Customer Reviews

This was our first time here and was a super cool experience. Was such a nice bowling ally with an arcade in there that you could load up cards to play games and redeem prizes with tickets. They had a bar in there and some food you could get. It was super nice and everyone who worked there was great.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The place was very clean (with the exception of a slightly sticky floor). Our food bill wasn't too expensive, but we did spend quite a bit on the games (which was expected). It was our first time there and we'll definitely be back.

Such a fun place! Pristinely kept with plenty of things to stay busy with. Lots of spotless bowling lanes, escape rooms, video arcade and a prize room that beats them all! Great personable staff and a fantastic bar and restaurant with a surprisingly full menu of drinks and food. Even a creative selection of desserts. Makes Dave & Bisters look bad for selection, price and most importantly PLENTY OF CAUSAL YET CLASSY SEATING. Couches and cushioned seating for a great place to gather and enjoy friends company!

Lots of fun, enjoyed it immensely. Nice new modern facility with arcades, bowling, restaurant and bar. Friendly, courteous service. Clean restrooms, good food. Easy in and out. Easily seen from Glenn. Large big screen HDTVs at end of each bowling Lane. Highly recommend if you're in to having fun!

Awesome Place! My Nephew Had A Birthday Party There, And I Really Enjoyed Myself! My Family And I Was Bowling, Eating And The Food Was Delicious! Everything Is Super Clean And Professional. The Workers Was Truly Wonderful. My Family And I, Will Most Definitely Will Be Back!

Good Bridge mens night!

Came to good times to play arcade games for my daughter?s spring break and to win a gumball machine because that's all she's talked about ALL day. Spent $40 and was around 200 points shy from winning the gumball machine. They decided to close 40 minutes early tonight since it was slow and told me there was nothing I could do for her to win the gumball machine. She's 6. Terrible customer service. Will NOT be back. Go to the other bowling alley- they're actually nice to kids ?? Asian lady is super rude!

Absolutely horrid experience. 4 of us tried coming to bowl during their special and the manager proceeded to argue with me back and forth in front of my children. The specials don't count and I was told you can't split up payments. I took my business to bowlero, never again

Super fun with my family and friends. We enjoyed dinner & bowling and my daughter loved the arcade. This will be a great place for weekend fun.

This place was alot of fun. Had a great time bowling, ordered pizza and beer. Our group also got addicted to the Willy Wonka coin game. Would recommend stopping by with friends and family, and while traveling, we're from CA.

The food was delicious and very reasonably priced! The atmosphere was nice but the entertainment prices were a lil pricey

My First Realty work family had our office Christmas party ??here. The manager Scott Good made this the easiest party to plan Ever!! Thank you so much for such a Good Time?? Great food, really awesome atmosphere, excellent service!! ??????????

We had a ?? ball??! Food and fun was great! ....but I have a fantastic family, so I expected nothing less!????????

Great workers and great food! It was a very enjoyable night for our group.

Loved my experience here. The bar tender Shea kept me talking all night and recommended drinks from the menu that i actually liked and had never had never tried before. Spent way more money than i planned on but was totally worth it. I'm definitely recommending this place to my friends. 10:10 would recommend

The best bowling experience you can ask for. Great facility, cool games, great bar ?? and I was not worthy of the spectacular service

A great place to relax with friends or family! Every is so clean and safe, perfecto to take a break

This bowling place is great! This place is Clean, spacious, and has an awesome decor, ambiance and lighting! Oh and this place has bar!!! Mocha tini was delicious!! My sis and I definitely had fun yesterday!

Family affordable fun for all. Bowling, arcade, and escape rooms. Snacks and bar for refreshments

My child with autism who cannot talk lost a 20 dollar card and the staff including the manager did not care at all it is sad how they treat a kid with a disability

This facility is top notch! Lots of activities for the whole family or party. The fingers and fries bundle is very reasonably priced, good sized portions and tasty! And to top it off the staff in a word .. ROCKS!!! We'll be back and suggest to our friends.

The place is clean for the most part. But warning, if you try to go on a busy weekend, be prepared for poor service and long waits at the bar, waiting for a bowling lane, and to get a card for the arcade. I stood at the bar in total for 30 minutes (all I wanted was an appetizer!) and not one worker stopped to get my order. I believe we will be visiting Auburns other renovated bowling alley and arcade from now on.

We had the best time as a family just playing and our daughter was able to play the Willy Wonka coin push game and got the 5000 tickets for getting all the characters and the golden ticket Was a blast! Look at all that loot!

Our company had our 10 year anniversary party here with 25+ people and everyone had a great time. The staff went above and beyond to hang up our custom banner on the rafters. Overall the food and drinks came out at a good pace and ended up with the right person. It was delicious and my mixed drink was better than what I've gotten at ?fancy? restaurants around town. We took our family here the next day and the food and drinks were still very good! Thank you Scott, Anthony, and Mimi for your excellent service

The food and drink menu is sooo good!! We're planning to go again soon just for that. Never disappoints! Just wish there was more than 2 size 7 balls to use between 6 lanes. We luckily got to share with the lane next to us but there are many children (and smaller ladies like me) that come here and that would make it a much better experience to count on having that available.

The young lady working my grandson's birthday party was on top of things. Kids had so much fun!

Escape room had technical problems, wife waited all night for her food even after asking about it three separate times. All we got was excuses why it never showed only for them to finally tell us they gave it to us. Our bowling game was interrupted twice by a timer saying our game was over with us not even able to finish the match. Then we get bullied off the lane basically to make room for the new game only there was no other group. It sat empty. Finally we get the bill and they took out gratuity automati

We have hosted our company Christmas party here for the last 4 years. Each time the service has been great and our group of 50+ (adults and kids) has been taken care of. The owner and all of his employees do a really good job of making sure you're taken care of. Would recommend to anyone to come here and have a good time!

Very fun place.. Must do again

AMAZING- loved the arcade and bowling. The seats for the lanes were ultra comfortable and it was overall clean and good lookin. I could see ?good times? will be had here.

Friendly welcoming staff throughout the facility. Waitresses were very attentive and great service. Lovely basic menu but food is delicious. Not too many bowling lanes but there's a bar sports book area. Enjoyed my visit.

Great clean fun. All drinks $10 and up...went with a party of 14 ..2 lanes $24. Food was great, order the Big Lebowski and some fries. Bar tender was slow with the drinks but it was his first night alone and for a Thursday night it was packed. Clean bathrooms, tables, gaming area.

This place is easy to review. It was pretty great very clean walking in I was impressed with the decor. The bathrooms were very clean( I appreciated very much.) the food was good, not great but good but the presentation of the food was very appealing 10/10! We had one waitress that first assisted us she brought our drinks I informed her my soda was flat, she never brought me another one. But there was another waitress Maria I believe she said her name was (blonde girl). She was just amazing very attentive.

We went bowling and paid over a $100 dollars on shoes for 6people and 7people eat and the bbq boneless wings where not good to two of the party.and they couldn't get our drinks right and took to lo g to get one drink while we where there we didn't get the drink until we got ready to leave. And on my card it said we spent $50 dollars for the shoe part.and it posted for the drinks $58.85 for the drinks ?? and two days later it posted in my bank account $162.something .you will not be seeing us back that was a

I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit to this business. We bowled for an hour and ordered lunch. I was expecting so-so food, however, the orange and blue burger was large and well put together. I enjoyed the shoestring fries served in a frying basket. This place is clean and well maintained.

This place lives up to it's name as I had a really good time here! The food was awesome, especially the nachos which had the perfect cheese to chip ratio. The kitchen manager delivered my food and provided excellent service. The arcade games are fun and a great way to pass the time if you are waiting on a lane. I will definitely come back for the delicious food, the fun entertainment, and the great service!

Had a great time! Took the kids and grandkids bowling. The venue is clean and spacious. Bowling was fun! They were able to put bumpers us for the kids and take them down for the adults automatically which was convenient. Food was okay but our server was super nice and attentive. We played some arcade games after bowling, nice selection for the kids.

We had a great time bowling, but no one made me aware that when they scanned my credit card they was going to charge me $50 and would give the difference back in a few days when I bought a $3.27 drink. I just feel like people should be made aware of your charge and $50 no matter what you buy. I spoke to the manager and he told me that it was just pending but I went back to my bank account online and they took the $50 out of my bank account. It was not pending I may get the difference back but I was not made

This has become our favorite local place to go as a family. We have been several times with both large and small groups, and the service has been consistently great. The food and drinks are good, and the menu extensive, and we love the food service to the bowling lanes. It's clean and has a great atmosphere, and we love the different options for the bowling games. We hosted a large birthday party here and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Fun atmosphere and very neat breakout rooms. Food looked good but we didn't eat there but we will next time and bowl also. Fun times and good memories!! Attentive staff and was well patient and understanding in the breakout room. We were rookies lol.

Very fun bowling experience, went together with church family and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The only down point was the food. The bone-in wings were decent, boneless seemed to have been fixed real haphazardly and thrown together. Fries were cold. Overall great place to go for dates, family outing, or group outing! Also decent amount of arcade games!

GoodTimes is one of the best places in the state of Alabama to go bowling. Good quality lanes, perfectly oiled, and a magnificent atmosphere. Modern and entertaining scoring system that gives you a lot of information on your shots. Just a fantastic experience all around. 10/10, will do again!!

This was a fun experience. Our group enjoyed the air hockey and dance revolution challenges with each other. Bowling was great. The service was exceptional. The food exceeded our expectations. I recommend this place for a fun experience.

Great family atmosphere. Arcade games, bowling, good food, and can have a beer, full bar too.

6 of us went on a week day, and there were several other large parties. The 1 bartender was taking drink and food orders. She held it together, but it was obviously a lot for 1 person. It took a long time for the food to come out. 30 + min. There were at least 4 staff at the front desk idle.

A good place to go and spend time with friends and/or family. They have bowling alleys and arcade game machines which adults and kids enjoy. The bar serves foods and drinks. They accept reservation for an area for birthdays or other special events. The place is wide and clean.

Really enjoyed it. The kids had fun in the arcade, it was a little bit expensive but they really had fun. Not alot of bowling balls to choose from, I couldn't find 1 with the holes big enough. The food was good and in good quantity. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the young man at the front counter.

Great family fun. Nice atmosphere. Not too expensive. Just make sure you watch your time. They charge by the hour, not per game. If you have a lot of people and take too long between players, you may not finish a game. I would definitely go back.

We started out the day with bowling, food, the murder themed escape room, and the arcade. We enjoyed our time there so much, we decided after going to dinner to go back and try the Shafted escape room. The Shafted room was a disaster. Unbeknownst to us, the room was not properly reset. An essential piece needed to clear the room was not provided, and later clues were made available too soon. We reached an impasse, and Nate informed us we found one clue too early. He turned the timer off and came in to talk

Such a fun place to go and hang out with friends and bowl and even take your skills to the arcade! It's cheaper that the other bowling option in town with such a cleaner atmosphere and more friendly service. I gave it 4 stars because once it gets a little later in the evening (depending on the crowd) it can get a bit rowdy around the bar area. We saw someone dancing on the bar and being loud (which i'm sure was due to drinking to much) and it wasn't a great thing for my kids to witness at their age. Oth

I'm sure it's good, but I was only there about five minutes. I dropped off a kiddo and headed out.

Such a nice place! I really love it...super clean. Also love the idea of having food and drink brought out to you. The idea...each time I've been, I've had to practically run down our server to place an order. Be prepared to wait for food/drink, but enjoy the bowling.

I love to go there for the food and arcade games! Bowling is fun too but with my now 5 year old we enjoy the other things they have to offer. I'd love to go more. The food is actually really good. I was pleasantly surprised!

I went there with family and we had ourselves a grand old time. Bowling was fun, and the lanes were nice. One of the biggest upsides here was the food, as we had lemon pepper wings which were top class. We also did an escape room, which was the exact right level of challenging, I thought. The only knock I have against it is that I wish there were a few more games, but it was still a good time.

It's a lot of fun. They have a lot more arcade-style games than the bowling alley in Valley (but I'm not complaining) and you can earn prizes. I believe they have fewer lanes but I could be wrong. Overall we had a great time.

Me and the kids love it

30 dollars for 2 people got us 3 full games. Totally worth it for a Sunday afternoon/night out.

Came here to bowl tonight with my friends. Was having a great time with them but the service was terrible. Got rushed off of my lane because I was waiting for the server to even close me out. They forgot about me. And then another worker comes over asks people at the lane next to me if the food on our table was theirs. And I said "it's mine I'm just waiting on a to go box" and he gave me the nastiest look and snarky response. They can't even wait for people to put their shoes on and close my check out befor

Nice, new, modern and clean. However, it is quite over-priced. Shoe rentals are double everywhere else, the $35 an hour lane price is somewhat understandable because it's new but seems expensive for one or two people and the arcades are vastly over priced... some of the games are 4 times the price as the exact same games at locations that are minutes away.

Wonderful atmosphere and staff is awesome. It's perfect for a night out with friends or family. Definitely recommend the fried dil pickles and ask for a side of queso (thank me later) It's very colorful and groovy I love it.

This is my second time visiting. I had a blast once again!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are sooooo clean!! All the play areas are well kept. The prices to bowl are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is a great place. Great for bowling bit renting a lane can be a little pricey. The arcade is very fun and well kept up. The 2 escape rooms are also a fun experience especially for a large group of friends. I would recommend going here!

The owner worked with me to accommodate a large group of people for a birthday party. The place was really clean, prices were fair, the staff was nice and the food was outstanding. 10/10 recommend good times bowling for a night out.

Clean, empty, and fast service. Would definitely recommend

Oh just love going to this place. It can be expensive but it has quality and service like no other in Auburn. People from all age groups can enjoy at this place. I had been to place for bowling, so didn't get time to try my hands on other games. Also there's restaurant that provides good food and great service if there isn't rush around the place, as we went in afternoon there weren't many people so the service was good and quick.

It just really bothered me because they were extremely picky about the 1 hour rule. Yet I waited at the bar for over 20 minutes to get my drinks. Which also by the way, the bartender didnt measure anything and I basically drank overpriced soda.

We had such a great time here. It's so nice and really quite beautiful with a full bar and tasty food. Highly recommend!

Loved playing Skee Ball

They have the bumpers that can go up ONLY on the turn of the kids who need it!!!! I'm sure a lot of places do this now but the other bowling alley in town doesn't have it like that. And I feel like that's important to know (lol) The kids had a blast! It's clean and pretty open so you can keep an eye on older little ones if you have more than one who want to do different things. The food isn't bad and the ?grown up? drinks are on par.

Had a terrible experience here first lane broke and they couldn't fix it moved us to another lane after 15 minutes it broke down too. Sat there for another 15 minutes and no one fixed it or moved us to another lane so we got our money back and left. Soft drinks are $3.47 each very expensive. Would not recommend this place very poor customer care.

Our group thought we had found our new hang out spot after an afternoon of bowling, food, murder themed escape room, and arcade. We left to go eat dinner and decided to return to do the Shafted escape room. Shafted was what we got. We found a clue too early and "broke" the room according to Nate in the control room. When we asked for a hint for one of the puzzles, he spent two minutes of our time berating us like children about using that clue too early. Nate finally stopped the clock, brought up the room

Had a work event here. Very nice and clean facility that appears new. I had no complaints but I don't know how expensive it is. In addition to bowling they have a bar, good food, and a decent looking arcade.

The escape room is a scam. We completed each clue as directed. The electrical system in the second room was faulty and the host even told us we were doing everything correctly and the room still failed to open. Will not be returning. Money wasted!!

Very nice bowling alley and arcade. My only complaint is we purchased 3 lanes (one for adults and the rest for kids and the adults were not able to finish the game. We spent alot of time helping the kids. I figured they could have gave us a little leniency on the time limit.

We had a great time. Of course it's a little pricey but it's because it's brand new. The escape room was a great time. We were the very first group to escape the mine shaft!

Nice and clean but considerably overpriced. The drive to Columbus for Stars and Strikes is a better option for a family (and group of college students) until Goodtimes fixes its prices.

The young man named Owen was extremely helpful. We were having trouble understanding how the pricing worked(by hour. Not by game!) and he was very patient in explaining. And when our little boy wasn't strong enough to get the ball down the lane, Owen gladly retrieved it for us! This young man gives me hope that there is a good future past all these millennials. Definitely deserves a raise! Keep up the good work, Owen!

Had a blast for our child's birthday party! Great food, , bowling and music. The arcade area has something for everyone and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

We had my son?s birthday party there and the Goodtimes folks did a great job!! Service was top notch. Kids had a blast!

Clean. fun, loud and reasonably priced games. Food was good but a bit pricey and a bit sliw arriving for no mire people there on a Sunday afternoon. Had a good time with. No Veteran Discount

Carol was awesome along with the manager on duty tonight. Great food and the customer service exceeded above and beyond any expectations you could want from any venue.

Great atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also has a really nice arcade and everything is reasonably priced.

Everytime we've tried to take our family they are "closed for a private party". What kind of entertainment establishment does that on a weekend? We will stay with Auburn Bowl, not going to give this place a 4th chance to earn our business. Don't get your kids hopes up only to be dashed by greed from owners.

Great place to bowl and hang out with friends.

Been here a couple times and have enjoyed our time. Fun times for the kiddos. We did some bowling. And then enjoyed some games after. There is a bar and food. Good times for the family!

The were under staffed and very unprofessional on Saturday, January 18th. The waitress couldn't even get the drink orders (sodas only) correct. The wings were dry and didn't have any flavor.

Great place to enjoy family and enjoy yourself. Employees are very respectful and very nice. Love it. Will be coming back again soon

Nice place to hangout with family and friends. They also serve drinks and food

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
