This was our first time here and we hosted a birthday party for a 7-year-old and eight other children. The ages ranged four through nine. The birthday party couldn't have gone better. The place has a ton for kids to do and was really CLEAN. Despite being a Saturday it was slow enough that there were minimal waits. It's a great place to have a 13 year old's birthday party. We reserved the 6pm - 9pm time tonight and had the whole back party area to ourselves! I suggest spending the extra $17 on another 14" pizza to ensure you have enough food, and we only had 8 kids total.

The facility is great but the guests would get a negative 10. Oh my gosh. Do parents not teach manners anymore?? The people on the mini golf were so rude. Twice I was almost hit by a flying golf ball. Take care. Nobody cares if you are hurt or inconvenienced.

We came about 5 years ago, and then didn't come back. Until yesterday we were invited to a birthday party. And I still think I won't go back. It's fine, but like not enough to be like yes let's go back. So if you are doing a party the tables are so packed in with every other party. You can't really even get to your table or chair. I liked the arcade (very affordable) and the restaurant (reasonable prices). The play area was chaotic with limited seating. Also, it's very loud like a warehouse, so sensory children might be sensitive to the noises. Overall, the kids enjoyed themselves.

The staff were very friendly and they have a lot of options for kids to do. Laser tag, arcade,mini golf and tons more the prices are decent too. We can't wait to stop back!

The GS crew was awesome! Even with a large field trip of kids running around, the staff were professional, calm and took care of our questions and needs. Definitely would feel comfortable bring a group of 5 or 50! They've got this down!

Okay, I don't want to be rude, but this place could use some updates. Service was nice, has activities as promised, but I feel like I dropped into the 90s here.

Here's the deal, life has gotten super expensive. Doing any sort of outting these days costs an arm and a leg. Yes even with your kids or for a fun date. My daughter joined a friend here yesterday and had a blast. There was so much to do and the staff were friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up from us.

Great place for my 3-year-old granddaughter and 11-month-old grandson. Not experienced at all, and kids under one year old do not have to pay. The arcade room was fun. They had my childhood games Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, and Galaxy.

We went here for a birthday party because it was reasonably priced for a birthday party with laser tag. The staff was helpful and nice. Having a December birthday party is difficult, but thankfully Grand Slam was amazing. Mini golf, Lazer tag, arcade games, ninja course, play area. They were ready for us and they provided a table with more then enough space. We compared pricing at 5 other places to have this party and they were hundreds more with a requirement of at least 10. My son had his 11th birthday party here and it was PERFECT for that age group. They loved the laser tag, bumper cars and mini golf. The ninja course and arcade were a hit too. We scheduled it for 3 hours but ended up staying an extra hour to fit it all in.

Family favorite since I was a kid. Now my kids always have an awesome time here. Nice big play place for my 3yo, and my big kids love it too, great themed mini golf. Lazer tag, bumper cars and ninja zone. Batting cages and tunnel. And reasonably priced arcade games. Good pizza, even gluten free crust my husband said was one of the best he's had. Great fried pickles. Love they have wristbands for their activities too.

Very impressed! Clean and well managed everyone was kind even when we had multiple children trying to decide how to spend their points. Highly recommend my 4, 7 and 9 year old loved it and we're all able to have fun at their own pace.

We went here for a birthday party and I was pleasantly surprised with it. There are several different things for kids to do and enjoy. Some of the things are extra cost. It was cleaner than I would have expected and the staff was friendly enough. My son is nine and enjoyed the bumper cars the best. Definitely worth checking out.

Several years back we took our now 18 yr old granddaughter to Grand Slam & she loved it! She spent several days playing all the games. . Now she's off to College. Spin this forward to this summer. Now we're taking her sister who is 9 yrs old. Her first experience 3 weeks ago was fantastic & she's going back today. The facility & games are still clean with plenty of seating for the ?old folks? to sit & watch. The staffing is still suburb & the prices are still affordable. A great way to entertain a 9 yr old

This place is a fantastic location for your kids have a ton of fun (and you too)! From batting cages to bumper cars to laser tag to mini golf and more, it has activities to keep the family and you occupied for hours! No, I'm not trying to sell this, but it is a fun place to go! I highly recommend going here for a family outing or even a birthday celebration.

Great place for kids young and old. Play place is average for most indoor parks. Arcade is reasonable with fun games/air hockey. The best deals are usually the evening after 6p for things like laser tag and bumper cars, otherwise it's gets a little expensive during the day. If you are familiar with other Grand Slams, then this is on par. If you are not, then know that these usually feel outdated and dirty. I was looking for a place to take an 11 year old boy who doesn't get excited about much except for video games. It was a date with their auntie and I think it was super memorable for them. There's a lot to do and the unlimited pass for 3 hours is plenty! (Approximately $26 something after tax.) So much fun and very clean!! Great place to spend an entire day. We brought our niece and nephew there and we couldn't get them out of there after 8 hours of fun. We always have a blast when we come here to hit balls, play laser tag, hang out in the arcade or do the other fun things they have. They have good pizza and other snack options. The staff are always welcoming and very friendly.

My boys love going here for his birthday parties. Going on 5 years in a row now. One of the only places in town that does unlimited laser tag, and it has a two level arena.

Went on Wednesday for their special from 4-8. Was not crowded at 4:30 and was a lot of fun. No lines, no waiting.

Great venue for kids and adults to frolic. Batting cages, bumper cars, and laser tag are my kids favorites. I liked the mini putt. They had a small issue with enough personnel especially at shift change but it didn't take away from the experience

I went here on Monday and let me tell you it was the best experience of my life. I went to the snack area and the boy there was so sweet! He had brown curly hair and was just an absolute delight! I take my son here and sometimes my son and his friends it's always a really good time great prices and the staff is very friendly and willing to lend a hand if you need it. Their food is okay not the worst not the best but the prices are pretty good. They have batting cages where you can hit 30 mph, 40 mph, or 50 mph pitches which helps you train a different levels of proficiency. They have a fun mini golf course and the laser tag is also a lot of fun not to mention the bumper cars.

Could use more arcade games but a good place to bring kids to get them out of the house for a few hours whenever it's raining or cold to burn off some energy.

First time bringing my kids 2.5, 5, and 7. We all had so so much fun! We went there for the Wednesday night special. My only complains are that several of the laser tag vests had issues (one didn't count any shots or show up as an active player on the screen, one had several lights out, one auto reloaded) plus the red team TV didn't work so you couldn't see the stats or time remaining while you played. I have such a soft spot for this place because we spent so much time here when I was a kid. We went back in adulthood for a round of mini golf and some games just to see, and it was just as fun as I remembered it. Nothing over the top but always a good time for the family.

Have had my daughter's birthday party here twice. She and her friends loved it, pricing is not to crazy like other places but still quite a bit. I like the Burnsville one because they also have trampolines as well included and a better mini golf.

What an amazing place that I'd wish my family discovered sooner! Lots to do for kids between batting cages, laser tag, bumper cars, playground area, mini-golf, and arcade! I told the staff at the desk this was our first time here and he made sure to take his time and explain all there was to do there. Staff are very friendly and did a great job keeping the place clean. I also LOVE that the arcade has an option of unlimited arcade play too. Food was very reasonable and tasted really good too. Highly recommen

When it is busy, it is a bit of a zoo. The mini golf is pretty good, but other families' inability to wait kinda ruined it a bit. Ninja course was a good length with just enough variation my 6 year old liked it, even though he couldn't do several of the obstacles. He really enjoyed the play zone as well. It was mostly clean and a good use of our day, while not being too expensive. I might go back and if you are near it, I'd recommend it.

Very clean, awesome customer service and amazing upgrade since I've been there back in 2017. The manager allowed me to book last minute birthday party deal due to some no shows on the party deal. Accommodating and I'll come back in the future for Play dates.

I was at Grand Slam today for my nieces birthday party and it was awesome! Very quick and easy check in process and the two teenagers running the food court were amazing! The boy who helped me at register was very kind and helpful, and the girl cooking the food was fast paced and talkative. I will for sure be back at some point.

My family of 30 had so much fun here. The staff were great. All of the kids did every activity and most of the adults did the teen/adult activities with the kids. It was safe. So much fun. The young staff were happy and full of energy. The place was clean and there were lots of things to do. Wednesday Friday and Saturday has some specials, and we were blessed to be here on a Wednesday. The putt putt golf was fun and impressive with the castle design. Beware! This place has really gone down hill, brought my kid to a birthday party today - during the day on a saturday. Picked him up and 7 squad cars outside, huge fight/brawl inside! Luckily there were no weapons! Don't really want to go back and have to worry about my child's life at risk. Just left and I have to say I had a great time. At first it was pure chaos and birthday parties everywhere. Then a huge fight broke out between two families. There was blood and wigs all over by the ski ball. After the 5 squads of police arrested a fair amount of mothers and fathers of small birthday children we nearly had the whole place to ourselves. I do feel as if the staff needs a raise though.

Take your kids and get a multi- event pass! Great value and a good long time given to do all the things. We played many games of Laser Tag and the mini golf. Have to say that for most of the games people were accommodating of the younger kids (at one point a group of teens were bigging up a 6 Yr old as their MVP which was lovely).

We had our 4 year old daughters birthday party at Grand Slam on Sunday! The kids in attendance ranged from 2-7. The party couldn't have went better! The pizza was bomb! Had a great experience here for my son's birthday a couple months ago. Staff were helpful and attentive. GREAT all-inclusive price for 15 kids My only complaint is that most of the arcade games were out of order which made for some disappointed kids. Other than that, we love going here. Will be back again sometime.

Had a good time with granddaughter in the indoor play park. It was very loud and the canon for balls was extremely loud and people with sensitive ears should not go there and they can't turn it off either. So if you have sensory issues not the place to go. Was pretty clean for the amount of people there and the employees were very nice.

I can't believe this place is still up and running! Many improvements have been made since I last step foot inside almost 20 years ago. Batting cages are still operating, laser tag and mini golf too! First time here today. I must say I was very pleased with the staff every one was nice and pleasant. The food was very delicious and reasonable. Every time someone had gotten up either from a game or table not a second later staff was there with a sanitized bottle going to work. Any questions we had they where on it. Had a birthday party today and was very impressed. Staff were extremely accommodating and it was really risk free in terms of booking. Had people cancel last minute due to huge snow storm and weren't charged for them. They have activities for all ages and we had a great time! Much better than all the other typical party places we've used, and the pizza was better too!

This is such a fun and exciting place! Their hours are nice, even if they don't open until 10:00 AM. Their concessions are a little overpriced, but their concessions are also delicious! Had my 7 year old sons birthday party here and everyone had a blast. Great facility! We go for our kids to use the batting cages. 20 bucks will get you enough tokens to hit for over an hour. The ninja course is awesome for kids too! They have sanitizer all over, and are good with cleaning. Over all, i would definitely reccommend for anyone looking for cheaper fun things to do with kids!

Celebrated a birthday here and it was oh so much fun for the kids. The staff was very nice to deal with as well and I think.it has to be hard to stay patient when working in that type of venue.??. The adults enjoyed it too and we will definitely return.

Batting cages are fun and helpful for the kids and still reasonably priced. Arcade games cheaper than anywhere else I've seen. Not too many places where you can go with two kids with $20, they play games for an hour and come away with prizes and candy from the tickets they receive. Also, birthday parties are much more reasonable than at a place like Urban Air. Highly recommended!

We had our daughter?s 10th birthday part here! They had a BLAST! The pizza was delicious and it was really easy! No set up/clean up and it was super low key for us, the parents! My 4 and 6 year old had a great time too! Would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Ninja course and laser tag was awesome!!! My kids 5-12 years old loved it...so did I. I'd come back here with my sisters just to run the ninja course and play laser tag. My kids want to come back again too. Our first time here, only thing is...one area was closed off... looks like lots of video games, but there was the arcade. Everything was family friendly. This would be a great place to host a family reunion for a day...fun for all ages!

Great Friday night value wristbands for the children. They can enjoy themselves while parents hangout together. Plenty of seating, which was nice. My son really enjoyed the batting cages as well. I'm glad it wasn't overly crowded.

Had an awesome time at Grand Slam today with my daughters and nephews. Everything from the bathrooms to play areas were super clean. Staff were very friendly and provided great service. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone with children of all ages.

I had my Grandson for the weekend and we checked out the website. There was no mention of the place being mainly for kids ages 11 and UNDER. He's 12 so there wasn't much he could do. Most of the arcade games didn't work. The prizes were cheap but cost a lot in tickets to win. We spent $75 dollars there and walked out with a pair of blow up boxing gloves (which leaked air when we tried to blow them up).

Staff was helpful enough. Food came out in good time and was surprisingly good. Over all my kids enjoyed themselves. Only thing I didn't like was it was a little cold inside.

We had an absolute blast! This was the first experience at an arcade for our 4 year old, and it's safe to say he had the time of his life. Awesome place to let the kids release some energy! The bouncy house is fun but smelled like it could use some cleaning?? The air cannons were out if commission so no tennis balls in the play area which is sorta sad to see. Mini golf, laser tag, bumper cars, and batting cages all still a go.
