Playing on the water boats is now our family thing every summer. We have so much fun!!!

Fun batting cages and bumper boats. Decent, small arcade. We really liked the batting cage options: softball through super fast baseballs and everything in between. There's also a zip line that looked fun.

Check out Grand Slam. Came here with my friend Sid on a whim after some of our other plans fell through. You don't really see a lot of locally owned businesses like this much anymore. The owner, who I think is DJ, was super cool. For most of the time - it was just me and my friend, so we did almost everything. The batting cages are a blast, there's so many different modes. Imma be real with you right now - I was kinda killing it at the high school level? but they even have a wiffleball cage for little kids.

You need to go on the water bumper cars. I was scared at first but then it was so fun. Very family friendly.

Really fun! Zip line for kids after 8 y.o. Gemstones mining is cool add on! $10 per bag.

Fun place for kids and adults that still act like kids. The bumper boats are a blast for everyone. Try the zip line if you're feeling adventurous, or take a few swings in the batting cages. Fun games in the arcade too!

Amazing place for a fun outing at the cape!! The owner is so friendly and goes out of his way to make it a great experience for kids. We brought my daughter for her birthday and it made her day. 11/10

Wide range of activities, friendly staff. The owner was kind and attentive. My kids loved the small arcade, panning for gems (The $25 bag was split between my kids, tons of great stuff in there), and the 7 minutes bumper boat session. I'll definitely come back!

The sweet smell of sweat and urine shot across our faces as we rode the bumper boats. Perhaps it's time to drop a few chlorine tabs into the pool. We'll come back next year, but my family definitely had to take a shower after this experience.

Been coming here for decades. Used to bring the kids when they were younger. Now we go with the grandkids! Lots of fun on a hot summer day and you need a break from the beach.

Smaller than i expected. Number boat were fun for the whole family! Prepare to get thoroughly wet! Expensive. Zip line is not worth it IMO Batting cages were fun. The kid one was shooting blank but management gave us an extra token when we mentioned it. Not cheap but a worthy stop !

Had a fun time with my son! Prices are normal for the area. My son really loved the bumper boats they have squirt guns attached to them and because my son is a lot shorter than me he got to soak me with his gun so he thought that was pretty funny

Such a neat little spot with plenty to do for an hour or two while in between things. The more surprising activity was the treasure bags. We started with the cheap one and immediately went back for the biggest one. Archade is tiny but little quick hits and the cashier knows the tricks on one of them to help a little one win. The only thing is we hate country music and that's all they played on the speaker. Music diversity would be nice but that's just us being picky. 5 star all the way though!!

What a treasure of a family owned small business! I've never heard of bumper boats despite growing up on the cape and my kids (5 & 8) had a blast, both taking a boat solo and blasting our family as we watch! The batting cages offered something for everybody, my 8 year old did slow pitched softballs and my 5 year old loved the wiffle ball! We passed on the zip line and rock wall for now since both kids are young and the height is intimidating, specifically for the 5 year old. Plan on spending about 75$ for a

Friendly staff. Great bumper boats with water guns on each boat. A pirates cannon that shoots water....too fun . Batting cages that throw strikes and whiffle ball for the little ones. If you like to treasure hunt they even have panning for gems. A new adventure zip line that will get your heart racing. Fun for the whole family. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend you give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

The bumper boats have become a family tradition for our family every year. And it seems they add something new every year too. One year it was sifting for treasure (the big bag always had the best stuff). Another year it was the zip lines or a rock climbing wall or the green monster for the littles batting cage. But the bumper boats are where the kids get to shoot streams of water at each other (and at the parents if they get in a boat). They love it! Super fun. Love this place.

Bumper boats are awesome, batting cages n zip line. Kids love this small entertainment place. Go several times throughout our summer. Priced fairly n staff is always friendly.

We visit here every year, the kids are here all the time! I like that it's clean and new attractions added each year. Where else can you get a coke or water for just $1? They don't gouge for drinks and they offer discounts for the the more you experience. The 6 pack special on the bumper boats is very useful. We love the bumper boats, batting cages and the sift for treasure is a real kid pleaser.

Visiting from DC and had so much fun!!! The guy handling the zip lining was awesome and very patient with me and my bridesmaid. The bumper boats were wicked fun. The only suggestion is to have a ladder in case you fall in. The same gentleman who helped me zip line for the 1st time helped my friend out of the pool! So friendly and nice great place for any one wanting to have aome laughs. Would highly highly recomend!!

Local love! Born and raised on cape cod, did a family night out with friends and what a night! Never laughed so hard on the bumper boats! Sooo much fun and my six year got to drive his own boat he loved every second of it! Then topped the night off with my girl friend trying zip lining ?us moms? how freaking fun! Loved every second of it! Can't wait to revisit with the family and friends!

I have been coming to the batting cages since I was a kid, and it was always the highlight of my summer. Then they added the bumper boats and zipline and made it even better. A great family place and my sisters and cousins and even my mom and dad have a great time. Sunny day, cloudy day or even a rainy day and it is always open. The only thing I would change is to add a soft serve ice-cream machine.

Affordable family entertainment, something for everyone. Zipline staff extremely compliant

Have been coming here with family for years and by far, the most summer fun for all ages! With the zipline, bumper boats, batting cages and the newly added rock climbing wall, you could spend a fun filled day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating too. Especially on the zipline, they made sure my cousin felt safe and had great energy as getting her excited for her trip across the pool. You can come cool off from the summer heat in the arcade and search for treasure. Rain and shine you can find someth

I mean what kid isn't going to have fun here, so simple. Great to watch your children have so much fun. Bumper boats with squirt guns, rock climbing, batting cages and zip line! You can knock out all the activities in less than an hour. I'd suggest being 5 or older to attend.

In response to the one star review. "Smog" is not the correct term at all. The street is busy for a Harwich road, but that's not saying much. The air is clean and fresh. The bumper boats are electrically powered, as appose to gasoline, which helps the environment 100%. The batting cages are amazing! You must just be upset that your can hit a fastball right down the middle (and if, for some reason the aren't down the middle, ask ANY of the employee's and they would be HAPPY to fix it for you) let me remind y

Fun, affordable, and friendly staff! We will definitely make a point to return next year. And in the words of my 9 year old daughter, "They have everything!" Well done, Grand Slam??

Fun time for our 6 yr old twins

Great spot. I'm so used to the Giant entertainment complexes, it was really nice finding this small business run by the same owner for a long time. We had a lot of fun for a very reasonable price compared to other places like it. Fun laid back vibe.

Beyond a great time for all ages. Staff is respectful and helpful for kids. Come back every year because weve never had a bad experience. You can pan for treasures, zipline, bumperboats or hit some balls with 4 different speed areas for different experienced players.

Our granddaughters did the bumper boats. They went two rounds. The first round only two other boats were with them. Fun, but even better the next round when every boat was taken. Expensive fun??

Huge waste of your money. Ziplines are $10 per person for only 2 zips. It takes longer to put the harnesses on than time to zip. You better have cash with you or no service. That is if you go to this overpriced place.

great little spot to get some cuts in and remember why I will never be a pro baller. kids loved the blasting each other with the bumper boats and doing the rock climbing walls. owner is a friendly guy even though he's a New York transplant :)

Bumper boats were extremely fun- go with a large group or match up with strangers. There are batting cages and a wiffleball cage for littles as well as a zip line and rock wall. You can also sift for treasure and play some arcade games.

You are confused if you enjoy this place, the worst beach, pond, or golf is much better. Breath in the smog from route 28, 20 feet away. Struggle to hit any balls because there isn't enough distance from the pitching machine. Boogie down to the all commercial radio station blaring from their home stereo in the tool shed. You're very welcome.

Cole (and Tyler) were FANTASTIC during our zip line experience. Thoughtful and fun, handled a troublesome young boy very well. Both deserve BIG raises although Cole should receive a larger one.

Being at Grand Slam is like going back in a time capsule to simpler times. Shut off the phone, spend time with kids outdoors and enjoy the fun!

Bumper boats were a blast! Ample time to ride around and enjoy the activity

Been coming with kids for 10 plus years. Great fun, friendly staff. Zip lining and bumper boats are a huge hit with the family

phenomenal service especially the zip line especially with cole (co1etrain199 (i think)) and tyler (tyx2 (i think)). just great service overall dealt with a nine year old well even when he didn't follow the rules??

Staff was accommodating to my handicapoed status. I have neuropathy and wanted to take photos of my family. The young staff saw I was using a cane and needed to sit. They made me move so they could all sit and chat.

Batting cages suck they are either to fast or to slow it's hard to get your timing correct if your trying to get better at hitting it's a good place if your wanna just hang out and swing but if your taking it seriously this isn't the place for you

Nice place for the kids...bumper boats, zip line, batting cages. Nice staff, clean & family friendly!

A great little mini adventure for the whole family. Loved the bumper boats while my daughter sprayed the heck out of my wife. Perfect.

Very slow but still fun

So much fun. Staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Would recommend for kids and adults.

WONDERFUL zipline experience. Cole and Tyler were great (especially Cole). They definitely deserve raises (especially Cole).

Great place on Cape Cod! Fun for all ages. A place you must visit while on your vacation!

Awesome bumper boats and batting cages. 15 is the best boat. Definitely worth 7$.

My kids had a great time here. Will definitely be coming back next time we are on the Cape

This place was a blast. They have batting cages, bumper boats, zip lines, climbing walls, and a small arcade. It is cash only.

Great fun with bumper boats and batting cages. We will definitely do thus again.

Not much to do, fairly pricey considering duration of activity. But the bumper boats seemed to be considered the highlight

Lots to do for all ages. Plus it's not spread out so easy to keep track of everybody.

So much fun for my family! Love the zip line too.

Pricey at $7 per bumper boat ride but great staff.

Really fun, and the staff was incredibly helpful the whole time we were there

Great fun for the entire family bring a towel and change of clothes. You will get wet!!!

It was fun! And not expensive as many places on Cape.

Good time with 8yo and his dad, both liked the bumper boats and dad the batting cages

We tried bumper boats and zip line. Both were awesome!

So much fun. Everyone had fun. People got wet! Yeah!

We only did the bumper boats, but we had a great time!

The staff are friendly and it's worth $7 for bumper boats. Would go back

This place would not allow me to get my money back when the batting cage took my money. Terrible service

Great prices, great rides, nice small business

A fun place to bring the kids and be sure to bring your camera

Cash only..no bundle package . Outside portable toilets.

Kids had fun on the bumper boats and batting cage

A great place to spend a few hours w the family!

So much fun! I highly recommend it!!

The bumper boats are great as well as the batting cages.

Great place to visit, employees are very friendly and helpfull

Did zip lining and had a blast.

Dirty and old equipment. Very expensive and not worth it.

One of our favorite places to go each summer

Great place to do quick and fun activities

Friendly, inexpensive and adult and kid friendly.

Clean, family entertainment and great deals.

Great stop for a little family fun

Awesome time for all ages!

Do the bumper boats, they are the best

Bumper boats are great fun.

Kids loved the bumper boats

Very fun bumper boats

This place is awesome 10/10 recommended

Didn't need a shower after this one!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
