Went to grand slam this weekend for a kids birthday party and participated in some of the activities such as laser tag, mini golf, and the indoor trampoline area. The batting cages aren't included in party packages and the party room they had my family in was up a high flight of stairs which wasn't great for our people with mobility issues. It seems like a great family place to do stuff, I would also say that the food isn't very good but there is also a vending machine with snacks available.

Great location for kids. Best price on mini golf. Arcade was a hit with my grandson. Staff is super friendly

I helped host a child?s party here and they made the whole process so easy and convenient! The kids had a great time and the pizza was delicious! There was also a lost child during our visit and the team working handled it with professionalism and care for the scared kid. I'll definitely be back and can't recommend them enough, especially for parties!

We visited Minnesota from Michigan for a family vacation! This complex was a perfect stop for our kids to have tons of fun!!! The staff was truly amazing and treated us like family! The complex itself was very clean and everything was user friendly!!

Grand slam is an interesting place - lots to do for folks of every age, but overall it's just ok. Games are truly a waste of money. Nowhere near as fun as D&Bs. Pizza is surprisingly decent, but getting a pitcher of water there is like finding water in the desert. Food service staff are great and friendly, but almost all others seem disengaged. This may be more about my expectations than the operation, but parents should keep an eye on their kids for the best and safest experience.

THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED. This place is sick, flat out, it has everything you could want for younger kids. We have been multiple times and just hosted a birthday party here. The staff is super helpful and they were prompt helping with refills and everything we needed during the party. It's a big place but we'll laid out so when you have 15 kids running around it's not too difficult to keep track of them. All the kids wore themselves out playing laser tag which was the consensus favorite. Bumper cars were a

The mini golf was was one of the best simple but creative/immersive courses I've played. Arcade was reasonable, my daughter and I both hit jackpot on plinko. Everything was priced fair. Good time.

The best grand slam! Super clean, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I was afraid to go on a Saturday but it wasn't nearly as busy as I thought it would be & by late afternoon it wasn't busy at all. Our 8 & 3 year old boys had so much fun on the trampolines & the big indoor playground!

Wonderful staff! The young adults are so kinds and patient. The lines for food are a bit ridiculous. Maybe have one liners for drinks and one for food? Loved laser tag but tool WAY WAY to long to get through the line than video and then play. Overall, very fun place to spend an afternoon.

Great place for a birthday party or celebration for kids. They have a practice batting area a fun zone, Minnie golf, and arcade area, and Lazer tag and bumper cars, and a trampoline area. Excellent way for kids to explore and drain their energy.

Overall, it was a great time. No refills on soda (doesn't matter the size/pitcher), and there are hardly any 2 ticket games, so if your card gets that low, you have to add tokens or choose a game designed for a young child. But my kids had fun and I'm sure we'll be back.

Taron: Very Nice Guy! very helpful person to have working in this facility. Taron went out of his way to be inviting and had a courteous attitude! Definitely a great experience here at Grand Slam!

The building space is way too small for all the different activities they have available. All the spaces for each activity is very small and crowded. The bathroom was a constant mess/dirty. I didn't like how the party room worked. You get wire shelfings on each end of the room to put your supplies (table top decors, presents, and cake) but you can't get a table until the food is ready for your group. There's no locking system in place so anyone can just grab your stuff off the shelves and run away with it.

The staff was great, very helpful. Snack bar prices were reasonable. Grandkids had a great time, they said it was the "best day ever!"

Paid for the full package. Laser tag was not avail. The bumper cars were having electrical fire... "that's normal" they said. Sorry. It's not... that's a fire hazard. So we couldn't enjoy those... whole room was filled with smoke. Not the fun kind. ELECTRICAL FIRE SMOKE. Your facility is very dirty. Very dated. The games are too expensive at the arcade. Mini golf... very bad. Not fun. Cool pirate ship though. Staff was kind... but, clearly there's no adults running the place. $3 for a locker. Give me a bre

Fun place to burn some energy and the price is reasonable. The concessions are great with reasonable food and snack prices. My only complaint is that the facility could use a deep clean

Fun place for all ages. Mini golf is fun and not too hard. Yes it's real water, be careful. Some things are damaged. The play zone is super fun for young kids. Trampoline park is okay. Laser tag is huge and fairly surprising how much space there is!

There are so many activities to do here! It's a kid adventure! But of course, being such a fun place, it's quite busy and loud. But going right when they open, worked well for us.

We had a birthday party for our son here and it was fantastic! Jim was super informative and kind. One of the employees was able to get our balloon bouquet that flew to the ceiling when we first got here too. The kids had a blast and everything went off without a hitch. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to get refunded for our no shows as well. So awesome!! Definitely recommend.

There was our first time to be in the building and my kids they are having a lot of fun time to play with the bumper car (you can play many times you want ) And of course the one they still in the mostly of the time is the Play zone /the mini golf ?

Took my daughter for her birthday! It was super fun. But when it came to billing. We were not informed that pricing was for each kid and not by party was a little frustrating. But after we got there we had nothing but fun!

The arcade games. AHHHHH. Such a scam. Are you even able to get the stop prizes without spending the exact money to buy them. Just like gambling but without money. You want to go over and over again. Such suckyness. At least the batting cages are nice.

Came here on a Tuesday. Couldn't find anyone to help us with the attractions. We purchased unlimited wrist bands but only did everything twice in the long period of time we were there. We would wait and wait but no one would show up so we would go to the front desk to get help but usually no one was there. The only time I found someone was if they were prepping the store for closing like cleaning the windows etc.. once we finally got someone to help us into bumper cars there was someone on the track fixing

We were there this past Saturday, January 11 around 5 PM. My young nephew asked me to go play golf with him. As we worked our way down the slots,, huge Asian family with confrontational teens started acting like all of the space was their own personal property. Started bullying my nephew and his friend. Telling us what to do. The adults in this family were just watching these kids mean mug and talk negatively to us. I was not in the mood to fight and argue with strangers, so our golf experience was cut sho

Trampoline, Arcade Games, play zone, baseball hitting area, party zone and mini golf. The only downfall is you have to purchase tickets for every activity or else buy a multi-activity ticket. Snack area and ample parking.

A little crowded on weekends, small mini golf course. Ideal for kids and families rather than couples and adults. Smelled slightly musty when we walked in.

This was a really fun place. We went for a friend's birthday but I definitely plan on bringing my kids back for a fun day! The price is worth the adventure in my opinion

Helmets are in dire need of cleansing and bats need grips on most adult sizes but it was fun for my daughters 1st time hitting at a batting cage. Will be back for mini golf??

Reasonably priced variety of activities for all ages. Mini golf and playground fun for toddlers. Staff was extremely friendly.

Clean facility! The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Prices are great, and the food is delicious. Perfect place for all ages.

Our kids enjoy going here as they have a lot of activities. My only frustration is the pricing for the arcade cards as the money doesn't go far. I was loading $30-$40 on my daughter's cards and they would run out after 4-5 games. They should be able to play double or triple the amount of games.

Went this weekend for my now 7 year olds birthday!! This was her special request & she loved every minute we were there! We did everything- mini golf, the play zone, trampolines, bumper cars, arcade & even dad did the batting cage! To my surprise laser tag was my kids favorite activity! Fun for all ages with everything to do- my 5 and 3 year old also kept right up with their older sister also loving every activity!

Great fun place. Plenty of things for kids to do. Great staff

What a fun experience my son had for his first birthday party with his friends. The staff are all kind, helpful, and respectful. Even though the building is crazy with kids, the workers keep a relaxed and happy-to-help vibe, which is refreshing. They make birthday planning so easy, you get unlimited fun and entertainment for 3 hours, the pizza is delicious and served right to the table. Most importantly, the kids make some fun, life long, core memories with friends, without breaking the bank. Fabulous birt

Fun place to go and good prices. Would go to again!

One of the best places to bring your children in the Metro area! Huge trampoline area, huge jungle gym, mini golf, batting cages, bumper cars, large arcade with prizes, Cafe with seating, party room. My daughter loves it and is saving up tickets to get a plush stuffed pokemon.

Kids had a blast lots of choices and 20 bucks a kids will do ya for a hr or 2. Arcade games are speedy to get more than 3 games have to spend 50. Overall great place for kids to play

It was crowded and hard to find a parking space but once we got inside the kids had so much fun. Laser tag, bumper cars, arcade games and jumping on the trampoline. They were exhausted by the time we left. We paid $23.00 per kid for the unlimited wristband. It was worth it.

Walked in on Saturday afternoon for a birthday party of 6 kidlets with no reservations. Staff was nothing less then stellar, happy and happy to help with anything. Would recommend definitely! Thank you

Great spot to bring little ones 4-13 years old. Logically priced for a timed ticket! Lazer tag and batting cages are easily key features. As simple as it may seem from an adult perspective, there are unfortunately too few of places like this anymore.

Awesome place for kids and active adults for entertainment with a variety of fun activities from mini golf, bouncing, pizza, laser tag, arcade, and so much more. Great for birthday parties and other group celebrations.

Super fun for kids of all ages! Very popular place for birthday parties - there's something for everybody. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn we could choose one activity and pay for only that last time we went, so we played the mini golf for a few bucks!

I had so much fun. I was there for my nieces birthday party. We got the V.I.P. package. 2 hours of playing and one hour for pizza, pop, and opening presents. The crazy cars and the lazer tag were my parties favorite activities. With it being summer some of the kids came in wearing flip flops. The play land and the trampoline requires you to WEAR SOCKS. I wish they had the little stocking like they do when you try on shoes or something like that for kids who don't have socks on.

I went with my new boyfriend. It was so much fun. We plan on getting a Hotel near there with my grandkids.

Fun time. Great experience for all ages. Sunday evening prices were great and no waiting for any of the fun! Updated aracade games, play place, trampoline, always fun lazer tag, batting cages, bumper cars and mini golf.

I had my sons birthday party on Saturday. The kids had a blast!! All of the staff were energetic/upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable, great with the kids, etc. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it. Thank you!!!

Awesome staff, amazing pizza! Lots of activities for the kiddos and very clean. Kids love it there!

Very fun but I think regulating how many families can be in at one time would make the payment a little easier to make ??

I come here all of the time to get some swings during the off season. Can be very busy on Saturdays with birthday parties, but usually the cages are open. Very clean for having a bunch of children inside the facility at all times.

This place is awesome for your youngsters to get some wiggles out, very affordable, great value

great place for kids. kids zone was dirty could smell dirty diapers/foul smell. my 4 year old had a blast

Stopped today with the grand daughters for 3 hours, had a great time. Thanks for the hospitality Jim!

The joy in the kids faces were priceless as they had so much fun at Grand Slam today!!! Even though it was super busy with kids on spring break, the staff worked efficiently through the lines and were still very friendly. Even the concessions girl was still smiling! The bumper cars line worked well with the numbers handed out to each kid to keep it fair. I also really liked how there were benches where parents can sit and watch their kids enjoy the activities. There were a variety of games for both little a

The very best value in things to do with your kids, their price was better than any other kids place in the cities. I recommend it. I will be coming back.

The few times I've been here, I've encountered great customer service. Those working the front desk are super helpful and patient. Had my son?s birthday party there and never felt rushed to clear out our stuff. They seem to be very understanding of families and the little extra patience we need sometimes. Very reasonably priced in my opinion too

Fun for kids birthdays. Lots to do. Food fine. Service good.

Kids love it here. Decent entertainment for the price. Just wish the arcade wasn't quite so spendy.

100% recommended for hosting a birthday party! Dominic went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of (and stands out for doing so every time we visit in general). Huge shoutout to him! Also, the gentleman who checked us in (Omar I think was his name, maybe?) Answered all of our questions and ensured we started off our event on a positive note! Basically, the staff there makes it FUN and it makes all the difference. Food is reasonably priced and the activities are so fun! Great for toddlers a

The customer service is wonderful! The only drawback is the need for updates for the snack/eating area. This aside, as I said earlier, the customer service was amazing, especially with the place being busy and packed. My kids love Grand Slam, and for me, it holds nostalgia.

This place is a money suck but the kids had fun. Wish they had some option for parents - better wifi, pod seating, and maybe decent coffee or a liquor license :)

Kids had a blast.. kinda dirty, things are in rough shape. They could use a update on things but overall good entertainment. Very expensive food court

This was our go to place growing up as kids, and it is so much fun as a parent now to take our kids there! My kids' birthday parties there have been great. The ability to choose whenever we want to eat for the party package is great when trying to plan between the kids' play time, eating and gift opening. Facilities are clean and well kept, and that is no small feat keeping up after hundreds of kids trying to destroy their building daily.

Believe me it has everything that your kid will enjoy doing laser tag hitting balls putting golf jumping trampoline Game bumper cars

The tickets given per game is stingy compared to the number of tickets needed for prizes, but my 11 year old enjoyed playing the games they had available.

My son and his friends had an absolute blast. The one caveat is that, even though there aren't age restrictions on laser tag, the vests are huge on eight year olds of average height and width. It was crazy and chaotic and fun, but - for the younger kids - I'd choose the trampoline over the laser tag package when we go again.

I held my son's 7th birthday party here and it was fantastic. We had a group of 8 boys and 3 supervising adults. Was it chaotic in there on a Saturday afternoon? Absolutely! But the boys had a blast, plenty of time to do everything, and I had ample space for food, drinks, and gift opening. The staff was friendly and as efficient as they possibly could be. 10/10 recommend.

Ultra nice staff, tons to do and very affordable!

Great place and tons of stuff for kids and adults of all ages! Customer service was 10/10! The staff found my Apple Watch I had lost and even mailed it back to me! Wow! Thanks so Much!! ??

We did the walk in package that includes unlimited mini golf, Krazy cars, Lazer tag and an arcade card. Purchased an additional arcade amount for add on. Very reasonable price wise in comparison to other similar places and would make for an enjoyable afternoon activity for many age ranges. Note for groups with underage/non related members: if you want to do the trampoline you have to sign a waiver.

Your typical Grand Slam if you have been to one before. It's bigger than some I have been to. Usually lots of school trips, organizations, etc bring groups here. Bumper cars, laser tag, mini golf, and batting cages in addition to the arcade. Different price levels include different parts of it. General concessions that honestly weren't too bad for what it was. Staff were nice and organized despite the chaos of kids. It does get loud and highly overstimulating if there's large groups. Has a n upstairs for gr

We went with our 4 year old and upon entering it seemed like a decent place but as we explored the facility we noticed that the Playzone and Trampoline Park had trash scattered around. The 4 & under area had some sort of leak and the toys/stacking blocks inside looked extremely worn and gross. Most concerning was we witnessed some sort of incident/altercation between 3 of the young male workers where they were openly and loudly cussing and dropping the N word and one of them had a black ski mask on and hood

We booked a party package for our son's birthday and were less than impressed. The place was over packed and not staffed adequately. I understand that it is hard for businesses to staff properly but this seemed like chaos. Too many people and not enough staff or space. The price point for renting the party was very high for what the kids were actually able to do, due to the lines and amount of people.

Came to a birthday party here. It is a fun place with a lot to do, but most packages don't include everything. That can make it tough to manage kids who want to do activities not included. All in all, it's a good busy place to spend a few hours with kids

Expensive for large families. Kids had a great time and can't wait to go again.

Took my 7yr old son here for his friend's birthday party. He absolutely loved it and wants to have his next birthday party here so we will be back. I hadn't been to one since the 90's and it's got the same fun things to do with some cool additions. We will be back for sure.

This was a blast last night my only issue was the laser tag staff was rude and very unfriendly, our cheese curds was burnt, the overall food wasn't good, and for spending over 400 on a birthday party it would of been nice to have a decorated room, but when we arrived it was just a dark room with empty tables, but despite all this the arcade along with all the attractions was just what the family needed

Pretty clean and well kept for the most part, considering how much traffic this place sees in a single day. We were visiting for a family members birthday. Lots of fun to be had and my child could have kept playing all night. It is pricey if you do any arcade games. The staff was great and very nice.

We've hosted two birthday parties here. It's a decent value and there's plenty to do. It was busier during our winter birthday party than during our summer birthday party. There was a bit of a backup on the mini golf; we felt a bit squished by the slower party in front of us and the faster party behind us, but we were too large to ask to play through. The arcade is fun and there's enough game variety to keep everyone engaged during the included game play credits (2-6 plays depending on the game choice f

Great place to create memories with your "littles". Price is fairly reasonable, especially on non-peak/day hours, even hosting birthdays which we've done a few times now. P. S - the supreme pizza is surprisingly really good, must be the bacon bits ??

I took my grandchildren here for the first time. The kids had a blast! The pizza was the best we have ever eaten and a great price! The gal who helped the kids pick out prizes was amazing and so helpful!! All the staff was very polite! We will definitely come here again! I highly recommend Grand Slam to all for a wonderful day of fun!

Me and the family always go to this location we love it no matter when we go the experience is good except this last time the crazy cars/ bumper car my daughter was on had an electrical fire it just started sparking and smoke filled the room and kids went to running i just dont like the fact that not one staff member or manager didn't have the common sense to just ask was the kids ok did they get burned or hurt 8 was baffled but i cant complain all of the kids there were fine to my knowledge which is aweso

A great place for great experiences. Listen I've gone here a lot. This last trip, I ordered a pizza and they come on these thin card board platters. While carry the pizza it buckled in half and the pizza went flying into the ground while I'm surrounded by kids and other adults and I'm beyond embarrassed. I got half pizza on the ground. Half in my arms and my shorts are covered in pizza sauce. As I'm reflecting on my life choices - the kitchen staff had already thrown in a new pizza without me coming out of

It was fun, and staff was helpful and polite, however, a kids field trip came by and I'm alright with them running and screaming but they were playing in the water of the mini golf course, then water was getting in the course and also jumped in to my golf hole without permission or asking for a turn, I just feel the mini golf needs more supervision

We just celebrated our daughter?s birthday here with seven of her friends. We were able to easily schedule online, and the service was tremendous once we arrived. The guy at the front desk was great, we had a table reserved, and the food (pizza) was much better than these types of places typically offer.

I went here for my son?s birthday we got the deal where you could do everything plus 3.00 arcade cards. The mini golf was decent my son enjoyed it, but it wasn't in the best shape. The trampoline area was crowded with unsupervised kids, my son got hit in the face by some kid?s bouncy ball. The batting cage was a little pricey and rundown. The bumper cars were In really bad condition, mine started smoking and was really slow. The employees were tired but managed to keep a smile. The laser tag was pretty goo

Had a blast with my 7 yo son! Laser tag alone is worth going. It is intense, dark, and a load of fun. Mini golf was a good way to cool down between games. Krazy karts were way more fun than the old bumper cars if grown up with. Arcade is well stocked with a variety of games that anyone can enjoy. We'll definitely go back, maybe with a larger group of friends and family.

Jim the manager was great, but my experience there was not great. My son celebrated his 8th birthday there he had fun. I tried to make a reservation but the tables were fully booked. So, I called the establishment the day of my sons bday to ask if there were any other tables to utilize as I was bringing 8 children. I was told there were about five community tables that are a first come first served bases so be sure to grab a table quick which I did. Upon arriving we found a table put our belongings down at

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
