. One of our party has leg braces for walking. We had planned to bowl; play miniature golf, laser tag, and games; and have lunch. We played games and miniature golf and were preparing to bowl, when we relayed that the one person with braces couldn't wear the bowling shoes. A manager cane out saying that the person could bowl in her socks, which is ridiculous since she needs her braces and they go over her socks. When I e

Our time here was amazing, I came here from Bastrop for my son's party and it was perfect. I'll definitely be back.

This is our favorite place to go. The food is awesome. The staff is wonderful and helpful. We go once every 3 weeks as a treat for my son. We all look forward to going. This is a great place for family fun or if your just going with friends. The games are fun too. We can play Jurassic Park for hours!

My family and me had an awesome time here. Employees were friendly and courteous. Food was good. Laser tag was one of our favorites besides bowling. They've got over 22 bowling lanes for a lot of fun and plenty of games for children in a place where my family felt really comfortable.

Cleanliness is at the top of my list right now and Grand Station did not disappoint. There are tons of options for big kids , little kids and adults! Highly recommend for some indoor family fun! It is a little pricey but in my opinion right in line with what you would expect to pay for this type of place. They have a full size bowling alley, miniature golf, and every other type of game you can imagine!

This place has changed but in a great way. More things to offer, there is bowling arcade games laser tag, put put, bar games like Jenga and corn hole. And to top it off their sports bar has axe ?? throwing! I recommend to anyone who loves going out and having a great time with friends. The restaurant cafe had improved it's seating area and great for having parties. Overall way better then a main event and I hear they will be adding go kart in the future so look out for that! Great things are coming to this

Great atmosphere. Staff always kind and helpful. Great night out with friends and family

Took my 7 year old nephew for a play date. A little pricey for arcade games, and the tickets are minimal so it takes forever to get prizes. Laser tag was super fun though!

This place is pretty fun. We had our Christmas party here and our group bowled, played laser tag, and messed around with a lot of the games. It seems like the lanes are well kept and everything was pretty clean. A lot of the laser tag vests were broken or out of order but there were enough for everyone to play at the same time. Group pricing was very reasonable. The food and drink are a little pricey but not over the top. I would recommend this venue for parties as well as for family game nights, etc. The

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
