I found Good Game Lounge in 2021 while TRYING to shop with my 2 small sons who were driving me crazy.. GOOD GAME LOUNGE had the perfect sign "...kid babysitter..." I took my 2 boys inside and we have been FAMILY ever since!!! My boys LOVE coming here! I threw my son's 7th bday party and all the parents loved it! The establishment had to move to the 3rd floor and it got even better! The owner goes out his way to make sure Omar and Hunter are comfortable! Every child who comes in here has a hard time leaving

We finally tried this place with our boys and they absolutely loved it. When we tried to book it they were so helpful. They responded to emails they even called us back when needed! Even as the kids were playing they were always around helping them before they asked! This place is awesome! Thank you !!

My friend had purchased a gaming session package from this establishment, but due to unforeseen circumstances, he couldn't utilize it. Malik the store owner was absolutely amazing. Him and his interns and rest of the staff were very attentive for the mini party I had and made my partners birthday a huge success. He interacted and played games with us and made it even more fun for myself and the rest of the party attendees! I highly reccomend him, his hospitality and services are amazing!

came in spent 25$ for an hour on the vr, the first 5 minutes were spent on them setting it up, then played for 30 minutes because it died, the other vr stations were also dead. And I had 25 remaining minutes so I asked if it's fine if I play on the pc they said I have to pay 15$ more. Like y?all don't got any vr charged and they couldn't just let me play on the PC. Terrible service when it comes to the simulations. 27$ down the drain for 30 minutes of playtime

Im a casual gamer, and even I found the gamer lounge extremely welcoming and fun. The staff were awesome to talk to and extremely helpful. The games offered we amazing and really fun to play. The game selection was almost endless. The prices were perfect and the driving simulator is a must play in my book. I go to the palisades quite often and I now consider the game lounge a priority to visit. 5 stars!

I'm not often one to write reviews but I went to the GG Lounge today and was incredibly impressed. Fun atmosphere, clean equipment, and a wide selection of games. I cannot state in words how friendly and inviting the owner was and just how much he contributed to my experience. My friends and I had an incredible time playing games together and I particularly enjoyed the VR headset. I would strongly recommend that anyone going to the Palisades mall give this place a visit as it's an experience that my friends

This place is FANTASTIC! We've visited twice so far and I only wish we lived closer so that we could frequent this business more often. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and the owner is just delightful. The kids and I are all eagerly looking forward to our next time visiting the area so we can come here again!

I was there today and it was very fun I got to play on the racing setup on the PS4 and on a PC and all of that in only 1 hours and 30 minutes and it was for 1 hour it is only 20$ dollars and for 30 minutes its 15$ dollars so I rate this plave a 5 stars

I bought a monitor for $180, unfortunately when I set it up there were Chinese words all over my screen. They scammed for sure.
