Clean & fun spot, and the workers were very attentive. Their chicken wrap meal was delicious and the drinks were on point. A little pricy which is expected for a small city, but some discounts are available during the weekday for military, etc. They are kids friendly with ticket prized games and arcades to play. I will visit again soon!
The waitress was very attentive and checked out party for drinks and food. The arcade has multiple options available. Overall, the bowling alley was clean and modern. The alley has multiple big TVs and Bar to separate the first five lanes from second group of fives or six lanes. Each lane had comfortable seating for a party of four with food. All equipment was great conditions and plenty tables to sit. Loved the bowling alley, but I prefer "free-pinsetters" with mechanical arm vs "string pinsetters to set u
We participated with the Special Olympics and the staff at the bowling alley were tremendous. The owner went above and beyond to host the event. This is all on top of a great environment and pristine bowling lanes.
Very clean. Did not eat or drink here due to having dinner before hand. It would be much better if customers could pay for each game of bowling they wanna play instead of a time limit. This was my 1st ever bowling alley that you had to pay per hour to play instead of per game.. $ per game would be worth it, $ per hour of play is a rip off.
Our first visit here and yes we enjoyed ourselves. We didn't order any food but it looked delicious.
We went with a group of 14 (12 bowlers) to bowl and have some lunch. My husband and I ordered burgers and fries; these were pretty good. Our food came out quickly and was hot when served. We were able to take it over to our lanes and the waitress checked with our group frequently for refills and new orders. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and timely. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be going back.
GoodTimes Bowling is an awesome family friendly environment. I go there all the time and they even have bowling leagues. They have great Menu items at reasonable prices. As you can see I may have a little bit of a sweet tooth ??. I have had theTurtle Molten Bundt Cake with Ice Cream. The turtle Molten Bundt Cake plain and the Cheesecake with Raspberry Drizzle.
I WENT TO THE TROY LOCATION AROUND LUNCH TIME AND I ORDERED STRAWBERRY LEMONADE AND ICE WATER IT TOOK 10 MINUTES TO GET AND THEN I ORDERED SOUTHWEST EGG ROLLS AND TATER TOTS AND IT TOOK ABOUT 25 MINUTES TO GET TO ME , OH BUT WAIT I DIDN'T TELL YOU I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE EATING AREA AND BY THE TIME I GOT MY FOOD I WAS NOT HUNGRY ANYMORE AND I IMMEDIATELY ASKED FOR A TO GO BOX AND LEFT THE FACILITY AND WITH PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NOT BE SPENDING MY MONEY WITH THEM NO TIME SOON I WAS VERY
We stopped in to check it out and decided to stay and have dinner... Very clean and well laid out bowling alley with plenty of old-school games to play in the arcade section (can't wait to take our grand children). The food was good and server was wonderful... We will definitely be back!
This is a great place for kids, families, friend groups, church groups, couples, and anyone who's looking to have a little fun. I had a really good time bowling. I hadn't been bowling in a long time. I didn't do very well but it so much fun with group I was there with. I enjoyed several games of hoops, roller balls and a car racing. The only thing yhat I can not comment on is the food. We wanted to order and we tried to order food the entire time we were bowling. Kept asking for some one to take our order.
First time for me, my dad & other athletes to come here in Troy to compete in the Special Olympics State Games 2025.
Super friendly staff and prices were fair. However, I would love to see them get some bowling aid ramps for special needs customers in the near future. Being a special needs parent, I would love to be able to include ALL of my kids in the fun!
Customer service needs work. We ordered food the same time as another party did (just a pizza) and never got it after playing a total of 4 games for an hour. We waited at our lane and was told to move to a table without being asked if we needed help. After waiting at a table by the bar I decided to ask a bartender If there was a manager and before I could say anything she says ?oh we're not serving food here? I only wanted to ask a Question. A ?hi how can I help you? is more appropriate she said the manager
Food was good. Grandkids loved the arcade. Had a blast.
This place is clean and nice but the hours suck. We couldn't go tonight because the whole place including the arcade and bar were rented out by a sorority, which ok no biggie, but we looked on the website and Facebook and nothing was said about it not being available so we drove a day early from Florida to bring our young kids, we would have driven up tomorrow before the game instead if it was public knowledge about the private party and we can't go tomorrow after the game (you know what brings lots of peop
We had my son's 14th birthday party and the entire staff was super helpful and sweet the entire time. Stepping up to help with even the little things like a marker to label each kids cups or constantly refilling the drinks for us, everything they did, they all did it with big smiles.
Our group had a great time bowling on Saturday night! Food was really good and overall we had a great experience. Will definitely be going again soon!
Overall, the place is nice and clean. My friend and I went and did the arcade and it was fun. The only thing was we wanted to go bowling at like 8:30 but the worker told us it was closed.
This place was definitely needed for Troy to have a space for kids to have activities and have fun.
Spent time there with grandkids. Clean and family friendly for sure
Had a great time with my family! Excited to have something family oriented in town. My only drawback is a wish they were open earlier during the week.
Food was fabulous, you have to try the funnel cake fries! atmosphere was awesome and the games were fun! Will definitely be back !

Best indoor entertainment in Troy. The food is great. The games are fun. The bartenders are pretty cool too!
Everything was nice and clean. Ordered appetizers and it all tasted good. We will be back regularly
Great atmosphere. Employees are top notch. Will be visiting on the reg. Highly recommend if you haven't gone.
For Troy, this is a great place for the family or friends to hang out and have a good time. The food is good, service is good.

Great place to take your family!
Clean and a good time!!!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
