My wife and I had such an amazing and fun time! The staff is so friendly and generous. Big shoutout to Isaac for giving free rounds of games. There are plenty of games for all ages and a mix of retro and newer ones. All the games are very clean and one did malfunction but the staff was so kind and reimbursed the credits back on our card. 10/10 would recommend and we will be coming back soon! We had an amazing experience here with our kids. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, offering to help the kids with the games and explaining how everything works. The claw machines seem to not be rigged like typical ones are, each kid got a decent prize out of one. The mini bowling is really neat, I'd never seen that before. So much fun! We hosted an event here for our student mentoring program, the kids as well as the adults loved it. Went tonight for our first of many times! We had a blast with all the different game options and we loved the mini bowling! Normal price point for an arcade. Since they just opened they are working out the kinks with some games but as to be expected when your first opening. We are so excited to have something like this in town for the kiddos!

The mini-bowling goes for a full 10 frames and isn't crazy expensive (around $5/game for 2 players), which is something I haven't seen at any other mini bowling on this side of the state. The most kind and generous staff of any arcade I've been to - definitely a hidden gem of Grand Haven.

Best 9th birthday party location! Our son and his friends couldn't stop high fiving,cheering and chest bumping each other over all the games and ticket wins. I really enjoyed spending my afternoon at Grand Fun! Not only did I have fun playing games, but the staff was exceptionally nice. Isabella in particular was extremely nice and helped with the stuck stuffed animals in the crane as well as helping us with the mini bowling. We loved it! Great time for the family after work and preschool. Staff was great!! We didn't get to try food, but someone else?s looked fantastic. So many games - kept us busy! Our son asked if we were going back again tomorrow after school!

Great local arcade! We took our 8, 6, and 4 year old kids here for an end of Christmas break treat and we are so glad we did. Lots of fun games, mini bowling, a laser maze, a concession counter with tables to hang out at, and the staff are AMAZING! Will definitely be back!

We had so much fun celebrating my little brother's birthday here! The owner was super nice to talk to, and generously gave our group of 3 several free plays! The selection of games was great! It's small, but I didn't feel like anything I played was lame. They even had Pump It Up! This place has a lot of heart- I'll definitely be back!

Our kids (12&8yo) had the best time! There was so much for them to do and the staff was so fun and friendly, even showing them some tips and tricks to win some of the more difficult games. Great selection of prizes too. We'll be back for sure!

It was fun, but there's not a lot of games. Also the price of credits per game is crazy high and the ticket pay out of very low and you can barely get any prizes because they're prizes take a lot of tickets and games don't pay out that well. Just kind of a waste of money for 10 minutes of play ...

Me my sister and uncle had so much fun! we won several prizes and my sister won a lot of ticket rolls! and the staff was amazing! overall a great place!

My family had a wonderful time here every one was so friendly and helpful. We played so many games this was a great was to wear out our toddler on a rainy day! Definitely will be coming here a lot this winter. So glad we have a kid friendly place to go to in Grand Haven!

My niece has her 4th birthday party here. They planned everything alongside her theme. All we had to do was show up. They even included cards with credits on them for the adults and the kids. My son had so much fun he wants to have his birthday party there now. Aside from the arcade the laser frenzy was his favorite! He said it made him feel like a spy.

This place is amazing. My daughters had so much fun! The staff went above and beyond, and were so friendly! Try the ginormous pretzel...it was delicious.

Grand Fun Entertainment was a blast for our entire family! The kids loved the arcade games, and the staff was fantastic. Mr. P went above and beyond to make sure our kids had a great time. The games are also well-priced, and even the claw machines were fun and seemed winnable, which was a nice surprise for the kids (and adults!). Awesome staff. Super friendly and like to play games with your kids. We ran out of tokens and the staff challenged my kids to random games for like a half hour just having fun. You can tell they like games and family interaction. Great place if you have an hour to kill. Good food to.

We had so much fun at Grand Fun on our vacation. The owner and his family were very friendly and were very welcoming. Mini bowling was a blast. My son had a ton of fun and it was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. Definitely recommend!!

We took out niece and nephew, and had an absolute blast. The employees were friendly and engaging, going above and beyond to ensure that everyone was welcomed and having fun. This is not the "Show-business" pizza of our youth. They have several games I've never seen, giving everyone in our group free plays. We will definitely be back, even if it's without the kids.

We showed up a few minutes after closing time, but they stayed open for us. All the staff were super friendly! Isaac, an employee, made sure we had a really great time & encouraged some fun competition. Can't wait to come back for the awesome games and prizes!

A little gem of an arcade in Grand Haven. Food service was very very slow, did not get our food. Given the high touch surfaces wish there was hand sanitizer available.

It's great that our town finally has something else to do with the kiddos. Grand Fun has a ton of potential once everything is up and running. Even with some of the games not being operational yet the girls had a blast. Prices are average for an arcade. Cards cost $1 and you get to keep them for future use. Be sure to register them so if it gets lost they can look up your credits and tokens ??

Had a blast taking my 2 toddlers here! The staff was absolutely incredible and they even went above and beyond letting me look at their allergen menu for my sons allergies. Highly recommend!

Our family has been there several times now and each time the same experience. An outstanding staff, clean environment, fun games, and tasty food await. Each time we go we wind up spending hours there. Mr. P and his staff are doing a wonderful job. Could not recommend more.

Don't waste your time going here to only disappoint your children when they aren't open at 10:00am like the website and the sign on their door says. Don't bother calling because they also don't answer their phone. Take your business to Craigs Cruisers,they are always open when their website and sign says they are and they always answer their phone.

Bowling was so terrible. The place looks like it was set up In 2 days payed $5 for the worst bowling ever. The pins always got messed up and everything looked unfinished. maybe if your 5 then it would be a great time but other than that it was bad.

Super fun to have an arcade, escape room and family hangout added to Grand Haven! The owners and staff members are friendly and eager to serve. It gives us locals another option to avoid traveling long distance for entertainment.

We dropped in and were SO happy we did! The owner, Mr. P, was one of the most genuine people I've ever met! He loves what he does and wants to ensure everyone who steps into Grand Fun has a great experience! Mini bowling was lots of fun, and he had a great variety of arcade games to play! Whole family loved it!
