Good Time Arcade

Good Time Arcade

Reviews Summary

The reviews present a mixed consensus. Many praise the fun atmosphere, friendly staff, and potential for big wins, with several 5-star ratings highlighting enjoyment despite losses. However, negative reviews cite tight machines, poor payouts, and unfriendly or entitled customers, with some criticizing management and machine conditions. A recurring theme is the gamble-like nature of the experience—some find it thrilling, while others feel exploited. The environment is polarizing: either lively and entertaining or frustrating and unwelcoming.

love this place. it's also know as the hill and it has 7 fish tables including ocean king 3 panda table with mermaid and leopard strike. you will win if you come here.

This arcade is closed or relocated, not sure which but building is empty and under construction.

BEST ARCADE IN TOWN. The staff is super friendly and they have tons of promotions that give money to customers. The tables aren't tight and people win all the time. They have armed security who are also friendly and guarantee your safety. I love this place it has a great atmosphere, 10/10 Would recommend!

I love this place. It's so clean. They serve lunch and dinner everyday. I love the owners Herman and Ricky, they treat me so good. They're currently doing $20. For $20. You get 10.00 a day on your arcade card which is redeemed on the first of each month! The games are very good and so many fish tables to choose from. This is by far the nicest game room I've ever been in, and I've been in many! Stop by and play bingo with our fantastic bingo lady, Lucy. Bingo daily from 1p.m. till 4 p.m. I'm always waiting

Use to be fun but now it's just always a complete upset because they are just taken and not given back. You'd think as much as we have given to this place and all the others he owns he would give back or at least not have the machines so tight that they aren't even fun to play any more. I keep going back hoping it will get better but I'm just given and given and losing and losing and it's starting to cause a lot of issues for me from health to personal. Wouldn't suggest anyone to take there hard earned mon

I heard the owner or at least the manager discusssing an issue a customer had that was ahead of me. The customers wife i could only assume briefly inturrupted the disscussion as to remind her husband of a important fact. He bluntly and very very rudly respinded to her husband rhat he neefs ti rell the woman to be quite and that she as a woman should never talk when too men are conducting business. WHAT. My wife and i never been back.

Yes it is, this is my favorite fish games place. I love security here. Very professional, but loves to joke. Love the feeling you get when you walk in. Competition here is what it's supposed to be You have a good chance at coming out ahead here. It's fair. Fair and honest and fish gamesmanship .

Drove there and it's closed down

It's a good place to play the fish ?? tables. I hit on three or four games from $160.to $350. I won about$700. The time I was there. Will be going back soon

I give it only 4 stars as they are NOT OPEN 24hrs as advertised. They open up at 11am. I do like the atmosphere and friendly people.

Laid back atmosphere.....not bad except alot of the other customers who are regulars are extremely rude and they play 3 machines at once making it hard to have fun there.

The environment wasn't very friendly and the customers were kind of rude and had very "entitled " and childish attitudes about the tables. Security guard and counter guys were cool.

If your in to gambling and making money "kinda" this place is great. You loose more than u win but they have great sodas and free bags of chips

This gaming facility is located in downtown belleview right on highway 441/301/27. They have an armed security guard on site at all times and make your safety a priority. The games were a blast . If your lucky enough you can walk out with a bundle of cash here. Dont wait... Give this spot a spin. The inside and outdoor areas wete clean and well kept. Employees wete professional.

Got 2 love them fishgames!!! Good table payouts on fair settings. Slots n tables baby! Free drinks and snacks enjoy!

Awesome place to unwind after work n if your lucky u can win some cash....if hungry ask for a chicken parm sand. They are awesome.

Love love love this spot!!!I don't always win but when I do it's at one of his spots and it's big!!

It's okay. There are definitely better places to go to win more and more often. If you win at Hood Times arcade then you got lucky or you got real lucky

Tables turned down. Half of the seats at some of the tables are out of order. Stay away unless you have money to donate to them. Staff is friendly but the tables in there are a waste of time.

I like Good Time arcade to gets a bit crowded and the people can get on right cuz they take their gambling very seriously but all in all I like to go in there I like to people who manage it and work it their friendly

Did not like it at all, all the money I put in did not get no free play. Didn't win. No chairs at the machines. Will not go back.

This place is great to come up generously. But you have to know how to REDEEM I'm not joking.

I lost 200 dollars in 12 min lmao but I had a lovely time

I like when ccx the guy is working.W huh encthe females work they play the games themselves instead of paying attention to customers

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
